Can anyone say hello new chapter? I do not own Yugioh or any of the songs used in this chapter. Enjoy! [YUGI, YAMI, and ATEM]

Chapter 45

Kaiba blinked, reading the card, before flipping it over. His lips quirked into a rare smile as he looked back up at Yugi. The two started to laugh, and it seemed that they couldn't stop for a minute or two. When they both had calmed down, Kaiba finally voiced his thoughts.

"They're going to murder you, you know?"

"Oh, come on, it's funny," Yugi chuckled.

"Trumping last year indeed," he muttered before walking off notecard still in hand.

"Yugi," his Grandpa said coming up behind him.

"Grandpa, you made it!" Yugi said excitedly wrapping his arms around the old man, with a little difficulty. His belly was getting pretty big.

"Of course I did, and Yugi?"

"Yes?"

"I'm not giving you a graduation party."

"What?"

"You're getting a baby shower instead."

"Not another one," he groaned.

"Deal with it."

"Yeah, alright, when?"

"Today, after you graduate."

"Ha ha, okay. Atem, Yami, and…Sakura, are sitting in the third row on the left hand side. Go on, and make sure they don't kill one another."

"Alright, but I can't make any promises. Also, Atem told me to give you this." He handed him his graduation cap. Yugi grinned as he took it from him.

He wrapped his arms around him again, tears starting to fill his eyes. "Thank you, Grandpa. I wouldn't be standing where I am today if I hadn't had your support for all these years. Especially during my down period after what happened with Dilan. Thank you, for never giving up on me. Thank you for always being there."

"You're my grandson, I'll always be there for you, no matter what."

"I love you, Grandpa. I don't say it as much as I probably should, but you know that right? You know I love you?"

"Always, because when it comes down to it, family is all you have. Now go up there, and make me proud."

Yugi grinned, "Of course, Grandpa!" he skipped up the steps and sat down in the Valedictorian's chair. It was rightfully his anyway, he'd worked hard for it.

Kaiba came to sit next to him, looking at the note card again. He gave Yugi a side look of amusement, and Yugi grinned back. The teachers came up after that, sitting in their respective spots, before the ceremony began.

Arisa Junto sang the school song in a beautiful voice. Kaiba muttered that in his ear that he sounded more female than she did, and he jabbed his elbow into his side in retaliation. After that, their principle said a few words, and then it was Kaiba's turn. Yugi bit his lip, fighting off his grin as Kaiba re-adjusted the microphone to his height, before starting the speech. Show time, Yugi thought, as he turned his face to attentive listener. Glancing out into the crowd, he could see some his classmates giving him wary looks. They'd heard the rumors, but hey, that just made this all the more fun.

"Alright, as most of you already know, Yugi wrote this speech, but I'm giving it. Apparently some people think I can put an audience to sleep with just my voice, so they had Yugi, the real Valedictorian, write it. So, here goes." He raised the card up for everyone to see the back of it.

There was a collective groan from the crowd, but Yugi kept his eyes forward. "Okay, as you all probably know, last year's speech was two hours long. I've decided to top this, and after much calculations, I've come up with the solution as to how. By going over each and every one of our accomplishments! So, let's start with freshman year, huh?" Kaiba paused here, making a face a deep uncomfortableness as his eyes seemed to take in the rest of the notecard, and then he flipped it over. His mouth dropped as he looked back at Yugi in horror. Yugi just grinned back at him. "Tch, screw that," he said tossing the notecard over his shoulder.

"Hey!" Yugi shouted standing up offense written as clear as day on his face.

"I'm not forcing everyone to sit here for three hours and then another two for us to get through the diplomacy ceremony. Not happening, so here's the real speech. We came here, we served our time, and did the work. Now we're all sitting here because we are accomplishing the biggest thing of them all. FREEDOM! At least for the summer, and then most of us are going for at least another four years in schooling before we graduate once again. We can only hope all the speeches will be this short. The end." Kaiba sat back down, swinging an arm around Yugi's shoulders. Yugi was looking away from him, in mock anger, but he was sure his mates could feel it. Feel his amusement.

"How was that?" Kaiba whispered.

"Perfect," Yugi muttered back.

The rest of the graduation flew past, and before Yugi knew it, he was accepting his own diploma from their principal, and then, since he was the last one to receive one, graduation was over. It was done. They were graduated. They had one more day of school left, and then it was their three month vacation until everyone went their separate ways. Oh, Ra, he hoped he didn't start crying again.

"Hey!" someone shouted behind him from the stage. Yugi turned to see a couple of his classmates with the notecard he had given Kaiba. His eyes widened, he was in trouble.

"Yugi Mutou! What do you mean bladi blah blah blah?"

"Yeah, most of this card is filled with that one phrase."

"Ha ha ha, well, you didn't think I was really going to put you through a three hour speech right?" he asked rubbing the back of his head.

"You are so dead!" one of them shouted jumping off the stage.

"But it was a just a joke!" Yugi yelled running away.

"It wasn't funny!"

"I found it funny!"

"Get back here, Mutou!"

"TEEEEEEEEMMY!"

"Well, that's our cue," Yami sighed before appearing in front of Yugi's pursuers with Atem in tow. Yugi popped out from behind Atem, sticking his tongue out at them.

"This has got to be a form of cheating."

"Probably, but who wants to go through them to get to him?"

"Eh, good point."

They all started to walk away, chatting amongst themselves. They had seemed to have lost all interest in their game of pursuit. Yugi looked up at his mates, grinning brightly. They looked back down at him, shaking their heads.

"What are we shields or something?"

"Only when I'm in trouble. Vampires make the best kind of shields!"

"Ce'mere," Yami said capturing his lips.

It was short lived however as Yugi's Grandpa broke them up by literally shoving himself between them. He casually wrapped an arm around Yugi's shoulders and started to lead him away. Yugi sent them an apologetic look over his shoulder. They shook their heads before following after.

[Time skip]

"Okay, but I'm still hungry, Grandpa," Yugi complained as the old man made him sit down in a circle with his friends.

"Well hunger is just going to have to wait," Grandpa said forcing his mates down on either side of him.

"Alright, what are we doing?"

"We're going to play a game."

"Okay! What's it called?"

"Pass the dirty diaper."

"I'm sorry, what is this called?"

"You heard me. Now how to play the game is simple. I have here, the dirty diaper, and Fall Out Boy's Centuries. Now I'm going to play the music, and as it plays we pass the diaper around the circle. The one holding the diaper when the music stops is out of the game. The last person standing, is the winner. I chose this one so Yugi would have a harder time of winning."

Ten minutes later found Yugi as the winner of the game, somehow. He looked up at his Grandpa. "Wasn't I not supposed to win?"

"Oh shut up and give me the diaper already. Next game."

"Yes?"

"Guessing Yugi's cravings. Yami and Atem, you're not allowed to participate."

"Oh come on! We'd actually win that one!" Atem complained.

"By cheating!"

"How is it cheating if we already know all the answers?" Yami asked.

Yugi laughed, "I think that's how it's cheating."

"Eh, whatever."

"Okay, here's a paper and pen for everyone. Now Yugi, you have to describe what you've been craving without actually saying the name of the food."

"Cool. Let's start. First one, brown and sweet."

"Chocolate." Ryou said.

"Good, but I think you're supposed to write it down, not say it aloud."

"Oh, oops!"

"So the first one is chocolate huh?" Otogi asked as everyone wrote it down.

"An idiot could have figured that out," Jou said rolling his eyes.

"Are you calling me an idiot?"

"Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. Whatcha ya gonna do about it?"

"I'm gonna strangle you wolf boy!"

"Bring it on blood sucker!"

"Ahem!" Yugi interrupted. Otogi had already gotten up and made a grab for Jou. He had missed and had been put in a headlock by Jou. Both males looked over at him. "Let him go."

"But Yugi, he threatened me," Jou complained.

"I don't care. We're having a party not a fight."

"Fine," he huffed releasing Otogi. Otogi got up and sat back in his seat.

"So, what else have you been craving?"

"Alright, this next one is rough and makes me pucker like this," he made a puckering face which Yami took heavy advantage of. Penny and Atem had to pull them away from one another as Yugi had started to wrap himself around Yami in a very bedroom kind of way.

"Right, the next one," Yugi said straightening his shirt back out. "Um, it's thin, kind of has an exotic taste to it and is hot." Everyone just stared at him. "Uh, it's a little milky, and can be a teensy weensy bit sweet?" Still staring. "Err, I don't know what else to tell you without giving up the name. You're just going to have to use your imaginations I guess."

It's that nasty chai tea, isn't it?

It's not nasty, it's tasty.

No, it's definitely nasty.

You only think that because I forced you to make it for me.

What's your point?

You're being biased.

"Yugi!"

"Yes?" he asked jumping to attention.

"Since none of us are going to be able to guess this, what's the next one?"

"Uh, the next one is salty and can be either hard or soft."

"Yugi, you're supposed to tell us the food you're craving, not your mates. They are not edible," Malik reprimanded.

Yugi's face lit up like a stoplight. "That is a real food!"

"It is?" Ryou asked.

"Yes," he whined hiding his face in Atem's lap. Atem was shaking with trying to hold back his laughter.

"Oh," Malik said looking away.

Funny.

It is not!

"Right, well, everyone just write something down."

"Yugi, we don't speak lap," Penny complained.

"He told you all to write something down," Solomon interpreted.

"You can understand him?" Atem asked.

"Well, he is my Grandson."

"That makes sense."

"It should. On to the next one!"

Yugi turned his head in Atem's lap, but didn't take it out of it. "The next one is something you can suck on."

"And I'm sure your mates love that craving, don't they?" Penny teased.

"Dang, can all your cravings be turned into innuendos?" Rebecca asked.

Yugi sputtered before hiding his beet red face again. Atem and Yami chuckled as Atem rubbed his back. Everyone wrote down what they thought it was, and waited for him to resurface. He wasn't going to.

They have dirty minds!

Indeed.

It's kind of amusing actually.

At the expense of our mate?

Well…that's just a side effect.

Both men burst out laughing.

Yugi climbed off of Atem's lap, and crawled into Malik's. A very confused Malik's lap. They were being mean. Here he was being made fun of, and they weren't even defending him! Horribly horrible mates they were. He started to cry on his shoulder.

"If Heba were here, he'd probably be singing about hormones right now," Ryou commented.

Atem shook his head. Pulling Yugi off of Malik, and back into his own lap. He rubbed his back whispering soft nothings into his ear. Eventually, Yugi got his emotions under control and continued with the game.

"Right, the next one is green, bumpy, and pink, soft, cold, and smooth."

"I'm sorry, it's what?" Otogi asked.

"Green and bumpy, as well as pink, soft, cold, and smooth."

"Is that even a food?" Marik asked.

"Actually it's two. I wanted them at the same time."

"Ah, this one, that was gross," Yami gagged.

"No, it was really good! And you know, I haven't wanted chocolate and that salty soft and hard thing since I had it."

"No, Yugi, that was gross. I haven't been turned off by a lot of human food combinations, but that was definitely one of them." Atem grimaced.

"Tch, like you're one to complain. What about caviar chicken, and liverwurst mignon?"

"Why would that be disgusting? Neither was cooked, they tasted fine to us."

"I'm sure they would. They looked disgusting to me."

"Well, clearly, you don't know what's good."

"Sure I do. That wasn't it."

"Guys, is there anything else Yugi's been craving?" Marik interrupted.

"Uh…I don't think so," Yugi said.

"Alright, so how do we know if they were right?" Sakura asked coming into the room. Yugi stiffened in Atem's arms. He didn't know his sister was coming.

