A/N 1- I still don't care that I'm changing some facts.

A/N 1.5- I HAVE finally changed that…and the fact that Jyushiro's "third seats" were really his manifested swords…so…yeah, I'm so sorry for any and all confusion.

A/N 1.75- If I did miss something, go ahead and point it out, I'll be eternally grateful.

A/N 2- This story has a bit of yaoi thrown in every once in a while in case someone totally missed it. I do try to point it out if there's an actual chunk of it, but a word or phrase or line gets thrown in sometimes and I apologize if that offends anyone.

A/N 2.25- I do try to put the major moments in where there's not a lot of actual plot or development, just relationship development.

A/N 3- Thank you, Elfen Children! An actual sleepover real time will most likely happen in the next few chapters...

A/N 4- Thank you, Guest! I hope so, too...but...there's gonna be a lot of chapters as chapters 2-10 covered like two days...and I have a huge idea page that ideas keep getting added to faster than moved to the done section...

A/N 5- Thank you, Anna! I'm sorry, for as fast as that was, this one has been terribly long in getting typed up...I'm sorry.

The next week went something along those lines…

Shunsui would stay with the sleeping Jyushiro every possible moment he could, only leaving for meetings and such things. But only when it was absolutely necessary.

Byakuya would bring Uryu, and therefore Byaka, Sogyo, and Kotowari, to see the thirteenth and eighth captains in the morning after their attempts at breakfast and visit for a few minutes before he would leave to do his duties as captain and Kuchiki Clan head, the children staying behind.

Sogyo, Kotowari, and Uryu would all sleep with Byakuya in his bed at night as well as making wonderfully horrible messes in the kitchens right before their bedtime, trying to bake him some sort of treat or another to try to bribe him to let them stay up longer…it worked more times than it didn't as the man found it adorable they were trying so hard.

Kenpachi would intercept the raven captain at one point in his journey from the fourth to the sixth division areas every morning and forcibly kiss him before going to his nap as if nothing happened.

Sajin would go to visit the sick captain in the fourth at about mid-morning and stay for a while before taking the children off to some adventure or another, Yachiru joining them somewhere along the way, leaving Shunsui alone with Jyushiro. Though, by mid-afternoon, the pink haired menace would disappear with the other three plus the bear and go off terrorizing some poor shinigami or another, sometimes even the fish. It was always so much worse whenever they'd touch the noble's precious Koi than torment other shinigami.

In the evenings, Kenpachi, Sajin, Byakuya, and the four children would have little tea parties or contests before Kenpachi and Yachiru left for their divisions and Sajin to have tea with the Sou-Taichou.

Quentin would often find himself being "pestered" by tiny adorable hands and thoroughly annoyed by a pink haired lieutenant's reiatsu throughout the day, though it made him laugh. He started to loosen his scolding of Yachiru and the others when they got into mischief, though, sometimes even looking the other way when a few armfuls of flowers went missing. Sometimes.

Isshin had all but forced Ryuken to move in with him, dominating his body in the night then taking him home early the next morning to get ready and such before driving him to work before going to his own. Much to the silver haired Quincy's dismay, of course.

Urahara would stay close to Sado whenever he could, drawing some much needed support from the large man. Whenever the dark skinned teen had to be in school, however, the blonde would rely on Noba to help keep his sanity until he returned. He even started to call the building what the others had: a horrific version of hell specifically designed for teens.

Sado, Renji, Yumichika, Ikkaku, Ichigo, Orihime, Rangiku, Rukia, and Hitsugaya attended classes, though Hitsugaya left for the last day of that week to report to Yamamoto-Sou-Taichou as well as the other captains in a meeting and spent the rest of the day in the Seireitei…preoccupied before heading back to the human realm.

Ulquiorra kept watching Uryu and reporting to Aizen more often than he was supposed to in order to keep the man informed. Though, to his own mortification, he found his reports starting to leave out some fairly important information. But he never told on himself nor told that which he left out…including the sick captain's manifested sword and the child's love for the bear and the affection he showed to those around him…as well as the weakness over half of Soul Society had for the young child.

Aizen and Gin were hatching up an evil plan. However, even with Szayel's help, they didn't make any progress into getting an actual path to making it happen. Starrk still slept in Szayel's lab, hiding from both his duties and his fraccion.

The week went by quickly for the most part, filled with hopes and stories and all sorts of fun due to the newest pair of tiny feet running around.

