How is everyone doing?

I finally have a chapter fro you guys! It's not my best but I just wanted to update because I let you wait too long for one.

LOREN'S POV

Everything was ready for dinner. I was giving Liv a bottle while Eddie was playing with Ally. Then the doorbell rang. Eddie stood up and opened the door.

I held my breath.

Oh thank god it's Max.

"Hey pops" Eddie said while giving Max a hug.

"Max!" Ally stood up and ran in his arms.

"Hey sweetie, how are you"

"Good, I missed you"

I smiled, I love that Ally and Max have a good relationship.

"Hey Loren, these are for you" He said while handing me flowers.

"Aw thank you Max! These are beautiful" I stood up and gave Max a hug.

"I'll hold Liv so you can put the flowers in a vase"

Max grabbed Liv out of my hands and sat down on the couch. I went to the kitchen and put the flowers in a vase. I heard the doorbell and froze.

Oh please let it be Mel and Ian.

I walked towards the door and opened it.

NORA'S POV

We were on our way to Loren's house, Don was driving because I was too nervous to do anything.

I was just staring out of the window when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"It's going to be okay mom" I looked behind me and saw Adrianna with a concerned look.

"I know, I'm just nervous"

"This is it" Don said as he parked the car in front of a house.

It still looks the same but it's just weird to be here after all those years.

"Are you ready?" Don asked grabbing my hand.

"I guess so" We got out of the car and walked to the front door.

Okay here we go… I thought before ringing the doorbell.

The door opened and I saw my beautiful girl. I instantly got tears in my eyes.

LOREN'S POV

"Hey mom"

I stepped closer and hugged her tight.

"Honey you look beautiful" Nora said still hugging me. We were both crying now.

"I'm so happy that you are here"

"Me too honey" We pulled away and I dried my tears.

"Please come in" I said stepping aside to let them through.

"Hello Don, Adrianna"

"Hey Loren thanks for inviting us"

"Of course, you guys are part of the family" I closed the door and stood next to Eddie.

"Mom, Don, Adrianna this is Eddie and that is his father Max" Everyone greeted each other.

I grabbed Liv out of Max's hands and walked to my mom.

"This is your granddaughter Liv" My mom started crying and I handed her Liv.

"Hello baby girl, you look just like your mother" I smiled, I looked around me for Ally. But I didn't see her.

"Eddie do you know where Ally is?" Eddie looked around him.

"She was just here"

"I saw a little girl running down the hallway when we came in" Adrianna said.

"I'll go check on her" Eddie said, as he ran down the hallway.

EDDIE'S POV

I ran to Ally's room and softly knocked on the door.

"It's me Eddie, can I come in?" Ally opened the door a little.

"Are you alone?"

"Yes sweetie" Ally let me in and sat on her bed. I closed the door behind me and sat next to her.

"What's wrong sweetie?"

"I was afraid"

"Why?"

"There were so many people I didn't know and I got scared"

"You don't have to be scared, they are very nice"

Ally stayed quiet.

"Do you want to know who that woman was who hugged mommy?"

"Yes"

"That's your grandma"

"Is that your mommy?"

"No honey it's the mother from your mommy, do you want to meet her?" Ally nodded.

I stood up and walked towards the door.

"Can you carry me?"

"Of course" I picked Ally up and walked to the living room.

Ally had her hands around my neck and her head buried in my shirt. I walked in and saw everyone sitting and laughing. Loren noticed me and stood up. She walked my way and gave me a kiss.

"Sweetie do you want to meet your grandma?" Ally looked up and nodded yes.

Loren grabbed Ally from me and sat next to Nora on the couch. Ally was still hiding a little in Loren's neck.

"Hey Ally, you've a really pretty dress on"

"Thank you" said Ally soft.

"Do you want a present?" Ally nodded yes.

Nora grabbed her bag. She looked into it and got something wrapped in wrapping paper.

"Here you go" She handed it to Ally and Ally just looked at it.

"Come on, you can open it" Ally opened the gift and in it was a beautiful jewelry box shaped in a heart.

"Look inside" She opened it and there was a beautiful silver necklace with a silver heart with Ally engraved in it.

"Do you like it?" Ally nodded with a big smile on her face.

"Can you put it on mommy?"

"Of course sweetie" I put the necklace on and held a mirror in front of Ally.

"It's beautiful mom but you didn't have to buy her something"

"Yes I did, I already missed so many birthdays so I had to make up for it"

"Thank you Grammy"

"You're welcome sweetie. Oh I also have something for Liv"

She grabbed another present out of her bag.

"Ally do you want to open it for Liv?"

"Okay" She opened the gift and in it was a cute duck plush toy.

"Ah how cute, I bet Liv will love it"

"Only one way to find out, Ally can you give it to Liv?"

Ally stood up and walked towards Max who had Liv in his arms.

"Here you go Liv, it's from grandma" Liv happily smiled and hugged the stuffed animal.

Ally giggled "I think she likes it"

"Yeah I think so too"

Everybody jumped when the door flew open.

"Mel what did I tell you about knocking!?" I said standing up to greet her and Ian.

"Yeah, yeah… I need to knock before entering the room blablabla.." Mel said as she hugged me.

"You know she'll never learn it" Ian said as I hugged him.

"I know but it was worth the try"

"Mama Tate! I'm so glad to see you again!" Mel rushed to my mom and hugged her.

"I'm glad to see you too Melissa" My mom said laughing.

Ian and Mel greeted everyone and sat down.

We all started chatting and were having a good time. I thought it was a good time to start dinner.

"So who wants some dinner?" I asked getting up.

Everybody nodded and got up to sit at the dinner table.

While I was serving the food my mother started laughing.

"Why are you laughing grandma?" Ally asked while taking a bite of her lasagna.

"Well I just remembered that a certain someone can't say lasagna"

I turned to my mother "That's not true! I can say it anytime I want"

"You can't say lasagna?" Eddie asked laughing.

"I can say it okay!" I sat down on my chair.

"You know you can't Lo" Melissa butted in.

"Shut up Mel" I said as I took a bite of my lasagna.

"Come on say it Loren!" Max said trying to encourage me.

"Okay..okay… I'll say it" I took a deep breath "We're eating la..las…lasag…Oh forget it!"

Everyone started laughing.

"Aah that was adorable!" Adrianna said still laughing.

"Yeah..yeah.. very funny, now can we start eating"

Eddie grabbed my hand and kissed it. I looked up at him and smiled.

"MMHH…. This is amazing Loren!" Ian said with his mouth full of food.

"Yes it really is" Don said agreeing with Ian.

"I learned it all from my mom, so you should thank her"

"Well thank you Nora, for teaching Loren how to cook" Max said smiling.

My mother laughed "Well I did my best"

"So Don, I heard you're a surgeon?" Max asked.

"Yes I am, I have my own clinic here in La"

"That's pretty impressive" Eddie said as Max agreed with him.

"Says the 26 year old rock star" Adrianna said.

"Yeah Eddie you didn't do so bad yourself" My mom joined in.

"I guess that's true.. but I learned it from the best" Eddie said as he put his hand on Max' shoulder.

"Yeah I'm very proud of him" Max said smiling.

After dinner we all sat in the living room sharing stories about our lives.

Then there was a knock on the door, I walked to it and opened it.

I froze

"Daddy!"