"Sakura, how nice to see you," Atem said stiffly.

"I give up," she announced.

"Huh?" Yugi asked lifting his head to look up at her.

"I think Heba's right. I'm fighting a battle already long lost."

Silence. It was the only word to describe the moment that followed this statement. Silence, not even a breath could be heard. Was anyone even breathing? Yugi took a deep breath as he realized he wasn't.

"You're leaving the Organization?" Malik asked.

"No, I can't just yet. I will be putting in my papers soon though."

"I don't understand," Yami said slowly. "What made you decide this now?"

"My baby brother?" she suggested like it was obvious. "I was losing him. No, I lost him. Lost him like…I don't know what. I was pushing him away though, that much I know."

"Finally faced the light, huh?" Atem asked.

"It's been a long time coming," she sighed pulling a small box out from behind her back. She handed it to Yugi, who took it cautiously.

He held it for a second, staring at it, before opening it. It was an ordinary white box, but when he opened it, he immediately shut it again. His eyes filled up with tears as he held the box close to him. Atem tried to tug it out of his hands, but his efforts were in vain.

"What did you give him?" Yami asked as confused as the rest of them.

"You wouldn't understand," she shook her head. "It's something my Mother did, for us, when we were born. She started the tradition, I'm merely continuing it."

Yugi opened the box again. Inside were two small carry-around-with-me blankets. They were in neutral colors since no one knew the genders of his children. To the normal eye, it would seem as an ordinary present, but to Yugi, it meant the world. He set the box down, which was picked up by Atem and Yami, and stood up to hug his sister. Sakura hugged him back. They hadn't shared a hug for so long, Yugi was just only realizing how much he had been craving her touch. They held on to one another, as if they were afraid someone would rip them apart at any moment.

I don't get it.

I don't think we were meant to.

Yugi, explain this to us.

No, you still wouldn't understand.

So explain it to us.

No.

Yugi.

It's a secret. A family secret.

So tell us.

No, I can't. I won't. I'm sure you two have things you never want me knowing about. This is the same. It's a family secret. One even my Mother was reluctant to share with us. I'm just slightly happy, but mostly sad that she showed Sakura how to make them.

These are handmade?

One of a kind.

"When did she do it, Saki?" Yugi asked pulling away from their long hug.

"On her death bed. When you were sleeping in the chair. She showed me the first two lines, and then had me finish it for her. By the time I was done, she was halfway gone. She only waited until you woke to fully say goodbye. I hid the creation as soon as you started waking up, I didn't want you to see it. Was that selfish?"

"No, not at all."

"Do you want me to show you how?"

"Later. A different time. When you finally get out of the Organization, show me then."

"I promise," she said holding out her pinkie for him. He smiled slightly before taking it with his own. They didn't shake, holding one another's pinkies was enough of a binding contract.

"Seriously?! After all she's done to you, to us, you're just going to let her back in over a scrap of cloth?!" Atem shouted shooting to his feet.

SMACK!

It was silent again, as everyone froze. Yugi was huffing in front of Atem, angry that he would make such a grand assumption, and an undeniable insult in the same sentence. Atem stood there, his head knocked to the side a very faint red hand print mark on the left side of his face.

"You think he's forgiven me?" Sakura asked her voice heavy in disbelief. It broke through the silence like a sledgehammer. "Not even close. It'll take years before I have his trust again, perhaps my entire lifetime. We simply have an understanding of what that scrap of cloth as you called it really is. What it truly meant to our Mother. It by no way means he has forgiven me for all I have done to your relationship, or rather what I tried to do. Or all the lies I have told, in an attempt to keep my brother closer to me. He was the one thing I never wanted to lose, and yet have over and over again."

Yugi looked down, hearing the edge of tears in her voice. He wouldn't comfort her though, she didn't deserve that from him. He wouldn't give her any comfort.

"So, who won?" Jou asked in the worst attempt ever seen to break the tension. Everyone, but Yugi, looked over at him like he had lost his mind. Yugi started to laugh, he didn't know what else to do, so he laughed. Solomon slowly joined in, with Ryou and Malik following. Kaiba cracked a grin, and ruffled Jou's hair. Yugi stood on tiptoes and kissed Atem's tanned cheek.

I'm sorry, 'Tem. I shouldn't have slapped you. But your assumptions made me really upset.

I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. I should know by now to never assume when it comes to you. I'm sorry too.

Wow, how do those words feel like coming out of your mouth?

Like acid.

"I'm serious though, who won?" Jou asked again.

Yugi smiled and put his hand out for their papers. Everyone handed them over. Well, no one except Marik got the tea one. Yami must have complained to him about it. Then again they were best friends, so he shouldn't have expected for him not to. But he was also the one who got the most, because of the tea. And pickles and ice cream. Yugi looked up at Yami shaking his head. Yami was avoiding all eye contact.

"Marik, he won. But I think that's just because someone, might have complained about all the answers."

"I don't know who that could be, not a clue," Yami said still not making eye contact.

"So, what does he get, Grandpa? What's his prize?" Yugi asked his Grandpa. He looked over at him to see him looking down into a bag in horror.

"Uh, nothing in here," he closed the bag. "Let me go get the other one."

"Is there another one?" Marik asked.

"Probably not. So, why don't you take a kiss from Malik instead?"

"Best prize ever."

"Yugi! I'm no-MMPH!"

"You look like one to me."

He pushed him away, and chased Yugi around the room. Yugi ran at a slightly faster pace than normal, but he didn't use all of his super speed. Just enough to stay out of reach. Getting tired though, he ducked behind Yami, using him as shield by keeping him in between him and Malik.

"Yugi, do you mind? I'm trying to watch?" Yami asked.

"Huh?" he and Malik looked around to see Atem opening presents. He was unwrapping a baby carrier, and another stood already unwrapped beside him. There were some other things already unwrapped too. Stuffed animals, baby fences, bottles, pacifiers, what looked like teething toys, and even a portable play pen.

"So, where's the third giant box?" Atem asked looking at Akeifa.

"Oh there isn't one," he answered smirking.

"What about, Yugi?" Yami asked.

"He doesn't need one. Ryou was very informative on human behaviors. Apparently it's the Daddy's job to cart around the young in a pouch. After all, the Mother carried them around for nine long and aggravating months. You wouldn't want them to have to carry them around in another pouch and remind them of such a period, would you?"

Yugi bit his lip, trying to hide his grin. He couldn't hide the amusement though. That was out in the open and coursing over the link. His eyes danced with mirth as Yami looked up at him.

"You think this is funny?"

"Hilarious," he said starting to laugh. "And I can see it."

"See what?" Atem asked.

"You being Fathers."

"He's just now seeing this?" Ryou whispered to Bakura. Bakura nudged him in the side.

"Okay, last gift is from Solomon," Atem said pushing the box over to Yami. Yami offered it up to Yugi, who pushed it back to him.

"Oh no, I've opened more than my fair share. You do it."

"Okay," he ripped open the paper to reveal a…collection of Barney, Sesame Street, and Disney shows DVDs."

"I'm gonna murder him," Yugi whispered as his friends burst out laughing.

"Are these for us?"

"Who's Barney?" Atem asked taking one of the DVDs from Yami.

"No, they're for the kids," Yugi muttered.

"You guys are going to have so much fun!" Jou said.

"I love you! You love me! We're a happy family! With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you! Won't you say you love me too?" Malik sang.

"You know, I'm just so happy that Uncle Malik is going to be around to help me take care of the kids."

"No he's not."

"But he is, because he's going to take a few semesters here in Domino, Japan before going to America for the rest of Lawyer training."

"You're nuts, if you think I'm going to sit through 12 hours of Barney, 24 of Sesame Street, especially Elmo's World, and 72 of Princess Sophia, Winnie the Pooh, Captain Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse."

"Well of course I don't expect you to watch all of them at once. No one could survive that. However, there will be times when they'll want to watch them with their favorite Uncle. That's gonna be you."

"Right behind Mahad, of course. After all, they'll see him more," Atem pointed out.

"Favorite Human Uncle then."

"What about us?" Ryou asked.

"You'll be off in Britain, Jou and Penny in America, Kaiba will probably follow Jou, Rebecca in Russia, and Otogi in Egypt with my Uncle. They'll hardly see any of you."

"Wait, does this mean, we'll be losing Seth, and later on Marik?" Atem asked.

"Well, yeah, didn't they let you know of their food sources plans?"

"Of course, but I guess we just didn't put it together at the time."

"Dang, who are we going to get to replace them?" Yami asked.

"I'm sure you'll think of something," Yugi said casually.

Atem blinked and looked at Yami, who looked right back at him. Slowly, they both turned to Yugi, and just stared. A strange look crossed their faces, as grins started to form on their faces. Yugi leaned a little ways away from them. He did not like those plotting looks on their faces. Not one little bit.

"You know, Yugi, you've been very good in the past of handling issues," Atem started.

"Not only that, but many of the vampires on our council have said that they like it when you're there," Yami added.

"No," he shot down before they could even make the proposition.

"Why not?"

"Uh hello, I'll be in school, and when I'm not in school I'll be with our kids."

"Are you saying you'll be too busy even for us?"

"Perhaps. We'll see."

"Hmph, we'll make time for us."

"Okay, sure," Yugi waved off. "What's next, Grandpa?"

"Uh, nothing, that's it. That's all I planned. Though, if you want to spend the night, that would be a wonderful thank you present." He put out there.

"Okay," Yugi shrugged, not really caring.

"Do you want us to stay too?" Yami asked.

"No. No, you boys need to go home."

"Well, that's just rude."

"You're how old, Yugi?"

"Seventeen."

"I know how old you are. How old are they?"

"Oh, they're…well Atem is 5327 and Yami is 4018."

A strange expression stole over his Grandfather's face. "They cradle robbed you!" he accused.

"Yes," Yugi nodded, "but it's okay, I'm over it now."

"I knew I should have kicked you two out that first time I saw you molesting my Grandson."

"Then why didn't you?" Yami asked.

He shrugged. "Partly because I knew you could just waltz back in anytime you pleased. But the other was that I had talked to Arthur, and he explained that a vampire, a normal one, felt the need to be close to their food source. That first year that Rebecca marked Mana, he said he barely saw his Granddaughter. The only times he saw her was when she came home to get some clothes or something. That was it though, so I let you stay. I guess I hoped that Yugi could find a way to trust strangers again, the way he used to."

"No," Yugi said sharply.

"What?" Solomon asked.

"No, I won't ever trust strangers again, not like that. Never again."

"How did you used to trust them?"

"Don't worry about it."

"To put it in simple terms, if a stranger beat up Yugi, and the next day told him they wanted to be friends, he'd say okay with this big grin on his face," Jou explained.

"I would not!"

"Jou," Ryou coughed.

"That was different. We had a few classes together, and he was just trying to toughen me up!"

"Whatever you say, Buddy."

Yugi crossed his arms pouting, and turned away from them. They weren't being very nice. Again! He looked at Yami, and then away again.

"Alright, stop picking on him. We don't want him to start crying again."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing, Dear."

"Oh, I think it meant something."

"No," he kissed his cheek. "It didn't mean anything."

"Hmph!"

"Stop pouting, you're not very good at it," Atem whispered in his ear.

He couldn't help it, he cracked up laughing. This earned him a lot of odd looks from his friends, but he didn't care. If Atem was trying to get him to laugh he succeeded. He leaned up and kissed his cheek whispering thanks.