~^BLEACH^~

Byakuya scoffed as he pulled a small kimono out of the closet and put it back, displeased. He was in what was supposed to be Uryu's room, though the boy would spend more time in the man's than his own, trying to find what he was looking for before the boy woke up. He was currently picking out an outfit for said child, but he couldn't find the one he wanted. The one he was looking for was silver in colour with an underlying layer of dark blue. It was embroidered with white and pale pink sakura blossoms…as well as a pair of large dark blue angel wings on the back and the man's favourite saying stitched on the bottom hem, the same that was on the door: Anata no hāto bīto wa tenshi no tsubasa no furattadatta. (A/N: Your heartbeat was a flutter of angel wings). He heard the door to his room open quietly and turned sharply, immediately looking for the cause and to see if it was safe for him to stay put. Seeing Quentin with a breakfast tray, he turned back to looking, trusting the man alone with Uryu.

Quentin set the tray he was carrying down and walked over to the open door. "My lord," he said, not entering the child's room to go by the man out of respect.

Byakuya sighed dejectedly as he turned to his servant. "Don't call me that," he said, his gaze traveling back to the closet.

Quentin smiled and shook his head. "All right. Whatcha doing?" He asked, not entirely sure he could help anyway, but he wanted to do all he could to try.

Byakuya sighed and crossed his arms. "I can't find my favourite of his outfits. According to the so called "grape vine", one of the elders is going to come see Uryu. I want to show them I don't care about their plans, so today will go about as normal except he'll be in an outfit they would most definitely not approve of," he said, happy to do all he could to prove that he was the leader of the entire family.

Quentin chuckled softly and shook his head. "My, my, my. You really are something these days: going against the elders, showing your emotions freely, running around after a child," he stated, listing the items off using his fingers for emphasis.

Byakuya smiled happily, remembering the game of tag he and the children played the first night. "Yes, well, he is mine," he said, taking a random kimono out of the closet and turning, shutting the closet door. He turned to the man and walked by Quentin, slipping into his room. He walked to his bed and sat down near to the children. He reached over the manifested swords and gently ran a finger down Uryu's cheek. "He is the best thing to happen to me," he whispered, humming low in his throat as the boy took his finger into his mouth.

Quentin smiled and turned to leave the room. "Of course, my Lord," he said.

Byakuya rolled his eyes at the man and stood, pulling his finger from the warm mouth that had been sucking on said digit. He laughed softly and shook his head, going to his own closet and digging for an outfit of his own. He didn't get to look as he heard a shifting sound. He turned and went to the bed, grabbing the flailing hand.

Uryu slowly opened his eyes, shifting his body away from the hard wall behind him. He reached up, trying to hit at an imaginary buzzing sound. He felt a warm hand gently grab his waving hand and another slip under him, picking him up carefully. The movement was only all too familiar to him. "Sensei?" He called out softly, reaching for the old man instinctively.

Byakuya winced as he heard the name once more. "No, Little One. He's not here," he whispered soothingly, just like he did every morning upon the child's awakening. He pulled the still sleeping boy to his chest and straightened, cradling the boy next to his pulse in his neck. He smiled as the boy cuddled into him further, starting to fall back asleep.

Uryu nuzzled into the warm skin near to him, pushing his cheek close to the gentle pulse. He gave a small hum and closed his eyes, letting the pulse and the gentle movements the noble was making to lull him back to sleep.

Byakuya smiled as he ran a hand over the child's slowly moving back. "He's not here," he whispered softly. He gently rocked the boy back and forth, before a loud THUNK and a softer THUD was heard. He turned to see Sogyo and Kotowari sitting up, rubbing their heads.

Kotowari shook his head, having fallen off the bed first. "Get. Off." He said, trying to wiggle out from under his twin. He twisted and turned until Sogyo fell off, much to the other's delight.

Sogyo giggled excitedly as he scooched over to half lay on the other. "No! I like it here, so warm…" he said teasingly, before jumping up and running over to the noble. "Hello, Kuchiki-Taichou!" He said in a sing-song voice, reaching up and lightly pulling on Uryu's sleep shirt to wake him up. "Rise and Shine, Uryu! Good morning!" He sang happily, impatient to get the day started.

Byakuya smiled as he knelt down, the boy in his arms reawakening slowly. "Hello, Sogyo no Kotowari. What have I told you about calling me that? How did we sleep last night?" He asked genuinely, having grown immensely fond of the manifested swords.

