A/N: Ello! Here's a slightly longer chapter to make up for the really short one. Because I don't have any major tests coming up, I've had time to type to get my mind off of school. And what way better than a little fluff? And I love writing Katsu too. So anyway, enjoy!
Ayumu slowly opened his eyes yawning. He went to stretch but realized Hizumi was using him as a pillow as the two of them had fallen asleep on the couch. Ayumu smiled slightly and ran his hand through the sleeping boy's hair absentmindedly. He wished he could stay like that forever, but the need to go to the bathroom made Ayumu slowly untangle himself in order to not wake Hizumi up.
Ayumu quietly made his way to the bathroom and stopped dead in his tracks as a familiar face leaned against the wall in the hallway.
"Jeez," Katsu sighed. "Did you know you haven't been apart from Hizumi this entire time?"
"What do you want?" Ayumu glared, slowly backing away.
"Woah, calm down," Katsu said, taking a couple steps back to show she meant no harm. "I really just want to talk. Really. I'm not joking."
"Then why don't you want Hizumi around?" Ayumu asked skeptically.
"Are you kidding?" Katsu asked, pointing at her still slightly purple cheek. "I'm afraid just seeing me will set him off again. How has he been?"
Ayumu shrugged, still not fully trusting Katsu. "He hasn't shown any sign of…going off since then."
Katsu sighed in relief. "Maybe he still has a chance then…"
"A chance? You mean it's possible he won't be like his brother?" Ayumu asked hopefully.
Katsu smiled and shrugged. "Hizumi does have a very important thing Yaiba didn't. You love him, right Ayumu?"
Ayumu blushed. "W-what do you mean?"
Katsu laughed. "Oh please, it was painfully obvious when you came for him so quickly even though you were scared to death of me. Plus, I may have been hanging around here lately waiting to talk to you."
Ayumu's blush deepened and shrugged. "Alright, I may really like him."
"I'm hoping you can make Hizumi be himself," Katsu said, walking up and wrapping an arm around Ayumu. She poked a finger at his chest. "As long as you're around, I'm sure even if he does go all 'devil', you'll be able to pull him out of it."
"You have a lot of faith in me," Ayumu mumbled, looking down. "What if I can't do it?"
"Ayumu?" Hizumi's sleepy voice yawned as he walked into the hallway. "Who are you talking to?" Hizumi paused in his tracks as his eyes met Katsu's.
Katsu quickly backed away from Ayumu and put her hands up to show she meant no harm. "Hey, Hizumi," Katsu said with a smile.
Hizumi's eyes narrowed. "What are you doing here?"
"Let's just calm down," Katsu said. "I truly just came here to talk."
"You sound like a broken record," Hizumi growled, clenching his fists and quickly stepping in front of Ayumu. "Haven't you learned anything?"
Katsu began to back up as Hizumi came forward. "Ayumu, whenever you want to jump in would be greatly appreciated!"
Ayumu put a hand on Hizumi's shoulder, making him stop and glare back at him. Ayumu look a step back in shock, Hizumi's glare striking fear in him.
Hizumi quickly snapped out of it by the look of horror on Ayumu's face.
"Ayumu! I-I'm sorry," Hizumi frowned, wringing his hands together nervously. "I just…"
"I know, idiot," Ayumu sighed, ruffling Hizumi's hair. "But I really think Katsu is here to talk. I mean, she's had plenty of opportunity to kidnap me again."
Hizumi looked over at Katsu. "Really? You really mean it?"
Katsu sighed in relief. "Yes," she said. "I'm really concerned for you, Hizumi."
"It will be fine," Hizumi said softly, not sounding confident in his own words. "I have Ayumu after all," he added more happily, clinging to Ayumu's arm.
Katsu smiled warmly, which was strange for Ayumu to see. She seemed like a completely different person, but he still refused to let his guard down knowing how easily her personalities flipped.

"You have got to be kidding me."
Ayumu looked up from the table over at Hiyono, who had just walked in.
"What?" Ayumu asked innocently.
"What? What?!" Hiyono shouted, gesturing towards the situation wildly.
Katsu sat at the table eating, ignoring the loudness as she read the newspaper. Ayumu sat on the other side with Hizumi sitting on his lap facing towards him while holding out a fork with a piece of pancake on it, attempting to feed it to Ayumu.
"Ignoring the fact that you and Hizumi look like a total couple right now, you let another person in your house that has tried to kill you?" Hiyono asked. "That is the blade child who kidnapped you, is it not?"
"Guilty," Katsu said nonchalantly, not looking up from the paper.
"I just don't get you."
Ayumu shrugged and ate the pancake off the fork, making Hizumi smile triumphantly and twist around to get another piece.
Hiyono stared. "What the heck is going on?"
"Oh, it's what it looks like," Katsu chimed in. "They are in that gross 'stuck to each other like glue' phase."
"What? Since when? I thought you like Madoka!" Hiyono frowned. "I didn't know you liked guys. And I usually know everything," she added, crossing her arms.
Ayumu just shrugged once again. "I didn't even know. It just sort of happened."
"Yeah," Hizumi smiled, wrapping his arms around Ayumu's neck and sticking his tongue out at Hiyono.
Hiyono blushed at the sighed. "Are you sure there's no ulterior motives?" Hiyono asked.
Hizumi scowled. "You're still going to go on about that? I love Ayumu!" Hizumi said, smashing his lips against Ayumu as if to solidify the point.
Hiyono glanced away as the two of them didn't break apart.
"Yeah, you get used to it," Katsu sighed, kicking the chair to make it topple over to break them up.
"Hey!" Hizumi shouted, glaring up at Katsu. He stood up and helped up Ayumu as they set the chair back up.
"That was a little uncalled for," Ayumu said, rubbing his head.
Katsu shrugged, taking a sip of her coffee with a smile. "It just gets annoying with you two making out every five minutes."
"We do not," Hizumi pouted. "And you can't complain. You shouldn't even be staying here."
"Ayumu said I could," Katsu grinned.
"Why is that, again? Don't you have a house?" Hizumi frowned, crossing his arms. There was nothing more that he wanted than to be alone with Ayumu since he finally returned his feelings. But here Katsu was, seeming to always be around.
"You trust me in that house by myself?" Katsu asked. "I might just have to find somebody to entertain me in that basement," she smiled innocently. "I do hate to be alone."
Ayumu went over to do the dishes, already used to the two of them bickering.
Hiyono stepped back outside, away from the strange sight.
It was like a weird, dysfunctional family.
