Night Out
The drive to the restaurant was short as there was little traffic. I parked the car quickly and rushed to Bella's side with the necklace.
"Here baby. To complete the look, my heart."
I attached her silver, diamond encrusted necklace to her neck. I'd given it to her after two months of dating. It had been my mother's; biological. It meant a lot to me and I knew Bella was the one I had to give it too.
"I love you Edward."
"I love you too Bella."
My lips pressed to hers as I scooped her into my arms, holding her beneath her bottom and under her arms. Pushing the door to La Bella Italia with my shoulder, I smiled down at Bella.
"Welcome to La Bella Italia. How can I help?"
"We have a reservation for two under the name Cullen."
"Aaaahhh yes. Follow me."
I carried Bella through the busy restaurant, heads turning to look at us.
"Your table. Here are your menu's. Your waiter for this evening will be here in a moment."
"Thank you."
I set Bella down on one of the soft benches and sat on the other picking Bella's feet up and placing them on my lap.
"Hello. I'm Jason and I'll be your server tonight, what can I get you?"
"Two cokes please."
"I'll be right back with those."
I nodded to him before looking to my beautiful Bella.
"Why'd you get me a coke?"
"You always have a coke."
"What if I wanted something different tonight?"
"Well, you should have said something baby. What do you want?"
"A coke."
"No fair with the games baby."
I massaged her feet causing her to bend her knees.
"You know it takes two to play a game and I know all the games you love baby."
My fingers moved up and down her calves, massaging her skin. She moaned slightly attempting to muffle the sound with the back of her hand.
"How's all that built up frustration now baby?"
"Don't honey. Please don't."
"Don't what honey?"
I leaned across the table, my fingers going the back of her knees.
"Don't tease me."
"I'm not teasing you. I'm preparing you for tonight."
Jason came back with our drinks and I leaned back with my crooked smile.
"Have you decided what you would like to eat?"
"Can I have the mushroom ravioli?"
"I'll have a peperoni pizza."
"Is that all?"
"Yes thanks."
He turned and walked away to the kitchen. I turned back to Bella as she attempted to move her feet. Grasping her feet, I massaged them harder.
"You're not trying to escape are you baby?"
"No."
"Cause if you were I'd have to punish you baby. I'll ask you again. Were you trying to escape baby?"
"No."
"You sure?"
"Yes."
"Okay baby. I trust you."
I leaned across the table and pecked her lips.
"I love you baby."
"I love you too honey."
"You feeling alright baby?"
"Yeah. My knees are sore but my head's fine for now."
"I'm sorry baby."
I stood from my bench and slid in next to her.
"Come here baby."
I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and the other over her stomach, as she leaned her head on my shoulder.
"Everything's going to be alright baby. Don't forget we're going to Isle Bella for Christmas with the others. We'll spend Christmas day here with our family then Boxing Day we're all flying there. We can spend the week in the sun, relaxing."
"Sounds amazing honey."
"Here's your food. Is there anything else I can get you?"
"No thank you."
"Enjoy your food."
Jason placed the food down and left again. I spotted my mom serving another table. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I kept one arm around Bella's waist, rubbing circles with my thumb, as we tucked into our food.
"You enjoying your food baby?"
"Yeah. It's delicious."
"Are you feeling alright? You look a little off."
"I feel a little dizzy."
"Just stay still baby. It will pass in a minute."
She leaned into me, as my free hand went to the back of her head.
"Hello Edward, Bella. It's good to see you again."
"Hey mom. Would you like to sit?"
"No that's okay son. I've got to get back to work in a minute."
"Okay."
"Are you alright Bella?"
"Yeah. Thanks Elizabeth. Just a little dizzy."
"You look beautiful tonight Bella. The dress suits you."
"Edward chose it."
"Really."
I looked down embarrassed.
"I'll see you too soon. I hope you feel better soon Bella."
"Thank you Elizabeth. We'll see you soon."
"Love you mom."
"I love you too son. Have a good evening."
I kissed her cheek, before she turned back to another table.
"You feeling better now baby?"
"The dizziness has gone but my head hurts now."
"I'm sorry baby. Do you want to leave? We can go so you can get some sleep."
"No that's fine. I'll have some painkillers later and I'll be fine."
"If you're sure baby."
"I'm sure. Who knows when we'll get some time alone again?"
"Okay baby. If it gets worse we'll leave, okay?"
"Fine honey."