Kotowari beamed as he hopped up and grabbed his twin's hand. "That we were to only do it if we wanted to near others, but not in such a close and familiar setting, Byakuya. "Very well, thank you," they said teasingly, completely in sync.

Byakuya chuckled as he set the now awake Uryu down. "Thank you, boys," he said, happy they weren't scared of him like they had been the first evening.

Uryu groaned softly as he opened his eyes fully, unable to see much other than blurs due to his lack of glasses. He yawned softly and rubbed at his eyes. "Gran'pa?" He called out softly, almost swearing he could feel the man's presence near to him.

Byakuya couldn't stop the slight whimper of pain that surfaced. "No, Little One, he isn't here," he whispered, trying to fight back the tears threatening to spill down his cheeks. He took a deep and shaky breath before he reached into his pocket and retrieved the boy's glasses. He calmed himself quickly and knelt by the child, putting the glasses upon his nose. "There you are, you little cutie," he cooed softly to Uryu as the younger's eyes open to see him clearly. He smiled and stood back up, turning to the other two children. "Now, we have to get ready." He turned to his closet and pulled out two blue outfits for the thirteenth captain's manifested swords and a normal black one for himself.

Sogyo smiled widely and grabbed his and Kotowari's outfits before dragging the other two away into the adjoining room, giggling excitedly. "COME ON, let's go get ready to go play!" He shouted excitedly, much to Kotowari's dismay.

Byakuya chuckled softly as he went to change into the day's outfit. He quickly changed before going to his closet and pulling out his haori. He set it down on his bed and reached to get his Kuchiki Clan scarf. He elegantly wrapped it around himself, purposely not thinking any thoughts about the children. He was torn over his feelings over Uryu; he loved the boy, for sure, but he couldn't help but feel guilty over allowing the boy's memories to be sacrificed for his own selfish desire to have a child. But, more prevalent, was the immense burning jealousy he had for Soken Ishida. He hated that man with a passion for dominating his child's thoughts, actions, feelings. His child's love.

Byakuya stumbled back from the closet slightly, shocked by the tidal wave of anger and hate. He gasped for air. "No. No, he is mine. Soken's dead, he is mine," he whispered to himself, more to reassure himself than anything, though. He shook his head violently, black hair falling to cover his face. He smiled sadly and reached for his forgotten Kenseikan, gently taking it from a shelf above his closet. His fingers brushed something else, though, too. Something that was soft and silky. He furrowed his brow in confusion and gracefully climbed to see what it was. He gasped as he saw the silver fabric. He delicately took the fabric down, revealing the very kimono he had been searching for. He smiled.

Sogyo pushed the other two children onto the bed before climbing up with them. He grabbed a pillow and playfully smacked his twin with it.

Kotowari giggled and grabbed the pillow from Sogyo and turned to Uryu. He playfully smacked the raven on the head with it, stunning him. He smirked as he grabbed at the sleeping kimono he was wearing and tugged, trying to pull the other to him.

Sogyo giggled as he helped Kotowari, getting behind the half sitting teen and pushing up, trapping the younger between them. He wrapped his arms around the boy's middle, feeling Kotowari do the same to the smaller's chest.

Uryu writhed between the twins. "Stop it. You guys needa get dressed. We need to leave soons," he said sleepily, trying to wiggle out from beneath ticklish hands.

Sogyo giggled and leaned down to whisper into the smaller's ear, "Don' wanna. Would rather keep ya here." He playfully dug his chin into the small shoulder, not enough to truly hurt, but enough to tease.

Kotowari laughed as the younger squirmed and whimpered. "Yeah, and you's gonna stay an' keep us'ns company while we ditch," he said, pressing his chin to the top of Uryu's head, forcing the boy's attention to his neck where his pulse was.

Uryu shifted again, hard pressed to ignore the steady beating of a heart. "We's gotta go see Jyu! He needs us. I'ma gonna go," he said, trying to use reason to escape.

None of the children noticed the door to the room open nor the man who entered. They were surprised when long elegant hands reached between them and picked Uryu up.

"Now, now, boys. You know he's right. If you do not wish to visit your wielder, that's up to you. However, he is going after he gets dressed," Byakuya scolded softly, pulling the boy close, the familiar weight settling onto him comfortably.

Sogyo and Kotowari smiled and nodded. "Hai. We were just teasing and gonna go," they said simultaneously, almost scarily.

Byakuya smiled and nodded knowingly. "Get dressed, then. Come out when you are ready," he said soothingly before turning to leave, rubbing Uryu's back. He shut the door to give the twins privacy and set Uryu on the bed, delighted to have found what he had been looking for.

