After the SRU Team left the Hospital later that day, Spike was on a mission to gather as much information as he could on the "JULES'S IMPOSTER"
Greg knew that Spike would come through so it was no surprise that once they all had arrived back at the headquarter Spike had completely shut himself away from his team and quickly got to work
Spike had decided to keep the moniker he had dubbed her as until a name could be added onto the file he was building on the unidentified woman, Spike had went through the airport footage and gathered the time stamp photo that had marked her arrival on Canadian soil, the photo of the unidentified man that is with her, Spike also tracked down the cab company they used as well as the name of the hotel they were dropped off at once they left the Airport..and from there it has a been full twenty-four hours since then and now each member of Team One was back to work
Spike had sent everyone had a photo of the imposter and photo of Jules side by side on their pda's as well a picture of the gentleman too. So that morning before they all left to do their jobs Spike had briefed all of his teammates on what he had gathered because neither one was sure which one of them would end up coming across the "Imposter."
Toronto National Park
Kimberly was enjoying a walk through the park by herself while Tommy had went to check on something for his parents. Kimberly smiled as she watched all of the parents interact with their kids.." In a few more months both me and Tommy will be holding our baby, and then playing with him or her as they grow." Kim muttered softly as she placed her right hand over her stomach
" Becky, mama is gonna get you." A voice called
" Mama can't find me." a child like voice retorted along with a few giggles
Kim smiled and laughed as she watched the scene between the two before she shook her head and smiled, she turned and walked away leaving the mommy and daughter duo alone
Raf had just entered the park and he was greeted by a few citizens here and there as he moved pass them but he soon stopped in his tracks as his gaze zeroed in on the Imposter standing a few feet away from him so he manuevered into her line of eyesight which gained her attention so he gestured to her
Kim glanced over at him
Raf pointed at her again
Kim glanced to both sides of her seeing that no one else was looking at the dark skinned man, so she pointed to herself.." Me."
Raf nodded his head yes and gestured for her to come towards him
Kim shook her head no and walked away from him
Raf pressed down on his radio.." Guys."
" Yeah Raf, what is it." Ed responded
" I spotted Jules's look-a-like."
Ed and Spike both stopped their vehicles
" Where are you at now Raf." Spike wondered
" I'm in the park."
" And where is she at." Greq questioned as he gave the signal for Spike to start heading towards the park
" She is heading towards the fountain."
" Keep her in your sights Raf." Ed stated
" But maintain a safe distance." Raf added
" Correct." Ed pointed out.." We'll be there soon."
" Alright." Raf complied as he released the button and he slowly moved along the pathway keeping the imposter in his sights at all times
Kim felt his gaze on her and she started to get pissed off.." Why must people test my patience." Kim mumbled as she reached into the pocket of her bag and pulled out her cell phone. Kim pressed the speed dial button for her husband's cell phone and then she brought the phone to her ear
" Hey Beautiful."
" Come to the park, I am being watched like some freaking criminal and now he has followed me."
" I'm on my Kim, stay in the open okay." Tommy insisted as he made sure he had everything before he grabbed his bags and left out of the store.." I will be there as soon as I can okay."
" I'm gonna stay by the fountain." Kim revealed
" Alright."
Kim ended the call and put the phone back inside her bag with her back to the cop. Kim removed a few coins and threw them into the water then she sat down on the stone siding of the fountain
Raf folded his arms and watched her closely
" Hey." Ed called out
Raf turned his head and noticed that both Ed and Wordy had joined him now.." She is stubborn that's for sure."
" Should we call Sam and see if Jules is there." Wordy questioned
" Wordy I doubt Jules would play a game with us." Ed answered
" True, but we should at least let him know what is going on since he wasn't on the rotation today."
Ed pulled out his phone and dialed Sam's number
" Braddock's Residence..Sam speaking."
" Sam, I need you and Jules to come to the park."
" What's going on." Sam wondered then he shared a glance with Jules.." Wait a minute Ed, she's there isn't she."
" Yeah."
" We'll be there soon, where do you want us to meet you at?" Sam questioned as he and Jules got their stuff and the two of them left their house
" At the Fountain on the north entrance." Ed revealed
" Alright." Sam stated then he ended the call
Ed put his phone away
Kim had turned her head in their direction and noitced that two more cops have joined the other cop.." Okay, that's it." Kim got up and started walking towards them
" Guys here she comes." Raf informed
" UHH ohh" Wordy mumbled as he stepped back
" What the hell are you three doing, why are you watching me." Kim inquired as she folded her arms and tapped her foot
" Excuse us ma'am, but what I am about to tell you may sound weird.."
