'AN: This story is my own and the idea is mine so fair warning there will be alot of twists and turns in this story..Here it is!
Toronto SRU Headquarters
Tommy and Sam drove into the parking lot of the garage and then the two of them found parking spots one on the other side of one another
Kim and Jules got out of the cars then they waited for the husbands
Tommy came next to Kim and locked onto her hand
" Just what in the world are you gonna do with that." Jules asked her husband
Sam had closed the tape deck as he approached the back of the truck where the other three individuals where standing.." I'm gonna place this camcorder on the ledge and record the moment of shock on Winnie's face." Sam explained as he looked around the garage and spotted Leah's Care.." And Leah's."
" Okay, let's go." Jules suggested as she shook her head
" Men." Kim muttered
" Yeah especially our two." Jules agreed
Tommy and Sam just shook their heads as they followed behind their wives into the elevator
Winnie was heading back towards the receptionist desk
" Good Morning Winnie, I'll be in the briefing room touching up this file." Leah informed as she came out of the women's locker room and headed across the hall
" Good Morning to you Leah and if there is an emergency I will announce it on the speaker."
" Thanks Winnie." Leah stated as she walked into the room and disappeared around wall
Ed, Wordy, Spike, Raf and Greg was in the work room getting in a early workout session
" So guys, if you ever had an identical twin show up out of the blue what in the world would you do." Spike questioned
Greg sighed deeply as he thought over his response before he decided to open his mouth.." I wouldn't know how to act at first." Greg revealed softly.." Wordy how about you."
" I would be shocked just like we are were and then I would be confused and upset." Wordy explained
" It just makes you scratch your head in amazement how some sick individual would just mess up people's lives like this, there are some twisted people in this world." Ed injected
" Well I don't think anymore look a likes will pop up." Raf added in
In the hallway
Sam had made sure the camcorder was on before he looked at his wife.." Okay Jules you go first."
Jules just shrugged her shoulders and went on around the corner and went up to the desk.." Hey Winnie, Good Morning."
" Oh hey Jules, Good Morning to you how are you feeling."
" I'm feeling okay."
" Even though Boss was questioning your birthday and this doctor."
Jules nodded her head.." I know but it's okay now, it's a work in progress."
Sam motioned for Kim and Tommy to go on around the corner
" Hey Sis." Kim called out
Winnie's eyes widened and her jaw slacked wide open as a women with Jules's face came up to the desk with a tall man walking next to her
Sam came closer to them smiling
" Ju-Jul-jules."
" This is why Boss was doing the searching into my birthdate and that Doctor, he did something back then and in the result I have a twin sister." Jules informed
" And your reaction was priceless." Sam interjected as he stopped recording.." Good Morning Winnie." Sam then turned and went into the workout room.." Morning guys."
" Morning Sam." The members of team one greeted their fellow teammate
Sam set the camcorder down
" Where's Jules."
Sam chuckled a little bit before he turned and looked his teammates.." She's out there talking to a stunned Winnie."
" Why would she be stunned." Spike wondered
" Because she met Kim."
Ed and Greg laughed and Raf smiled
" How did that go."
" Even though Winnie did some research for Greg, but I had sent Jules up to desk first then I gestured for Kim and Tommy to join them, the best part was seeing Winnie's facial expression as she stood there with her mouth gaped wide open
" I would have loved to see that."
" Oh don't worry Wordy, I have that moment on tape." Sam revealed as he pet the camcorder
" Are you sure your gonna be alright."
" Yes now will you please head towards the guys." Kim insisted
" I'm going, I'm going." Tommy exclaimed as he made his way over to workout room." Good Morning everyone, mind if I join you."
" Nope, not at all." Greg replied.." Good Morning to you to."
" Good Morning Tommy." Ed, Raf, Spike and Wordy chorused
Tommy looked around the room.." I guess every call is tough to handle some of the times."
Each member of team one mouthed.." Yeah."
" A Burden you carry with you throughout your life." Tommy whispered
" And you had expierience."
" Yes I did and even though I fought with zords and weapons, nothing compares with the losses of human life." Tommy revealed
Loud laughter coming from the receptionist desk outside could be heard in the workout room
And each of the guys shared a look
" Kimberly, your husband really did that." Winnie asked
" Yes and our friends thought it was hilarious."
