Chapter 4: Nightmare Chaos
Gennai's House
"Oh I don't mention that part?" Gennai said not acting surprised
"uh yeah." Tai standing between the psychics and his friends.
"I apologized, but now we have even bigger problems." Gennai change to a serious look "I am sorry to say this but you four are unable to return home."
Ninten, Ness, Lucas, and Claus widen their eyes in horror.
Tai also widen his eyes "w-why not"?
"you remember when I said I was keeping an eye on you four.'
The four psychics nodded.
"Well something had happened to the portals from your world to the digital world. The problem is there have been an unknown interference causing the portals to malfunction."
"Can you fix them"? Ninten asked
"I can, but its going to take some time. So for the mean time, you can fill free to live here or with the digidestined until this problem is solved."
"But wait"! Kari held up her hand getting everyone's attention "Ness, could you teleport home by using your PSI powers"?
"oh that's right, maybe I could-"
"NO NESS"!
"Huh"? Ness turned to Gennai "Why not"?
"You can't use PK teleport like that in the digital world because it won't work how you wanted too. Yes you can teleport to places in the digital world. You can also teleport places in their world as well, but remember, the Digitial world is made of data. If you manage to teleport from here to your world you will be bringing the data from here to your world. Some could be viruses that could harm your world." Gennai explained
Ness sweatdropped "oh."
"But what am I supposed to tell my mom, she thinks I'm in baseball practice"! Ninten exclaimed
"The time will come for you to explain to your parents." Gennai reassured
Then he noticed Lucas' and Claus' expressions. "oh I'm sorry. Didn't mean to bring back dark memories."
The four digidestined glanced at the twins "What he meant by dark memories."
"Anyway, so what will it be: stay in the digital world or with the digidestined." Gennai asked
"I would like to see how their dimension look compared to mine." Ness admitted
"I'm just hungry. I need a burger ASAP (As soon as possible). Ninten complained
Lucas giggle at Ninten's comment. Then he turned to Claus. "What you want to do Claus?"
Claus bit his lip thinking. He know it would be amazing on going to a different Demension besides Ninten's and Ness'. But he's more worried for Lucas safety. Claus glanced at Lucas seeing a look on his face saying he wanted to go. He sighed, it's either those four together, or he in the digital world by himself.
"I'll stay here."
Lucas and the other two psychics widen their eyes "What"? Lucas said with a surprise tone.
"I'm staying here." Claus repeated
"B-but why"? Lucas stuttered.
"Well, it will give me a chance to see how this "Digital World" really is."
"Are you sure you'll be fine, I mean what if-"
Lucas stopped as he felt Claus' arms on his shoulders. He see his one green eye starting at him. "I'll be fine."
Lucas stared at his face with the same expression. He sighed and immediately hugged Claus. Claus was surprised by the sudden hug but then slowly hugged back.
"Be safe okay"?
"I will."
Impmon who was behind Claus, was starting at the two twins hugging with a confuse look. "I don't get it"?
As Lucas let go of Claus he back up to Ninten Ness. "Okay you three this way." Gennai stationed them to the computer on his desk.
"Okay face your digivices to the screen." The three psychics put up their devices as instructed. Then the screen turn on and became very bright. Ness and Lucas shielded their eyes and Ninten was staring in big eyes.
Their partners were staring in awe, then all of a sudden their wee sucked into the screen.
"Don't worry we'll keep an eye on them" Tai turned around but only seeing the door open a jar. Agumon blinked "where he go"?
"Well you better they in digidestined, these kids moves fast." Gennai warned
Tai nodded "okay let's go." The rest of the digidestined nodded. They walked up to the screen and put up their digivices, then they too was sucked into the screen.
Leomon sighed and he walked towards Gennai. "So how long before you can fix the devices in their world."
Gennai only smiled "oh maybe one or two...months...years maybe."
Leomon widen his eyes in horror. Claus overheard what Gennai said from the window behind Leomon. He glared and continued to walk off.
Obaida,Tokyo, elementary school
Walking in the hallway is Davis Motomiya. He was always a big fan of Tai in soccer, and sord of like a apprentice. He's wearing his usual blue shirt with a white stripe on the middle with orange outlines and his sleeveless blue vest. He heard from Tai that their are some new digidestined now. He would like to brag how he defeated MaloMyostismon. He knows it's late, but he can't wait to meet them.
So Davis slide open the door to the computer lab seeing some of the computer screen on. He walked up to one a put up his D-3. He was about to say the magic words until the portal open on his own.
Davis took a step back and soon a bright light shown. Then he got barnbarded by Ninten, Ness and Lucas with their Digimon. Ninten some how headbutt Davis in the forehead as he got out of the portal.
Davis rest his hand on his forehead as he got up seeing the three kids laying on the floor. "Are...you guys the new digidestined I've been hearing about"?
Ness was the first to open his eyes and took a look at his surroundings. He turned to Davis and nodded "Yeah, we are."
Lucas got up and was a little wobbly by coming through the portal.
Ninten got up and also resting his hand on his forehead. "Ow, my forehead hurts."
"Well it could'y have been since you headbutt me." Davis glared "Only V-mon is allowed to do that"!