The rest of the day passed by in a joyful manner, and before anyone knew it, it was time for everyone to go home. Something Atem and Yami were very reluctant to do without Yugi. But eventually he convinced them that it would be okay. Only an idiot would come after him with his little vampire gift still in place. They agreed that though this was true, there were plenty of idiots out in the world. So obviously, they needed to stay. Yugi admonished them, and sent them packing, knowing they were probably sneaking in through the skylight right now as he zipped up the stairs to his old bedroom. He leaned against his doorframe, as he watched them doing just that. Yugi clicked his tongue, making Yami freeze with his leg hallway through the window already.

"Come on, it's just one night. It's not like he's asking you to stay away for an entire week or something," Yugi said.

Yami's leg went back up on the roof, only to be replaced by Atem's head. "But we'll miss you too much."

"I'll be back by tomorrow morning, promise. Now, be good vampires, and hightail it out of here." He hopped onto the bed, and kissed him. He then motioned Yami down for the same treatment.

Once he was satisfied that they were both thoroughly kissed, he sent them on their way. Locking the skylight behind them. They'd probably just sneak in again when he was sleeping, but oh well. Such was the life of being human.

Yugi went back downstairs, and sat on the couch with his Grandpa. They talked the night away, Yugi never actually going back up to his bedroom. He and his Grandpa had gotten into a heated debate about something to do with Egypt. The debate lasted well into the morning, and both were pretty startled when the birds outside starting chirping. They looked at the clock, and then each other, before starting to laugh.

It had been ages since they had talked like that. It felt really good to Yugi, as he leaned into his Grandpa's side. He'd been so busy building a good relationship with his vampires, he forgot to nurse the one he had with his Grandpa. He'd neglected the old man. Still, with the kids on the way, that relationship would probably get a lot of attention. Yugi assumed he'd be over a lot.

It was well into the afternoon when Yugi remembered the promise he had made to his vampires the night before. How you might ask? Well, it was simple, they showed up on the front door step. Instead of looking upset though, they just looked highly amused by the situation. He guessed that they had guessed that he was enjoying himself too much.

However, when his Grandpa suggested another sleepover, or talkover as he corrected himself, they lost most of that amusement. Yugi laughed at his Grandpa's teasing uneasily, as he wasn't exactly sure if he his Grandpa was just teasing them. Instead he suggested that they stay over for dinner. His Grandpa agreed to that, but only if the vampires did the cooking. He'd missed their food.

Yugi outright laughed at that. So, Yugi wasn't the only one who enjoyed their cooking skills. They were just too good of cooks. To be honest, he'd become so used to Eliza's cooking, he'd almost forgotten what theirs tasted like.

"Fine," Yami agreed, rolling his eyes.

"What are you cooking for them, Yami?" Atem asked.

"He said vampires. Get in here you lazy bum!"

"I am not a lazy bum!"

"Lazy bum!"

"Keep calling me that, and you'll be punished little servant!"

"Bring it on, Pharaoh! Ack! Yugi, help me!"

"Oh no, you brought this upon yourself."

"Some mate you are."

"Over exertion could harm the unborn young. You wouldn't want me to have a miscarriage would you?"

"No, but I still need help out of this head lock."

"Perhaps you should just apologize to your Pharaoh?" he suggested.

"Never!"

"Sorry, I don't know what to tell you."

"You traitor!"

An old chuckle interrupted their fun. They all looked over at Solomon, having completely forgotten that he was even there. He was standing in the doorway watching them play. Not interfering, or anything, just watching them.

"Jii-san, I'm hungry, what's for dinner?" Sakura whined coming up behind him.

"Whatever Atem and Yami feel like whipping up. Or at least, when they decide that they actually want to do that."

"The vampires are cooking?"

"Yes."

"Okay," she swallowed a large lump in her throat. "Uh, call me when they're done."

"You're actually going to eat something we cooked?" Atem asked in surprise releasing Yami.

"Yeah," she said before heading upstairs.

Yugi looked at Atem and Yami and before he could stop himself, took two steps towards the door. He stopped though, and took three back, his back hitting one of their chests. Arms wrapped around his chest automatically. Possessive, and loving. Yugi relaxed in the hold, feeling safer here than anywhere else.

"So, did you guys tell Isis?"

"We thought you were telling her," Yami responded.

Relaxed feeling was gone. "No, you were telling her."

"Oh no, this was your trip, you're telling her," Atem said firmly.

"Hey, Yugi, one of my friends thought you should listen to this song. Honestly, I don't get it," Sakura said coming into the room with a burned CD. Yugi rolled his eyes, and took it from her.

"Is it a tape of why I shouldn't trust vampires?"

"No, it's a song by someone called Bea Miller, they wouldn't tell me what it was called. They were being very secretive about it. Though, after listening to the CD only once, I was able to piece the name together."

"Whatever."

"Hey, I'm trying here. You could at least do the same."

"I did, several times. You weren't really feeling it at the time though."

"Right," she sighed looking at the vampires. "Are you going to make something tonight, or starve all of us humans?"

"No, just you," Atem answered. Yugi elbowed him.

"Whatever," she said before going back upstairs. Yugi looked down at the CD curiously. Breaking free of Atem's loose hold, he went upstairs, telling them to make something delicious on his way out.

He went into his room, and dug an old CD player out of his closet. He popped the CD in, and pressed play. It started to play. Yugi focused on the words alone. He started to grin, as the words started to make sense. When it got to the chorus, he cracked up laughing. Dracula? Really? He didn't think they'd ever been called that at any time in history. He put the song on repeat, and by the third time it played he was singing along with it.

If you were Dracula

I'd be letting you take that bite

Hot and hazardous

Like playing with dynamite

Yeah I want Dracula

Forever be young and wild

Dark and dangerous

Yeah I love, I love the tragically beautiful

Yami opened the door, to see him dancing around the room and singing the song, err well, the chorus of it anyway. He leaned against the doorway, not sure if he should interrupt or just wait to be noticed. Eventually he chose to interrupt.

"Dinner's ready, Yugi!"

"Yeah, I want Dracula! Okay! Dark and Dangerous! Yeah, I love, I love, the tragically beautiful! So, what'd you cook?" he asked turning off the CD player.

"That's not coming with us."

"The CD or CD player?"

"Both."

"Aww, don't be a sour puss, Yami-kins."

"Don't call me that."

"Call you what? Yami-kins?"

"No, sour puss or Yami-kins."

Yugi stuck his tongue out at him, before walking past him and out of the room. He'd hoped to fool him again. Or had that been Atem? Ah, well, it had been one of them. He walked into the kitchen to see his sister and Atem arguing over something, and his Grandpa shaking with laughter to them.

Yugi walked between them, giving Atem a pointed look. "It wasn't my fault!" he defended against the look.

"I never said anything was your fault. Why? What did you do?"

His tan skin became slightly less so, as he said, "nothing."

"Atem…"

"I love you, Yugi, so much," he said, crushing Yugi to his chest with a one arm hug. Yami snickered. Yugi started to poke at his side, making him squirm until he let go. He went and sat down next to his Grandpa.

"What'd he do?"

"He added some spices to Sakura's steak, and had her convinced for a good two minutes that it was poisoned," he Grandpa said still laughing.

Yugi sighed, what was he going to do with them? Obviously keep them, but their behavior, what was he supposed to do with that?

"Learn to love it," Yami whispered picking him up and sitting beneath him.

"I wouldn't still be with you if I didn't," Yugi said back tilting his head back to kiss his jaw. Yami grinned before softly kissing his lips.

"Hey! No PDA! Grandpa doesn't want to see it," Sakura said.

"No PDA huh?" Yugi asked. "Well," he turned around to straddle Yami, "would this be considered PDA?" he asked before sticking his tongue down Yami's throat.

Yami moaned as Yugi rubbed his tongue against his. He tried to take control of the kiss but, Yugi wasn't having it. He batted Yami's tongue down into submission, as he leisurely took a stroll through his mouth. Feeling out every crevice and smooth spot in there. He was enjoying this just as much as he could feel that Yami was, until a hand knotted itself in his hair and pulled him away.

Yugi found himself to be looking up in amused crimson eyes. He grinned at him, but he just rolled his eyes. Atem let go of his hair, and Yugi just went back to what he was doing before. Making out with his younger mate.

What do you mean younger? As far as I'm concerned, you're the youngest one in this relationship.

Yugi, Yami is not your entrée.

You sure about that? He tastes pretty good to me.

Don't make me separate you two.

Instead of throwing a fit about it, why don't you join us?

Oh Ra, you and your hormones.

Next thing he knew, he was being held by Atem, across the table from Yami. Yami pouted as he slid Yugi's plate over to them. Yami placed his chin on his hand, and turned his face away.

Why are you pouting? It was a compliment! Yami's eyes roved over to his, quirking an eyebrow at him. You're the younger one out of the vampires, which makes you my younger mate. I never said, well thought, you were Atem's. Besides, you wouldn't really take away the title of youngest mate away from me, would you?

Yami burst out laughing, startling Sakura and Grandpa. When they asked what was so funny, he just pointed to Yugi. All eyes fell on him, so he started to eat. Mmm, yummy! Spinach and steak strips. One of Atem and Yami's favorite meal for him.

Atem poked his side making him squirm slightly. He looked over to see Sakura looking at anything but him, and his Grandpa shaking his head at her. His Grandpa leaned over and whispered something in her ear, that even with his new hearing abilities, he couldn't hear. She blushed and smacked his arm.

"Hey, no abusing the Grandparents," he chuckled.

"If they heard you," she said with a slight squeak in her voice. Solomon had just waved her off though.

"That depends on whether or not Yugi heard you," Yami answered.

"No, I heard nothing," Yugi replied shaking his head.

"Then neither did we," Atem answered. "His hearing is better than ours right now. So if he didn't hear you, there wasn't a ghost of a chance of us hearing you."

Sakura sighed in relief, before saying she was going to take her meal upstairs. Away from everyone else and their prying eyes and ears. Yugi bit his lip wondering what it was that had Sakura so concerned about them hearing it. Then it clicked, but before the thought could fully form he slammed a barrier around his mind. That was the last thing his mates needed to know about. Well, at least for right now anyways.

"Yugi?" Atem murmured in his ear.

He shook his head, before smiling directly at Yami. The latter looked confused until he inhaled his food. He shot to his feet, with a reprimand on his lips. Solomon intervened by yanking him back into his seat though, and covering his hand with his mouth. Yugi snickered as Atem groaned behind him.

"So that's where Yugi gets his strength. From you," Yami accused looking at the old man.

"What do you mean?" Solomon asked.

So Yami explained their first date to him. Solomon was laughing so hard by the end of the story of outside the restaurant that he had tears leaking from his eyes. "That's my grandson," he barely got out.

"It wasn't funny, it was terrifying," Yugi pouted at him.

"And actually, I think he gets most of his strength more from his Mother's side. There was always a little something stronger in that girl than any other my son brought home."

"What were they like?" Atem asked leaning around Yugi to look at him with an undivided attention.

"They were in love, every day of their lives. And they shared that love and compassion with their children. I don't think I ever saw them fight, even once. They balanced each other out in a way I've only seen in fairytales. Like Romeo and Juliet, but without all the drama. They were lucky. They found that person that just sang to them, completely on the same level, all the time. A match made in heaven some might say. That's what they were like, always happy."

"It explains him a little, but not really," Yami nodded.

"Well, thank you for the hospitality Grandpa, but I think we better get going," Yugi said picking up his plate and putting it in the sink.

"Alright, it was fun having you, Yugi," he replied giving him a hug. Yugi nodded and told him he'd be back in July for a day or two, and he'd be over then.

When they got back to the Palace, Isis was waiting on the steps for them. She muttered something about deliberately skipping checkups, as she grabbed his arm and hauled him inside. Yugi tried explaining that he hadn't been avoiding her, just spending time with his Grandpa. She so obviously didn't believe him.