We turned back to our food, giving each other sweet kisses every now and then.
"Did you enjoy your meals?"
"Yes thank you."
"Will you be having dessert?"
"That would be good thank you."
"Here are the menus. We have a Christmas special of triple chocolate sponge drizzled with the finest chocolate from Belgium."
"I'll be back to take your order."
I nodded to Jason as he turned and took away or plates.
"What would you like baby?"
"Something chocolaty, but soft. I'm too tired to eat anything hard or chewy."
"Okay baby. How about the ice cream sundae? The one with the chocolate brownie and chocolate sauce."
"Sounds fantastic. Can we share it? I won't eat much of it."
"If you want baby. I don't mind."
"Thanks honey."
She leaned in and kissed my lips, placing her hand on my cheek.
"I love you Edward."
"I love you too Bella."
"Have you decided what you'd like?"
"Yes, can we have one chocolate ice cream sundae?"
"Okay. Anything else?"
"Just an extra spoon please."
"That will take five minutes."
"Thank you."
"Is there anything you want to do in the holidays that we haven't planned yet baby?"
"I got a call from my dad today about Eliza and Olly. I know they only have four days left with us. I want to give them the best Christmas they have ever had."
"I think that's a great idea baby. We'll figure something out baby. I should have told you myself that they weren't here long. Sorry baby."
"It's okay honey. I should have rung you earlier when I needed you."
"I know you tried baby. Esme said you were going to but your head got worse before you could. Don't worry about it baby. The fact is you were going to ring me and I love that you knew when you needed me. Thank you baby."
"I love you Edward."
"I love you baby."
I pecked her lips, pulling her onto my lap.
"Sunday can we go to my parents? They still don't know you about our baby and I think they should know about Casper. They'd want to know."
"That's fine honey. Plus it will be the only time before we go away to see them. You should spend more time with them Edward. They really love you."
"And I love them to baby. When we get back from Isle Bella, I think we should send them there. They've always had money problems their whole life which is why they had to give me up. They work so hard just to get by and now that my dad's a lawyer they have a steady flow of income but not enough to do anything nice."
"I love that idea honey. You are so amazing. How did I get so lucky?"
"I'm the lucky one baby. I have the most beautiful girl on my lap, looking so tempting with her glasses on. You have no idea how much I love this dress on you baby."
"You're going to have to show me sometime soon then honey."
"I definitely will baby. Don't worry about that."
I saw Jason approaching from the corner of my eye and moved Bella round so she was sitting sideways on my lap.
"Here's your ice cream. Do you need anything else?"
"That's all thank you."
"Enjoy your food."
"Here baby."
I scooped some ice cream onto a spoon and placed it by her lips. She took the spoon into her mouth and her tongue flicked out, licking her lips.
"Thanks honey."
We took it in turns feeding each other some ice cream and brownie until the whole thing was gone.
"Come here baby."
Leaning down, I caught her lips up in a loving kiss.
"Thank you for the night out honey. I had a great time."
"The nights not over yet baby."
Placing my hand on the top of her thigh, I noticed the goose bumps on her arms.
"You cold baby?"
"Yeah. Just a bit."
I shrugged of my jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders.
"You look so tempting right now baby."
She looked down, blushing. My finger hooked under her chin, pulling it up.
"Never hide your blush from me baby. It only tempts me further."
Giving me a weak smile, she leaned up to my lips and gently pressed her lips to mine. My hand slipped between her closed thighs, causing her to draw a quick breath in.
"Please don't Edward."
"Fine baby. I'll stop for now but when we're alone, I won't stop for anything."
"I'll be waiting."
I gave her one of my crooked smiles and moved my hand to her knee, rubbing soothing circles on the back.
"Did you enjoy your meal?"
"Yes thank you. It was very good. Can we have the bill?"
"Your meals been paid for."
"Who by?"
"Elizabeth."
"Oh, okay. Thank you."
I handed him a tip before he turned back to the kitchen.
"You ready to go baby?"
"Yeah. Thanks honey."
"Come on then baby."
I lifted her into my arms, carrying her through the busy restaurant.
"Mom. You shouldn't have paid for our dinner."
"Nonsense son. Think of it as a Christmas present."
"Thank you Elizabeth. That was very kind of you."
"You're welcome Bella. Are you sure you're okay?"
"I'll be fine. We were wondering if we could come over on Sunday. It's the last chance we'll get to see you and Edward before we go away after Christmas."
