'AN: This story is my own and the idea is mine so fair warning there will be alot of twists and turns in this story..Here it is!
The SRU Headquarters
Greg, Spike Raf and Sam carried all of the boxes and bags into the main room and set them on the table and stood back with bewilderment going through their systems
" Well gentlemen I can say for sure that this day has been shocking." Raf applied.." And we haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg."
" I've never seen two people do what Kim and Tommy done in my whole life." Spike pointed out as he nodded his head towards Raf's suggestion as he glanced at the boxes
The other three officers nodded their heads in agreement
" Especially the mind reading." Greg stated
" For some people who would freak out by that would do it in a moment but those two must've been used to or welcomed it instantly."
" The disappearing and reappearing acts."
" But guys we can't forget the unique bond both Jules and Kim are having at the moment and it's only gonna get stronger and more stabilized."
" True, but the most shocking thing about them is when their eyes flash different colors and their hands glowing technique as well." Sam implied
Jules and Leah chose that exact moment to enter into the room.." What a day huh?" Leah questioned
" You can say that again." Greg whispered as he glanced at Jules
Jules eyed all of the boxes and envelopes that was sitting on the table..' It's too much' Jules thought to herself as she turned and headed back out of the room
Sam started to go after his wife until Leah stepped in.." Sam give her space she was pretty quiet in the car after we dropped Kimberly and Tommy off at the hotel."
" Do you think both of them are going through the same thing." Sam inquired
" Possibly, but this day has been uneventful and I know for sure that Tommy is doing the same thing but he's known how much space to give her before he does what a husband would do and that is comfort their wives, Jules will be okay." Leah explained just her phone buzzed against her hip
The guys watched as their comrade removed her phone and checked the text message she just received
Is Jules really quiet Leah
Ed and Wordy came into the room and immediately they noticed the absence of Jules, Kim and Tommy.." Are the Oliver's still at the hotel and is Jules in the ladies room." Ed asked
Leah typed in her reply and sent it to Tommy's cell
" Yes and we're not sure, Jules was here but then she left out of the room." Raf answered
Leah's phone buzzed again and she opened the new text message
Kim was the same but she's needs her twin close to her again
" I'm gonna go and get them and by then we can put this whole case together." Leah informed as she turned and headed out of the room
" Well guys let's go get changed out of our uniforms and get comfortable." Wordy suggested
The rest of the guys agreed and they all set off towards the men's locker room with Sam side stepping over to the ladies locker room and he knocked on the door.." Jules, are you in there." Sam questioned but he received no reply after he knocked on the door again he repeated his question once again.." If it's gonna be like this from now on with them in the same state, it's gonna be even more painful when they are seperated again." Sam mumbled to himself as he turned on his heel and headed inside of the men's locker room
Leah had opened the door and slid into the driver's seat of the SUV and closed the door..'What a day' Leah thought to herself as she put the key into the ignition and started the car, she pulled the strap across her torso and clicked it in the holder and once she adjusted the mirror she noticed a pair of eyes staring right back at her from the backseat.." Jules."
Jules blinked her eyes but she didn't verbally reply
Leah just nodded her head and she pulled on out of the parking space maneuvering the vehicle out of the garage
Marriot Hotel
Oliver's Room
An Half Hour Prior
Tommy and Kim was laying on the couch quiet and content as they waited for Leah to come pick them up. Tommy rubbed his hand up and down his wife's back absentmindedly as his mind replayed over what happened once they got back in the room
Flashback
Kim had changed and showered out of her clothes and now she sat sideways on her husband's lap with her head placed directly into the crook of his neck wearing her husband's shirt and a pair of her leggings
" Beautiful."
Kim lifted her head up and locked eyes with him.." Yes Handsome"
" Lay your head against mine and close your eyes." Tommy instructed and when Kim did as he asked and he used their mind link to "talk" to his wife..' Everything will be alright Beautiful'
' I know it will handsome, with you helping me, by loving me and sticking up for me and pulling me out every little funk i might dwell in'
' But it goes both ways Baby..can you just picture us down the road when we are both old and wrinkled up with canes or walkers..no better yet a pair of hover rounds chasing after one another
Kim laughed at the little part..' knowing how we are I wouldn't put it past us not to pull something off like that'
Tommy brought his hands up and slowiy threaded his fingers through her hair..' That would be something else to add to our endless photo albums and video logs'
' Yeah that would scar our future children and grandchildren'
Tommy smiled as he opened his eyes ending their connection slightly.." Talk to me Kim."
" It's all starting to settle in now Tommy."
" Do you want me to call the airline to extend our stay until further notice."
" You wouldn't mind doing that."
" No I wouldn't this ordeal affects me because you are my other half and I feel your emotions radiating off of you and it's my job as your husband to find the best way possible to help you unwind."
" And I love how you do what you do." Kim stated as she earned a heated stare from her husband before he blinked it away and got back to subject at hand
" In all seriousness Kim, you and Jules both deserve the right to get closure from this entire ordeal and you two have the right to question him."
" Do you think the Canadian Police will be leniant with a pregnant woman, because I might just end up doing more than just talking to him."
" Trust me beautiful, I don't think neither me nor Sam will not be itching to do the same thing."
" I wonder how Jules is doing."
" More than likely she's going through everything in her own way."
Kim sighed softly.." Meaning she might not have talked to Sam at all."
" Maybe."
" Our twin bond is really kicking in."
Tommy checked his watch then he glanced up at his wife.." Why don't I text Leah and then order us some food to take back to the SRU Headquarters."
Kim's stomach gurgled and her eyes lit up.." Pizza with Pineapples, ham, onions, bacon and extra cheese along with some wings and salad."
Tommy called the order in to nearest food shop then he texted Leah while Kim went to use the bathroom. Tommy gathered up his computer and charger and set it next to the door.." Hey Kim, guess what."
" What."
" After I placed the order for food the guy asked me did I have pregnant girlfriend, and I told him that I had a wife who gave me that order and he said it will only get stranger from now on."
" Oh really." Kim wondered
" Yeah that is what he said."
" Well all I have to say to that comment is to just bring it on."
Tommy was sitting on the arm of the sofa as he waited for his wife to come out of the bathroom.." You will try to run me ragged."
" Nope because I will try to have most of it stocked in the house before hand." Kim replied as she came out of the bathroom drying her hands, she came up to Tommy and stepped in between his legs and locked her arms around his neck.." I will try to make this pregnancy go smoother from here on out." Kim applied as she trailed her fingers up his stomach and torso.." Women are tougher than men handsome."
" Yes you are, no man can go through what women have been going through for a long time now."
" But these days there is a little thing called modern medicine."
Tommy chuckled and nodded his head.." But it's doesn't make the pain much easier."
" No it doesn't but in the end when we are looking at our baby it'll be well worth the pain."
" Yeah a few more short months from now."
" Tommy I wonder if our parents wanted us or could they be looking for us or maybe something happened to them." Km rattled on which stunned Tommy for a few seconds because it was an unexpected topic change
Tommy embraced his wife in his arms.." Whatever else we learn we will get through it together Kim." Tommy assured as he leaned down and kissed his wife on the lips before he tugged her up and they made their way around the couch where they both made themselves comfortable..
End Flashback
BEEP..BEEP..CHIRP
" You ready Beautiful." Tommy inquired as they both left their little world
" Yes I am." Kim answered softly as they got up and gathered up the key card, wallet and computer bag then the Oliver's left their hotel room..
