"And then Masa-nii said 'good job' and I was really happy!" Haruka giggled as Mai's eyes glittered with excitement. Otoya, Syo, Mai, and Haruka were walking through the garden one last time, heading back to the Hijirikawa mansion. Mai was happily telling a story to Haruka of when she brought home an A on her test that Masato helped her study for, back when Masato was a teenager. Haruka couldn't help but smile at Mai's excitement and innocent behavior. Mai held Haruka's hand with a strong grip, not wanting to let go of Haruka anytime soon. "Haru-chan, Haru-chan, do you have an Onii-san?!"
"No, I'm an only child." Haruka said, shaking her head.
"Too bad..." Mai said with a cute little pouty frown on her face. She brightened up quickly, giggling happily. "You're really nice! Like Oto-nii, but a girl!" Mai chirped, beginning to skip a little, pulling on Haruka's arm a little while bouncing up and down. Haruka giggled, nodding her head with a humm. "Haru-chan, do you have a boyfriend?" She suddenly asked. Haruka blinked in surprise. Theres a question that came out of the blue.
"Er, no, I'm actually married." Haruka admitted while she pulled slightly on Mai's arm as she helped the little girl jump over a small puddle. Mai looked up at Haruka with wide eyes, her mouth making an 'o'.
"Thats cool!" Mai said, smiling again. "Who?"
Haruka had to think for a second, not sure how to put it exactly. "Jinguji-san is my husband." Haruka said, not bothering to look at Mai while she spoke.
"You mean Masa-nii's friend?" Mai questioned, tilting her head slightly to the side like a confused puppy. Haruka nodded her head as they reached the mansion, climbing up the stairs to the long hallway that wrapped around the building. As Otoya reached for a sliding door that lay in front of them it opened on it's own, revealing a familiar blond man who glared down at them. Haruka felt a shiver go up her spine as his icy, blue eyes locked onto her. Haruka looked down, avoiding his gaze. Mai, oblivious to the high tension, smiled and ran past Ren to collide with her older brothers, smiling up at them with a goofy grin, giggling. Haruka gulped as she heard Ren give a soft growl of disappointment.
"We're going." He said, grasping the edge of Haruka's sleeve and pulling her along behind him harshly. Haruka stumbled at first, trying to keep up with the angry Jinguji heir's fast pace. Haruka found herself rushing awkwardly behind the blond, her body nearly kealing over as her legs stretched out slightly behind her. The Hijirikawas walked behind them, only just keeping up with their pace. Haruka tried to turn her head to look behind her but every time she did she nearly fell over, forcing her to stare at Ren's back. She bit her lip slightly, trying not to think about how embarrassing this was for her with her friends watching her from behind.
As they rounded a corner Ren stopped suddenly, causing Haruka to run head first into Ren's back. She gave off a quiet 'ow' while straightening herself up, standing back at her full height. Ren was unfazed when she rammed into him, not noticing her pewny weight against his strong body in the slightest.
"I'm terribly sorry, but I must be going now." Ren said, looking around the corner. Haruka peaked past him to see Natsuki who nodded dumbly at Ren, a big, goofy grin playing on his face. She caught his eye while peaking out from behind Ren. His glasses flashed as he moved around Ren. Haruka looked up at him, suddenly realizing he was maybe half a foot taller than her, towering over her like a giant. He bent down to her level, the glare from his glasses disappearing down the middle so she could see into his emerald green eyes.
"It was nice meeting you, Haru-chan." atsuki giggled, placing his hands on his knee to keep himself still. "I hope we can talk some more soon."
"Oh, yes, I would be delighted to-ah!" Haruka was cut off when Ren suddenly tugged at her again, causing her to fall slightly. She managed to quicken up her pace before he permanently pulled out her back, straightening a little. She tried to turn back to Natsuki, but Ren rounded another corner and forced her along with him, nearly bumping her into the wall with his force.
"No time, we've been here for more than enough time-21 hours to be exact." Ren hissed, pulling her to the stairs. Haruka blinked in surprise. 21 hours? It didn't seem all that long. Haruka finally managed to trip as she was forced down the stairs, yelping in fear as she fell forward. Ren, hearing her sudden cry turned around, only to be slammed with something that seemed so light a minute ago but now was heavy as bricks. Haruka tumbled forward, flopping down right onto Ren's chiseled chest. The force managed to push him down as well, since one of his feet were already in the air, ready to take a step. Ren was toppled over and thumped onto the ground. Haruka lay on top of him in a less than lady like way. She landed on his abdomen, her face laying on his chest, her body sprawled out on his open figure, landing in between his open legs.
Haruka's face flushed in an instant when she realized how she layed. Her face heated as she lay still in shock, completely paralysed in fear. She landed on THE Ren Jinguji in the more sexualized manner. Their Kimonos had fallen away a little bit, but, luckily, they continued to hide anything too inappropriate. She could feel his abs on her cheeks and his exposed, muscled legs on her hips.
Ren, on the other hand, didn't care in the slightest. The feel on her breasts on his hips didn't remotely phase him, nor did her hips in between his legs do anything to him. Although, he would have appreciated it if she wasn't laying her weight on his groin. He glared down at her for a minute before sitting up. His hands slipped under her arms and pulled her up like a child, his palms slightly brushing the sides of her so-called breasts, if they would be called that anyways with her size.
He caught a glance at the others standing at the top of the stairs. Most had flushed faces, heck even Tokiya had a bit of red on his cheeks as he covered Mai's eyes. He rolled his eyes as he stood up, carrying Haruka the entire way like a baby who needed a diaper change. He opened his limo car door and practically threw her in, causing Haruka to let out a shriek of fear and Tomochika, who had been patiently waiting in the car, let out a yelp of confusion. Ren slammed to car door closed, leaving the two girls alone.
"What the hell was that?!" Tomochika cried, half pissed and half confused. She looked at Haruka, waiting for an answer, but frowned when she saw Haruka's teary eyes. "Haru-chan, what's wrong?" Tomochika asked, pulling a supportive hand on the pinkett's shoulder.
"Tomo-chan...I've never done something so embarrassing!" Haruka cried, wrapping her arms around Tomochika. Tomochika only needed a second to react before she wrapped her arms around the crying, petite girl.
"Shhhhh, it's alright. You can tell Aunti Tomo-chan anything." Tomochan soothed, rubbing Haruka's back. Tomochika silently swore that whatever Ren did this time, he would not get away with it.
Hey guys, I realized something about this story as of lately. I completely forgot about the romance aspect I was going for! So, I decided to give them some...close encounters, if you know what I mean-wink wink. After all, I have to meet the standards of the rating of this fanfiction.
So, how many thought this was going to be a cute chapter with Mai? Everyone? Too bad, she's a minor character! We all know that you're waiting for: the steamy romance that I don't know if I'm capable of writing! So- get on with the show!
