Link didn't understand it. Maybe he was always destined to be a hero. First he saves both Hyrule and Lorule, he leaves the kingdom to avoid all the attention, and then he came to a new kingdom and became a hero. Link was questioning whether he should leave Hytopia for a different kingdom or not. He was probably just going to be asked to defeat another threat.
Ever since rescuing Princess Styla, Link has lived in a little house in the village. It was just recently built and it looked like his house in Hyrule before Ravio ruined it. What's more, Ravio actually SOLD Link's old house. Another reason he didn't stay in Hyrule. As he pondered about his destiny, he decided to go out and get a nice whiff of air.
Hytopia was the most fashion-forward kingdom in the world. Anyone who lived here either had a great fashion sense or was frowned upon. It was one of the smaller kingdoms, being nothing but a town, but it sure was popular. He then saw her come out, Princess Styla. When Link first met her, he had a lot less of a deja vu feeling he had when he met Princess Zelda. Princess Styla was the most fashion-forward in the kingdom, which was saying a lot with how much people there talked about the latest trends. At least the kingdom had a better history of going without peril than Hyrule. Link read about the Hero of Time who was killed by Ganon, and the Hero after that who managed to finish him off...twice.
Princess Styla walked over to Link's house. "Link! My hero! How are you today?" Link had since saving her become the apple of her eye. She used to just talk about nothing except clothes, but has since been thinking a lot about the hero that had saved her from that hideous jumpsuit. She regularly invited Link to shop for new outfits and had elegant dinners at the castle. Even the food in the kingdom had to look presentable. She asked Link, "Is something wrong?" Link told her about his previous adventure and how he had come here to avoid it. "Link, I did not know. I'm sorry, it's my fault for being in trouble." Now Link was feeling bad. "It wasn't your fault Styla. I just feel as if its destiny. I feel like I'm going to be saving lands over and over. When I save my first kingdom I felt like it had been done about at least eight times before. I just can't help but wonder if I keep becoming reincarnated over and over. (Little did he know he was right) Styla comforted him, "Even if you are always looked at as a hero, know that I will also look at you as a friend. A kind friend who has just as much problems as anyone else and can always look to his friends to help him."
Link couldn't believe it. He was seen by everyone for being the flawless hero who was perfect in every way. Styla saw him for who he was. He hugged her. It was sudden, but Styla enjoyed every second of it. "You know, Styla. I think I'll just try to live with being a popular hero here. There are lots of things in this kingdom you can't find in any other."