Ninten also glared "it's not like I did it on purpose"! Dracomon came next to Ninten and tapped his side "Don't start a fight." he plead
Davis notice the Digimon and his expression immediately changed. "Wow, is that your partner." Dracomon smiled "Yep my name is Dracomon."
Bearmon came from behind Ness "Bearmon."
Davis time to Lucas. Lucas turned around and didn't see his partner. Lucas look around confuses until he see his partner across the room flying with his arms folded. "I'm Lucemon."
Davis' eyes sparkled "So there is such thing as a baby Angemon." Lucemon made a wired face "What no, I'm Lucemon"!
Lucas open his mouth to say something, until he noticed the computer brighten up again. He took one step back from the computer untill Tai and the other came out of the computer.
"Why am I always on the bottom"! Tai groaned as his head pop out from the bottom of the pile.
Kari was the first to got up and dusting off her clothes. she turned to her left seeing Davis and jumped "Davis, what you doing here"?
"Well I stumbled upon the new digidestined here, not like I was going to the digital world or anything." Davis turned around with his hands on his head. He then looked around and turned back "Wait, where are they."?
Matt stand up and widen his eyes "Damn Gennai wasn't kidding, they do move fast."
"Well come on, let's not lose them"! Kari ran out of the computer room.
The three psychics came through the school gates with their digimons and look at their new surrounding.
"Wow this feels weird..." Lucas started off
"Why because its not the same as Tazmilly village"? Ness asked
"No because that Ferris Wheel reminds me of New Pork City..."
"What's New Pork City"? Lucemon asked
"Well its a really cool amusement park, but It's been torn down after the sudden incident." Lucemon titled his head "What sudden incident."?
"Hey guys, you should see the view from here"! Ness yelled from a 10 story tall building. Bearmon was still on the bottom of the building "Ness, how you got up there so quickly, can you please come down." Ness frowned and then shrugged; he did said please.
So then Ness jumped from the building making the digmons gasped. "Ness, I didn't mean llike that"! Bearmon flailing his arms rapidly. Before Ness landed on the ground, he manage to jump again from mid air causing him to do a little flip from a descent height and landed on the ground unharmed, in front of Bearmon. "What you say"? Ness asked. Bearmon sweatdropped "Uhhh, nothing..."
"So are we getting something to eat or what, I am starving..." Ninten groaned rubbing his stomach. "Yeah, I want some grub." Dracomon replied.
"Well we could always-" Ness started
"WE ARE NOT GETTING FOOD OUT OF THE GARBAGE"! Ninten and Lucas yelled at Ness. Ness had his eyes closed as he nervously laugh, bringing his hands up defensively "That's not what I meant. I mean the guys can show us where to eat."
"Yeah, hopefully something descent." Lucas said.
"Okay so dinner for four"? Lucemon asked
Ness and Lucas turned to Lucemon with confused looks "I thought it was six..." Ness said.
"Well, they left ..." Lucemon pointed when Ninten and Dracomon was standing. The images of bothe Ninten and Dracomon were appearing and disappearing three times. Ness and Lucas both widen their eyes.
"WHAT"!?
"Ninten, why did you left so suddenly..."? Dracomon asked. Ninten simply ignored him until he stop at a store's window.
"I knew it..." Ninten pressed his face and hands on the window. He's looking at a specific aisle that is filled with his favorite snacks. "I knew my oreo senses were tingling."
Dracomon gave a unimpressed face "How can you 'sense' that, you was five blocks away"!
"Don't care, all I know..." he started as he approached the closed doors about to open them. "Is that I'm going to get me-"
When Ninten tried to open the door, it won't open. Ninten blinked a couple of times and then started to fiercely open door with both hands. He was lucky no one was on the block as he put both his feet on the doors trying to open the doors.
"Daaah!" Ninten yelled as he jumped back down glaring at the doors. "its locked."
"Awww, bummer, kay, let's get back to the others, I'm pretty sure they guys are looking for us, soo lets just head back...Ninten"?
"Hold on..."
Dracomon tilted his head a little by whats is going on. Ninten is bend down jamming something to the lock.
KA-CHUNK!
"Ha! Got it open." Ninten grinned as he opened the door and walked in. Dracomon immediately ran after his partner. Even though it was too dark he noticed Ninten putting something under his cap in his hair. Dracomon look up at Ninten "What did you put in your hair"?
Ninten immediately jumped and turned around "N-nothing"!
"Freeze"!
Both Ninten and Dracomon put their hands up. "Oh shit... Ninten whispered
Digital World, Tropical Beach
Claus was walking through a tropical jungle with Impmon beside him, not saying a word. Impmon was looking around trying to distract himself, but then he gotten bored again. He growled irritably by how stubborn he his trying to entertain himself.
"Do you have to make that sound every time nothing goes your way"?
Impmon looks up at him then quickly turn his head "Tch, man everything didn't went my when I was born."
Claus couldn't help to smiled a little "Well I'm no different."
"Really"? Impmon look up "What happened."
Claus was about to say something until something caught his nose. Since, he is half chimera, most of sense were increased drastically. He decided to followed the scent, as he started to walk fatser. "Hey wait up"! Impmon tried to keep up. Claus didn't hear him as he continued to picked up his speed. While Impmon was struggling to keep behind him " *Pant* *Pant* Remind me not to challenge you in a marathon."
