Chapter 89; Universe 7's Might and Danuja's Evolution!!
"I thought they were finished, but they've still got another play." I said.
"Tch. These fools just don't know when to quit." Hikaru grunted.
"You thought you could walk all over me. You'll regret that! Ha!" Paparoni said as he jumped back onto the merged robot.
Paparoni unleashes Universe 3's final tactic and merges with Koicéareta to become the gigantic Agnilasa.
"Look at the size of that guy-- He's gigantic!" I said in surprise.
"Huh. Big deal." Hikaru said.
"He's got a huge amount of power to match." Luck said.
"Hey, Gochi, do you think they're gonna need our help?" Drake asked her.
"I do." She replied.
"This new combination packs quite the intensity. Fortunately, I've got the perfect view to watch how Tatsuya and his little companions respond." Snow said.
"Impressive. I never would've guessed the Third Universe had a trick like this up Their sleeve." Dypso said.
"What is that monstrosity?" Beerus questioned.
"They just built something big to try and frighten us! But if I were scared, would I be laughing?" Kaio-Shin said as he began to laugh.
"Talk about overconfidence and trying to overcome your fear us losing." I heard Dad say as a sweat drop appeared on the back of his head.
Agnilasa turns his aura into energy blasts as it fires ki blasts off at every remaining warrior in the arena, forcing Drake, Gochi, and Snow to dodge, while El Hermano simply counters with a blast of his own.
"Does that monster really think he can get away with takin' on our team as well?" Dynamic questioned in irritation.
"It takes more than sheer size to be a warrior!" Hikaru said. "Let's see how you do up against a Saiyan Prince!".
Hikaru transforms into his Super Saiyan Form as he shouts out; "You like Big? Then have a Big Bang Attack!".
Hikaru fires off his Big Bang Attack, but Agnilasa easily swats it aside and charges at Team Universe 7, making it clear that his power and speed have both greatly increased. We all dodged the Monsters attack.
"Their combined power and speed are both on a whole new level!" Akihiko said.
"Yeah, and they're gigantic!" Beerus commented.
"Now we know why that Third Universe Doctor was so confident they could still win this battle." The Old Kai said.
After managing to evade Agnilasa's assault, Drake and Gochi join up with Me, Luck, and Hikaru.
"Lovely. Now we have to fight a huge monster." Gochi said.
The monster began walking towards us as I said; "His power's incredible. We don't have much of a choice but I don't think we can stop him unless we all fight together."
"You don't have to tell me that. That's obvious." Hikaru said.
"Let's move in fast from different angles to confuse him, then we'll all attack at once." Luck said.
"All right, let's go!" I said as I transformed into my Super Saiyan God form.
Each of us goes after a different limb of the Monster. However, Agnilasa not only manages to track all five of us but proves fast enough to knock us each away before we can attack.
"Oh, come on!" Beerus shouted.
"They all charged in quickly at the same time, and yet he was able to accurately counter every single of of them." The Old Kai said. "If that massive beast can track five moving targets simultaneously, then he's even more dangerous than we thought."
I pushed myself up and asked out loud; "Hey, you guys, you okay?".
Everyone got back up on their feet.
"Yeah." Gochi said.
"I guess so." Drake said.
"I'm fine, too." Luck said.
"So, do you think he can sense our energies at that ridiculous speed?" I asked.
"That's clearly not it." Drake said.
"How do you think he did what he just did?" I asked.
"My guess is that he can send out ultrasonic waves to pinpoint our location and movements. He's like a bat." Drake said. "Those appendages where his ears should be look well-suited for that. That's how he was able to pinpoint all of our positions instantly, from any angle."
"Damn. That's gonna be a real problem." I said as we all took a stance.
The monster smirked as Hikaru said; "Watch yourselves! It looks like he's about to attack."
Agnilasa begins using his immense power to warp space, punching his fist through wormholes to directly attack distant opponents.
"His Fist! It just warped across the Ring!" Akihiko said out loud.
"Is he strong enough to bend Space itself?" Tsuki questioned.
"How is that even possible?" I heard Beerus questioned.
One of those warp punches then sends me flying, but Snow kicks me back into the arena before I can fall out of bounds.
"How dare you!" Luck shouts out in irritation.
"Sorry. There go my limbs once again, acting on their own accord." Snow said.
I got back up and looked at Snow with a smile as I said to him; "Thanks for saving me, Snow. If you hadn't kicked me like that, I would've flown right out of the ring."
"I hope you can forgive me for not having a softer touch, Tatsuya." Snow said. "I still have things to lose, and there are many reasons why I need you to stay in this battle."
