Tatooine
Ahsoka, Melody, and Godzilla had arrived in the city of Mos Espa. There were many stores throughout the streets with various human and creatures either shopping from them or wandering around the street.
"This is incredible! I wish mom and dad could see all this!" thought Melody who was practically stargazed at this point. This world might be foreign to her, but it was a welcome sight as she always wanted to explore the world and see what other sites it would behold.
Godzilla on the other hand was more cautious when it came to this new world. After being jumped by that biker gang earlier he wasn't exactly in the more trusting type mood. He looked around at his surroundings catching a few of the cities civilians glaring at them. This made Godzilla even more uncomfortable and prepared for anything.
"What town is this again?" asked Melody curiously.
"This is called Mos Espa, one of the three top cities on Tatooine. This one however is home to the Daimyo, the one that rules over Tatooine," answered Ahsoka.
"Is he the friend were asking for help?" asked Melody.
"Not exactly a friend but yes, he's a very powerful warrior that would be a valuable ally in our journey...I just hope he agrees to assist us or if my message was received," answered Ahsoka before she stopped in her tracks.
Godzilla looked at her suspiciously...what message did she sent and who did she send it to? He was about to ask till Melody interrupted that idea yelling out, "OOOH look at this Spiny!"
Godzilla turned to see an old silver and blue striped like bike but was floating in air with yellow like pads sticking out of what seemed like engines. This world was really advanced when it came to their technology even more the humans on his world when they created the robot version of himself and many more.
"What is that?" asked Godzilla
"A podracer, it's used for racing events here on Tatooine as well as other planets," answered Ahsoka.
"Wow, there's other worlds too!?" asked Melody excitedly.
Ahsoka couldn't help but chuckle at Melody's excitement, it almost reminded her of when she was about her age and how she was excited to see the world and prove her worth as a jedi.
"Yes indeed."
Melody grew a huge smile at Ahsoka's answer...but it went away when she realized they wouldn't be able to explore the other worlds since they needed to find her parents. She did hope though that she might be able to come back and visit this world so she can have a chance to explore the other worlds as well. What really sparked her interest was what kind of person is Ahsoka...she could use some form of magic but used these magical swords as weapons, she needed to know.
"So Ahsoka, are you some kind of sorcerer or a warrior yourself? You also mentioned something of the force so what exactly is that?"
"I use to be a jedi, they were known as guardians of peace that helped stabilize the Galaxy sometimes through negotiations or the use of our lightsabers. The force is what resides in all living things...even the two of you. That's how I was able to find you," answered ahsoka.
"You mentioned you were a jedi? Why are you not seen as one anymore?" asked Godzilla.
Ahsoka crossed her arms before looking down on the ground. It was a pretty personal question and one that she wasn't prepared to answer just yet. "It's a long story," was all she could say at that point.
"We're sorry...he didn't mean to ask about that," apologized a guilty Melody.
Ashoka smiled at her new friend's apology and said to her, "There's no need to apologize. Come we have a meeting to attend to."
The three began moving out with Melody having her parents focused in her mind. "I hope my parents are okay? Don't worry mom and dad were coming."
Current time
Mysterious and eerie fortress
Inside this eerie and frightening fortress is none other than Shang Tsung sitting upon his throne watching the events that transpired in Tattooine.
"Those miserable pieces of filth...I should have known such impudence would transpire from this pitiful gang," commented an angry Shang Tsung
Shang looked over to see Eric locked in a cell and next to him Ariel turned into a mermaid inside a giant fish tank looking on. Shang approaches the two scratching the glass tank with his index fingertip before taunting the two saying, "It matters not...I'll soon have that soul soon enough."
Eric immediately sprang towards Shang clutching the bars of his cell threatening Shang, "I'll die before I let you touch Melody!"
Ariel looked both shocked and worried for her husband's safety but not before looking over to Shang who let's out a wicked laugh and rebutted the Prince, "You really think that it's your daughter's soul that I've been after?"
Ariel looked at Shang with a look of curiosity with one big question coursing through her mind. If he's not after Melody's...then who is he after?
Before she could get her answer, a familiar voice called out to Shang Tsung. "Oh yoo-hoo! Shang we're here!"
Ariel looked over with Shang turning around to see none other than Morgana along with Undertow shrunken again but this time in a fishbowl clutched underneath Morgana's right arm.
"Ah Morgana and Undertow...I was wondering when you two would arrive," said Shang with a wicked smile.
"Yeah Yeah we're here now what do you want!" exclaimed an irritated Undertow.
"Mind your tone with me lil runt before I eat both your soul and you," snarled Shang to Undertow's attitude.