Then Claus came to a sudden stop.
Impmon skidded in halt, resulted on hitting Claus' right leg. Claus glanced and frowned at his partner. "W...Why do you run off like that, don't you ever think on...where to..." Impmon stopped and walked further and look at his surroundings. He first saw the sand, then the digital ocean, which was glittering with the sunset setting off a purple color. Impmon turned to Claus who started to walk up a little further "I smelt some salted air, so i figured there was a beach nearby."
Impmon eyes sparkle in amazement "That's so cool! How could you smelt it from back there, we were miles away from here."
Claus was about to answer until he heard some rustling coming form a bush inched to their right. Claus immediately took a defensive pose as do Impmon as well. The Digimon then appeared from the bush. It was a little elephant type digimon with a cloud from its waist down. It look around seemingly lost and noticed Claus and Impmon and slowly hide itself in the bush. "Who are you"? Claus demanded.
"T-Tapirmon..."
"What's a digimon like you doing here, don't you live in a village somewhere"? Impmon question.
"w-well I was trying to get back home but then I got lost..." The digimon look down on the ground sad.
"Where do you live"? Impmon asked
"File City."
"File City huh." Impmon out his hand on his chin. "I think if you go back down where you came from, and make a left at the rock there." Impmon pointed at the rock between the two trees "you should get there in 10 minutes."
"R-really...thank you..." The digimon scurried trying to get home.
"Well aren't you a little tour guide."
Impmon look up a Claus you was smirking at him. "no I'm not, just that File City was my home to, you know."
Obaida Tokyo
"Who, who are you"? the mysterious figure said behind the counter, next to the cash register, holding a bat.
"Ninten..." Ninten slowly put his hands down.
"And who is that"?
Ninten turned to Dracomon. He had to think of something quick, because he's pretty sure this person never seen a digimon before. or so he thought...
"No one." The figure tilted her head and slowly walk around the counter towards Ninten. "Hey, hey, I said its no one."! Ninten was about to reach his bat. The figured walk in front of the moon light revealing her identity. "I know that's a digimon." She put her hands on her hips giving a pouting expression.
Ninten and Dracomon both look at each other. "How do you know that-"
"Hey, Ninten"!
Ninten quickly turned around and see Ness rand through the door followed by Bearmon, who then stopped at the door when he saw a human. "Ninten..." Ness said resting his hands on his knees out of breath from the running. "How...how did you disappear like that, in the spam of 5 seconds"!
"Well you see..." Ninten blush while scratching the back of his head.
"Oh my gosh." Both Ninten and Ness turned to the girl who's eyes are sparkling in excitement. "Another digimon! Is he your partner"? Ness gave a confused look unsure on what to say. "Ohhh, don't worry." she took out her red digivice "I'm a digidestined too. Should have said that earlier huh? The name Yolei."
"Oh, in that case yes, yes he is, his name is Bearmon." Ness smiled "My name is Ness."
Ness turned to the right window seeing Lucas peeking "Oh and he's Lucas, he's a little shy, but he's also a digidestined."
Lucas was peeking through the window, giving a small smile at Yolei, who waved at him. Lucemon was on his right leaning on the wall crossing his arms with his eyes closed "Hey Lucas." Both Lucas and Lucemon turned to their right seeing Tai and the other running to them. "Y-yes..." Lucas straighten up seeing them approach them. "Okay first off, why did you guys leave like that." Tai put his hands on his hips. "Also, why is Ness and Nitnen in there with Yolei"? Davis pointed at the window seeing them talking and laughing.
"oky, okay..." Yolei laughing with tears in her eyes. "You can't be serious."
"It's true, he was just leaving his house, and then all of a sudden, his backpack exploded with oreos flying everywhere." Ness grinned. Ninten was frowning and steaming in rage while blushing. Then he blinked and look at the aisle full of oreos. He made a evil smile 'speaking about oreos, now is my chance.'
Ness heard what Ninten said in his mind, and quickly turned around seeing Ninten in the aisle about to open a pack of oreos. "Ninten." he said in a serious tone. Ninten quickly look up and gave a sheepish smile. "You need to pay for that."
Ninten rolled his eyes "Yeah, yeah..." Ninten was digging in his left pocket but he didn't feel any money. "Tch." Ninten quickly check his other pocket and found no money as well. He then slap both of his pockets in panic "Oh no..."
"What"? Ness raised his eyebrow
"I-I think i left my wallet at my house."
"You WHAT! How did you forget it"?
"It's okay."
Everyone turned to Yolei. "It's on the house." she winked "I was about to close anyway. Feel free to have anything you want, but 10 items or less, don't want to put my family business in Jeporady."
"Wow, thanks." Ness smiles.
"Hey Yolei." Davis waved as we walked in.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN "HEY YOLEI" YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET ME AND KEN HERE A HOUR AGO"! Yolei glared at him.
Davis immediately step back and put his hand up defensively "I didn't know it was today."
"You always say that"!
"No I don't"!
"Oh, yes you do." Yolei crossed her arms.