"Heh. There's nothing' to forgive. It takes more than a simple kick like that to hurt me." I said confidently. "Hey, what do you say you help us fight this guy?".
"Are you going to say please?" He asked.
We then noticed the monster walking towards us.
"Here goes." I said as I took a stance.
"My, he is tall." Snow said.
The monster swings his arm at us as we both dodged it by jumping back.
"He didn't even punch!" I shouted out.
"Are you trying to crush me in your palm?" Snow questioned. "Perhaps you chose to come after me instead of that Saiyan chimp becoming you believe I am easier prey."
"Well now you are going to pay dearly for that assumption!" Snow said as he began to shoot a barrage of finger beams at him.
Agnilasa starts trying to grab us but we all dodged his attack.
"If that beast gets a hold of us, then what's he planning to do?" Hikaru questioned.
Agnilasa continues to grab us until he eventually got ahold of Gochi, who he tries to swallow.
"I don't believe this! It looks like he's actually planning to swallow her whole!" Tsuki questioned.
Right when the monsters lets go of Gochi to fall down into its mouth, I instantly saved Gochi with my Instant Transmission Technique and teleported us both away from the monster.
"Instant Transmission. It always comes in handy." I said before I asked Gochi; "Are you all right? That must've been pretty scary, huh?".
"Well, I wouldn't recommend it." She said.
"Gochi, are you sure you're okay?" Drake asked as he walked over to us.
"Yeah." She replied.
"Hmm. It seems I have to put in some effort now." I heard Snow say.
Agnilasa begins firing off a barrage of homing blasts at us. We all began to fire off our own barrage of Ki blasts at the monster. Kin blocks the monsters blasts with his Iron Dragon; Will-Power Barrier, but the continued assault manages to push him off the edge of the arena.
"Not good!" Kin said.
I teleported to Kin, I grabbed his hand, and teleported us both to the others.
"Thanks, Tatsuya." Kin said.
"No problem, Kin." I replied.
Me, Kin, Tsuki, Drake, Gochi, Hikaru, Luck, Snow and Danuja; We all stood tall together as a team.
"That blast looked Rough, Kin. Are you okay?" Luck asked him.
"Yeah, I'm good." He said.
"We all have to fight even harder now." I said.
"Trust me, I know why I'm doing." Kin said in confidence and determination.
For the beasts next trick, Agnilasa grows wings and begins to fly.
"Man, is there anything this guy can't do?" I questioned.
Agnilasa forms an enormous energy ball to take us out, Team Universe 7 together, with the arena.
"That bastard! He thinks he can beat us all by destroying the ring!" Hikaru said.
"We'll stop him, no matter what it takes!" Luck said.
Me and Hikaru transformed into our Super Saiyan Blue Forms. Drake transformed into his Super 'Satan' Blue Form. Gochi and Danuja transformed into their Super Saiyan 2 Forms. Snow transformed into his Golden Form. Luck transformed into his 50% Ikari Mode. Tsuki transformed into his Super Saiyan God Form. And Kin slammed his fists together as his body turned to steel and he powered up to his Full Power.
"Okay, let's do this!" I announced.
It threw its enormous energy ball at us as we all fired off our strongest energy blasts at it. All nine of us continue to fire off our blasts to hold off Agnilasa's energy ball, but are gradually pushed back by it.
"We're not gonna let you stop us!" I shouted as we continued to push the energy ball back.
Changing tactics, Kin surrounds himself in an energy shield and jumps straight towards the Energy Ball.
"Kin, wait!" Luck shouted.
"What're you doing?" I questioned loudly.
"You eight keep pushing him hard. I'll handle this." Kin said.
"What?!" I questioned.
"Kin!" Luck cried out.
We began to push the Enormous Energy Ball back thanks to Kin's Help. Kin goes straight through the energy ball and attacks the crystal sphere in Agnilasa's forehead with a Powered-Up Punch. Though Kin is knocked back by Agnilasa's energy, he has achieved his goal in destroying Agnilasa's energy reactor, throwing him off-balance enough.
"Kin!" Akihiko cried out in worry.
"How are they able to drive it back!" Kaio-Eyre questioned.
"This is their chance!" Kaio-Shin said.
"That's it! Do it, Seventh!" Beerus cheered.
"Let's go!" I shouted out. "Everyone! Give it one last push!".
We all gave our blasts the power to overtake him with one final push. After defeating that Monster, We then noticed a surviving fighter from Universe 3 running towards us. Danuja powers up tremendously until he awakens his Super Saiyan Rage Form!
