Thank you for your continued interest in my story.
I don't own Bones.
Ooooooooooooo
"It turns out that Pavel Delov is the victim that was found on the property next to the Finnish embassy." Cam frowned as she flipped through a file. "The case has been handed over to the FBI and they are not happy. He went missing three weeks ago and the Russian Embassy didn't report it to anyone until a few days ago. I talked to Agent Harris this morning and he was furious about how the Russian Embassy handled it. The Secret Service and Homeland Security are both breathing down his neck and he's not happy."
Shrugging his shoulders, Booth studied a copy of the file on his PC. "Knowing the Russians, they probably tried to track him down first. Now they're going to be raising hell because Delov was murdered. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that shit anymore."
"Hodgins thinks the man was killed where he was found." Closing the file, Cam crossed her legs. "Clark is being assigned the case. Brennan looked over the skeleton after I did what I could for an autopsy. A lot of the body had been eaten by whatever creatures live in those woods so there wasn't a lot for me to work with. She found some interesting fractures in the ribcage so Clark will have something to work with. He's also working on the Sam Tassin case so he can use the help that Brennan has offered on that case."
He knew that Brennan really wanted to work on the Sam Tassin Case. Looking up from his PC, Booth frowned. "She really wants to link that guy to Taffet. I guess she wants to know that Taffet doesn't have any more accomplices out there that we don't know about . . . She and Hodgins deserve to know that. Bones still has nightmares about being buried alive and so does Hodgins. He told me this morning that sometimes his nightmares drive him crazy sometimes. They make him feel claustrophobic for a few hours after he wakes up. I feel sorry for them and I'd like to see them get some peace."
Curious, Cam asked him, "How about you?"
Puzzled, Booth responded with his own question. "What about me?"
"You were drugged, kidnapped and almost killed by the Gravedigger." She continued, "Surely you need closure too. I know I'd want to know that the Gravedigger and her entire crew aren't a threat to me anymore."
Not interested in sharing his feeling, Booth feigned disinterest. "I'm a soldier, Cam. I accepted a long time ago that I might not make it to old age. I made my peace with God a long time ago because of it. I'm not worried about the Gravedigger or Doug Clary or Sam Tassin. That bitch is in jail, convicted of murder and she's going to die for her shit. Doug Clary is going to rot in jail and then make a short trip to hell when he dies and if Tassin was an accomplice then he's already in hell so he's not a threat either. I don't need closure. I already have it."
Cam stood up and smiled at Booth with a tinge of sadness. "Still, if Sam Tassin proves to be the other accomplice then that should close the book on the case and everyone that was kidnapped by the Gravedigger should be relived it's completely over."
After Cam left his office, Booth rubbed his forehead and realized that his hands were trembling slightly. Angry that she may have seen it, he captured his hands under his arms and glared at the empty doorway.

Leaning over the examination table, Brennan placed her finger on the femur, studying a mark near the head of the bone. Clark examining the pelvic girdle stood up straight and stared at his colleague. "I think our victim was stabbed." Pointing at a slice mark on the bone just above where the femur would have been attached, he mused, "I'm sure this was probably done with a knife, but I don't know what kind.
Interested in his find, Brennan moved around the table and used the magnifier to study the mark. "Yes . . . It's the same mark that I found on the femur. It's a shallower cut, but it appears to be identical."
"So he was stabbed at least twice." Pursing his lips, Clark stared at the femur that Brennan had been looking at. "I think we may have found cause of death."
In agreement, Brennan removed her latex gloves. "I think you should let Dr. Hodgins try to determine the weapon used, but of course it is your case and I am merely making a suggestion."
Surprised at Brennan's deferral, Clark smiled at her. "That's an excellent idea. I'll talk to him as soon as I can."
"Good, if you need me, I'll be in Bones Storage." Leaving the platform, Brennan detoured to her husband's office to give him an update first. Entering the office, Brennan was surprised to see Booth lying on his couch. Concerned, she walked over and leaned over him. "Booth, are you alright."
