Vivi glared at the slim captain as she was running around without a care in the world. Didn't she understand they were in danger? She noticed the swordsman next to her, "Mr. Bushido, shouldn't you remind her of her duties as captain?"

"Let her be, she knows when she needs to be a captain. Let her have time to enjoy herself…otherwise she will bother me to no end." Zoro said muttering the last part to himself. He didn't mind his captain giving him attention, but when she got bored she could be relentless.

Vivi narrowed her eyes and bit her lip as she watched Luffyko almost fall into the water and was amazed at the speed Zoro had pulled her back. "Do they not care at all? The captain is goofing off, and the first mate seems to be perfectly okay with how she runs the ship." She continued to glare as Sanji brought out drinks for everyone, "I don't understand them." She heard a door open and turned to see Nami, "How can they be so relaxed? They need to be on guard, this is the Grand Line!"

Nami just laughed and waved it away, "They will be fine, here is your drink." She saw the princess still frown and sighed, "I know it seems strange that they are all joking about and not taking things seriously, but you don't have to worry. Trust me, they can handle any situation."

"I don't understand this at all, how is such a small girl a pirate captain. I know she defeated Number 5, but I still don't understand how she was able to do it, rubber or no rubber. I also don't understand how she got such a talented crew to follow her." Vivi frowned as Nami just smiled and walked away leaving Sanji hovering around her. "Why did you join this crew? You could've worked with anyone, yet now you are on this crew targeted by a warlord and your captain acts like nothing is wrong."

Sanji looked at the princess and smiled, "She gave me a chance to fulfill my dream…but if you ask me to I will follow you to the end of the earth, my princess! Unlike a shitty swordsman I know, I will not let any harm come to you."

Zoro wasn't that far away and heard the comment, "What was that?"

Sanji glared at him, "I said I won't let any harm come to her, unlike you who actually cut our sweet captain! If I was in your place I would have gladly given my life before I struck her. You have no right to be the first mate."

Vivi looked at the two in worry as the fight began to escalate, "Stop please, I didn't want you to start fighting I only wanted to understand why you followed Luffyko."

"Stay out of this." Zoro growled sending tremors through Vivi's body.

"Don't talk to the princess like that. She was trying to be civil."

Nami looked up and saw the two arguing and called out to her captain, "Hey Luffy, the boys are fighting over Vivi; can you get them to chill out?"

Luffyko looked down from her current seat on the mast and felt a stab in her stomach. She watched as the two came to blows and when Vivi went forward Zoro pulled her out of the way so she wouldn't be hurt. "STOP FIGHTING!"

Zoro looked up as Luffyko came crashing down using him as a landing board. "What was that for?!"

Luffyko dug her foot into his back as she walked off of him, "You were going to break the ship. Fight off of it." She grabbed Vivi's hand and pulled her with her over to Nami, "Stay with Nami."

Nami blinked in surprise over her captain, "Luffy are you okay?"

Luffyko looked at her and felt tears going to her eyes, "No, this defective body is making me upset. I'm going to go play with Usopp."

Vivi looked at Nami in confusion, "Is she okay?"

"It's her time of the month, so she is a little harder to keep up with."

"Usopp…Vivi is pretty, isn't she?"

"I would use gorgeous for her."

"Ah."

Usopp looked away from his fishing pool and drew his attention to his captain, "What do you seem bummed about?"

"Guys want to be around gorgeous girls don't they?"

"Most do…but what has this got to do with you?"

"I think Vivi is trying to steal my crew from me."

Usopp blinked and tilted his head in confusion, "What?"

"I said I think she is trying to steal my crew from me. Sanji and Zoro were fighting over her, what if they decided to leave me for her?"

"I see…that is a serious problem. She is a beautiful woman so Sanji would gladly follow her anywhere, and she could probably tempt Nami with money. Although, I doubt Zoro would go with her."

"Zoro would because I've been mean to him. I thought he had attacked people and attacked him in turn. I didn't even listen to his explanation."

Usopp started to back away as his captain began crying and kept rambling on why Zoro hated her. "Captain…I don't think-" He was cut off as a giant dolphin appeared, "Captain!"