Lucas was still peeking at the window as he saw Tai and the others walk in trying to break up the fight. Lucas then turn back to the school, where he came from., worrying about Claus.
He turned at the window and slowly backed away, so they won't notice him leaving. "What you doing"? Lucas jumped a little, and slowly turned around to Lucemon who is crossing his arms. "Well, I was just... I mean I was going to...see how Claus is doing..."
Lucemon raised his eyebrow "Why? It sounded like he wanted to be alone."
Lucas sigh "I know, but I couldn't help to be worry about him. I know for a fact that he will do the same for me." Lucemon tilted his head in confusion. 'This is the second time he's acting like this why"?
Luckily for Lucemon, Lucas was not reading his thoughts. "You can stay if you want." Lucemon blinked when he saw Lucas heading back to the school "I just want to make sure that my brother is safe." Lucemon glanced at the window, seeing the digidestined are still trying to break the fight between Yolei and Davis. Lucemon then started walking with Lucas. Lucas turned to him with a surprised look "Your actually coming"?
"Look, whether I like it or not, I'm your digimon partner so I have to keep you safe. sort of." Lucas smiled warmly and continued walking "Also, if they find out you were missing they were going to blame me."
Digital World, Tropical Beach
Claus was sitting on the beach, leaning back on his arms enjoying the sunset. He kept his distance from Impmon who is just running down the beach, having a blast. Claus trying his best to ignore Impmon as he watch the ocean glimmering in the sunset. He then close his eyes calmly, trying his best to relax.
Flashback
"Okay you two, do't go too far in the water now."
"We won't." two little twins said before running into the water.
"Hey lucas."
"Hm." responded to water splash at his face. Lucas shake is face and glared at his brother who was laughing. Lucas then responded by splashing at Claus' face. Claus then glared when his face was dripping wet "So that's how's it gonna be."
Hinawa watched from the beach, her twins splashing water at each other. "Oh what am I going to do with these two."?
"Don't worry, their just kids."
Hinawa turned around seeing Tessie walked up next to her also watching the twins playing in the water. "Their kids, and brothers too, its only normal for them to play fight like that."
"Their so predictable, that its cute."'
"Hey Lucas."
Lucas open his eyes when the splashing stopped. "huh"?
"One day when we get older, we should come here and settle the score." Claus grinned.
Lucas blinked a couple of times before giving a warm smile. "Okay." Lucas notice that Claus' turn his back on him "But lets finished this now"! Lucas splash water on his back. Claus shivered and quickly turned around splashing Lucas back, continuing the battle.
End of Flashback
Claus realized that he never settle the score now, Maybe he should do it now when he get the chance. "Hey Claus"! Claus imediatley broke from his thoughts, and look at the ocean seeing his partner waving from the edge of the ocean. "Wanna Join"? Claus responded with a sigh, and got up and walk the other way.
Impmon then put his hands on his hips "Boy is he stubborn. Where he going"? Impmon noticed Claus walking back into the forest they can from. He thenran after him "Hey wait up, can you stay still for one..." he stopped when he saw the unthinkable. His partner fast asleep on the ground.
He turned around seeing Taprimon peeking from a bush and quickly ran back. "HEY! GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT"!
Taprimon ran as fast as he could until he trip on a rock and started rolling on the ground unil he stop. He cough a little with his vision blurry, and saw Impmon on his right glaring while crossing his arms. "What you did to him"?
"Huh"?
"What the fuck did you did to my partner"!
Claus was still fast asleep on the floor, slowly struggling in his sleep.
Claus' Dream
Claus open his eyes and notice he's in nothing but darkness around him. He started looking around trying to find some light, a person, anything.
Where the hell am I?
Impmon...?
Lucas!
"Come on kids! Run!"
Claus frozed when he heard a familiar voice. He saw infront of him a visual flashback of him, his brother, and his mother running through the mountains while the sunshine forest is on fire. Claus was visually shaking when he saw the horror on all of there faces. Then he heard a roaring behind them. Claus stiffened up when he saw Mecha Drago rampaging right behind them.
no...noo-no-no...!
"I'll tell you one more time, what did you did to him.' Impmon ignited a flame on his hand.
"I..I-huh..."?
"What"! Impmon turned around seeing Claus getting up from the ground. Impon glanced at Taprimon with glare and ran to Claus. "Oh thank goodness your okay, I could have sworn that..."
Claus immediately revealed his left mechanical arm transforming it into a cannon; pointing it at Impmon. "Woah! What the hell"!? Impmon skidded to a stop. "Buddy its me." With no hesitation he fired a PK LOVE OMEGA at Impmon.
Mother 3: Forest on Fire
"Woah"! Impmon jump to the left, as the beam barley missed him, destroying a tree. "What are you doing"! Claus didn't hesitate to fire at Impmon again. Impmon dodged the beam again, causing an explosion behind him. The beam hit Taprimon causing him to slide on the ground on his back. "This wasn't part of the plan..."?
"What plan"? Impmon turned to Taprimon.
"Uh-n-nothing, i mean-ack"!