His eyes closed remained closed while Booth muttered. "Did Cam rat me out?"
Sitting on the coffee table next to the couch, Brennan's concern grew. "No, she didn't. What are you hiding that you don't want me to know about?"
"I'm not hiding anything." The silence her response, Booth sighed. "What do you think it means when you see little crystal boxes on the side of your vision?"
His question actually cleared up why her husband was anxious. "Are you in pain? Do you hear anything or is it just visual?"
"I just see the boxes," Fearful, Booth cleared his throat. "I'm worried that my brain tumor is coming back. I don't know if I can go through that again."
Reaching over and placing her hand on his arm, Brennan assured him. "I don't think so Booth, I believe you're having a silent migraine. A lot of times they're painless and you just get the aura effect. They're usually caused by stress, food allergies or strenuous exercise . . . Is it possible that you over did your exercises this morning? Another thing to consider is that finding the victim in the garden is connected to the Gravedigger has increased your stress level. That and your excessive exercise regime may well have triggered an episode."
Booth sighed and opened his eyes. "I'm not upset about the guy buried in the garden, Bones. I don't care if he's connected to the Gravedigger or not. I'm not FBI anymore. I just need to find out how he got there and never let it happen again." Sitting up, he crossed his arms against his chest and stared at Brennan. "I'm not going to give up my exercises either. I'm doing a lot better and I'm not going to give up now."
"I'm not asking you to give anything up, Booth, I'm merely suggesting that you moderate your regimen." Clasping her hands on her lap, Brennan advised him, "I think you need to make an appointment with your neurologist to make sure, but I am fairly certain I'm right about the migraine."
Apologetic, Booth leaned forward and captured her hands in his hands. "Bones, I wasn't really hiding anything from you . . . okay? I was talking to Cam and all of a sudden some little crystal boxes appeared. They were on the sides of my vision so they kind of framed Cam while I was talking to her. I wasn't sure what was going on and I thought maybe . . . maybe my tumor might be coming back. I was going to call my doctor, but then I felt kind of dizzy and lay down and then you showed up and I thought maybe Cam noticed me acting oddly, you know? I wanted to talk to Doctor Reed before I talked to you because I didn't want to worry you, that's all."
Brennan stood up, moved over to the couch and sat down next to him. "You've been under a lot of stress for several months now, Booth. You were shot and you almost died. You had to stay away from the Gravedigger trial even though it was your case and then because of your injuries, you were forced to change jobs. Now the Gravedigger is influencing your life again because we may have found another one of her accomplices or a victim. Add to that the fact that you've been working very hard with your therapist to recover from your injuries and all of that adds up to a lot of stress. Your body can only stand so much stress before it starts to rebel. In this case, you are having a silent migraine . . . I have been keeping track, Booth. You've had two migraines in the last three months and now a silent migraine."
Disgusted with his health, Booth placed his hand on her knee. "I try not to let stuff bother me, but it does and I can't help it. I don't know. I need to work Bones. I really need this job. I'm too young to retire and this is probably the best job I'm ever going to have. I think once we get that body out of here and we . . . you connect it to the Gravedigger then maybe I'll settle down. At least I hope so."
Agreeing with him, Brennan smiled. "I think you're right, Booth. Clark and I will try to solve this case as quickly as possible. We have found cause of death so that's a start. Angela will probably discover when the body was buried in the garden fairly soon and that will be one more piece of the puzzle."
The symptoms staring to fade, Booth breathed easier. "The boxes are fading. It's about time. They were kind of freaking me out."
Relieved that he wasn't in pain, Brennan leaned over and kissed him. "I'm glad, Booth. Call Dr. Reed for an appointment, but I'm sure you're alright."

Reviews would be great. Thank you.
A/N: Yes silent migraines really do exist. I see crystal boxes or flashing yellow and orange explosions. They're pretty, but very creepy.