" From what I could see, he has a body worth drooling over." Winnie stated
" Winnie that is one the soul reasons I just can't help myself, especially when I know what type of exercise he does to keep his figure in the shape." Kim stated
" Hmm." Winnie muttered softly.." It's just that I had thought that you would be insecure just a little bit by other females who gawk and analyze your husband."
Jules smirked
" I go through that and then all I have to get some direct words of clarity from Tommy who will point out to me that the ring on my finger means that he will never use a destructive method like straying from our marraige just in order to get a quickie with another female." Kim explained as glanced down at the ring on her finger.." Me and Tommy promised each other that we would never put our child through what we have been through, him being adopted and never knowing his biological parents because he was only nine months old when an accident took the lives of his parents and my life of growing up in a home where you feel like all of the shouting, throwing things against wall in rage, cheating, and then the divorce..that is something both me and Tommy vehemently agreed on to never let our baby go through that
Jules placed her arms around Kim's shoulder and brought her into her chest rubbing her back as a few tears came down her cheeks
Winnie grabbed some tissues and handed them to Jules and kept one to herself and carefully dabbed at her eyes
" No child out there should ever have to feel like that they are not wanted nor should any kid end up without never knowing who their parent where, that type of scars will forever scar a child, so I know that my trust in Tommy's vow will never make me doubt him, but if someone wants to try and tempt me then they will regret it." Kim revealed as she dried her tears.." Thanks Jules."
" Your Welcome Kim." Jules applied.." No child should ever be subjected to that type of abuse." Jules added as she wiped underneath her eyes.." Sam's child needs to hurry up and get out of me so that I can stop feeling so damn emotional at the drop of a hat."
Winnie shook her head.." Jules you tough and Kimberly your strong, I guess that both of you have went through alot in order to get where you are today."
Kim and Jules nodded their head and they spoke at the same time.." Yes we did."
Winnie smiled.." It's just such a dynamic sight seeing you two be there for each other so quickly."
Jules and Kim just simply nodded in agreement
" Good Morning Jules, Hey Winnie, Morning Jules." Leah exclaimed as she walked past them only to stop then turn around to face the trio
" 3, 2, 1."
" What in the hell is going on." Leah exclaimed as she came closer
" Leah this is my twin sister Kimberly, we only found each other yesterday."
" Wow."
" And Kim this is team member Leah Kerns."
" Nice to meet you." Kim and Leah stated at the same time and the two ladies grasped hands together as well
" And it's a pleasure to meet you to Kim." Leah exclaimed softly.." Excuse me I'm just puzzled, shocked but I'm good..totally identical."
" Yeah." Kim and Jules stated
" This is what I get for taking a few days off."
Jules and Kim smiled
" So where are the guys."
" Weight Room." Winnie reported
" Do you wanna join us Winnie." Leah asks
Winnie shook her head.." At the moment I can't leave the desk until another dispatcher comes in." Winnie explained then she turned towards Kim.." It's been nice meeting you Kim under these type of consequences."
" No problem Winnie..same here." Kim added
Leah and Jules bid the friend a see ya later salute before leading Kim towards the weight room
" So Tommy." Spike called out
" Hmmm." Tommy answered
" How many team member do you have."
Tommy leaned back into the seat.." Alot..the one that I was on the phone with yesterday in the park is Kim's big brother and my best friend Jason who had felt the need to come over here and "protect" his sister."
" And Kim this is the wreck/weight room." Jules informed as the three of them came into the room.." Good Morning Guys."
" Good Morning Girls."
Kim looked around the room taking in everything before she locked eyes with her husband..' Being Nosy weren't you Tiger'
Tommy simply nodded his head without saying anything
" Uh huh.."
" What." Jules questioned."
" The guys were listening in on our conversation." Kim revealed
All of the guys of team one looked at Kim
" Well were you." Jules questioned
" Yes we were." Greg stated for the guys instead of trying to deny it
" How did you know." Ed inquired
Kim just titled her head to the side and smirked.." Ed a girl will never reveal all of her secrets."
" Are you a mind reader." Wordy injected
" Let's just call it my woman's intuition, but they say that girls are worse than the guys with being nosy
Jules and Leah nodded in agreement
" So what were you guys attempting to talk about." Kim asked as she sat down next to her husband
" Your Team." Greg replied
" There are quite a few of them."