"Of course you can come over. I'll make a nice lunch for us all."
"We have some important matters to tell you."
"Is everything alright?"
"Don't worry mom. It's good news."
"I can't wait."
"We'll see you on Sunday then Elizabeth. Thank you again for the dinner."
"No problem Bella. Have a good evening."
"I love you mom."
"I love you too Son."
I carried Bella to the car and sat her down before going round to the driver seat. I started up the car and placed my hand on Bella's thigh.
"Are your knees feeling any better baby?"
"Not really. I can't move my legs very much."
"I'm sorry baby. I know it must hurt, but we'll try and sort it out as soon as we can."
"It's okay honey."
"No, it's not baby. I'm going to help you as much as I can."
"You missed the turning honey."
"I know baby."
"Where are we going Edward?"
"You'll see baby."
"Can't you just tell me?"
"It won't be a surprise then would it baby? Just relax and we'll be there in a few minutes."
I moved my hand between her thighs, drawing soothing circles with my thumb.
"Can you just stop Edward?"
"I told you baby, I'm not going to stop when we're alone."
She closed her eyes, leaning into the back of the seat, carefully crossing her legs, trapping my hand. I curled my fingers slightly, causing her to bit her bottom lip.
"You'd better have a good reason for teasing me all evening after I told you how much I need you earlier."
"Don't worry baby. You'll find out soon enough. Just focus on those feelings and I'll help you with them later."
Her head fell back against the chair even more as a loud moan came from her lips. I speed up my fingers moving them up her thigh even more, causing her to close her legs tighter and let another moan out. Quickly pulling up to the hotel, I grabbed the bag from the back and lifted Bella into my arms. I tossed the keys to the valet parker and carried Bella into the posh new hotel.
"Why are we here Edward?"
"You didn't think I'd take you some where nice to stay after a dinner?"
"We're staying here?"
"Yeah. We get all evening and morning without being disturbed. We can sort out that frustration of yours baby."
"Thank you honey."
"No problem baby. I love you."
"I love you too."
"Hello, welcome to the four season hotel. Name?"
"Edward Cullen."
"Welcome Mr Cullen. Your room's ready and waiting. If you need anything just press one on the phone and someone will be up. Your breakfast will be up to your room at nine tomorrow. Here's your key. Do you need any help with bags?"
"No thank you. We've only got the one."
"Okay. Have a good evening."
"Thank you."
Bella took the key off her, leaning into my chest. I carried her to the elevator and hit the top floor button.
"Why are we going to the top floor honey?"
"Didn't you know? We have the crown suite. Nothing but the best for you baby."
"I love you Edward."
"I love you too Bella. So much."
Her lips connected with mine in a fast, loving kiss as her arms wrapped around neck, tangling her hands in my hair. She pulled me closer to her, as I slipped my hand between her thighs again and massaged the back of her thighs. I opened my mouth to her tongue allowing her the access she begged for. Her tongue explored my mouth, filling my mouth with the taste of strawberries. The ding of the elevator broke us apart, breathing heavily on each other's faces. One of her hands, moved up my face, scrapping my fringe from my face.
"Bella?"
"Mmhhhmmm."
"Thank you."
"What for?"
"Moving to Forks."
"You know how I complained about Forks?"
"Yeah."
"It wasn't all that bad. Not when you were there. You were the sunshine I needed. I wouldn't have had it any other way. I love you."
"I love you too."
Bella, slid the key card into the door and I kicked it open.
"Come here honey. I need those lips."
I lowered my head to hers, kicking the door closed behind us. As Bella started kissing me, I slid my shoes of and knocked Bella's off her feet. Spotting the bed, I carried us over, lowering Bella onto the soft pillows. Not breaking the kiss, I dropped the bag to the floor. I climbed onto the bed hovering over Bella, as she undid the buttons of my shirt. Her fingers suddenly grasped my shirt as she pulled back.
"Edward."
I attached my lips back to hers, leaning on my elbows.
"Edward."
I wrapped one arm around her back pulling her up to me.
"Edward stop."
I pulled back and noticed the tears running down her cheeks.
"What's wrong Bella?"
"My leg."
I looked down to see one of her legs completely straight and unmoving.
"What happened baby?"
"I can't move it. It hurts. It hurts really bad Edward."
"I'm sorry baby. I'm so sorry. What do I do?"