Impmon jumped back when a beam hit Tapirmon. Impmon turned to the direction to where the beam came from. Impmon widen his eyes when he saw Claus pointing his arm cannon at Taprimon. "Claus! That was totally uncalled for, I mean sure he's suspicious, but sill-" Claus didn't hesitate on fire the beam at Taprimon again. Impmon gasped and ran infront of Taprimon leaving his arms open wide to defend him.
PK LOVE OMEGA!
A similar blue and pink beam deflected Claus's attack. Impmon slowly put his arms down, and turned around seeing Lucas and Lucemon coming to them. "Claus what are you doing? This is not like you."
Claus' Nightmare
"What the fuck is going on, why is the Mecha Drago alive!?" Claus looking straight at Mecha Drago, or so he thought.
"heh...heh..."
Claus immediately look are for the source of the laughter. "I must say, you have a lot of dark memories that can still haunt you." Claus growled while still looking around, preparing his arm cannon. "Who are you"!?
"I don't usually reveal my identity so soon, but since you ask..." The Digimon appear behind Claus. "I"m called MetalPhantomon." In a quick reflex Claus turned and fired his cannon. Metalphatomon simply faded away like a ghost as the beam missed him. "I wouldn't fire so crazy if I were you."
Claus showed his chimera teeth "Why not"!
Metalphantomon chuckled again and then disappear. "Hey wait! I'm not done with you"!
End of music
"Impmon what happened to him"? Lucemon asked
"I don't know, Claus was just leaving the beach, and next thing I know, he was pased out on the floor. I thought he was hurt or something so I immediately blamed Taprimon here." Impmon glanced at Taprimon "He then said, once he saw Claus got up that 'this is not part of the plan."
"What plan"? Lucas asked the digimon.
"Well, my master..." Taprimon started. "There's no need to explain Taprimon."
"Wha, what was that..." Lucas look around
"I don't know. But we must be careful.' Lucemon took a defensive pose. He glanced over his shoulder, seeing Claus shooting agin, in different directions. He was about to block a attack when Lucas slide infront of him. PSI SHIELD! Lucas shielded him and his partner with a light blue protector surrounding them. Lucas turn around "You okay"? Lucemon was blinking a couple of times then shook his head. "Yeah, yeah I'm fine. Could have handle it myself." he muttured Lucas turned back to Claus you is still shooting. 'something is not right, I've never see Claus shoot like that before. What's happening."
"Come on! Show yourself"! Claus said checking his surroundings.
"Go on kids, I'll hold him off..."
Claus turn to his left in horror. The one sentnce he remember at that night.
"But mom, you can't, you'll get hurt"! young Lucas plead tearing up.
"Don't worry, I"ll be fine. go get help"! Hinawa grabbed a stick that was on fire on the top.
"But-"!
"Come on Lucas, we gotta go."! Young Claus grabbed his younger brother's was pulling Lucas trying his best not to look back; while Lucas was desperately reaching his free hand to his mom.
Claus then went on his knees, when he saw the most brutal part. When Mecha Drago immediately lunges at Hinawa bitting her through her chest. Claus was crying a little from his left eye. Metalphatomon appeared behind him with a huge grin. "Now's is my chance..." he summoned his scythe with his right hand and his about to strike.
"YOU BASTARD"! Claus swiflty got his sword and slash at Metalphantomon. The Digimon deflect it with his scythe, he smiled evily "Yuo gotta be faster than that."
Claus jump back raised his sword and pointed it down quickly, using his PK thunder on Metalphantomon. "Gaaaaah..."! Claus was glaring with his green eye at the digimon being electrocuted.
"Claus"...
Claus stopped and started looking around. "Did somebody say my name"?
"Come...on..."
'wake up..."!
Claus then realizing it was all a bad dream because everything around him is getting blurry.
Thank goodness, Claus was aiming at the tree, otherwise they would be barbecued right now. Lucas was right infront of Claus holding his shoulders shaking him. "Claus, Claus wake up."! Claus was still showing his emotionless face to Lucas, excatly how he acted when he was the commander. But soon enough, he blinked once, Lucas was still shaking him that cause him to blink two more times. Then he squeezed his eyes shut and opened them wide "Gaaah, Lucas, st-oo-oop shake-ing me"! Claus begged. Lucas stopped and gasped "Claus your awake"! Lucas hugged him.
Claus gave a confused look and curled his mouth "Awake, what you mean..."
"I found you pass out when you were leaving the beach." Impmon walk up to him. "Its all his fault." The imp pointed at Taprimon, who jumped.
"No its not." Claus started, getting a surprised look from his partner. "It was metalphantomon."

Everyone turned to th beach seeing the dark digimon appear like a ghost at the beach over the ocean. His reflection ripple over the water, the sun almost completely down. "I can still destroy you now, even if your not dreaming."
"I like to see you try"! Claus snapped showing his chimera teeth. "Yeah"! Impmon took a step up infront of Claus. Lucas was a little scared by the digmon's appearence. 'this was the digimon that was giving my brother nightmares'? He shifted his gazed at Claus and widen his eyes "Claus"! Lucas pointed at his pocket.
"huh"? Claus pick up his digivice, showing that it was glowing. Impmon grinned looking back at Claus 'I can finally digivolve'
Claus look down at and nodded, and started holding up his digivice.