"Wh-it's awesome!" Luffyko screamed with excitement brushing her tears away and following the dolphin's jump. "Hey! Let's catch a wave!"

"Aye-Aye captain!" The crew yelled as they all went to work prepping the ship for the large wave.

Vivi watched as the crew quickly snapped into work to secure the strong wave. "Amazing…they were so fast!" She looked at the slim captain who was bouncing with excitement and felt a smile come onto her face. She saw Nami and blushed, "You were right. She is an amazing captain."

Nami couldn't hold back her satisfaction, "Like I said, we can handle any situation. Luffy is our captain and she has high expectations for all of us, so we won't let her down. She also has high expectations for your little adventure too, no doubt she is exited for this Little Garden. Speaking of which…" She glanced down at her log pose and then looked up as the island came into view, "No doubt about it, this is it. Luffy, Little Garden dead ahead!

Luffyko looked over at it in excitement, "The second island of the Grand Line! I can't wait to see what is there!" She ran up beside Sanji and bounced next to him, "Isn't this exciting?! They may have some delicious animals, can we have a feast?"

Zoro felt his palm connect to his forehead as he overheard her. Was there ever a time she did not think of food? "Luffyko, remember that woman knew we were coming here. We should be careful and keep a look out…are you even listening to me?"

"So this is Little Garden!"

"I'll take that as a no…" Zoro muttered to himself before looking at the island before him. "What the hell do they see as 'Little'?"

Nami nodded in agreement, "It's not nearly as cute as the name suggests."

Vivi on the other hand was focused more on the message they had already received, "I'm still concerned with what Miss All Sunday said."

Luffyko tuned out the crew as they began to guess what was on the island until she heard monsters. "Monsters could be fun…I wonder if they will have square eyes and small noses…" She muttered to herself as the crew planned out what they needed to do before they left. "Maybe they have a candy apple stand!" She began to bounce with excitement, "It's going to be an adventure! Big scary monsters with square eyes selling candy apples!"

Everyone turned towards her then and Nami sighed in defeat, "I really have no idea what is ever going through your head…but it's going to be difficult to land here. See those plants? I've never seen them in any books." She looked around until a loud birdcall scared her "What was that?"

Sanji just gave a creepy grin and shrug, "Just a small bird." He watched in confusion as Nami went from scared to terrified, "What…" He felt something behind him and ducked just in time to see a large prehistoric bird fly away, "SHITTY LARGE ASS BIRD!"

Luffyko tilted her head as the bird flew away. "I wonder if it tastes good?"

Usopp screamed with tears running down his face, "Luffy…we should leave" He looked to the bank where he then saw a giant tiger suddenly collapse in its own blood and he screeched even louder, "We can't stay here!"

Nami nodded in agreement, "Ya we have to hurry to Alabasta anyway, we will just stay on the ship till the log pose is set and then we will leave."

Luffyko looked at the tiger and felt her body shake with excitement, "Sanji Lunchbox!"

Sanji looked up in surprise, "Lunchbox?"

"Ya to recharge my power. I want a pirate lunchbox! I smell adventure!" She grinned and began to bounce with excitement as Sanji left to prepare her lunchbox, "Adventure! Adventure!" She chanted as Nami and Usopp tried to deter her.

"Can I go with you?"

Luffyko froze at Vivi's voice and slowly turned to look at the blue haired princess and shrugged, "Sure, Sanji, we need two pirate lunchboxes and something for the birdie."

"I'll go to." Zoro said as he started walking over to her.

Luffyko glanced at Vivi and then looked down, "Why don't you go get food for our feast. I will watch out for Vivi."

Zoro blinked and nodded, "Ah…okay sure. I will go hunt. Be safe out there." "My sweet little Luffy! Your lunches are ready!"

Luffyko gave a fake smile and then snatched the lunches, "Let's go!"

Sanji watched as his captain left then glared at Zoro, "Oi, what did you do to the captain?"

Zoro looked up in confusion, "I didn't do anything! She's been the one going on the rampage over everything…Nami is she still having her...well her…you know…that thing that happens."

Nami rolled her eyes, "Yes, just let her be. She will be back to normal soon enough…I hope."

