Rumlow
Rumlow walked through a hallway and he came to an opening and there were engineers walking around and scientists. He walked past them all and he had now dawned a mask to hide his burned face. He walked into a secluded room. He saw the back of a man in a grey military uniform.
Rumlow stood quietly as the man finished his conversation with an elderly man. Rumlow watched as they debated in whispers. Then the elderly man nodded and he walked away from him and he passed and glanced at Rumlow. Rumlow looked at him till he looked away.
"So you have come to help" the man said with a German accent
"Yes sir" Rumlow said to the man with the grey military uniform
"Good, Mr. Bones. I am in need of your unique skill set"
"I am your to command Struker" Rumlow said
"Hydra will rise, and note in the violent way the Red Skull tried. But in a quiet way, so quiet that the world won't even notice, but to do that I am in need of a man who can shoot from a distance"
"I'm your man"
"Yes Mr. Bones you are" Struker said
"What is my first assignment?" Rumlow asked
"I need you to go to Russia, there are some old friends there. I believe you know them as Red Room"
"I will go at once"
"Yes, and make sure they know the full plan"
"Yes sir"