Wizardmon
Lucemon: Ah, That's Wizardmon, he's a tricky champion Digimon. Its is said that he came from a digital world from another demension to train his magical attacks. Lets see if that training pays off.
Claus inspecting the new digimon in front of him, wizard Digimon with a pointed hat that have a skull with red eyes , a purple cape, with a staff in his right hand. Still have impmon's green eyes, but cannot see his mouth because of the collar. "Wizardmon huh"?
Wizardmon tighten the grip on his staff as he raised it up pointed at the digimon. "You will pay for giving my partner terrible nightmares."
"So what." Metalphantomon said not impressed "I'm a ultimate, your a champion, i sill got the upper hand here."
Wizardmon glared and with no warning Metalpantomon charged to him. Wiazardmon held his staff sideways, defending himself from the scythe. He immediately jump back "Magical game"! he fired a beam from his staff. Metalphantomon simply deflect it with his scythe "You gotta do better than that." she smiled smugly. He was then it by his left side by the divine cross attack. "Arrggh...' Metalphantmon slid back a little.
Wizardmon turn around seeing Lucemon with both of his hands together. "I may not get along with you, but I am not going to let this poor excused of a digimon be the best of you. That's my job."
"Thanks. I guess..."
"Don't thank me yet." Lucemon referred to Metalphantomon flying higher in the air. He then look around and noticed Lucas taking a step back. "Hmph." he quickly launched a chain that went around Lucas' wrist. "Aaaah"! Lucas yelled grabbing the chain.
Claus gritted his teeth. "You let go of my brother"! he was about to PK thunder him. "ah,ah, ah, if you electrocute me again, so will your brother."
Claus turned to Lucas who was trying to pull the chain loose. Then he noticed the chain sending a dark vibe to Lucas. Soon enough Lucas was staring blankly into space, like what happen to Claus.

Lucas' Nightmare
"huh"? Lucas started looking around. Everywhere is dark, with flashed of red and blue. He noticed that he is standing on some sort of cliff, leading to a abyss. he then hears something, and slowly turns around staring at the mask man, who is defending himself with his sword. Lucas was visibly shaking, the fact that he is witnessing one of his worst nightmares.
Soon enough the masked man took off the mask revealing himself to Lucas. Lucas gasped as he saw Claus smiling at him, then raised up his sword. Lucas gasped and look on his right side noticing the Franklin badge, equipped on him. Soon enough he fired a strong PK thunder on Lucas, which imediately reflected back at him, with twice of power as before.
Lucas was still looking with a blank expression, then Claus notice some tears are starting to stream down his face slowly. He glanced up at the digimon and growled. "If I can't shock him..." he transformed his metal arm into a gun "I'll shoot him." Claus activated his left eye, something he never did in a long time. His trajectory was slowly aiming at Metalphantmon until it lined up perfectly. Claus fired a PK LOVE from his cannon. The beam was going faster than expected and hit him head on, knocking him off balance.
"Arrrrgg..." he let go of the chain, that released Lucas from his nightmare. Lucas slowly open and closing his eyes. He then fell on his knees, and hold his forehead. "my head hurts."
Claus smiled in relief as his brother regain consciences, but turned his attention back to the digimon. The smoke revealed the digimon who had scratch marks on him. "How dare you...take this"! his raised his scythe about to slice Claus.
"Magical Game"!
"Divine Cross"!
Both attack merge and hit the digimon with immense power. As soon as it hit him, there was smoke. Claus couched a little, as Lucas was waving his arms until it peer out, and revealed that he was gone. "What! He got away, Where'd he go"! Claus exclaimed looking around. Wizardmon shifted to his right and noticed that Tapirmon was also missing. "Tapirmon is gone too."
"Huh"? Lucas noticed the elephant digimon disappearance. He then gave a worried look "Claus do you know what's going on"?
"I'm more confused than you are..." Claus started "Wait a minute..."
"what is it"? Lucas asked
"Why are you here Lucas"?
"Well...I...um..." Lucas stutering trying to give an anwser, while Claus folding his arms with a unimpressed look. Lucas sighed in defeat "The truth is..."
"Nothing, this was just a coincdence." Lucas turned to Lucemon shocked after what he said. Claus slowly turned his attention to the angel digimon "What do you mean coincidence"? Claus raised a eyebrow.
"I was just showing Lucas some parts of the digital world, and we somehow stumble upon you and Impmon." Lucemon continued explaining. Wizardmon tilted his head in confusion, even he don't believe it. Claus turned his attentions back to Lucas "Is that true"?
Lucas wasn't sure what to say, but if he don't say anything, his brother will know he's lying "Yeah, its true."
"Oh so you too, don't like the 'digital world' and this Gennai person"? Claus asked
"You could say that." Lucas replied. "Oh"!
Claus blinked in surprise "What"?
"Your...eyepatch..." Lucas pointed on the ground
"oh..." Claus noticed his eyepatch on the ground. He picked it up and was about to out it back on.
SLAP!
"aaaah"! Claus flinched as his brother slapped his hand dropping the eyepatch. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR"!
"Its dirty Claus! I don't want your eye to get infected." Lucas picked up the eyepatch.