"And what's this I hear about you going away for the summer?" Isis asked.

Yugi lost all the color in his face as he wished for the ground to just swallow him up. "Uh, where'd hear that?"

"Around," she replied vaguely.

"We've been planning this since freshmen year. I wasn't exactly on planning on getting pregnant when we made our summer plans."

"And what are you going to do now that you are?"

"Travel carefully, and if there're any problems, cut the trip short and come home early."

"Okay," she replied

"Okay?"

"Yes," she took her hands off his really big tummy. "You seem to have a handle on the situation, so I'll allow this. But I'm warning you, if I have to hear it through hearsay ever again, you're going to regret that. Now, excuse me, I need to talk with your mates. Run along now."

"Is it something about the babies?"

"No, just some precautionary measures that they asked me about."

"Oh, okay!" he walked out of the room, the door shutting behind him. To say he didn't believe her would be an understatement. He believed every word to come out of her mouth to be dripping with venomous lies. He pressed his ear against the thick door, hoping to hear whatever she told them.

"Only one, huh?" Yami asked.

"Yes, I thought it would be better if you guys told him, rather than me."

"Looks like he was wrong," Atem sighed.

"Did you ever have your doubts that he wouldn't be?"

"Well, we were hoping."

"Maybe the genetics mixed, and it's both of ours," Yami said sounding as if he was fishing for a better solution.

"We can only hope," Atem answered kindly.

Yugi huffed in annoyance before taking a step and finding himself at the door to his room. She was wrong! He was having twins! One for each of them! One each! She was wrong! Wrong, wrong, wrong! There was two in here, not one, two! One was just hiding. Yeah, hiding behind the other. He'd heard of that happening before. That's what was going on, one was just hiding behind the other one.

"Yugi," Atem said calmly behind him.

"No!" he screeched, "I'm having twins! I am! I'm having twins."

Gentle hands turned him around, and pulled him into a chest. He cried into it, saying over and over again that he was having twins. Yami, he could tell by the width of his chest, just held him, rubbing his back. He didn't say a word, just held him as he cried. They all knew nothing could help the situation. Yugi had hit the ultimate denial, and he wasn't going to give it up, no matter what they said. Better to just let him believe than to contradict him, and make him even more upset.

Yugi eventually ended up exhausting himself with the crying. So Yami scooped him up, and put him in his bed. They all had their last day of school tomorrow. Then the next day they were out of here, and onto only the Ukes knew where.

Atem and Yami had left the care of their people in Mahad's and Isis's capable hands. They could handle everything for the next three months, as long as they were back for the Gala, everything would be fine.

Yugi slept between both of his mates, both of them with their arms wrapped around him. Even when he woke up the next morning, they were still like that. Yugi sniffed, disentangling himself from their arms, and sitting up. Of course Atem's eyes immediately popped open, but Yami took some more encouraging. Yugi blinked as he suddenly remembered something.

"Oh, I forgot to feed you guys yesterday!"

"Oh sure, now he remembers," Yami said opening his eyes.

"We'll just have to do it later tonight is all."

"Don't bother," Atem said.

"But you need to eat."

"And we did."

"When?"

"After you fell asleep," Yami replied.

"Thieves," Yugi hissed with good humor.

"Your blood is too delicious to not steal," Yami said kissing him softly.

Yugi grinned against his lips before pushing him away. They needed to get ready for school. Something none of them could do if they were making out. Yugi slid out of the bed and headed into his closet. He needed new clothes, he thought, as he had difficulty pulling one of his shirts over his very large belly.

"Well, we can do that when we get to where we're going," Atem suggested.

"Yeah, we can go to the maternity section," Yami laughed.

Yugi whipped a random shoe at him. He caught it of course, but Yugi was given his efforts for trying. Yami laughed even harder, as Yugi zipped past him and into the bathroom. He looked in the mirror here, and saw that there was a sliver of his belly peeking out from under his shirt.

He sighed before going back into the closet and pulling on a really baggy sweatshirt. It said All Vampires Are Suckers across the top. He walked back out into the room, and asked if they were ready to go.

"I don't know if we should take that as a compliment, or an insult," Yami said tilting his head as he looked at the front of his sweatshirt. Yugi looked down at it, shrugged and walked towards the door.

"Okay! That sweater has got to go!" Atem shouted.

"Why? Rebecca got it for me."

"Did she see the back?"

"Yes."

"Get rid of it."

"No, I like it!" Yugi threw a grin over his shoulder at them before disappearing and popping up at the front doors. He sighed, vampire speed was awesome. He turned the sweatshirt around on his body, and grinned down at the back. It was of a human sneaking past a group of them dressed like a vampire himself. The front made more sense after you saw the back. Honestly though, he didn't get what was so offense about it. It was actually something Rebecca had bought for him. If she didn't have a problem with it, he wasn't sure why they should.

Atem and Yami appeared at his side, shoving a smoothie into his hands. They shook their heads at him, before each one grabbed an arm and they reappeared at the school gates. It wasn't open yet, wouldn't be for another ten minutes, so he simply sat down and took a sip of his smoothie, only to spit it out a second later.

"That has got to be the worst tasting smoothie you have ever made for me! It's worse than those blood replacer gummies. And considering those are the most disgusting things on earth, that's actually saying something."

"Just drink it," Yami said having no sympathy.

Yugi pouted turning away from him as he started to drink the stupid thing. He did notice the absence of the FBR-18 drug though. That had to actually be a plus, because than he would be tasting it in its full poison potency. Atem rolled his eyes, but Yugi just ignored him as he took another huge gulp of the drink. He was going to need something sweet after this. Maybe some Swedish Fish? He hadn't had those in ages, not since his birthday last year.

"That was awful. Out of one side effect and straight into another."

"Freedom!" Atem mimicked.

Yami elbowed him in the gut, as Yugi muffled his laughter into his now empty cup. "Can I?"

"Can you what?"

"Have Swedish Fish?"

"Sure, I mean you're not on your meds, so why not?"

"Yay! We'll get some before we get on the plane!"

"Okay, come here," Yami said motioning for him to come close. Yugi got up, and walked over to him. Yami wrapped his arms around him, "where're we going?"

Yugi just laughed, wiggling loose. He shook his head, laughing behind his hand, as Ryou walked up towards them. He asked Yugi what was so funny, and so he told him. He started to laugh too, while Akeifa and Bakura seemed to take pity on the two vampires, and told them where they were going first.

"Egypt?" Atem asked in surprise.

"Yeah, and that's all we know. It was the only thing that these little monsters kept the same on their list. Ryou snatched the thing away from us before we could see any of the other places." Bakura said tickling Ryou.

"Ah ha ha ha, stop! Ha ha ha ha, stop! Yugi!"

"I'll save you!" Yugi said snatching Ryou away from him and holding him close while playfully glaring at Bakura. He in turn growled playfully back, while snapping his teeth at him.

"Yugi, we heard the news," Seth said appearing beside him.

"What news?"

"That you...," he trailed off looking behind him at something, "are having twins! Congratulations!" he said grinning look back at him. Yugi looked behind him at Atem and Yami to see them quickly engage Otogi in a conversation. He looked so confused.

"That's not what you told us last night, blood sucker," Seto said with narrowed eyes.

"Uh, I was talking about someone else. I mean you came in at the end, don't you remember?"

"Yeah, I also remember asking you who we were talking about, and you said Yugi."

"Takahashi, I know two you know."

"Right, sure."

How many people did you tell?

Tell what?

You know what.

Not a clue what you're talking about.

Sure. Yugi rolled his eyes over the link.

"So, you guys excited to serve the last day of our sentence of High School?" Malik asked swinging his arms around Jou's, Yugi's and Ryou's shoulders. He could only put them around Ryou's because Yugi was still holding him. They laughed at him, and nodded.

"So, how're we going to celebrate our freedom boys?" Jou asked.

"Uh, by getting the hell out of this country?"

"Ryou!"

"What? You guys let me hang around Akeifa too much. He swears worse than a sailor."

"Is that bad?"

"They seem to think it is."

"Interesting."

"We let them hang out with their lovers too much."

"We're not going to be able to change that with this summer alone. It's going to take years of effort to put right."

"Hm, I agree. I suppose we're just going to have visit both of them at every possible opportunity."

"Uh, ya know they're not going to college with me right? They've said so several times," Yugi pointed out.

Malik and Jou looked at Ryou. He shuffled his feet for a few seconds. Before looking up at them. "Oh, you want an answer now?"

"That would be nice, yes."

"Oh, no, they're staying here. Between the pups, and their pack, they said it would be too risky to move again. Besides, I didn't want them to go to college with me. I really didn't want them to go on this trip either. I'm still thinking of ways to keep them out of London."

"Aw, you don't want to bring the werewolves home?"

"Do you have any idea what my Mother would do to them if she found out? I mean I still want to know how Amane has kept it a secret for so long."

"Because she knows that your Mom would show up here with a shotgun to hunt them down herself. After all, humans can enter the woods no problem, it's only vampires that seem to have a problem with walking through."

Yugi snickered, as the image entered his head. It was of a woman with long white hair in hunting clothes, with a shotgun in her hands, loading silver bullets into it. He could see Atem and Yami shaking their heads out of the corner of his eye.

"It's not funny, Yugi."

"I don't know. Your Mom, kind of makes Sakura look like a saint."

"She does not!" Ryou complained. Malik and Jou were roaring with laughter.

"No?"

"No. My Mother hasn't killed scores of vampires under the name of justice."

"No, she just hunts werewolves like a sport, or are you forgetting the time that you brought Jou home?"

"I, um, that was different."

"How?" Jou asked through his laughter.

"She didn't know you were family."

"So, just introduce them as that way," Malik introduced.

"Oh yes, Mom, these are the werewolf pack leaders of not just Japan, but the entire race of werewolves. By the way, I'm dating them, and would like you to accept them as a part of this family like you did Penny, Jou, and Kaiba. That'll go over well."

"Ryou's right, we should ditch them in the country before Britain."

"Not just them," Seto added looking over at the others talking amongst themselves. "All of them."

"I don't know if that'll work for me."

"You'll survive one day."

"Fine, but how do we do it?"

"Do what?" Atem asked appearing behind him.

"Ditching you guys so we can have a 'I just graduated party'."

"No alcohol."

"Of course, I'm not allowed to drink anyway."

"I'll wait until after the kids are born to get drunk privately with Malik."

"Yeah, we'll get trashed together!"

"No!"

"Aw, why not?"

"Because we've seen the two of you trashed together. It's not pretty."

"I'm sure we don't know what you're talking about."

"Yeah, right. Oh the gates are opening!"

"Finally!"

"Let's tear up the school one more time!"

"Oh Ra, they're going to be expelled from their last day of school for sure," Bakura said shaking his head.

"What do you mean?" Atem asked.

"They all agreed that they were going to cause the most havoc and mayhem as possible their last day of school. They agreed on this freshmen year."

"Pfft, we've seen their versions of havoc and mayhem before. What kind of chaos could the possibly make at school?" Yami asked laughing.

[Time skip]

"But we hardly touched it!" Malik complained as Akiha told them to get lost.

"OUT. OF. MY. SCHOOL!"

"What a kill joy," Ryou huffed as they all exited the principal's office.

I mean all they had done was overflow the bathrooms, let Yugi cook cookies for the underclassmen in the main kitchen, write SENIORS RULE in the gym with spray paint, and rearrange the trophy case by putting all the trophies in the library and a good majority of the books in the trophy case. Only their favorites of course. They were headed towards the roof area to set off fireworks, when they had finally been caught. And it was only due to Kaiba's, Akeifa's, and Atem's checkbooks that they hadn't been arrested. Basically they paid for the cost of all damages.