Kim cut him off.." I'm used to things being weird, so just get on with it will ya."
Ed shared a glanced with his teammates before he turned to face the imposter.."Okay..you look just like our teammate."
" What." Kim muttered as she rolled her eyes.." You must be kidding me."
Ed pulled his pda back out of his pocket and he quickly went to the photo that Spike had sent then he held it for Kim to take
Kim took the phone from him and stared at picture of her at the airport eating and a picture of a female wearing the SRU uniform.." Is this some kind of sick joke."
" This is no joke ma'am." Wordy assured
" KIMBERLY." Tommy shouted as he ranned into the park from the opposite direction
Kim almost dropped the phone onto the ground when she turned on her heel and started running towards her husband who was meeting her half way.." Tommy."
Tommy wrapped his arms around his wife as he glared over her shoulder at the three men.." Are you okay."
" No." Kim answered him as she withdrew from the embrace
" What happened Kim, what did they do."
" Come and look for yourself." Kim insisted as she grabbed his hand and started to lead him back towards the three cops
Ed, Wordy and Raf stood side by side as the couple approached them.." Guys, that is the same guy who was waiting outside the elevator the other day." Ed stated softly
Wordy and Raf nodded their heads
" Show my husband the pictures you just showed me." Kim exclaimed
Ed once again held out his pda and Tommy glanced at the two identical photos
" That's me at the airport and that is a picture of their teammate with my face." Kim added
" What the hell is going on." Tommy wondered as he looked at his wife
" The name of our teammate is Jules Callaghan- Braddock and she is an SRU officer." Ed informed
" And that woman next to you looks just like my wife." Sam interjected from behind them
Everyone turned towards him standing next to a stunned and shocked Jules
" This is so weird." Tommy muttered
" No Tommy this is a freaking twilight zone, but I know that I am not dreaming." Kim ranted as she started to pace back and forth." On top of all of the crazy shit that we have been through, this one is topping the list."
Tommy nodded his head as he completely agreed with his wife.." Why don't you call your mother and get some answers."
" I don't want to call her, cause I'm afraid of what I might hear."
" Kimberly." Tommy pleaded with her softly
" She won't be forthcoming with any information Tommy, if this whole thing is surprising to us then I can just picture it being more shocking to her, hell I'm surprised I didn't faint yet." Kim stated as she inched closer and closer to the fountain
" Well maybe your father." Tommy suggested
" He is not worried about me that much, need I remind you of who walked me down the aisle."
Tommy shook his head no.." So what now."
" I don't want to do nothing at the moment." Kim muttered
" Hey, you don't think that..."
" No I don't have a clone that I didn't destroy."
" Wait just a damn minute, what is all this talk about clones.." Jules exclaimed as she started to get worked up.." I have a family that raised me right."
" You don't even know the half of it Jules, but in due time you will." Kim explained as she really looked at her
" Kim have you eaten yet." Tommy asked
" Yes I did, but I am getting hungry again." Kim replied
" No drowsiness."
" Nope, I'm fully coherent and alert Doctor." Kim stated
Tommy cut Kim a side look that spoke volumes.."I'll be right back..here take this." Tommy insisted as he handed her his bag
" Okay."
Tommy walked away leaving Kim at the fountain
Kim started muttering certain curse words and other things that the SRU team barely picked up on. Kim shook her head as she pulled out her cell phone and dialed her big bro's number
" Kim you do know that you and Tommy are on your honeymoon."
Kim sat down on the edge of the fountain.." I know that, but it's a freaky and weird one."
Jason didn't like the tone of voice coming from his little sister.." What's wrong Kim."
Kim glanced at the officers and her look a like.." It seems like I have a growing addition to my family and I'm not referring to the little one I'm carrying."
" Come again."
" I'm looking at live and breathing version of me."
" What in the world."
" Yeah, apparently I have a twin sister."
" Show me."
Kim switched her phone to camera mode and she held it up facing the cops and she scanned each member of team one in the shot and then she hit send.." It's on it's way."
As soon as Jason got the text message he opened the link and he shook his head.." Where's Tommy."
" He went to get me something to eat."
" And he left you by yourself with them in your condition."
" Man please, I'm not a porcelain doll Jason, my pregnancy scare was just that..I am doing fine and I haven't felt light headed or tired since the other day."
" Do I need to book me a flight."
