Tadashi asked for permission from Aunt Cass before heading to the nearest candy store. As you arrived, the candies in the store caught your eyes. You wanted to buy all of them but you promised to Tadashi. You let out a sigh and started to find the jelly beans you wanted.

"Hiro... you promised, remember?" Tadashi tapped his foot and crossed his arms as he saw Hiro already holding a lot of candies in his hands.

"Ah, please, Tadashi!" Hiro stomped his feet and Tadashi quickly knelt and whispered something to him. You continued on searching for a bag of jelly beans. When you finally found one, you saw Tadashi was standing right beside you. You jumped and cupped your mouth.

"You scared me!" Tadashi only chuckled and you pushed him away. He quickly grabbed your arm and pulled you to him. "What now?!"

"I didn't bring a lot of money and Hiro wanted a lot more candy."

"So?"

"Can we buy your jelly beans later? Hiro was about to cry when I said that he needs to only pick one candy." You grunted and scratched your head. You finally sighed and nodded.

"Fine. I told you he will want more. Promise me that you will buy me my jelly beans." Tadashi smiled in relief and nodded to your request. You put back the bag of jelly beans and drag yourself to the counter. You crossed your arms when you saw Hiro was waiting for Tadashi to pay those candies in his hands. Hiro gave you a weird look and he asked, "Where's yours?"

You grunted and went outside the shop. You tapped your foot while waiting for your brothers to come out from the shop. You checked your watch and heard the door opened.

"Come on. Aunt Cass expected us to come home early." Tadashi held your hand and Hiro's hand as you crossed the street. The three of you didn't say a word. You can only hear the sound of Hiro chewing his gummy bears with joy.

When you saw the Lucky Cat Cafe from afar, you let go of Tadashi's hand and ran straight towards it. As you opened the door, you saw a lot of customers enjoying their foods and drinks. Behind the long queue of customers, you saw Aunt Cass doing her job on her own. You felt guilty on seeing her doing all the hard work while you were lying around and being such a burden to her.

Suddenly, you felt someone was tugging your shirt. You saw it was Hiro.

"What do you want?" you gave Hiro a glare but he didn't show any reaction.

"Tadashi said to go upstairs because down here is busy." You admitted it – it was busy. It's better to go upstairs then staying down here. You never liked the noises and crowded places. You looked around and back to Hiro.

"Where's Tadashi?" you started to look for him and Hiro said, "He wants to help Aunt Cass."

You hummed. I want to help her too.

"Okay, come on." You pulled him to you and both of you went upstairs. There, it was a bit quiet. You can still hear the noises. But the noise that really annoyed you was Hiro enjoying his gummy bears. You really felt like you want to choke him. It's all his fault that you didn't get to buy your jelly beans.

"You want some?" Hiro said with his mouth full. You saw him smile and you just can't always get mad at him. Especially when he was offering you his candy. "Do you really want to give me some?"

Hiro nodded and passed the bag of candies to you. "Okay. Thanks." The both of you enjoyed the gummy bears – although you don't like them much.

Then, it came to the last one of the gummy bears. You quickly reached for it and try to avoid Hiro from taking it. "Hey! Give me that!" You giggled as Hiro tried to climb on to you.

"No. Mine now." You acted like you wanted to eat the candy and you laughed at Hiro's reaction. You narrowed your eyes and smiled mischievously at him. "Hmm, you want this?" you showed the gummy bear to him.

Hiro nodded and kept on trying to reach the candy. "Hey, get down from me!" Hiro didn't listen to you until you say, "Okay, if you don't get down, I'll eat this."

He quickly went back to his seat and sat there quietly. Wow. Never knew he could be this quiet.

You chuckled and gave it to Hiro and you noticed that his eyes were watery. "Here you go. What a baby."

"I'm not a baby!" you laughed so hard when he said it with a hoarse voice while eating his gummy bears. You chuckled and went to the bathroom to wash your hands.

The cafe was closed and all of you were enjoying watching a movie – including Aunt Cass. She deserved it after all the hard work. She never looked tired. She's doing her best to hide it so that you and you're brothers didn't need to worry about her.

Suddenly, you heard the telephone rang. You were on her lap and she picked you up and put you on the couch – where she sat. The ones left on the couch – Tadashi, Hiro and you, watch the movie with excitement. You looked back to Aunt Cass.

You saw her biting her nails and walking around in circles. The telephone cord was tangled as she twisted it. Then, you saw her looking at you with a sad look. She forced a smile and you smiled back at her. You continued on watching the movie that was on.

You can't keep your focus on the movie. You sometimes looked back at your aunt and then back to the television. Tadashi noticed and he gave you a weird look.

"What?" you whispered to him as you saw Hiro was asleep.

"I suppose I should ask you that. What's wrong?" this question silenced you. Your lips formed a thin line and lifted your eyebrows before you shook your head. "No. Nothing. I'm okay."

Tadashi took a deep breath and nodded slowly, "Okay then." He then noticed Aunt Cass was crying at the back. You followed where his eyes landed and you felt the mixed feelings of sadness and fear. You didn't know what was going on. This really worried you and you really want to know. You let curiosity took over yourself. You walk slowly and quietly to Aunt Cass.

You stopped as you heard she cried while she hung up the phone. She fell to her knees and cupped her face. You took a few steps back. You knew that she wanted some time alone. You gulped and you took another few steps back before you turned around heading to the television.

As you turned around you felt a grasp on your shoulder. This brought chills to your spine. You slowly turned your head to face the person. You saw your aunt with her watery eyes with pink cheeks. You were just about to say something as she immediately hugged you. You can't resist but to cry with her.

"Who called, Aunt Cass?" she released her hug and she didn't have the strength to look into your eyes. She took a deep breath and exhales slowly – probably to calm herself. You wanted to ask her again but at the same time, you didn't want to. It may cause her much more pain. You chose silence as your answer.

Aunt Cass picked you up and she gave you a sad smile. You saw her lips quivered and tears began to flow. You unintentionally wiped her tears and she wiped yours. You didn't realise there was tears streaming down your face. She cleared her throat and began to speak.

"Um.. it was the police."
