Haruka was frozen in fear, not sure what to do. Her heart was racing in her chest, hitting hard inside of her. The beet was so strong it even reaching the down to her fingertips. She felt slightly dizzy from shock and fear, breathing harder all of a sudden. Haruka's cheeks heated in embarrassment, ashamed that she was caught admiring him. She tried to speak, but her words were caught in the throat. She pulled away from him and held her hand behind her back, as if she could hide the evidence away.

Ren stared at her, completely unmoving. He held a blank look on his face, simply staring at her with his bright blue eyes. His hair fell around his face, bits falling down every once in a while. But he stayed still, as if he was comprehending what was happening. And there was something else in his eyes she didn't recognize. Haruka thought about saying something, anything. But nothing came to mind. She was about to turn around and leave when Ren groaned, lazily sitting up, eyes closed once more. Haruka waited from him to say something, to get mad at her and yell. But nothing happened.

Finally, taking a deep breath, Haruka spoke: "Ano, J-Jinguji-san... are you... okay?" Haruka asked, stuttering. Ren opened his eyes again and stared at her. His head was slightly lolled to the side as he watched her. Only now did she realize what it was that she was seeing. He was tired. His eyes shown exhaustion and his body was like jelly. Looking next to where he lay a moment ago, she saw a half eaten dinner and a cup of cold tea. He must have been working for a while- since dinner at lease. "Ano, Jinguji-san, are you okay? You look tired." Haruka asked.

Ren moaned in response, taking a deep breath in and letting it out. "...Yeah." He finally said, no louder than a whisper. Haruka held back an amused smile. He was actually being... cute. He looked at her as if he had only just kowtise her. "Haruka?... Why are you here?"

"N-no reason." Haruka said.

"Oh.." Ren said, not bothering to persist. Ren took another deep breath in and let it out while sitting strait. He staired down at the papers in front of him and groaned in annoyance.

"Y-you're working?" Haruka asked, hoping for an excuse to leave. Ren frowned, thinking for a moment. The room was quiet except for the sound of breathing. Haruka shifted her weight uncomfortably. The silence was getting awkward now and she was feeling uncomfortable. Finally, he turned to her.

"What?" He asked. Haruka shook her head.

"Nothing."

"Oh..." Ren said again, turning back to the papers but made no movement to do anything with them. He looked at her again, still sleepy. "Time?"

"Time? Er..." Haruka looked around for a clock and found a digital one under one of his papers. "It's 11 o'clock right now."

"...Okay." Ren said, laying his head back down on the desk.

"Ano, Jinguji-san, don't you think you should go to bed?" Haruka asked, shaking his shoulder a little. Ren opened his eyes again and peered at her out of the corner of his eye. He turned his head and rerested it on his arms so he was looking at her. "J-just saying." Ren nodded his head and sat up again, needing to put in effort this time. He tried to stand up but slumped back down when he found it too hard. Haruka frowned. Seeing Ren in this state made her fear of him seem like a joke. He was so tired that she could just leave the building and never come back and he would be too tired to care.

"Help me up." Ren ordered, yawning with his mouth closed. Haruka nodded obediently and tugged on his arm. But as she tugged she found he wasn't going anywhere. Finally, after tugging for a minute, Ren bothered to try to stand up and nearly made it all the way up before tiredness come over him again and he sat back down.

This time, however, she was dragged down with. She squeaked as she fell forward, reaching out and grabbing something stylish and slim, wrapping her arms around it as she swung around. She sat down and found herself sitting partially on Ren's lap, arms wrapped around his neck to keep herself up. Haruka blushed, moving to get up. But Ren's arms naturally found her waist and wrapped around her, holding her down on his lap. Haruka's breath was caught in her throat and she froze. She shook slightly, not sure what was going on with him that would make him hold her like this. She felt weak in his grasp, unable to move and her heart beating like a drum. Haruka began to struggle a little, attempting to take off his strong arms with her lame hands. Finding herself overpowered by the older male, she tried to wiggle out, but he tightened his grip on her.

Haruka blushed as Ren's face nuzzled into her neck, laying daintily on her shoulder. His breth tickled her skin. He took a deep breath in, breathing in her scent and letting out a tired moan.

"A-a-ano! J-Jinguji-san! P-please let go of me!" Haruka cried, fidgeting. She felt slightly dizzy as he held onto her, her head spinning and her vision getting blurry. She swallowed, begging him to let go. But he never answered, he just kept his grip tight on her. Haruka stopped struggling, wearing herself out.

"Don't leave me..." Haruka tried to pear down at him, but his head was caught under her chin. He pulled her close and his hand grabbed the hem of her shirt, holding her on his lap. He leaned into her and growled slightly, making more of a tired noise then a sexual one. Still, Haruka felt a pooling warmth in her stomach, a tingling forming between her legs. "Stay..." Haruka's arms shook slightly as her hands dainty lifted back around his neck, finding a more comfortable position to put her arms in. Haruka blushed as she rested her chin on his head, trying to forget the position they were in. she felt uncomfortable, but she had no choice- he wasn't letting her go anytime soon. She closed her eyes and breathed. She couldn't help but take in his scent. He smelled musky in an arousing way. Haruka felt her heart beat harder and she knew he could feel it. Still, she kept her eyes shut and, feeling drunk on his scent, she fell asleep.
