Author's Note: The end is getting closer, the fate of Steve and Skull will be presented. The story is coming to an end.

Steve

Steve dove to the ground. He rolled and he quickly stood up. Rumlow was upon him. He blocked a punch. Steve side stepped and Rumlow went past. Steve looked over at Bucky. He was fighting Natasha.

Natasha jumped and she kicked Bucky in the chest with her feet. She fell back and she caught herself with her hands and she pushed herself up to her feet. She ran at Bucky and she slid in between his legs and she hit him in the groin. Bucky fell to his knees and Natasha turned around and she hit him in the neck and shocked him. Bucky fell to the ground and he couldn't breathe.

Steve hit Rumlow in the gut and kneed him in the face. Rumlow flew back stumbling. Steve kept walking forward and Rumlow threw a punch. Steve stopped his arm and used his knee and hit him in the gut. Steve hit him in the chest three time with lighting speed and he hit him across the face. Rumlow fell over and he groaned and blood leaked out of the side of him mouth.

Steve looked toward Bucky and then back at Rumlow. Rumlow struggled to get up and he stood slowly. Rumlow chuckled and he took off. Steve would have chased him, but Bucky was still a problem. Steve turned his attention towards him and ran at him.

Natasha saw Steve running at them and he ran into Bucky and kneed him in the ribs. Bucky grunted and he hit Steve in the gut and grabbed his right arm and hyper extended it. Steve grunted in pain and he brought his foot all the way up and hit Bucky in the face. Bucky let go of Steve's arm and Steve kicked him into a car.

Natasha saw Steve's shield lying on the sidewalk. She ran over to it and she grabbed it.

Steve swung at Bucky; he dodged it and he smacked Steve in the face. Steve grabbed him and flipped him. Bucky brought his foot up and kicked Steve in the back. Bucky got up and he ran at Steve. He was about to hit him when a shield smacked him into the ribs and hit him in the chest sending him back. He hit the ground and he looked at Natasha holding Steve's shield.

Natasha gave Steve the shield and she charged up her Widow Bite. Bucky stood up and he held his hand to his ribs. He ran at them. Natasha went to kick him and Bucky caught her foot and tossed her away. Steve blocked a punch with his shield. A bell sound ringed and Bucky kicked Steve in the thigh. Steve twisted and he hit Bucky in the face then as he knelt down nailed him in the stomach with the shield.

Bucky flew back and landed on the ground and he looked to the right and a foot came down and smacked him in the face. Natasha stood up and she grabbed a rock. Bucky sat up and a rock hit him in the face cutting his cheek. Bucky rolled away and stood up in one move and he swung at Natasha. She dodged and she hit him in the ribs and shocked him. He shook violently and he knelt down. He had to catch his breath.

Steve saw Bucky pull out a knife. He walked forward and Bucky went to stab him. Steve blocked it and Bucky switched hands and jabbed. Steve blocked it with the shield and he saw the knife coming toward his gut. Bucky had switched hands again. Steve hopped back and the knife missed him. He punched Bucky across the face and he used his shield and hit his hand and he dropped the knife.

Natasha ran and slid down and grabbed the knife and stabbed Bucky in the thigh. Bucky's hand went to his thigh and he felt the warm liquid flow. Natasha stood up with the knife in her hand. Bucky pushed the pain from his mind and he ran at her. Bucky swung at her. Natasha ducked and she cut his right arm on the forearm.

Bucky grunted, he knew she was smaller than him, she would hit him low. Bucky swung at her again. Natasha jumped and she head butted him and stabbed him in the shoulder and broke the blade. Bucky stepped back with his hand on his shoulder. He groaned in pain and he clenched his teeth as he pulled the blade out. He dropped it and he went to kick her.

Steve ran into him halfway with the shield. Bucky flew back and hit the pavement. He groaned and he knew he wasn't winning. He couldn't fight two different fighting styles at once. He had to separate them. He saw a Hydra ship flying above them, it was close enough. Bucky ran and jumped onto a car and jumped up and grabbed the wind with his metal hand and he flew away.

Steve and Natasha watched Bucky disappear as the ship banked to the right and went behind a building.

"He'll be back" Steve said

"Let's find the others, Stark's suits are still causing problems." Natasha said

Clint

Clint fired an arrow and it hit a Hydra ship and it lost altitude and flew into a building and exploded. Clint saw Hulk jump across the street toward a building and he hit one of the suits. He saw another one and he swung across the side of the building and he smashed it with his forearm. He jumped again and caught one in the air and he smashed it into the ground. He stood up and looked around and he smiled.