"Oh please, we're in the digital world, their no infection besides a virus." Wizardmon said
"Still. I think is best to wash it, so for now, can you...um...keep the eye close for now." Lucas asked pointing at his left eye.
"Why"? Claus asked.
"Well, I'm pretty sure that the others will ask about your eye. And I don't want it to be awkward for you...like last time..." Lucas explained.
Claus stared at his brother with disbelief. It took him a while to tell Ninten and Ness about the incident they had. So, it makes sense that Lucas don't want him to go through that much trouble again. He noticed Lucas staring at the ground. "I'm so sorry I didn't notice this sooner. I would have protected you but i didn't..." Claus slowly widen his eyes, when he noticed some tears dripping from his face, hitting the ground. Lucas was crying.
Claus blinked, then soft me his eyes as we walked up to his brother. He place his hand on Lucas' shoulder "Its alright bro. But can you do something for me..." Claus hold Lucas' chin and brought it up to his face.
Lucas wipe his tears from his face. "I know, I know...don't cry..." Claus smiled and shook his head. "No, don't worry about me too much."
"But..." Lucas started
"Its okay Lucas." Claus interrupted him. "You know I'll be fine."
Lucemon stared at Lucas waiting for a response. "Your.." He then sighed "Your right, I"m sorry."
"There's no need to be sorry." Claus patted is shoulder "Now come on, you should probably head back."
Lucas widen his eyes and stared at him. "But Claus! After all of what happened, you should reconsider and come back too."
"But..."
"Please Claus, I think its for the best, and I know that what you think too." Lucas smiled
Claus then pouted childishly, something he hasn't did since he was young. He then turned to Wizardmon. The digimon shrugged, "He has a point." He turned back to his younger brother who is giving him puppy dog eyes. The chimera became memorized to the child's puppy dog eyes. "Fine Fine! I'll go"
Lucas smile warmly.
Gennai's House
"Why do we have to go to his house again."? Claus groaned when he was the structure again. "Oh come on, don't whine, its the only way how I got here." Lucas replied when he slide the door. "What's the worst that could happen."
CL-CLICK!
Lucas's eyes widen when he heard a gun being loaded. "What the-" Claus started mid sentence. The a gun shot was heard, they both instinctually duck to the ground covering their heads.
"What's going on in there." Lucemon witness the twins on the ground.
"I don't know." Claus awnsered while he transform his left arm to a gun. "But I'm about to find out."
Lucas grab his arm "Claus be careful."
Claus nodded as he walked slowly to the house. Since it was night time, the interior was extremely dark, and his only light source was the moon light from the windows. It was quiet...to quiet. The only noise was the squeaking from the wooden floors from his weight. Lucas was watching from the side of the door, with Lucemon and Wizardmon behind him. 'is it safe'? he thought. Then another shot was heard, making the twins flinch. Claus as still looking around, but manage to find a shadow; he squinted his eyes, trying to make of the shadow, even his detector from his right eye couldn't recognize the figure.
The shadow figure just stand there, with the gun in his right hand. Claus couldn't tell that he was glaring at him. He about to take another shot, until his phone ringed. He groaned as he answered the phone. *Beep*"What is it"?
Claus raised a brow as he saw the person answering the call. He sounded like a little kid. Lucas was also confused but surprised as well. "I've heard that ringtone before."
"Okay fine. I"ll be right there." *beep*
"The figure turn back to Claus. "Count yourselves lucky." He walked up to the computer on Gennai's table, and held a familiar device. The light was bright enough for Claus to recognized the face, brown hair, blue eyes...wait his other eye isn't blue. Then the person got sucked into the computer. Lucas slowly walked in with the two digimon closely behind, and hold on his shoulder "Do you know who that was."? he whispered.
"No." Claus shock his head "I really don't"
"I wasn't expecting to see you four again."
The twins quickly turned around seeing Gennai walking in with his arms behind his back. "What can I help you boys with"? Gennai smiled walking past them. Claus glared as was about to hit him until Lucas tug on his right sleeve, glaring at his older brother. "We were about to head back to the real world, but then soe weird person tried to shoot at us." Lucas explained.
Gennai immediately stopped in his place " 'weird person' " Claus gave him a suspicious look. "Do you know who that is"?
"Surprisingly no" Gennai turned to him. "But I have heard rumors of a mysterious figute who keeps on coming to the digitial world asking for something. But I don't know what that person is looking for in the digital world, and I also don't know who it is. I was exploring the digital world to see if I will find that person, but I never expect his to come in contact with you."
"It was a good thing that it was so dark in here, he got terrible aim." Claus commeted.
"Is there anything else you can tell us"? Lucas asked.
"I"m afraid not." Gennai walked up to the computer. "Hmmmmm. that's strange.."
"What"? The twins asked.
"The portal to your world is open."
"WHAT"!? they exclaimed "B-But you said it will take a while to get it working." Lucas said. "I did.' Gennai said while typing. "I'm guessing the unknown interference is gone in your world."
"What about Ness' and Ninten's" Lucas gave a worried look
"No." Gennai said "Still unresponsive."
"So what this means. We can go back to our hometown."? Claus crossed his arms. "Can we come back here"? Lucas added.