"You know, we could still set off those fireworks," Malik suggested.

"No, let's go!" Marik said giving him a push towards the front gate.

"You shouldn't have asked," Atem told Yami for the umpteenth time.

"Yeah, they probably wouldn't have gotten carried away if you hadn't of said anything," Bakura added.

"So, rich boy, do you have everything in the back of your limo?" Ryou asked Kaiba.

"Only if the vampires let us use their private jets."

"Of course they will? Right 'Tem and 'Ami?"

"It'll save us a lot of money if you let us use the jet," Malik added.

"I thought we were planning on using it anyway," Atem said.

"Yay! But first, we need Swedish Fish," Yugi said vanishing and reappearing in front of a convenience store.

He went in with 100 bucks, and came out with six bags of sweets. Basically all of his cravings, his friends' favorites, and vampire and werewolf sweets specifically catered to them. He popped back up at Atem's side, who appeared to be the only one who had waited for him.

"You and I have something to do before we leave first."

"Really? What's that?"

Yami, come and get these bags.

Yami appeared, grabbed the bags from Yugi, and vanished again. Yugi started to tear up. He had wanted his Fish. A package dropped into one of his hands, which was still facing up, but by the time he looked up with a grin, Yami was gone.

"Come on," Atem said grabbing his free hand and taking him back to the Palace. They went into the room that Yugi knew only as the torturous dress up room. Atem snorted, and forced Yugi into the walk in closet, where his own personal prep team from hell was waiting.

They grabbed him on sight, but surprisingly didn't try to force him into a dress. This time. No, instead, they shoved a bunch of male clothes into his arms and told him to put them on. A little suspicious at this point, but he still did as told. It made things go smoother after all if he just did as they asked.

He put on the first outfit, and found that it fit perfectly, it was even a little stretchy on the shirt. He assumed that it was if he grew any more in his midsection, it would be accommodating. Yugi's entire face lit up with joy. They had made him maternity clothes. He engulfed the girls in hugs, before trying on the rest.

By the time he was done, he discovered that they had made him 26 outfits, but he could easily mix and match them. He came out in his favorite to model for Atem; who looked bored out of his mind. It was grey-wash skinny jeans, low heeled black boots, and a quarter sleeved green shirt with the words Vampires Obey Me written across it.

Atem laughed, and then clapped for the girls when they came out. The girl's already had all of his clothes folded up, and put in a suitcase which they handed to Atem. He took it, thanked the girls, and promised that he would give them the measurements of his belly, when it stopped growing of course, so they could make the dress for me.

"But I'll really look like a girl," Yugi whined.

"It's only one night a year, you'll survive."

"Who came up with this idea to make all food sources wear dresses on the night of the Gala anyway?"

"The previous King's King."

"And you haven't changed it yet because?"

"Never really seemed to be important enough."

"I find it important."

"That's nice, come on."

"Atem!"

"Yugi!"

"How many Kings of the vampire race have there been?"

"Uh, I don't know."

"You're a King and you don't know?"

"We don't keep track of things like that."

"Why?"

"It's never mattered."

"Well, we know there's been at least three."

"Ha ha," Atem let out an uneasy chuckle.

What's taking you guys? The others are becoming impatient.

We're coming.

Not fast enough.

Yami, do you know how many Vampire Kings there have been?

Uh, no?

How about Queens?

I'm assuming it's the same amount of Kings.

What kind of race are you that you don't keep track of your predecessors?

A normal kind?

There's nothing normal about that at all!

"Finally!" Jou shouted as they came around the bend.

"Sorry, the girls wanted to give me maternity clothes. Best and most useful present I've received for this pregnancy so far."

"Love the shirt," Malik grinned.

"I know, I did too!"

"You mean you didn't like your Grandpa's present?" Ryou teased.

Yugi shuddered. "Not really, no."

"Come on! To Egypt to harass Heba!" Jou shouted jumping into the limo. The rest followed.

The vehicle was filled with chatter of what they all hoped to get out of this vacation. It didn't stop when they reached the airport either. It just continued on, and late into the night on the plane ride. The semes waited for the crash, but only Kaiba knew it wasn't coming. Rebecca, Otogi, Jou, Penny, Ryou, Malik, and Yugi could talk for days, and not feel the effects of tiredness. Well, Yugi and Malik couldn't if they weren't influenced by their vampires to at least. Around three in the morning is when they tried to suggest that they were tired.

At first they were waved off. It's hard to ignore though, when someone keeps whispering in your ear that you need sleep. That you need to go to sleep, and as hard as they fought it, they only ended up wearing themselves out quicker. Until eventually they ended falling asleep in their vampire's arms. The last they heard?

"We were having a conversation!"

"And now you're not."

[Time skip]

"Get back here you little street rats!" the secretary yelled.

"He's my Uncle, I'll visit him if I want to!" Yugi yelled back.

"Who knew breaking into the Mutou Gaming Industry would be so much fun?!" Malik shouted.

"It's a corporation, Malik," Yugi said back with his hand on his uncle's main office door.

"Sorry!"

Yugi flung open the door, and his Uncle looked up. He'd never cared much for his Uncle Halim, but then again, he never really saw the man. He glared at Yugi, for a moment, and therefore wasn't all that surprised when he opened his mouth, his cousin's name spilled forth from it.

"Heba, how many times must I remind you that you are no longer welcome here?"

"Why? What's he done now, Uncle Halim?"

"You- Uncle?"

"That's what I said."

He put down his pen, "Yugi, how've you been?"

"I'll be better after you tell me why you didn't come down for Christmas."

"Well, your Aunt didn't wish to see her step-son, and since he was going, we decided not to."

"But he's your heir," Yugi argued.

"No, my new wife has provided me with a new and better son. One that doesn't rebel, and follows my orders to the letter. When I tell him to study he does. I say listen to me, and he sits up straighter. I tell him his older brother is a worthless part of this family and he believes it. He is a much better part of this family than that worthless failure could ever be."

"Heba is worth twice the man than you'll ever be," Yugi growled.

"What did you say?"

"You heard him," Heba said from directly behind Yugi. He whipped around.

"How did you get past security?" Halim asked jumping to his feet in anger.

"Easy, I just told them I was your nephew. You'd think they'd know you only had one, but whatever."

"Hey, Heba," Yugi said wrapping his arms around his cousin.

"Hey, Cuz," he said back hugging him in return.

"What is this?! The last I saw you two hated one another!"

"No, we just misunderstood the other. We're much better now though," Yugi explained releasing Heba.

"Hey, we're those possessive boytoys of yours?"

"They are not my boytoys!"

"They act like it, anyway, I came up here to rescue you from the devil."

"I don't mind, I got my answer anyway. So, are we still going to get that tour you promised us?"

"Of course, I still don't see why you came here first though."

"Come on! The sooner we're out of this stuffy place the better!" Yugi said excitedly grabbing Heba's hand and dragging him down the hallway.

"You haven't changed a bit. Those vampires were really good for you. They were just the right medicine to bring ya back out of your little turtle shell," Heba remarked under his breath. He had no idea that Yugi heard him, and he was going to keep it that way. Heba didn't need to know that the little compliment hit him in all the right places.

"So where are we going first?" Yugi asked grinning back at him.

"Well, first, we have to round up your crazy hyper friends. Who knows what kinds of havoc they're doing to the company?"

"Nothing too bad, I'm sure."

"Right, and then we need to find where ever it was that you left those boytoys of yours."

"They're not my boytoys!" Yugi exclaimed as he ran right into Malik and Ryou, sending all four of them sprawling to the ground.

"Ha ha, we need to get out of here," Malik said immediately jumping to his feet.

"What did you do?" Heba asked like he really didn't want to know.

"Hi, Heba! And to answer your question, uh, we found the security room. You can use your imagination from there," Ryou said grinning.

Heba groaned, before pulling the other two to their feet, helping Yugi to stay steady for a second, before pulling them to the closest exit. Then they had to deal with the task of hunting the rest of their group down, because it was obvious that they had ditched them for this little adventure.

It really wasn't that difficult. After all, all they had to do was follow the yelling voices. And run against the crowds screaming about vampires going berserk. And there they were, growling and hissing at one another, about how the others could possibly lose three humans. Watching them shouldn't be that hard.

"Aw, they missed us," Ryou cooed.

"That's so sweet!" Yugi exclaimed.

"I don't know, they don't look too happy at seeing us," Malik said scratching his head.

It was true, as soon as they heard Ryou's voice, they whipped around. Their faces could only be described as lethal. Lethal and extremely pissed. Two werewolves jumped off of a random statue, one to rub against Ryou, the other to sit in front of him and glare him down with disappointed eyes. Three vampires stalked forwards to Yugi and Malik, where they were patted down for any injuries. Once it was determined that they were unscathed, they received the same disappointed glare.

"Vampires want a hug?" Yugi tried.

"You of all people should be more cautious," Yami hissed accepting the hug. He rubbed a hand over Yugi's belly, sighing in relief.

"You know, I think they were more worried about the unborn young, than they were you, Yugi," Malik said grinning.

"It would seem that way, no?"

"Well, come on, we only have three days in Egypt, and there's some people we want you to meet," Atem said grasping his hand and tugging it.

"But Heba promised to give us a tour!" five people whined almost immediately.

"Huh?" Atem asked and looking down was his first mistake. Yugi, Ryou, Malik, Jou, and Penny all had their faces squished together. All of them were doing their own versions of the P.D.E.O.D. With so much puppy power, how could Atem not cave and give in, for one day at least.

"Dang! That's gotta be awful! Being hit with so many puppy eyes!" Heba laughed clutching his stomach, his sides hurting from laughing so hard.

"Uh…"

"Please?" Yugi asked his bottom lip wobbling.

"What was the question again?"

"Can Heba give us a tour?"

"Okay, but tomorrow, you're meeting my Father," he said as firmly as he possibly could.

"What?" Yugi asked snapping out of his puppy dog look.

"You heard me."

"Your parents are still alive?"

"My Father is."

"Wow, and I thought you were ancient. He's gotta be like…belonging in a museum old."

Yami snickered, "I wouldn't say that, but he is very uptight in tradition."

"Oh, don't remind me."

"I can just here him now, scolding Atem over knocking you up before marriage. He won't want to lay any claim to his bastard grandchildren."

"Oh Ra, I didn't even think of that. Maybe we should just skip it."

"No, we want to meet Kodai Senior!" everyone shouted, well everyone except Heba.

"I wasn't inviting you!"

"This is a group trip. We go together or not at all," Ryou glared. Bakura and Akeifa gave out wolfish laughs.

"Oh, somebody shoot me."

"Sorry, I forgot my gun at home, or else I would," Heba said patting him on the back. Yugi let out a low growl. "I'm kidding!'

"Tour Heba, tour!" Malik whined pulling on his arm.

"Yeah, alright, follow me. And you two, transform back and put some clothes on," he said pointing at Bakura and Akeifa.

Ryou took two pairs of baggy cargo pants out of the backpack he was carrying around, and tossed it to them. They transformed right there, and put them on. Penny shrieked in indignation, and transformed herself, chasing them around. She didn't belong to the pack, her girlfriend did, so she could.

Heba whistled, "Here girl!" he waved patted his lap, probably trying not to offend her. He failed miserably, and it wasn't a surprise to anyone when she tackled him easily to the ground, and sat on him.