"Oh yeah! bear in mind we're the ones that freed you so we can put you back where we found your magical butt!" lashed back Undertow.
Shang's eyes began to glow green staring qt Undertow with anger. This caused Morgana to play the voice of reason for the first time in her life calming the sorcerer by saying, "Now Shang pay no mind to my lil lackey here...he's just upset I had to shrink him so he could enter your fortress. Now what did you need us for handsome?"
Shang looked at Morgana with disgust before answering, "Flattery will get you nowhere with me witch, but I do have abuse for you and the lil pest. I need you to capture the girl and bring her to me."
"WHAT!!?? YOU WANT US TO GO GET THE LITTLE BRAT FROM THAT BIG UGLY DINOSAUR AND HER NEW ALIEN FRIENDS JUST THE TWO OF US!!??" lashed out Undertow.
"No you fool I cannot just rely on you two for this task...not in this world. I have some servants that will accompany you on this task," commented Shang.
Coming down the hallway was a half naked creature wearing gloves, boots, and a cloth like shorts and a swirly spiked helmet approaching Shang before bowing to him as Shang commands, "Gorkil prepare your horde...it is time for you to go hunting. Bring the girl alive and kill the others except Godzilla I need him alive as well."
Ariel and Eric look at each other with worried looks on their faces for both their daughter's and Spiny's safety
Mysterious new world
Melody, Spiny and their new friends stepped out of the portal and looked around at their setting. This town felt kinda dark and gloomy with a massive Ocean frontier in front of them. To Melody this was incredible but at the same time she knew this wasn't her world.
"Well I don't think we're home Spiny...I don't recognize this place," said Melody.
Godzilla looked around at this new setting and looked over to see what looked to be a tavern with lights and loud noises coming from it. If they wanna find out where their at then asking the locals might work.
"Perhaps whoever is in the tavern will know," suggested Godzilla.
"Your magic stone doesn't work kid?" asked Boba
Melody looked at the scaly piece to see it not glowing. It made her wonder if maybe it takes a while for the magic to recharge so she can use it again.
"Perhaps it takes a while to recharge so we might have to stick around...whatever this place is," answered Ashoka for Melody knowing that's what exactly Melody was thinking.
"Well if we're gonna be here a while, might as well find out where we are. We can start with that tavern and ask the locals," suggested Mando.
Godzilla nodded his head in agreement and started heading towards the tavern till Mando stopped him and said, "Whoa Big guy, in our world you fitted right in but this world might be different. Why don't you and Ashoka stay behind while me and Boba go check out the tavern."
Godzilla looked at Mando with what seemed a look of agreement that was until Melody approached gleefully and asked, "Oooh can I come too!"
Godzilla looked down at Melody and was about to protest until Ashoka butted in and said, "That would be fine Melody, just stick close to Mando and Boba."
Melody grew a huge smile on her face and made her way to the tavern with Boba and Mando right behind her. Godzilla stared at Ashoka and asked in annoyance, "Why did you do that? We don't know what threat this world has?"
"I understand your concern Spiny but she's just a child with a huge amount of curiosity so let her explore this new world. Besides Mando and Boba are with her so she's in good hands," assured Ashoka.
Melody, Boba, and Mando approach the tavern door and open it to reveal a bunch of raggedy dressed men with weird hats and dirty features. They all stopped and looked at the trio which brought a sense of uncomfort towards Melody. Boba could see Melody's fear whispering to her, "Don't show any fear kid...these scum can see it if you do."
"Just stay close to us kid and you'll be fine," assured Mando.
The three enter the tavern walking through to nothing more than gazes from these raggedy men with the smell of filth and beer etching their noses. Melody could notice their gaze towards them and what was curiosity at first became that of worry for their own safety.
The three approach the bar where the bartender sees the three of them and asks, "Ah so what would you two scallywags be wanting...hopefully nothing for the wee lass there."
Mando looked at the bartender and answered, "No we're actually here for information."
"Ah if it's information yer wanting...then you got coin for that?" asked the bartender.
Mando and Boba looked at each other not knowing whether this guy was able to take their credits or not because who knows what they use as currency in this world. They looked back with Mando answering, "Let's just say we might have something worth your time and effort."
As Mando and Boba are talking to the bartender, Melody's curiosity started returning again. She saw a cat run across her leg and couldn't help but go get it so she could see it. Melody walked off and began looking for the car only to find it approaching a grizzly looking man. Melody stopped in her tracks to see the car jump on the man's lap and before she knew she was surrounded by these other grizzly looking man. The main one looked at Melody with a look that shook her to her core as he asks her, "So what's a wee pretty lass like you doing in Pirates Cove eh?"