"Yes and Yes." Gennai nodded
"The portal that you come out of, will be the same portal you use to get back." Gennai opened his drawer under the computer desk and pull something out. "Here you go."
"What are these." Claus held them up weirdly. "These are your D-Terminals."
"The what"? Claus gave a confused look, followed by Lucas. "You can use these to contact the digidestined, followed by Ness and Ninten. Now are you ready to go home."
"I guess so, but what about these two. Won't everyone in out village will be wondering who they are."? Claus asked
"Give them disguises so the will blend in." Gennai said.
Claus growled under his breath "You made that sound like its easy."
"No remember you say digi-port open, and the portal will open, I will keep contact with you if anything happens." Gennai smiled
The twins and their digimon partners nodded. They walked up to the computer and said "Digi-port Open"! The huge flash of light came form the screen and they were suck in with their digimon partners. As the light faded Gennai sighed. Soon the door slide open immediately entering Leomon. "Gennai. I have terrible news"!
"What is it"?
"The Starmen has manages to enter the digital world. Their looking for them as we speak. Please tell me all the portals are operational now." Leomon pleaded.
"No" Gennai check the portals again and still see the words "Unresponsive."
"Well we have to warn Ninten and Ness"!
Gennai nodded and walked pass the lion digimon outside with his arms behind his back. "I'm pretty sure they can handle it by themselves. But right now, we have more important issues to do."
"But Gennai..."! Leomon started
Gennai quickly turned around "The mysterious boy was here Leomon, with Lucas and Claus. There is a high chance, that was not a coincidence."
"But...But that's impossible, he was first sighted in File City by Andromon..." Leomon said
"Which means, someone or some digimon is working with him. But who..."?
Nowhere Island, Sunshine Forest
There was a happy box that was blinking in the middle of the forest near a stream. Next thing you know, Lucas and Claus were spit right out of it landed in a pile.
Lucas groaned "There has to be a better way to be transported."
"Your telling me." Claus said sarcastically as we was ironically on the bottom of the pile. It was a good thing too, because with his half chimera body, added some weight on him. So basically, he was heavier than he was before. He managed to pull himself out of the pile, and dust off his clothes. He turned to his left seeing Lucas getting up as well, and taking a look at his surroundings. "Hey, is this the sunshine forest"?
Claus look up and nodded "Yeah, well the old man was right. We are back home, but where did we get transported from."
Lucas look around for a while, until he noticed the happy box blinking right behind Claus. "Claus look." Lucas pointed at the box. Claus glanced over his shoulder and growled "Great, that's the last thing I wanted to see."
"Hey"!
The twins jumped when they heard a person shouted. Lucemon and Wizardmon instinctually hid in the bushes. Lucas heard footsteps, followed by rustling leaves. When they were about to see the figure a piece of twig was not in the person's line of sight, because its too dark, and scratch her on the arm. "Gah! Dammit"!
The twins quickly discovered who the person was. A woman who was 5 foot 6, with short pink hair, and a purple sweater. Kumatora. "I take that back, she was the last thing I wanted to see." Claus turned to Lucas pointing at her with his thumb.
Lucas smirked a little at his twin's comment. "Hey Kumatora-"
"Where the hell were you two"! the woman snapped. "You missed the concert..."!
Claus jaw drop "There was a concert..."
"Yeah." Kumatora said folding her arms. "And I tried to hold you guys seat in the front for the majority of the concert, but you never came. So old man Wes got a hold of it." Then Kumatora smirked "But then, he started throwing his socks at Duster, it was so funny, the two security guys kick him out. But still what happened with you guys." The twins glanced at each other with a worried look. "Is there something you're not telling me." Lucas look up while Kumatora put her hands on her hips.
"Its a long story.."
Kumatora shrugged "I got time, you can talk about it while I walk you guys home."
Obaida, Tokyo
The gang was leaving the supermarket, at 10:00. Matt and TK left a while ago, Matt got to his dad to do something important, and TK promised to be with his mother for a certain occasion. Davis was the first to walk out the door and sighed with his hands behind his head "boy, that was brutal."
"Well it would have gone better if you and Yolei weren't bickering every five minutes." Davis turn seeing Ken walking up to him.
"She started it, when she said I got the answer wrong." Davis shot back
Ninten walked past them with Dracomon close behind him and groan while rubbing his temples. "Press don't shout, you're giving me a headache." Dracomon frowned "Well, you had like ten packs of oreos..."
"So what else can your PSI can do"? The three boys turned around seeing Ness being chase by Yolei and Cody with Kari leaning in. Ness sweadropped "hehe...well I can...wait a minute..."
"What, was it something I said. Was I too pushy. I knew I was too pushy"! Yolei panicked.
"No its not you its just that...I feel like we're being watched." Ness look around cautiously. Bearmon also look around with a serious expression.
Ness glanced at Ninten who was chatting with Ness and then noticed some light above him. "NINTEN, LOOK OUT"!
"Huh? Woah"! Ninten jumped back, followed by Davis who ran in a panic. Ken jump the opposite way behind the beam. He squinted at the figure who was being transported from the beam. He widened his eyes in horror. "What...what is that thing."
Ninten and Ness gasped "Starman..."?
