Thank you for the follows, faves, and reviews. This takes place where the last ended.

Meant to have this up a couple of days ago, but because the site was down, couldn't. Didn't do it yesterday because my computer at home was acting up.

Some of you wondered why Shelby visited Hollywood Arts and how no one recognized her. To answer that, she knew when lunch was, from both the body swap with Tori and planning with Trina, and snuck in while everyone was busy in lunch by using a different door than most of the students use. Her disguise, though not a good one, was enough for anyone who might've seen her think she was just a random student or something. The sunglasses and hat were to hide her face, and the clothes were to hide her body. Hope that makes sense.

Tori POV

"What are you doing here?" I ask, staring at my twin sister, not believing she's here. "What if someone recognized you?" I ask, grabbing her arm and dragging her into the janitor's closet.

"Relax. I got Trina to help me get in without anyone seeing me." Shelby says once I close the door behind me.

"What do you mean?" I ask, too stunned to focus on how angry I was at her for tricking me with Jade's help.

"I wanted to talk, apologize, so I called Trina and asked her to help me get in here to talk to you." Shelby says, looking down. "She told me when to come in during lunch. She texted me when lunch began and told me now would be the best time to visit since most of the students were eating, and the others were working on projects." She says, using the brim of her hat to hide her face.

"Why did you do it?" I ask, keeping my voice as calm as I can as I stare at her, the pain from her trick coming back.

"I thought that if I made you jealous, you'd try to get Jade for yourself." Shelby admits quietly. "I don't know why I, we, thought it'd be a good idea, but once we started, we didn't stop." She says, wiping a tear out of her eye.

"What made you think that'd be a good idea?" I ask, voice rising a bit in anger. "Why would you want to do that? After everything I told you about with past boyfriends?" I ask, keeping some distance between myself and Shelby.

"I don't know." Shelby says, shaking her head. "I can't explain it. We thought that if we made you jealous, that you'd fight for her or something." She says, wiping the tears away. "We didn't think it through. It was a random idea and we went through with it. Most of our texting conversations were planning what to do after we already started, not how to start it better or what to do so it wouldn't be as bad." She says, leaning against the metal ladder that leads to the small trap door to the library.

"I don't know if I can forget what you two did." I say after a few moments of silence. "You used my feelings, whether intentionally or not, without thinking how I'd react." I say, my back against the wall behind me.

"I don't expect you to forgive me or anything. What I did was stupid. I just wanted you to know how sorry I am, and that I truly wish I could take it back." Shelby says, pushing off the ladder. "I truly am sorry, Tori. I can't tell you enough how sorry I am for what happened." She says, making her way to the door, not looking at me.

"Wait." I say when Shelby opens the door. "Before you go, I have to know." I say, looking down.

"What?" Shelby asks, not looking at Tori, keeping her gaze on the ground below her.

"Why would you try to hook me up with Jade? Why get involved like that?" I ask, slowly looking towards my twin sister.

"I saw how you two acted around each other. How you liked her and how she started to like you. I knew she'd be a far better person to date than any of your exes, I knew she wouldn't hurt you like they had." Shelby says, hand on the doorknob. "I didn't think that what we would do, pretending to date to make you jealous, would turn out this way. I didn't think about what your exes did, just that I wanted you to try to get Jade away from me and closer to you until one of you asked out the other."

"What you did was stupid." I tell Shelby, looking at her back. "I understand you wanted me to date someone who wouldn't use me like Steven or Ryder did, but you went about it the wrong way." I say softly. "I'm sorry I reacted the way I did, I am. I was so angry at you two, and I took it out on my friends by ignoring them and assuming they would side with Jade, but I don't know if I can forgive you easily for that." I say as Shelby nods in agreement and leaves.

"I can't speak for Jade." Shelby says, stopping to turn before leaving the janitor's closet fully. "But I truly regret what I did. And I hope we can get this behind us in the future." She says, facing forward again. "See you later?" She asks, keeping the door open.