Pirates? that's what they were? Melody always use to play pirates back home now it seems shes in a world filled with them. Though part of her enjoyed knowing that...the other part scared her for these weren't the friendly type of pirates by the looks of it.
"Well sir...I just...I was just trying to figure out what here is and you just answered that so I better get going," answered Melody.
But she couldn't leave for she was surrounded by these nasty looking pirates. This made her very uncomfortable and ready to call out to Mando and Boba but the main pirate said to her, "Where ya going lass...we can show you around and maybe more."
The pirates began to move in closer to her until a voice then came in from outside the circle that said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you lad...she's way to young for you."
The pirates then turned to see another pirate approaching them with a weird stumble like walk with a black braised beard wearing a black coat and black hat. The pirates knew who this man was with the main one saying, "Jack Sparrow."
"Captain Jack Sparrow," corrected the pirate known as Jack.
"This be nine of yer concern Jack just walk away," said the same pirate.
"Hehe now that's where your wrong lad...I'm a man of many things...but one thing I cannot stand personally is a pirate that tries to have their way with children," said Jack as he stands in front of Melody.
Melody couldn't believe it...this pirate was defending her. With that Jack turned his head a bit behind her and said to her in a whisper, "Run lass."
Jack then throws a punch to the main pirate knocking him out of his chair which caused the other pirates to take out their swords with Jack taking out his and defending himself.
Melody began making her way out of the crowd of pirates with only a few trying to catch her. Meanwhile, Boba and Mando can hear the commotion and turn to see Melody chased by the pirates. With that Boba and Mando stopped the pirates in their tracks swinging their fists at them and knocking them out.
Boba picked a pirate up on his shoulders and threw him against a crowd of them before one hit him from behind with a wooden chair but it breaks upon impact and doesn't phase Boba so he grabs the pirate and head butts him knocking him out cold.
Mando backhands one pirate and uses his gauntlet to block another ones sword, which breaks it, with Mando kneeing the pirate in the gut and hitting him in the back of the head.
Jack is still dueling some of the pirates all the while taking swigs of a drink with the occasional swipes and stabs to certain pirates.
Meanwhile, outside Godzilla and Ashoka can hear and see the commotion and make their way to the tavern. Back inside, Melody, Boba, Mando, and Jack are surrounded by the remaining pirates until Godzilla bursts in with a mighty roar with Ashoka in turn from behind activating her lightsabers.
This freaked the pirates out as they began running away with some even jumping the windows to escape. Eventually, the Tavern was clear with Jack putting away his sword and said, "Well that was easy."
Jack looks at Ashoka, Godzilla, Mando, and Boba before saying with continuation, "and that's interesting."
Jack approached the bar and grabbed a bottle of rum as he opened it and began drinking it. Melody approached Jack and said, "Thank you Captain for saving my life."
"Think nothing of it Lass...just don't make it a habit eh. This isn't the kind of place for wee ones like yourself," said Jack.
Godzilla approached Jack as he said in gratitude, "You have my thanks as well..."
"Jack...Captain Jack Sparrow," interrupted Jack. before continuing with a question, "So what brings a strange lot like you to this place?"
"Well Captain...you see there's this sorcerer that has kidnapped my parents and we're trying to rescue them but we're stuck here," answered Melody.
Jack looked at Melody with a raise on an eyebrow before looking at her company with Boba chiming in, "Let's just say the rest of us are along for the ride."
Jack looks at the group before setting down his bottle of rum and asks, "Well if you fellas are stuck here for now until...until..."
"This works," Interrupted Melody showcasing the magical piece of skin.
"Right...right...uhmmmm...well until then Im in need of some new crew mates...what say ye?" finished Jack.
Ahsoka crossed her arms and answered for the group, "I don't know...we're not exactly pirates..."
"Come on guys it'll be fun! We get to experience being pirates!" exclaimed Melody in excitement.
Though Godzilla was wary about joining up with this Jack Sparrow, he couldn't help but feel happy to see Melody excited and, at least for the moment, being happy.
"Pretty excited one isn't she lad?" asked Jack as he noticed Godzilla's gaze.
"Very well you have your crew Captain," acknowledged Godzilla.
"You have a ship?" asked Mando.
"Aye mate right this way...uhmmmm...what's your names if I might ask?" asked Jack Sparrow.
"Melody," answered Melody with a smile.
"Spiny," answered Godzilla not wanting to reveal his real name.
"Ahsoka Tano," answered Ahsoka with a bow.
"Call me Mando," answered Mando.
"I am Boba Fett," answered Boba with a nod.
"Well then mates...allow me to introduce you to your ship...follow me," said Jack.
With that, the group follows Jack Sparrow out of the tavern to what will be now their ship.