" No you don't, cause me and Tommy will be coming home in the next couple of weeks." Kim revealed
Tommy came back over to the fountain and sat the bag down, then he grabbed Kim's bag and pulled out the blanket. Tommy shook out the cover and flattened it on the ground
" Has he returned yet."
" He's right here."
" Hand him the phone for me please."
Kim handed Tommy the phone as she sat down on the quilt and started going through the bag taking out the sandwiches and she wasted no time digging in
" Yeah bro."
" Just what in the hell type of stuff do you and Kim always manage to get yourselves in."
Tommy chuckled as he rolled his shoulders.." Kim called me and told me that she was being watched and followed, so I hurried over to the park."
" They're cops."
" Yeah, but they are a the Strategic Response Unit of Canada."
Ed and others were shocked
" Look bro, if you need me, just call me okay."
" I will, but I think I can handle everything from here."
" Okay..talk to you guys later."
" Later bro." Tommy said as he ended the call.." Kimberly."
" What..I was hungry and when the feeling comes along to eat you just have to do that." Kim applied as she balled up the used paper and she reached over into her and pulled out her medicine
Tommy glanced at the officers.." So let's sit down and talk about this, if you guys got the time to do so."
Greg and Spike was running towards the group and they both had to pull up short and just stare at Kim and Jules.." Unbelievable."
" Tell me about it." Jules and Kim muttered at the same time
The guys inwardly laughed at the talk at the same time twin syndrome kicking in already, but everyone soon sat down and made themselves as comfortable as could be
" Jules you can sit on the blanket." Kim offered
Jules accepted Kim's offer and she sat down on the blanket.." Thank you."
Kim nodded her head.." Your Welcome."
" So how far along are you." Jules questioned
" Two months." Kim replied as she took a few sips of her water
" I'm two months as well." Jules revealed softly
Kim choked on her water and Tommy patted her back.." Weird huh."
Jules nodded her head in agreement
" Damn." Tommy and Sam mumbled as the two of them shared a glance
Kim and Jules both gave their husband's a side glance
The rest of team one just shook their heads in amazement
" Tommy." Kim whispered as she eyed her phone
Tommy handed her the phone and then he watched Kim take a deep breath before dialing her mother's number."
" Come on, pick up the phone." Kim muttered as the phone rung three times in her ear
" Hey Kimberly, how are you doing baby..is everything alright with my grandchild." Caroline asked
" I'm okay and so is the little one." Kim stated as she looked down and started to pluck at the blanket.." Uh Mom, I got a question to ask you."
" That's good to hear." Caroline applied as she made her self comfortable.."Ask away."
" Have you really been honest with me." Kim inquired
Caroline paused and her eyes shut tightly.." About what."
" My Life."
Caroline completely tensed up
Kim's started to hyperventilate as the silence from her mother made her realize that she had the answer to her question, so she ended the call and tossed phone down
Tommy gathered Kim onto his lap working on calming her down just as her phone started to ring again and again. Tommy had denied each call.." Did she tell you anything after you asked her that question."
" No she didn't Tommy, her silence pretty much said it all."
Tommy lifted Kim's head and looked into her eyes.." You have been through alot, you are stronger than this okay."
Kim nodded her head and layed it back down on Tommy's chest
" What a honeymoon huh?" Tommy muttered as he rubbed her back
" Yeah." Kim yawned and she settled into his body more and closed her eyes. Tommy never stopped rubbing her back
Tommy's phone started to ring and he flipped it open and put it on speaker phone.." Hey mom."
" Tommy, is everything okay with you and Kim."
" Yes ma'am."
" May I speak to her."
" She just fell asleep mom."
" Tommy, Caroline is trying to get a hold of her."
Tommy smirked and shook his head.." Oh she is, I wonder what for."
" Look I don't know what's going on, but I want you to take care of my daughter for me."
" She's in good hands mom, matter of fact when Kim wakes up I will tell her that Caroline is trying to reach her."
" Okay, thanks alot..love you son..talk to you later."
" Alright, no problem..love you too.."
" Enjoy the rest of your honeymoon."
" We will."
" Tell Kim that I love her."
" I will and I know she will call you later."
" Alright, I have to go take care of something..bye."
" Goodbye mom." Tommy answered softly as he hung up the phone and no sooner then he did Kim's phone started ringing..
Everyone just watched how Tommy handled one situation after the all with ease
" Hello Caroline."
" Tommy, where's my daughter."
" My wife is sleeping." Tommy revealed as he looked down at Kim.." What did you do Caroline."
Caroline took a deep breath...