It didn't take much coaxing to get her off. Simply a threat to call Silver, and have her come out here. She knew they wouldn't, but got off him anyway. Heba dusted himself off, and stood up, leading them to a miniature tour bus that he had rented for the day.

Yugi was the only one who questioned where he had rented it from. He responded by saying around. Yugi sighed, if they got arrested in a foreign country, he was going to kill his cousin.

He took them to the Luxor Temple, the Royal Jewelry Museum, Temple of Kom Ombo, and the street markets. Last they finished off with going to The Jewel of the Nile. It appeared to be an ordinary restaurant to the outside eye, but Heba got them in quickly because he knew someone on the inside.

The cuisine was exquisite. Yugi had never tasted anything so fine, not even when Atem and Yami had cooked for him. This was a professional's job. Someone who had gone to school for it. Yugi moaned with every bite, and his mates just laughed at him, sipping some vampire wine they had ordered.

"Ryou, are you sure that you're going to eat all of that?" Jou asked as he stared at his three plates of food.

"No, these two are for my boyfriends. They're still sitting outside you know."

"You think they need to be fed?" Malik asked.

"Well, yeah."

"Then why not just give them your delicious self?"

Ryou colored three shades of red in less than ten seconds. He threw a piece of chicken at Malik, who just snickered back. Their whole table was laughing. "Oh yeah, it's all so funny!"

"That actually was good, and I'm sure they'd appreciate it," Penny said grinning.

"In more ways than one."

"We should just wrap him up in a to-go box now."

"You guys are horrible!"

"Well, we are your friends. What else are we supposed to be?" Yugi asked.

Ryou opened his mouth and paused. He frowned before nodding, "fair enough."

The rest of the dinner was served by them discussing their favorite parts of the day. Yugi grinned when he shared his. The entire museum bowing to Atem and Yami the minute they walked through the doors. Apparently all of them had studied the past Egyptian Pharaohs, and when the pair walked in well, it was a chaotic. They ended up not seeing much of the jewelry as they snuck out a fire escape.

Atem and Yami glared at him. Yugi stuck his tongue out, before laughing, the joy lighting up every line of his face. They just stared at him, with nothing but love in their eyes. It was plain to see that nothing made them happier than seeing Yugi happy.

The day ended with them all going their separate ways, for a little couple time, and those who didn't have one, just went off together. Yugi was taken down to the Nile by his mates, where they watched the stars come out. A boat was brought down and they climbed in it, taking a midnight tour of the river, which was even more breathtaking at night than it was during the day. Yugi fell asleep on the ride, as he was rocked by the waves like a baby in a cradle.

[Time skip]

"Okay, so I'm going to go in and announce you, all of you, and then you come in," Atem said with nerves etched into every line of his face.

"Temmy, do you want me to help you relax?"

"No, I can do this." He squared is shoulders, took a deep breath, grasped the handle, and went inside. The door shut soundlessly behind him.

They all waited outside for a good two minutes before a man opened the door and invited them all in. He led them through the household, and ushered his friends into a lounge. He then swept Yami and him, to another part of the house, where he opened a door and ushered them in. He bowed, and announced them, before leaving.

Now Yugi was nervous. Was this man so high and powerful that he needed to meet them alone? It was dark in the room, but Yugi heard a shift of fabric, before a small light clicked on. It enveloped the room in shadows cast high on the walls. A man stood by the small lamp that was sitting on a desk. He sat back down in the chair behind the desk, and ushered Yami forward, or tried to. Yugi, fearful of being left along with this strange man, grabbed his hand so tight, Yami actually winced in pain. He heard Atem chuckle from one of the shadow cloaked corners of the room. Thank Kami for his little vampire gift, or he wouldn't of been able to see in the dark.

"Why so nervous, Young One?" the man behind the desk asked. "I don't bite what doesn't belong to me."

Yugi shied into Yami's side, who had finally managed to free his hand. He wrapped an arm around his waist and pulled him in even closer. "All this time has passed, and you're still so shy."

"Father," Atem started stepping out of the shadows, "may I introduce mine and Yami's new mate Yugi Rida Mutou. Yes, he's human, but he chose that himself. And, as you have most likely already detected, he is pregnant, with mine and Yami's child."

"Oh, I didn't need my sense of smell to distinguish that. I can see it just fine. I told you two not to mate with him until after you married. How many times did I say this? And still, you don't listen. Bastard grandchildren is what I'm a receiver of now, and you'll be damned if you think I'm going to-"

"Please, don't blame my unborn young for this," Yugi cut across him throwing himself down onto his knees. Atem's Father shot to his feet in surprise as he looked down at him.

"Yugi," Yami hissed.

"It's not their fault they were created out of wedlock. Please, my Grandfather, he too had a hard time supporting this, but he does. All I ask for is yours too. I need all of it that I can get. I'm pregnant at 17, I need support in this, or I know I'll collapse in misery and depression without it. Please, please, support your unborn grandchildren? That's all I ask of you, please."

"Of course Young One, you have it. I was going to say if you think I'm going to slander my own name by allowing myself to not be a part of this small miracle in light of the circumstances."

"Oh."

"So why don't you get up off the floor, and we can introduce ourselves properly to one another."

"Uh, right," he stood up, and offered his hand. "I'm Little One, it's a pleasure to meet you."

"Aknamkanon," he said slowly as Atem and Yami bent over with laughter. "My son told me your name was Yugi, did he lie?"

"No, but I'm not about to hand over that kind of power to someone I don't know."

"I see. He is at least is very wise."

"Hey!"

"I approve of this mating. You have my full support of it."

"Thanks, Father."

"Now, to the feast shall we?"

"Sorry about the extra guests."

"It's alright, you gave me plenty of warning ahead of time. Don't do it again though."

"I can send them off, if you want?" Yugi offered, though he looked as if he would like to do anything but.

"No, I've already had a meal prepared that is large enough to feed one bottomless pit, three humans, and four werewolves."

"Oh, uh, okay then."

"Follow me." He rang a small bell on his way out, and they all left the small study.

He led them to a dining hall that was big enough to fit six football teams in. Yugi froze in the doorway, taking in the grand splendor of the room. Yami gave him a tiny nudge forward, but this didn't really make him move, just stumble a little. Atem gave out an exasperated sight before lifting him up into his arms and carrying him to his seat.

"Look at this room. Have you seen this beautiful room?"

"Yes, we're in it. Yami and I have been in it many times."

"Well, at least someone appreciates the grandeur that went into my home," Aknamkanon said with approval.

"Yeah, you don't see this kind of architecture anymore, when was it built? Two…three…4000 years ago?" Malik asked. There was a collective gasp as their host fixed him with a hard glare. Malik just grinned back.

"No, 500 years ago, thank you. How old do you think I am?"

"Well, we know that Atem is 5327 years old, so you have to be older than that."

"You told them how old you were?"

"No, Isis told Yugi, who told them."

"Yeah, and Yami's 4018," Yugi added.

"Just be thankful you boys don't live in the Americas. They arrest you for having sex with minors."

"I don't know, I think our lawyer could swing it as us being minors too. After all, we only stopped aging at 17."

"Maybe."

"You don't look it. You look like you're in your early twenties," Ryou pointed out.

"Thank you so much for your support."

"Anytime."

"Ugh, Father, meet Ryou, Malik, Jou, Kaiba, and Penny, the rest of this lot you already know, Yugi's friends. They are such bad influences on him."

Everyone laughed. Yugi whispered in Atem's ear that he'd be sure to meet plenty more of these bad influences in College. Atem just groaned, banging his head on the table a couple of times. Yami snickered at them, finding the private joke funny. Atem glared at him, but he just pecked him on the lips. The small peck turned into a make-out session, so Yugi was put between them to stop any future make-outs. This was actually a bad idea, as Yugi proved that there was nothing worse that you could do than to put a very hormonal person in a spot where they had easy access to the ones they loved. In the end, Atem was sitting at one end of the table, Yugi the other, and Yami in the middle.

After that little scenario, lunch went smoothly. After they were all invited out into the private gardens for some R and R. Here Yugi picked up where he left off with his mates. They didn't seem to mind, the only who did was Atem's Father when he came across them. His son was shirtless, Yami was missing his pants and boxers, and Yugi was sucking him off. Not at all seeming the least bit concerned at their very loud audience, that this was highly inappropriate. Especially to do in someone else's garden!

They were kicked out of the home, and invited back only when Yugi was no longer pregnant. And Aknamkanon wanted to know the minute those children were born. He wanted to know when he could finally call himself Grandpa. Yugi promised he would be the fourth to know.

"Fourth? No, I want to be the first!"

"Well, I'm sorry, but I think Atem, Yami, and Isis might be the first people who will know that."

"Hm, so what are their names to be?"

"Avashey/Akhnen/Marchelle/Daniel." They all said at the same time. They all looked at one another.

"Well, you let me know when you figure that out."

They argued all the way back to the hotel about it. The argument didn't stop there either. Oh no, it carried up into their rooms, where they continued to argue about it. Voices overlapping one another as they tried to make their point known to the others. Finally Yugi got exhausted with the conversation, and just dropped out of it.

"So, do you understand Yugi, that if we have a boy we're naming him Akhnen?" Atem asked.

Yugi sat up on the bed and stared at him. A brilliant idea crossed his mind. It would work for all. They would get what they wanted, and so would he. He motioned for Atem to sit down next to him on one side, and Yami on the other. They did so, not the least bit suspicious.

"I understand completely, if we have a boy, you can name him whatever you want."

"Good."

"And the same goes for you, Yami, if we have a girl, you can name her whatever you want."

Yami's eyes narrowed at him. Yugi wasn't sure if he had caught on or could hear something suspicious in his tone. But you could tell he knew something was wrong with his sudden compliance. Yugi gave him one of his best innocent looks, and Yami's eyes just narrowed even more, until Yugi saw the click as he put it together in the deepest depths of his eyes.

"And if we have a boy?"

"I can name him whatever I please."

"And I assume the same goes for if you and Atem have a girl?"

"Well, at least one of my mates is using their brain tonight."

"You tricked me!" Atem accused.

"Don't worry, it's sure not to be the last time I do so," Yugi grinned cheekily at him.

"Fine, you have yourself a deal Yugi. You give us our preferred genders, and we get to name them. Fail to do so and you get to name them."

"First names, you can give them their middles."

"Deal," Yami agreed.

"So, what are we going to do tomorrow?"

"I don't know," Yugi shrugged. "Gotta ask Ryou. He was the one who planned out all the events."

"He won't be taking pictures, will he? Of this entire trip? For that crazy slideshow of his at the end of the year?" Yami asked.

"If you don't want it on the big screen, then don't do it in public."

BANG!

"Yugi, will you please reason with him!?" Jou shouted breaking the door off the hinges.

"What did Ryou take a picture of now?"

"I can't say it, it's too embarrassing."

"Ryou!"

"He's blowing it way out of proportion!" Ryou argued coming in with his camera.

"Give it."

"But!"

"Come on."

Ryou pouted as he handed over his camera. Yugi skimmed through the pictures, until he came upon the one that Jou must be talking about. He couldn't think of anything else that would make him so upset. Yugi chuckled, and vanished onto the other side of the room, when Yami tried looking over his shoulder.

"Okay, how about a trade?" Yugi proposed.

"No! Just have him delete the picture!"

"Oh, and while I'm at it, why don't I make Seto fall in love with Seth"

"Yeah, okay, what's the trade?"

"Ice cream in the park for this picture?"

"No way! That picture is gold! The one you're suggesting is just bronze! I won't accept anything less than silver!"

"Okay, how about we revisit this in a couple of weeks? Ice cream in the park was all I had."