" More than three squads." Leah wondered
" Well three main ones that I was apart of, but there are alot of other teams that folllowed behind us."
" That is for sure." Tommy mumbled
" Have you ever lost a ranger." Jules inquires softly
" Yeah we did, but she came back."
The entire group of Team One stared at Kim and Tommy with wide eyed expressions
" How is that possible." Spike questioned
" In our world, anything is weird, confusing, crazy, and shocking." Tommy answered
" How so." Sam implied
" It depends on the ranger power, it is very unique and certain teams that come and go are bestowed different animals to guide them to their new abilities that comes with that specific power."
Jules turned her head and looked at the locker that had Lou's plaque on it
Kim noticed immediately.." Who is that Jules."
" That is Louis Young but we all called him Lou for short, we were in the middle of a search and disarm mission a idiot set up all around Canada, Lou had found a bomb and as he started to clear around it he had stepped down on a landmine."
Kim's tears started build up.." And he sacrificed his life."
" Yes he did." Spike injected
" I'm so sorry to hear about him, I know it's tough to go through and yet it's still hard to remember that it still happened to him." Kim stated quietly as she closed her eyes
Tommy rubbed his hand up and down Kim's back
" We came close to losing my sister in a car accident, she was hit by another car and her car landed in a ditch she was left there for most of the day until her husband went and found her, she almost didn't make it..bottom line is that people have no consideration for that actions that can cause a big amount of pain to someone else's life."
Jules and her friends all gave Kim a nod of the head in a silent thank you
" So Leah how long have you been on the team." Kim asked
" I've been on the team for almost a year and half..I joined after Lou." Leah reveals softly
" Basically all of you went through alot of tough trials." Tommy pointed out
" I've been shot on my way to the hospital to get to my wife who was about to deliver our daughter."
" Me to."
Kim glanced at Jules and her eyes started to tear up.." I guess it's all apart of choosing a job that will either make you or break you."
" Indeed, everyone here in this room has been through alot of dangers you have known that you will face." Greg interjected
Tommy and Kim shared a sideways glance that didn't go unnoticed
" Sis."
Kim turned to face Jules.." I've never been shot before by a gun, but I have been shot at by blasters that left bruises on my body, but I have been through a situation that still haunts the both of us to this very day." Kim applied
" She was used as bait on countless of times in order to be used as a bargain chip which only sent me off, we had to get new powers and those powers were tied to our life force so when someone who under their command will target us and her coin was taken which left her loosing her grasp on her target through the fight her powers was leaving her vulnerable and open so to cut to the point she was being drained of life voice then while she was out of commission we, me and the others were sent to fight their monster who was sent as a ploy in order to capture my wife and when we got back only to find out that she was gone, the wannabe ruler gloated about her and then he showed us how he had her laying on this plate glass with the device slowly taking her life away." Tommy revealed
" And he got me out of there, but that was catalyst of my time as a ranger coming to an end, I ended up in the hospital after landing off of the balance beam and from there I passed on my powers to the one was under a spell and then I went onto further my gymnastics dream." Kim stated
" Wow." Leah whispered
Kim and Tommy each gave her a look
" I won't reveal what you just told me to anyone." Leah applied
Kim smiled and clapped her hands.." Okay enough of this tear jerking convos my hormones needs a up beat subject now."
" I definitely agree you sis." Jules adds.."I think it's safe to say that each one of us have overcome alot of obstacles in order to get where we are right now."
Before anyone could respond Winnie's voice crackled through the speaker.." TEAM ONE HOT CALL..SHOTS HAVE BEEN FIRED."
Sam gave his wife a Kiss as he the rest of Team One got up and left out the room
" It's not fair being left behind while they go out and keep the peace."
Jules shook her head no.." But I decided that I should take my leave before I even reached two months."
" We know exactly how you feel Jules." Tommy added
" Thank you Tommy and to think just a few days ago whenever Sam left to go to work I wouldn't be able to settle down until I heard from him or hold him in my arms." Jules explained
" And that is not good for you to in the condition you are in." Kim injects with a knowing smile
Jules also caught the small gesture.." Well let's go into the interrogation room."
Kim and Tommy nodded in agreement and the three of them got up and left out the room
" Winnie whenever they get back tell them that we are in Room 2."
" Will do Jules." Winnie agreed
