Author's note- It's been a while but I want to start the story up again and I hope you enjoy!

Kyoya PoV

I wandered back to my room shortly after Hunni sempi and Mori sempi left. Where did Hunni sempi get that idea, I don't think I see Haruhi like that, I mean I care if she lives or dies, she's a valubale asset to the Host club. I would never see her as more than that, right?

It doesn't matter anyways, she could never like someone as cold hearted as me.

My phone buzzed and the screen had Kouru's contact across it. He was calling.

"Hello." I said into the phone.

"Hey Kyoya sempi, ummm..." He started.

"What is it Kouru?" I asked harshly.

"How is Haruhi doing?" He asked timidly.

"Why do you want to know?" I asked.

"I care about her." he said even more softly this time.

"Really, you're the one that started this mess." I spat.

"What, no I didn't I would never do anything to hurt Haruhi!" He exclaimed.

"This all started with you two hooligans teasing her!" I yelled.

"No, that wasn't me I swear." He said.

"Than who was it? Hikaru? You two do everything together, you expect me to beleive this time would be any diffrent?" I yelled.

"I'm sorry for what Hikaru did, but honestly that's where I drew the line. Hikaru did it not me, I swear." He begged.

"Kouru it sounds like you really feel bad about this, but I really don't beleive that you had no part in this, I mean you could have convinced your brother to stop, especially when you saw it escalate, or said something to the other kids when you saw them teasing Haruhi." I yelled through the phone.

"I know, I feel terrible about this whole situation and I know I sholuld have done more, but I didn't. Okay. I know I should have done something anything, but I didn't want to cause any trouble for Hikaru, he's my brother, my closest friend." He whined.

"And because you didn't have the gaul to say anything, your next cloesest friend tried to kill herself, multiple times might I add. You really think not getting Hikaru in trouble is more important thatr Haruhi's life!?" I ask.

"No, but I didn't think it would ever get this far." He begged.

"Well it did." I say and hang up the phone.