"What's ice cream in the park?" Atem asked.

"Uh, it's a photo we traded out a couple of years ago. We traded it out for kittens in the condo."

"Okay…and?"

"Never mind, I wouldn't expect you to get how I think. I mean, you're only in my head all the time, but whatever."

"Yugi, I'm sorry, but I don't see what is so embarrassing about ice cream in a park."

Yugi bit his lip, looking over at Jou, before flashing a picture through his mind so fast his mates almost didn't catch it. They blinked, before they started to laugh. Jou frowned looking over at Yugi who was avoiding his eyes.

"What did you do?"

"Nothing, now, we revisit this picture in two weeks."

"Okay, but what do we call it?" Ryou asked grinning. Yugi looked down at it, as Ryou came over to stand beside him.

"Hm, I don't know. Hey, Malik!" Yugi shouted.

"Aw, man!" Jou groaned as Malik came strolling into the room.

"Hey, did anyone else notice the busted door?" he asked.

"What do we call this?" Yugi asked ignoring him.

"Hm, deep shit?"

"Deep shit it is!" Ryou agreed excitedly grabbing his camera back and bounding out of the room.

"Ryou, come on, can't you just delete it? Please?" Jou whined following him out.

"Seriously, though, the door?"

"Jou was too anxious to knock? Can we bunk with you?"

"No. What's up with them?"

"Not a clue. Please, Mali, I promise to make it worth your time," he said in an airy whisper pulling himself closer to Malik. Malik licked his lips, glancing over at Yugi's mates, who had stilled, watching them as a cat does its prey.

"What are we talking here?"

"Well, I was thinking about us all just sharing one big bed together. And maybe, just maybe, tomorrow I'll buy you that necklace you were admiring the other day." His mates never heard this, of course, they just saw Yugi whisper into his ear like he was making love to it.

"Ooo, sounds exotic," Malik moaned out. Oh, he was such a good sport. "Deal." He wrapped an arm around Yugi's waist and led him out. "This is going to be one hell of a night."

"Hey!" two enraged vampires shouted behind him. Yugi just laughed, seizing Malik's hand as they zipped into his room across the hall.

"Don't forget out bags, Loves!"

"Why do you like making them jealous so much?" Malik asked.

"Oh, it's not that, I love seeing them all riled up. It turns me on in ways I can't even explain."

"You're so bad!" Malik said pulling him onto the bed.

"Hey! What's going on?" Marik asked. "You won't let me bed you, but will willingly pull Yugi into yours?"

"Well, of course, after all, he's my drunk make-out buddy. We would've ended up here eventually. All we needed was a bit more time, Marik."

"I hope you don't mind sleeping with my mates, Jou destroyed our door," Yugi pouted.

"So go sleep with him!"

"No, I want to sleep with my Mali."

"I want to share the warmth of my bed with Yugi-kins."

"Oh, wow, I haven't heard that nickname in ages. To be honest, I was hoping I never would again, either."

Both teenagers burst out laughing. They laughed so hard, they cried. They were recalling the last time Malik had used the nickname. Marik was right, it had been awhile. The last it had been used was before Malik and Marik had started to date. Malik had been calling Yugi that all week, trying to gauge the vampire's reaction. This was when he was simply a blood bag, but Malik still had a crush on him. By Friday, the vampire had had enough, and had crushed Malik to him in a searing kiss. They'd been dating ever since.

Yugi calmed down his laughing, a wave of exhaustion overcoming him. He vaguely realized that his mates had come into the room, and were making a fuss about the sleeping arrangements. Not that he could blame them, his head was on Malik's chest. He thought he told them to be quite, they were disturbing Mommy, but he couldn't be sure. He was already halfway gone.

[Time skip]

Yugi woke up a little confused, because, for starters, his pillow was too slim. Yugi raised his head and looked up with half lidded eyes to see sandy blonde hair. What the? He looked around the room, it was empty, for the moment at least.

"Psst, Malik," he shook his shoulder. He opened one eye at him. "Did we get drunk last night?"

"Mm, no. You fell asleep on me, and when the vampires tried to pull you off, you clung to me. You kept saying you found a new pillow, and basically to bug off. I won't repeat your exact words, there're young ears present," Malik said patting Yugi belly.

"Oh dear," Yugi buried his red face into Malik's chest, "they must be thrilled."

"Oh, yeah they were leaping of joy when you used your colorful words to tell them to bug off. Should of seen them, they were doing pirouettes over the beds. You know, I think Ryou even managed to snag a few pictures too."

Yugi could imagine it, very clearly. He bit his lip, as he tried to hold back his laughter. He was highly unsuccessful as the image turned a little nasty. He had been imagining them just doing pirouettes in normal clothing, their clothing. However, the word made him think of ballerinas. And with ballerinas came tutus. Pink tutus. With white tights and ballet slippers. Ballet buns too. Yugi rolled off the bed with laughter. He was clutching his sides it hurt so much to laugh.

"You're imagining them in ballet costumes aren't you?"

Yugi just laughed harder. Two shadows loomed over him. He glanced up, and didn't even try to stand. He knew he would fall over laughing again. They tapped their feet impatiently as they waited for him to stop.

When he finally calmed down enough, he was first blinded by a bright light, and then helped to his feet. He wobbled slightly, before being steadied. Then he grinned at them, and they both just paled. "I know what I'm getting you for Christmas."

"NO!"

"Yes!"

"If you get me what they're getting, you'll be sleeping on your own," Marik threatened Malik.

"Which is any different than normal because…?"

"Wow, you really can't threaten him can you?" Yami asked.

"Shut up. Fine, I just won't eat from you tomorrow!"

"How well did that punishment go over, Yugi?"

"Splendid! Atem was begging for food by the end of the night."

"Got anymore?"

"You're not allowed to cuddle with me!"

"That's okay, Yugi and Ryou will cuddle with me, right guys?"

"Uh, I don't know. Akeifa's being a little territorial right now. I'm not sure if he'll go for it."

"Of course!"

"No."

"I'm sorry, Malik, it seems I'm no longer available for cuddling sessions."

"Dang. Joooooouuuuuuu! I need a wolfy to cuddle with!" Malik whined in such a pitchy voice that even made Yugi wince.

One came bounding into the room a second later to rub up against Malik. He cried in joy and wrapped his arms around the wolf's neck. Said wolf turned his head to glare down at Ryou and Yugi with one big amber colored eye. They shrugged at him, not knowing what to say. He snorted at them, and turned away.

"Okay, I'm good. What else?"

"I'm never sitting next to you on the plane again!" he huffed turning his back on him.

"That's okay. This wolf will take up two seats plus my lap."

There was a tension so thick in the room, Yugi was sure he could cut with a knife. "So, Ryou," he turned to the white haired youth, "What are we doing today?"

"No idea, what do you want to do?"

"Harass Atem's Father some more. We can play ding dong ditch."

"That sounds like fun. What do you think, Atem?"

"What's ding dong ditch?"

"You ring a doorbell and then run and hide."

"No."

"But!"

"No."

"Why don't you guys harass, Heba?" Yami asked.

"Because I don't know where the E.V.H.L. is."

"You know, if you just say the letters as a word, it kinds of sounds like evil," Malik grinned.

"They should change their letters around."

"Yeah, so idiots like Malik can't make huge grammatical spelling errors," Kaiba added from the doorway.

"It's one letter, rich boy!"

"It's still wrong."

"I said sounded like. Didn't say spelt like."

"Is there a difference?"

"I'm sure the dictionary can show you a ginormous one!"

"Ooo, ginormous, that's a big word. You sure you can handle it?"

"I'm gonna murder you rich boy!"

"Can you keep up?"

"Yugi," he turned a poorly made pair of puppy dog eyes on him.

Yugi nodded and winked at him. He moved so he was right in front of him, but out of arms reach. "Oh, Marik," he called.

"What?" the vampire snapped spinning around. Yugi dropped to all fours and attempted at crawling away from his scene of crime. A pair of hands scooped him up into a pair of arms though, before he could make any headway with his little escape plan.

"I'll give you anything you want, just stop making that face," Marik cooed. Dang, he was more easily broken than his mates. Yugi needed to train them better.

"Tch, you have us trained just fine," Yami said frowning. Yugi grinned before cupping his cheek and kissing him.

"Fetch it," Malik ordered and pointed at Seto, "and bring it to my feet."

Seto had enough sense to take off running the minute he was pointed too. "Yes, Malik!" Marik saluted before giving chase.

"This is so cheating!" Kaiba yelled.

"No! It's using my resources!" Malik yelled back. Jou was giving off those choky sounds that sounded like a wolf laughing.

"I love this," Yugi said pulling away from Yami and resting his forehead against his.

"Yeah?"

"Yes."

"What about it do you love?"

"All of us, hanging out together, just like this. You know, I think we're wilder now than we were before."

"Hm, I think you might be right about that." He kissed his forehead gently.

"Put me down?"

"Sure."

"I love you," Yugi said hugging him. Someone gagged behind him. "If you don't like mushy mush than you can leave."

Several people laughed at the joke. He even heard Rebecca and Otogi behind him. He turned his head slightly and grinned over his shoulder. Behind them though, he saw a less than happy figure. The others sobered up as they followed his eye sight.

"Uh, was there something we could help you with?" Atem asked.

"Out. Get out of my hotel."

"What did they do?" Ryou groaned.

"A door I can handle, but several pieces of furniture including two priceless vases, and one irreplaceable picture. O-U-T. Out!"

Everyone scrambled to head him. He looked as if he was going to blow smoke out of his ears, and flames from his mouth at any minute. It was without a doubt the quickest packing they had ever done, or would ever do on this trip. Then again, it was only the first country. So really it was too soon to say.

Forty minutes later found them knocking on Atem's Father's door, asking for shelter for the night. Or rather until 2 am. That was the time of the next flight. They were turned down in less time than it took for the man to open the door. Unfortunately for him though, the next time he opened the door he was caught in a trap. An Uke trap. Never saw it coming, and it hit before he could block it. Four pairs of P.D.E.O.D. Broke him in 30 seconds flat, and they had a place to stay.

"What was that monstrosity?" Aknamkanon asked two hours later.

"Puppy dog eyes of doom. We call it P.D.E.O.D. for short though," Kaiba answered tossing back another dirty martini.

"How can you stand it?"

"Well, usually it's just one on one, not four on one. That was a little overboard," Yami answered.

"How do you avoid it?"

"Don't look down?" Marik offered.

"Have someone cover their eyes from behind?" Atem offered.

"Don't open the door when someone asks you to in a super sweet voice?" Yugi mocked.

"Come here," Aknamkanon said grabbing him and giving him a noogie.

"Ah, no! I don't like it! Yami!"

"Don't whine to me, that's Atem's Dad, not mine."

"Temmy!"

"Uh, no, I'm considering that to be your punishment."

"It was your idea!"

The whole room froze. That was right, only Yami heard the comment over the mind link. As far as everyone else was concerned it was Yugi's brilliant idea. Yami was snickering behind his hand, as Atem glared daggers at Yugi.

"He tells stories, all the time, really shouldn't listen to him." Atem rambled.

"Oh! Come here boy!" Aknamkanon said tossing Yugi to the side. Yami quickly caught him.

"Hey! Pregnant human! Be careful!"

"Oh sure, now you care."

"I've always cared. I just have a funny way of showing it most times."

Yugi snorted. Funny way of showing it. Yeah right. They were always showing their love for him, there was never anything funny about it. Yami smirked as he set him back on his feet, but pulled him close immediately after.

Hey Yami?

Hm?

I need to pee.