"I can't move it Edward. Please help me. I'm scared Edward. Please, I'm really scared."
"It's okay baby. Why don't I run a hot bath and we can try to relax your muscles? Do you think that will help baby?"
"Please help me Edward. I'm so scared."
"Baby, look at me. Look at me Bella."
I waited till she was looking me in the eyes.
"Listen to me Bella. I know you're scared. I am too but I'm just going to go into the bathroom and run a hot bath. Then I'll be back and we'll get you into the bath and loosen you up. Hopefully, you'll be able to move your leg after that and we can get you tucked up in bed, for a peaceful sleep. Will you be alright if I leave you for a minute baby?"
"Yeah. Thank you honey."
"It's okay baby. I'll be as quick as I can be."
"I love you."
"I love you too baby."
I pecked her lips and ran through a door and found a large bathroom. I quickly ran a bath making sure it was nice and hot but not too hot to burn her before going back to Bella.
"Hey there baby. I've got you. Are you gonna be alright if I carry you into the bathroom baby?"
"Yeah. Please help me."
"I will baby. I will. Come on let's get you to the bath."
Slowly, I lifted her behind her shoulders and under her knees, keeping her leg supported. I sat her down on the toilet seat, holding her leg up.
"If I hold your leg baby, can you take you dress off?"
"Yeah."
I sat down holding onto her ankle and massaged just above her knee. I ran my fingers over the back of her knee and could feel the tendon jutting out.
"Baby. It will be okay. I'll make sure your leg gets better soon. I know it must hurt baby but I'll do what I can to help you baby."
Looking up, I saw Bella had taken her dress and necklace of and had tied up her hair in a loose bun. I reached around and popped her bra open as she slid it off her arms. I picked her up so she could slip her panties off.
"Tell me if it's too hot for you baby. Okay?"
"Yeah."
Lowering her into the bath, she moved her arms to the edge and carefully moved herself into it.
"It's fine honey."
Gently, I let her go, but held her ankle up slightly.
"Does that help at all baby?"
"A little bit. Why don't you join me honey?"
"Turn around a little bit and you can place your leg on the opposite little seat."
She moved herself round and carefully lowered her leg onto the little bench. I quickly undressed and climbed in sitting opposite her. I lifted her foot onto my knee, massaging her foot. I made my way up her ankle and calf to her knee. Looking up, I noticed her head leaning back, eyes closed a content look on her face. Gently, I massaged the sides of her knee, before soothing the tight tendon. Her face contorted instantly.
"Shh. It's okay baby. Relax. Just relax and let the water sooth you."
I hit a button and gentle jets turned on. She sighed in relief, relaxing back. I placed her foot down on the bench and scooted round next to her.
"Is that better baby?"
"Yeah, thank you honey. I'm sorry I ruined our evening."
"You know what baby?"
"What?"
"I don't mind. I've had a great evening with you so far, despite the little problem. I'd rather it didn't happen, but it did."
I drew a circle round and round her stomach, leaning down to her neck.
"The nights not over yet baby. When we've sorted your leg out, we can still have some fun. I'll take good care of you so as not to hurt your leg again. We can get rid of that frustration for you baby."
I placed a kiss on her neck, shifting closer to her.
"We have all night."
I sucked and kissed her neck, eliciting a moan from her. I lay my hand flat against her stomach, as she leaned her head away from me, giving me more access to her neck. I made my way along her shoulder as she fisted a hand on my chest. Moving back up her shoulder, I pulled her closer to me, my hands travelling up and down her sides. I kissed my way up her neck and behind her ear. Flicking my tongue out, I sucked the swell behind her ear. Another moan escaped her lips as she turned towards me. Her lips crashed to mine as she placed her hand on my thigh and the other wound into my hair. She suddenly pulled back, crying out in pain.
"What's wrong?"
"My leg. I can move it. I can move it Edward."
She crashed her lips back to mine, pulling me underwater. We continued our kiss below the surface, using each other's air until she pulled me up, still keeping our lips connected. I accidently hit a button on the side that turned the jets up, massaging our skin. Bella straddled hips, as I pulled her to me, my hands massaging her shoulders. I tried to pull back, only to have Bella follow me, deepening the kiss. Not wanting to deny her anymore, I deepened the kiss even more.
We made love twice in the bath before climbing out and making our way to the bedroom. We continued to make love thrice more before holding each other.
"Thank you for tonight Edward. I love you."