Thor put his hammer up in the air and lighting struck down. Thor aimed the hammer in the air and he let the lighting go. A large group of suits were flying and they were fried by the lighting. Thor chuckled and he hit one that ran at him. He looked at Clint.

"They're about to fail"

"Just destroy them Thor, stop gasping at the explosions" Clint said and he shot an arrow and it hit a suit in the chest reactor. He kicked one that came at him and he shot it with an arrow and it beeped an exploded.

Thor nodded and he hit two more. He kicked one and its chest caved in. Hulk grabbed one and used it as a club and hit three more. Hulk smirked and he ripped it in half. Clint jumped and twisted and kicked one away.

Clint saw Steve and Natasha running toward them. Clint ran up to them.

"Where's Bucky?" Clint asked

"He got away" Steve said

"Where's Stark?" Natasha asked looking around for him

"He's fighting Skull, the last I saw. It's just us, Sam was hurt pretty bad and peter was shot." Clint said hesitating when he said Peter.

"Are they both ok?" Steve asked worried

"They should be fine, just need to rest in a hospital, or the helicarrier." Clint said looking up and over the Hudson was the huge helicarrier.

"We need to take down Skull" Steve said

"They are by the water, Hulk?" Clint asked

Hulk turned toward him.

"Do you think, you can finish these guys off?"

Hulk smirked and jumped off.

"That would be a yes" Clint said and he smirked

"Well, we need to get there and walking won't do" Steve said

"I've got a bike" Clint said pointing at the Hover bike.

"Ok, let's go. Thor go ahead and help Stark" Steve said

"Yes, Lord Steven" Thor said and he spun his hammer and he let it carry him through he air toward the water.

"Well who is riding Bitch?" Clint asked

Steve and Natasha looked at each other.

Peter

Peter opened his eyes and he was in a room. He wasn't in the streets of New York anymore. He looked around and he saw that he was next to Falcon in a bed. Falcon was unconscious and Peter knew that he was on the helicarrier. He felt his chest send a pain to his head. He looked down and hit chest had a large burn on it. His suit in that area was gone.

"Ah man and I just fixed this suit" he said

"How are you feeling?" Fury asked

Peter looked to his left and Fury was holding a chart in his hands.

"Nick, I'm sorry for disobeying orders"

"I had a feeling that you would" Fury said slightly smirking

"I need to get back there" Peter said sitting up. Fury put his hand on Peter's shoulder.

"Slowdown"

"Nick, they need me" peter said standing; his legs were shaking and his chest hurt with every breath

"They don't need you to die"

"Nick, I am seeing this through" peter said grabbing his mask and he put it on.

"You are in no condition to fight" Fury said walking toward him.

"Nick, I know that, but… but I need to do this"

Fury frowned and he glared.

"I'm in this, and I'm not leaving them." Peter said limping away

Fury watched him walk away and he followed him and he cocked his pistol.

Peter saw Fury walk up next to him.

"Then I'm going with you" Fury said

"I hope you have a Quinjet" Peter said

Fury chuckled "Kid that is all I have"

"Good" Peter said

Hulk

Hulk ran along the street and he hit the suits out the way and he kicked one. He grabbed one and crushed it into a ball and he threw it into another one and it hit three more after bouncing across the pavement. He jumped and he took down three more.

Hulk fought them all and not one survived. He stepped on one and it was flattened. He grabbed one by the leg and swung it at two more. The heads flew off and the suit's leg disconnected and the rest of the metal body flew away. Hulk held the leg in his hand and he dropped it.

He looked around and he was alone. There wasn't any more suits. He had taken them all down. Hulk sighed and he sat down on a car crushing it with his weight. He closed his eyes and he slowly turned back into Banner.

Bruce put his hand on his chest as his heart shrunk back to normal size. He was breathing heavily and he was tired. He blinked a few times and he climbed down from the car. His pants fell to the ground. He quickly grabbed them and pulled them back up and he held them close so they wouldn't fall down.

Bruce saw a shop window and it was a clothing store. Bruce walked forward and he had to be careful not to cut his feet on all the broken glass. He walked into the store and found a size that would fit him. He would pay them later. He grabbed a pair of shoes and he put them on and he walked out of the store.

He didn't know what part of New York City he was in. He looked around and he let his mouth fall.

"Oh boy" he said softly