Uryu smiled up at the raven as the man's hands quickly removed his sleep outfit. He leaned into the warm familiar touch as he was undressed and helped to redress. He shivered at the cool material fitting perfectly to his smaller body, instinctively closing his eyes. The light touches of long, elegant fingers of a noble were replaced by slightly rougher touches of old withered fingers. He sighed happily, knowing immediately it was just his imagination, but the touch was achingly familiar. He opened his eyes as the hands ceased dressing him and instead rested on his shoulders. He opened his eyes slowly and gazed up at the raven man. "Where's Sensei?" He asked quietly, knowing that the phantom touches he had felt were indeed the man who went by that name.

Byakuya's smile saddened as he hugged the boy to his chest. "I don't know, Little One, I don't know," he said glumly, sighing softly at the familiar jab of jealousy he felt.

Uryu nodded and nuzzled into the man's neck, searching for the familiar heartbeat that thrummed under the pale skin.

Byakuya tried not to let any tears show as he turned at the sound of an opening door. He smiled at the two swords as they entered cautiously. "Ready to go?" He asked, shifting Uryu a bit so the two could climb onto his shoulders. He received two nods and a synchronized "Wait! Byaka!" before they climbed up, hanging onto his shoulders in order to not fall. He grabbed the bear and handed it to Uryu to hold onto and he took off, using his shunpo to get them to the fourth division.

~^BLEACH^~

Shunsui was sitting on the floor next to Jyushiro, mindlessly talking of some memory or another like usual, when the door opened softly. He smiled and turned to the raven captain as he entered with the three children walking behind him, each dragging a wagon full of flowers behind him. "Hey, Kuchiki-Taichou," he greeted warmly, thankful for the company.

Byakuya smiled at the man as he stopped and parked the wagon in the room, making sure the children did the same. "Good morning, Kyouraku-Taichou," he said, bowing his head politely. "How is he?" He asked, genuinely worried for his fellow captain.

Shunsui gave a strained smile. "He's hanging in there. He should be up by now, but he's always been stubborn," he said, trying to put cheer into what he said, but failing.

Byakuya nodded as he moved to sit next to the man and watched as the three youngsters went about setting large vases over packed with flowers around the room. The vases were filled with a large assortment of flowers: roses, peonies, daffodils, morning glories, daisies, and so many more.

Uryu smiled as he waltzed over to Jyushiro's side and sat at his head, carefully taking the white hair into his hands as a brush was handed to him. He smiled up at Shunsui as he took the brush from the man's hand. "Thank you," he said cheerfully before going about brushing the man's long hair. He started to hum a tune to the man as he did so: the tune Byakuya dreaded from his nightmares.

Byakuya chuckled softly as he watched Sogyo and Kotowari finish putting the many flowers all over the room, not leaving any shelf space unflowered. He watched happily as Uryu ran the brush gently through the white locks, something he had taken to doing every time they visited.

Uryu smiled as he finished getting all the tangles out of Jyushiro's hair. Granted, there were very few, but just the moving of the pale locks from the healers so they could examine him left some knots. He ran the brush through the man's hair a few more times before setting the brush down. He turned to Shunsui. And smiled.

Shunsui knew that smile. And he knew it well. He groaned aloud, though he was far from annoyed by what was to happen. He found it cute and endearing what the boy had been doing every day for the past week.

Uryu got up and walked over to the eighth captain. He grabbed the man's arm lightly and tugged, trying to get the man to stand. He smiled as the man did so with a chuckle, following him as he continued to tug the pink clad man closer to the futon. He tugged down, trying to get the man to lay next to the sleeping captain. When the man did so, he let go and clapped his hands happily. "Yay!" He said softly, laying down between the two men. "I wanna tell him a story," he said quietly, hinting at wanting permission to do so.

Shunsui let out a low, deep laugh. "You tell him one…or two…or five every day, go on ahead," he said, amused at how Uryu had still wanted permission.

Uryu smiled brightly as he snuggled into the men, forcing the larger to press closer. "Okay, this one is from yesterday…"

Yesterday, me and Sogyo and Kotowari and Yachiru and Hitsugaya, he's a captain, but you knew that, and Sajin were all playing on the hill. And I was looking over Sajy's haori, looking to see ifn's I neededed to stitch him up agains. An' Sajy was readin' to me a goody good story. An' all of a sudden I wasn't by Sajy no more. I was bein' carried off by the others. I tried shoutin' for Sajy and Byaka, but someone putted Byaka right in my sight 'n' I gotted a hand put on my mouth.