"See you later." I agree with an unseen nod as Shelby leaves. 'Not how I wanted that to go, but it's a start at least.' I think to myself, leaving the janitor's closet in time to see Shelby turn down the hallway, heading for a side door used for those that come from the side parking lot for whatever reason.

Watching Shelby disappear down the hallway, I think about Jade. Like I did with Shelby, I thought her intentions were to hurt me, nothing more. I know it doesn't make much sense, especially not with Shelby, but I couldn't help it. Our past is still in the back of my mind, all the times she insulted me, tricked me, tried to get me kicked out of Hollywood Arts, and even trying to give me an allergic reaction to get me out of doing 'Steamboat Suzy'.

Shaking my head from my thoughts, I make my way to the Asphalt Café, wanting to grab something to eat before lunch ends in ten minutes or so. Grabbing a salad with Italian dressing and a bottle of water, I make my way to the table where Cat, Andre, Beck, Robbie, and Jade are sitting, stopping when I see the only available spot is either beside Jade or Beck. Hesitating, I shake my head and move to Beck's side, across from Jade, and keep some distance between me and the tall Canadian.

"Uh, hey." Beck says, raising an eyebrow at me when I sit and open my plastic container of salad and drizzle the Italian dressing over it.

"Hey." I say softly as I eat my lunch.

"What took you so long?" Andre asks cautiously as I eat.

"Had to talk to someone, get something cleared." I say, avoiding Jade's gaze.

"How'd it turn out?" Cat asks, looking at me.

"Could've been better." I say, glancing at the redhead. "Did you know?" I ask her, knowing she'll know what I'm talking about.

"I was informed when lunch began." Cat admits, keeping it vague.

"Are we missing something?" Andre asks, staring at us.

"Personal." I say, giving him a small smile as I got back to my lunch. "Are you guys doing anything this weekend?" I ask, changing the subject.

"Thinking about going somewhere, maybe a bowling alley or something, this Saturday." Beck answers, giving me a curious look. "Why?" He asks gently.

"Would I be able to come as well?" I ask softly, still regretting how I reacted towards them.

"Uh, yeah. Sure." Beck says, nodding. "I know you're sorry for how you reacted, but you had your reasons." He says softly, watching me as I finish my lunch. "Though we don't know," He says, indicating everyone at the table, not knowing that Jade and Cat know. "we don't blame you. No need to feel bad about it or anything anymore. Okay?" He says, patting my shoulder softly, not seeing the slight glare from Jade.

"Sorry." I say, fighting the urge to shrug his hand off. He gets the message I think, because a second later, he removes his hand. "What time are you guys planning on going to wherever?" I ask, closing the plastic container after eating most of the salad.

"Sometime after lunch. We're planning on going to Nozu or Karaoke Dokie for lunch first." Andre answers, sharing a confused look with the guys, neither of them expecting me to sit with them, even after I apologize and talked things through earlier.

"Stop my around eleven? We can hand out for a bit before going out." I offer, taking a drink of water.

"Yeah. Sure." Robbie says, finally speaking up. "All of us?" He asks, nodding at everyone at the table, unsure.

"Yeah. Everyone." I say, glancing at Jade.

A minute later, the bell rings to end lunch. As we throw our stuff away, I see a shadow appear beside mine. Looking over, I see a somewhat nervous Jade avoiding my gaze.

"Is it okay if I stop by after school?" Jade silently asks me as we make our way inside.

"Yeah. We need to talk." I say as we walk to the doors.

Walking in, I glance at Jade, seeing her nod in agreement with eyes looking away from me.

That's it for this one. Next one will take place with the talk between Tori and Jade at the Vega house. I know there wasn't a lot of closure between Tori and Shelby, but I felt that having Tori forgive her wouldn't be realistic.

I'm thinking about wrapping this up in a few chapters, and make a sequel of Tori, Jade, Shelby, everyone after. I have a plan to end this fic, which may or may not be surprising.

Thank you for reading, and please review.

Blessed Be.
