Nami looked at the strange duo on their deck and glared. Why Luffy trusted everyone was beyond her, after all hadn't he learned anything from her? She looked at the beautiful woman with the long blue hair and checked to see if Luffy was looking at her and found her captain playing with Usopp. "Why did he let them on?" She muttered under her breath as the two snubbed Luffy and Usopp as they played.

"Isn't she just gorgeous!" Sanji said with hearts as he carried a smoothie on a tray, "I brought this for you Nami-swan! This one is for the lovely Miss Wednesday!"

Nami stabbed her smoothie with her straw as Sanji loved over the stranger. She took an angry drink and then crossed her arms annoyed. The cup touched her side and she shivered and brought it back for another sip, it was delicious after all. However, her drink was significantly less than the last time she checked. "Hey…"

Luffy laughed as he popped out from her side, "Sorry I couldn't help it, it looked delicious!"

Nami flicked him on the forehead and smirked as he rubbed his head, "Serves you right, this was mine."

"But Nami, you weren't drinking it!" He whined checking to see if his navigator had cheered up. She seemed upset about their most recent guests.

Nami took another sip before giving the rest to him, "I know, I was thinking…here you can finish it."

Luffy grinned and quickly finished it. "It was delicious thanks!"

Nami watched as he went to bound off and quickly grabbed his arm and pulled him out of sight, "Why did you pick them up?"

Luffy looked at his navigator and put a hand on her head softly, "They needed help, and they don't seem too dangerous. Besides, wouldn't it be nice to have more friends? You are the only girl and I don't want you to feel lonely. You are usually the only one in that room at night."

Nami felt blood rush to her face and she quickly shook her head, "How can I feel lonely? I know you are right next door…your stomach growls really loud at night."

Luffy gave an embarrassed laugh and gave a gentle squeeze to her shoulder, "My bad, but go meet them. Who knows you two may become really good friends."

Nami nodded and went to walk away before turning around to hug her captain, "Thanks Luffy, you are always thinking of us."

Luffy blushed and tried to hide his face with his hat as the young navigator left. He waited before turning and going the other way when he ran into his swordsman, "Zoro!"

"So that's why you let those two idiots on board? I thought you were trying to give Sanji a new target."

Luffy gave a nervous laugh, "I have no idea what you are talking about. I was just trying to give a helping hand."

Zoro snorted and watched his captain quickly retreat. He waited a second then checked out the cook and saw him around the strange woman. "Ya helping hand."