I was carried like that until we gotted home. Then, I was putted down 'n' I sawed Sogyo and Kotowari and Yachiru and Hitsugaya. I wasn't scared, instead I was happied. We all laugheded and then we played. Yachiru had a sack an' she was in the pond, trying to catch some big Koi fishes. She would go bye for a few minutes and return wifout the fishies, sayin' she putted 'em in your pond.

Me 'n' Sogyo 'n' Kotowari 'n' Hitsugaya were pickin' flowers 'n' putteding 'em into pretty baskets. Byaka stayed by me the whole entire time in my basket. After we gotted lots 'n' lots, we went by Yachiru, who was tryin' to catcher a big fishy! We went on the bridge over the pond, to watch 'er, but then Sogyo an' Kotowari trieded to push me into the pond! But I was smart, I grabbeded them and pulled them in, too! We were all wet! Luckily, Byaka was still on the bridge. Then, Yachiru ran up to the bridge, yelling how she wanted to jump in, too. The water was kinda deep, but we helped each other swim. Then, Yachiru gotted behind Hitsugaya an' she pushed him in, too! It was so funny! Then, Yachiru jumped in!

We were all playing and having fun, makin' sure that no one would drowned. Then, Quentin showed up and we all hided from him un'er the wa'er! Hitsugaya made us little ice straws to breath so we wouldn't get supocated…sufycate…drowneded. Then, Quentin lefted us 'n' we all played some more!

We must've been screaming pretty loudly, 'cause Sajy barreled into the water and gathered usn's all up! He later said he thoughted we were hurt or dying or something and was looking for us. He kept saying how worried he was as he gathered us all up in his big fuzzy arms and dragged us to shore. He forced usn's to stay still as he looked over each one of us! He made sure we weren't hurted or anything before pickin' us all back up and scolding us.

He told us we weren't supposed to be in the water or screamin' or away from him as he carried us into the house. He taked us all to the big huge bathroom and shut the door and turned on the big water bath! He picked us all up, even Hitsugaya, who is a captain, and dumpeded usn's all into the water. It was soooo warm! He started getting usn's all warmed and cleaned off, scolding us an' tellin' us that a big, big fish could eat us!

Then, I splasheded him with a big whole lot of water! He was dripping and growled. But he wasn't mad! He laughed and splashed back and we gotted the whole floor wet and he ended up in the tub with us an' we made a big, huge tidal wave! An' Byakuya came in just as the water came splashin' down and he gotted all wet! He wasn't mad, either, though!

Bya then grabbed the wet clothes and said that there were clean clothes laid out on a bed an' he had to go to a meetin'. Then, he lefted and we continued with our bath. We pretended to be bunches of animals! Sajy made a great whale! We made a big huge mess, floodeded the whole floor and hallway!

Then, when we were done, Sajy gotted all of us out an' we all gotted dressed! He helped us all get dry, fuzzed us down with the warm, softy towels. Then, after we were all ready, he grabbeded us an' tossed us onto the big bed. Then, he laided down with us an' we all cuddled to him 'n' I was on his chest and we all went to sleep!

Uryu giggled as he finished his tale, absolutely delighted with himself. He pressed a soft kiss onto the man's temple and nuzzled against his neck.

"I don't suppose any of you learned a lesson in that?" A soft, familiar voice said, making the boy undeniably elated.

Uryu hugged the man tightly. "JYUSHIRO!" He squealed happily, pressing as close to the man as he could to try to draw and give some much needed comfort and happiness.

Shunsui, Byakuya, Sogyo, and Kotowari all stared as Jyushiro sat up with the boy held firmly against him. "I'm right here," Jyushiro said softly, keeping the child from moving away. "I heard you, day after day, I heard you. I wanted to wake up and talk to you, to tell you it'd all be okay, but I couldn't. I'm so sorry, Uryu, I'm so sorry," he whispered, shakily hugging the boy against him.

Shunsui smiled as he sat up and hugged his lover, trapping the child between them. He squeezed tightly. "Jyu-chan! I missed you. I love you so much!" He cried out, hugging the man tighter, but not enough to risk cutting off his air supply.

Byakuya smiled as he quickly exited, going to retrieve a healer and to let the men have some semblance of privacy…or at least as much as they could with three kids running around.