"What kind of Saiyan Transformation is that?" Akihiko asked.
"That is Super Saiyan Rage. An extremely powerful form in the Super Saiyan line of transformations, either an advancement of Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan 2, depending on the source. Its an unique transformation to some Saiyan Warriors, its name is reflective of the intense anger the user felt before assuming the transformation." I heard Dad say. "This form initially appears as a Super Saiyan 2, before temporarily but drastically bulking up in a manner similar to Super Saiyan Third Grade while shrouded in blue bioelectricity. Additionally, the users hair spikes up even further than before (occasionally it still resembles the Super Saiyan 2 hair afterwards). Upon completing the transformation, the users' aura expands from the standard golden color to a dual aura consisting of an intense, light blue glow wrapping around the users body within the original golden aura, as well as emitting particles similar to those in Super Saiyan Blue and Super Saiyan Rosé. Due to the unbelievable amplification of anger brought about by the transformation, The user temporarily had blank eyes as a sign of his near-berserk state (much like Pseudo Super Saiyan and Legendary Super Saiyan)."
"The User can also amplify their Rage form with a Spirit Bomb, becoming a special Spirit Bomb Super Saiyan. In this form, the user possesses the same intense blue glow his original Rage form had, as well as an initially white aura that eventually expands into a fiery blue aura. The Super Saiyan Rage form has ties to both Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2. For its usage and power, when awakening it for the first time, an eruption of force resembled a colossal geyser of golden ki that temporarily lit up the darkened sky and sent massive ripples of blue lightning across the desolate landscape. The power was enough to fracture the ground with every step. Truly pushed beyond the breaking point and bristling with anger like never before, Danuja finally transforms into Super Saiyan Rage." Dad continues. "When the user takes on this form, they first become a Super Saiyan 2, their eyes then go blank as their appearance alters to that of their Super Saiyan Third Grade, before a blue aura overtakes them and their muscles revert to their normal size, completing the transformation. This state is shown to be able to power up even further, through the energy of humans across the Earth, gaining a massive boost in power. This form is very similar to Vegeta's enraged Super Saiyan 2 state, as both are massive power-ups to the Super Saiyan 2 form which temporarily blank out the user's eyes and are achieved through rage, however, the Super Saiyan Rage form involves utilization of the Powerhouse state in its usage, while Vegeta's power-up does not."
"I see. What an interesting transformation." Whis said.
Danuja powers up and concentrates all of his energy to create an actual energy sword. Danuja focuses all his energy into the energy sword as it become far larger and more powerful with his ki embedded, creating a rapid mixture of blue and golden ki particles before turning a bright white. The scientist creates a Ki saber, they dashed towards each other, and clashed blades. They exchanged blows as we all became amazed by Danuja's Evolution.
They exchanged blows until Danuja landed a slash on the scientist. They went back to exchanging blows until Danuja broke the Scientist's Ki Saber and landed several slash attacks on him.
"It's over, you Universe 3 scum!!" Danuja shouted as he fired off a powerful energy wave from his sword.
The Scientist was sent flying out of the ring and Danuja powered down to his base form from exhaustion.
The Grand Priest announced; "All of the Third Universe's fighters have been knocked out. The team is eliminated. According to the rules, the entire Third Universe will now be obliterated."
Universe 3 was now erased from existence, but we all turned our attention to Kin and Danuja.
"Danuja! That transformation was awesome!" I said to him excitedly.
"It was nothing really!" He said as he chuckled nervously.
"That was a nice attack. We're still in this thanks you both!" I said to them.
"I don't see what's so heroic about hogging all the fun;" Hikaru grunted.
"I'm impressed. So how did you know that was his power source?" Luck asked Kin.
"I just had a lucky guess. That's all." Kin said.
"Well, you certainly were thinking on your toes. And we should thank Snow, too, for joining in the tag-team." I said as we all looked at Snow. "It would've been tough to win without you."
"Hmph. Yes, credit where it is due." Snow said. "I'll add it to the ledger of all the ways you owe me."
We all then noticed Universe 11 staring at us.
"Are you finally done congratulating yourselves?" Dypso asked.
"Ha. Are you finally ready to fight like men?" Hikaru barks back.
"Well then. I hope you enjoyed the last triumph of your lives." El Hermano said. "Try all you want. You cannot defeat me."
"Well that ain't how I see it, El Hermano." I said confidently.
Like so many before it, the Third Universe was erased in a blink of an eye, and now only two teams remain. With only 9 minutes left, the Tournament of power is set to enter its Final Phase.