Vivi followed Luffyko uncertain if she should have came or not. The girl seemed upset and had not once tried to talk to her. She shook her head, maybe she was actually being cautious for once. She followed a bit longer and began to wonder why such a carefree girl was a pirate. She didn't seem like "Luffyko why did you become a pirate?"

Luffyko continued walking but answered, "I've wanted to be a pirate since I was a kid. There was a group of pirates that stayed at my village. They saved my life and when I wanted to go with them, they said I was too young. I also had ate the devil fruit so I couldn't swim any longer…not that I could swim before. Anyways, I told them I was going to be the best pirate of them all."

"You want to be the Pirate King?"

Luffyko couldn't help but give her a grin, "Of course."

"Well how did you get your crew? Zoro is powerful, I find it hard to believe he would follow someone."

Luffyko felt her grin fall, "Zoro is strong very strong, but he agreed to travel with me. He wants to be the greatest swordsman in the world perfect for the King of the Pirates. I found him first and decided I wanted him to be part of my crew, you can't have him."

Vivi blinked as she watched the small girl glare at her and quickly lifted her hands, "I don't want him, why would you say that?"

"So you aren't trying to take my crew from me?"

"Heavens no! What would I do with a pirate crew?"

"Try to be the Pirate King obviously."

Vivi started to laugh and then quickly forced herself to stop, "I'm sorry, that was rude. Luffyko, I don't want to be the Pirate King. I just want to save my country. I have no intention of taking your crew from you. Besides your crew loves you."

Luffyko felt blood rush into her face and she turned away, "Well of course they do. I'm their captain."

"That's not why. They care about you because of who you are. You've saved them from certain death and then offered to help them with their dreams. On top of that you would sacrifice yourself to save them. A person like that is rare and amazing. It would be impossible not to love you."

Luffyko felt like her face was on fire, "I didn't do that much."

"Yes you did, your crew would do anything for you. They would never abandon you."

"Sanji would follow a pretty girl anywhere. Usopp also said that a pretty girl can make men do crazy things."

"What does that have to do with your crew?"

Luffyko squirmed under the princess's gaze and finally turned to face her, "You're pretty! Why wouldn't they follow you?"

Vivi blushed at the compliment but shook her head, "Luffyko you're pretty too."

"No I'm not, Sanji gets all weird around pretty girls. He doesn't do that with me. Zoro is always covering me up too, Usopp said that guys like to look at pretty girls."

"Sanji thinks of you as more than just a pretty girl and Zoro is just trying to keep all of their eyes off of you."

"That's what he said too, but I can't help but feel he finds it repulsive. I mean you and Nami are so pretty…I'm just twiggy."

Vivi looked at her and then smiled, "Do you care about how Sanji and Zoro think of your appearance?"

"No…I just don't want Zoro to think of me as repulsive."

"What if Sanji thinks of you as repulsive."

Luffyko shrugged, "As long as he will still feed me."

"So why do you care if Zoro thinks of you as repulsive?"

Luffyko thought and wondered why she cared. "I don't want him to think poorly of me. I want him to think of me the same way I think of him."

"How do you think of him?"

"I think he is strong and courageous. He has some scary training exercises; they are so cool! He normally acts so cool and tough but he can be really nice and caring. He always listens to my problems and puts up with my crazy ideas. I can't help but want him beside me, it doesn't help he is built like a god. I almost went crazy when I saw all of the girls clinging to him at the cactus place."

"Luffyko, do you love Zoro?"

"Love? Why would I have that kind of emotion?" She heard a noise and turned to see a dinosaur and her eyes gleamed, "It's huge!"

Vivi was amazed in her change of emotion, but then she saw the dinosaur and screamed, "We need to get out of here! Luffyko!"

Zoro slashed at another dinosaur killing it with ease. "What's with her? I can't keep up with her mood swings. I need to talk to Nami again, guess I could head back to the ship…now how do I get back to the ship." He sighed and began walking around dragging his kill. "I remember this tree, is it left at the tree of ivy or…" He looked both ways to help jolt his memory when he saw Nami leaning against a tree. "It's Nami! Good timing. Hey, I kinda got lost somehow. Couldn't think of where to go. By the way, what are you doing out here…Oi, what's wrong?"

A/N: End on a cliffhanger but new chapter, sorry I'm terrible about updating!