Uryu wiggled out from between the men and went by the twins. He grabbed a hand from both and smiled as they got up, going to a window. They looked out said window so as not to disturb, or watch, the two captains.

Shunsui smiled as he pulled back to look into his lover's eyes. "I missed you so much," he whispered again before he pressed his lips onto the pale ones.

Jyushiro moaned against the chapped lips, leaning closer to the man. He felt a large tongue sweep over his lips and opened them, allowing the muscle in. he sucked on it, pushing his own tongue back, tasting the man as he tasted him.

Shunsui groaned low in his throat as he pulled away, pressing his lips to the back of the white haired man's neck, sucking as hard as he could, feeling a shiver pass through the pliant body.

Jyushiro moaned and arched into the man, loving how good the man's ministration was. He felt the spiritual pressure of a nearby healer coming in. "Sh…Shunsui! St…stop," he whispered, pushing the man away by his shoulders.

Shunsui pouted, but did as the man wanted and pulled away. "Later, then," he whispered, hugging his lover one last time before pulling away just as the door opened.

Byakuya smiled as he stepped in the room, a young healer behind him as well as Sajin. He walked to the children and picked Uryu up, giving a mock "Grr!" and hugging the boy close. "Did you three behave?" he asked jokingly, rubbing his nose against the boy's before setting him down. He hugged both Sogyo and Kotowari in turn, ruffling their hats much to their amusement as evidence by their giggles.

Jyushiro smiled at the raven as the blonde healer did her job. "How were they?" He asked, knowing they could be a handful at times.

Byakuya looked to the man and smiled widely. "They were wonderful! Granted, as you heard, they got into mischief, but that was to be expected. Especially with Yachiru's involvement," he said, walking back to the man and sitting cross legged next to him. He shifted to sit evenly as Uryu climbed into the space created between his legs and Sogyo and Kotowari climbed to sit on his thighs. It was a now familiar position, something that helped immensely when he read stories.

Sajin scoffed as he sat by the noble. "Mischief, he says," he muttered good humoredly, resting a hand on the pale man's knee. "How are you doing?" He asked in all seriousness.

Jyushiro smiled. "That's wonderful! I've had better, I've been worse," he responded calmly. "I'm sorry about them being out, they hate being just swords and didn't want to go back before the meeting," he said, looking down apologetically.

Shunsui laughed hard and gently grasped Jyushiro's chin, tilting his head up. "Trust me, this week went great with them being with Ury and Kuchiki. Things went a lot smoother," he said, a happy glint in his eye and cheerful chuckle backing his words.

"He's right. I hate to say anything to make an attack of your illness seem like a good thing, but everything went smoothly and they helped Uryu this week a lot," Byakuya spoke up before the thirteenth captain could protest, agreeing wholeheartedly with the man.

"And, if you had called me that night when you sent for Hanatarou, this wouldn't have been so difficult, Ukitake-Taichou," Unohana said, walking into the room. As the door had been left open, she had heard most of the last part of the conversation. She quickly dismissed the blonde healer from the room and took over looking the captain over.

Jyushiro smiled gratefully. "I know," he whispered softly. He turned to the small raven sitting still in the sixth captain's lap. "Now, tell me, what was your favourite part this past week with those two miscreants?" He asked sincerely, loving the boy's way of telling stories.

Sogyo and Kotowari both opened their eyes wide. "HEY!" They called, slightly more than a little playfully offended at the name calling.

Uryu's eyes lit up happily. "The sleepovers! We had lots 'n' lots of fun!" He held his arms open as wide as he could stretch them to emphasize how much fun. "We would get home and play games until Kenpachi and Yachiru 'n' Sajy would come over an' then we'd all play some more. An' then we'd have contests an' play again an' eat supper an' desert an' tea an' then after they lefted we'd have ta get ready ta go to bed 'n' we'd bake for Bya an'…an'…we'd go to bed…eventually…" he said, giving a brief overview of their escapades during the evening.

Everyone in the room laughed wholeheartedly. They all shook their heads at the brief description, most wondering how Byakuya managed to stay sane with the three all together at once through half of that.

Ulquiorra couldn't stop the stray tear that rolled down his cheek. He was softly chuckling as well. This was unusual, to say the least. He found the child endearing, both his actions as well as his descriptions of what transpired. He was also jealous and…sad. He wanted a family. He wanted Uryu as something a kin to a…brother, perhaps. He wanted to, for once, disobey his orders and take the child away…or betray…no. He couldn't betray his Lord Aizen-Sama over a child…right?