Atem burst out laughing, at Yami's facial expression. It clearly said he didn't need to know that. He released Yugi who vanished to go to the bathroom. He really needed to pee.

Yugi breathed in relief as he walked back to where he had left the group. He had barely made it. Being pregnant sometimes had its downfalls, like little infants pressing on your bladder. Yugi rubbed his swelled belly. Today he was wearing a light blue shirt that was a little tighter than the rest but it was okay. Yugi came out in the parlor, and found it to be empty.

Hey, where'd everyone go?

Hello? Yami? Atem?

Oh Kami, did someone kill my baby Daddy's?

You're what?

Oh, don't do that. Stress isn't good for me.

Sorry, we were talking with Aknamkanon.

At the same time? Where are you?

In our room. Go straight down the hallway, and enter the last room on your right.

Fantastic, what hallway?

Face the green couch.

Okay.

The hallway behind it.

Okay, I'm on my way.

Yugi walked down the hallway until he came up on the last room on the right. He walked into a dark room, his new vampires senses came into play almost immediately, as he suddenly was able to see in it. Atem had his head in Yami's lap. Neither seemed all that bothered that it was pitch black in the room.

"You can see, what's the problem?" Yami asked connecting eyes with him.

"None, I guess," Yugi shrugged. He walked over to the bed and sat on the edge of it.

"What's wrong?" Atem asked.

"Nothing," he laid back, his head using Atem's calf as a pillow. It wasn't exactly comfy, but he didn't feel like moving.

"Yugi."

"I was wondering…if I could see some more of your memories?"

"Heh, sure why not?"

"Close your eyes," Yami whispered.

Yugi smiled, and moved his head off of Atem's calf. He curled up on the bed and closed his eyes. He was plunged into them as soon as his eyelashes brushed his skin.

"Yami, come here," Atem said.

"But it hurts to move," Yami whined.

Yugi stepped from the corner of the room. Yami looked like he was about 12 years of age here. His face, back, chest, arms, basically his whole body, was bright red. Aw, he had sunburn.

"I know, I plan to make it all better."

"How?"

"Come here."

"No, you come and get me."

Yugi snickered. Atem looked seriously offended. He just sat there on his bed for a minute, staring at Yami, who was actually looking in his eyes, lying in the floor. Finally he made a face and got up to get him. Even then, Atem was such a push over.

Everything froze. Atem stopped as he was leaning over to scoop up Yami. Yami stopped breathing mid breath. Hey, what happened?

I am not a pushover.

Actually, you kind of are.

Come on, I want to see Yami get molested.

Hey!

Ha ha ha ha, okay.

Everything moved again, as Atem lifted Yami from the floor. He winced every time Atem took a step. Then he was placed on Atem's bed, face down, and Atem took a small pot of a goopy green substance off one of his bedside tables. He took out a generous amount and spread it across Yami's back. He gasped. If it was anything like today's Aloe mixtures, Yugi knew it to be cold, gooey, and soothing.

Atem grinned, and massaged it into his skin. Up and down his body, he worked his hands. Once he was done with his backside, he flipped him over, and worked on his front, paying just a little too much attention to his chest area.

When he was done, he put the empty pot back on his bedside table, and laid down next to Yami. He fiddled with his bangs. Yami sighed, nodding his head, and moved on top of his Pharaoh.

Atem blinked, gripping his hips. He looked confused, until Yami reached for his shenti. He gave a yelp, and quickly slammed Yami onto his back, towering over him.

"What do you think you're doing?"

"Returning your nice gesture with one of my own."

"Did I ask you to?"

"No."

"Then why would you?"

"I was being nice," Yami said looking at Atem's gold breast plate.

Atem sighed, rolling off of him. "Your still way too young. Too premature."

"When then?"

"When you're 16. You'll be better suited for my physical needs then."

"Yes, Pharaoh."

"Go to sleep."

Yami's eyes closed, and he was out. So that is what that looked like. Atem sighed, brushing his bangs away from his closed eyes.

"You're so beautiful. I don't want to spoil that, ever. You stole my heart, Yami, the minute I saw you." He leaned down and kissed his forehead.

It was so intimate, Yugi turned around, and was outside. He blinked doing a quick circle of his surroundings. This place looked familiar, but where had he seen it before? Well, one of them had to be around here somewhere.

"Hey, Yami! So you want to come to the tavern with us?" someone shouted.

Yugi whipped around, and saw Yami exiting a crowd of men. He shook his head and said something back, but Yugi couldn't catch it. A young woman, perhaps 17 or18 years of age came running up to him. Yugi was closer now, so he caught all of the words between them.

"Here, someone said you looked pale," she said handing him a metal tin cup.

"I'm always pale," Yami argued holding up his hand.

"Paler than normal," she said rolling her eyes.

"Thank you, Cynthia. Hey, you had the baby."

"Yes, he's so beautiful. He looks just like his Papa. You should come by and see him some time."

"I shall," he promised clasping a hand on her shoulder. She nodded and walked away. Yami took a sip from the cup, and when he pulled it away, his lips were red. His tongue slid out of his mouth, licking them clean, before he started off for his own home.

Yugi shook himself. He had been so engrossed with watching Yami's talented tongue, he failed to realize he had moved. He hastened after him. Yami shut the door behind him, and Yugi had to open it himself. When he stepped through though, he was in a different room.

There were cells all around him, and in one of them, was Yami. He was crying, his knees drawn up to his chest. He looked so scared, and Yugi could see a very dark bruise on his right arm. He appeared to be 14 here. Soft footsteps were approaching from behind, and Yugi turned to see Atem walking down between the cells with someone else. Yugi had never seen them before, so he didn't know who they were.

"Here he is, King of Egypt."

"Yami," Atem said softly.

Yami's head came up at his name, but when he saw who it was, he scrambled over to the other side of the cell. As far from Atem as he could get. Or perhaps it was the other man he was trying to get away from. Yugi honestly didn't know.

Atem squeezed his eyes shut, looking away. Was it Atem Yami was so scared of? But how? What did he do?

"Shall we continue, Sire?"

"No, he's had enough, release him."

"Sire."

"I said release him!"

The other man waved a couple of guards forward, and the cell was opened. Yami shrieked in fear as they seized him, and dragged him across the cell and out into the hallway. His heels were bloody from scraping across the rough sandstone.

You could tell Atem wanted nothing more than to just scoop Yami up in his arms and console him, but he held himself firm. He snapped his fingers and Yami's shackles dropped to the ground with a loud sound of freedom. Yami didn't try to flee though, he instead dropped to his knees, his forehead hitting the sandstone at Atem's feet.

"Get him up, and take him to my room," he ordered turning sharply on his heel.

Everything moved around Yugi in a blur. Like you see in movies sometimes. Time seems to speed up, but you just stay still, standing in the one spot. When everything stopped, Yami was in the darkest corner of the room, rocking back and forth.

The door clicked open, and Atem entered alone. He looked at the bed and when he didn't see Yami there, frowned. His eyes scanned the room, and when he didn't see Yami, his frown increased, into one of worry. He looked more carefully around the room this time, his eyes almost passing over Yami's small figure in the furthest corner of the room. Almost.

"Oh, Yami, I'm so sorry," Atem said appearing in front of him. Yami squeaked and attempted the impossible, to disappear into the wall itself. "I should have been there. I said I would be. I'm sorry." He looked near tears.

"I trusted you. I TRUSTED YOU!" Yami screamed new tears coursing down his face. "And you just let them, you almost let them…"

"We're leaving, tomorrow."

"It won't change anything."

"Is there nothing I can do to make it up to you? Just ask, and I will give, if it is in my power to give."

"My freedom?"

"I…no, I can't give you that. You're only 13, much too young to be out in the world on your own."

Yami shook his head, "no, you misunderstood me. I meant my freedom from you."

Atem suddenly stood up and turned away. He said nothing, and Yami was left to stare at his back. He knew it, knew that Atem would never let him go.

"No, I won't give you that. You're safer at my side. You stay with me."

"Of course, Pharaoh, where else am I meant to be?"

Atem turned back around, but Yami was already looking away. He frowned, and then turned, leaving the room. Yami looked at the closed door before getting up, and going to lay down on the bare blanket on the floor at the end of the bed. There, he cried himself to sleep.

Yugi blinked back tears. He was wondering on the one hand what had happened to Yami, to cause this kind of reaction. On the other though, he wasn't sure if he wanted to know. The implications of you almost let them led to so many bad thoughts, Yugi didn't even want to envision them. He took a deep breath and left the room, stepping into the village where Yami had lived for a thousand years.

A younger version of Marik ran in front of him. He followed him, until he saw Yami up ahead. He ran to catch up with the two.

"And so I told Stephan that I'd prove it!" Marik was saying.

"Oh yeah?" Yami asked with a half hidden smile.

"Yeah, I'm gonna be your best friend, just you watch!"

"Don't you think you should ask if I want to be your friend first?"

"Well why wouldn't you want to be?"

"Well, there is a bit of an age difference between us."

"I don't care! We're going to be best friends! Besides, I don't really like any else in the village."

"Not even your, Mother?"

"Don't be silly! I love my Momma!"

"Just be the kid's best friend, Yami, so we can get to work," one of them men shouted as he passed from behind Yami. Yami waved him off.

"Okay, we can be best friends."

"Really?" his mouth just dropped.

"Of course. After all like you said, why wouldn't I want to be friends with you?"

"Oh!" he clapped twice, "I'm gonna go tell, Momma! By best friend! We'll hang out later!" he took off running.

Yami chuckled, getting up off his one knee. He walked over to the men he was working with today. One of them threw an arm around his shoulders.

"My, you certainly have a way with our kids, don't you?"

"Shove off, Jefferson. The kid has no Father, he's gotta have someone he can rely on to look up to."

"Are you saying were unreliable?" another asked.

"Through and through, Mikey!" Yami said laughing as he ran off to the fields.

"Hey! Get back here you devious vampire!"

Yugi let out a chuckle and shook his head. He wondered when Yami had actually grown up. He certainly wasn't that playful anymore. He bit his lip, and then nodded, making a decision. He closed his eyes, submersing himself in one of his own memories.

"Yugi! Hide me!" Ryou yelled in his ear.

"What? Ryou!" he complained as Ryou used him as a human shield.

"They found out where I lived."

"And that's horrifying because?"

"You wake up to unwanted guests prowling around your room! Going through your things!"

"So, did you guys find his Kuriboh patterned boxers?" Yugi shouted over his shoulder.

"Hey! You're supposed to be my friend!" Ryou complained smacking him over the head.

"What? I think I'm being very friendly."

"Worst friend ever!"

"You still love me."

"Maybe. I'm not so sure anymore."

"Come on, I'll hide you," Yugi said grabbing his hand and pulling him to the game shop.

"Thank you!"

"Does this make me your best friend now?"

"No, you're still the worst."

"Good, as long as no one takes that away from me, I shall die a happy man!"

"You're horrible!"

"As long as we're still friends," Yugi said laughing as they both disappeared into the shop.

Yugi opened his eyes, yawning as he did so. Yami and Atem were giving him amused looks. Yugi just yawned again and fell asleep. Sharing memories really took it out of him.

[Time skip]

"Shh, shh, don't wake him," someone whispered.

He had the sensation of being carried, his head lolling backwards on his neck. That was going to put a crick in it. He was set down on some type of bed, and a blanket brushed his cheek.

"What did you do?"

"Nothing he didn't ask for."

"Really?"

"Yes. He asked if he could see some of our memories, and we showed him." That was Atem's voice.

"So, tell us, Bakura, did you ever find those Kuriboh boxers of Ryou's?" Yami asked.

There was a sound of someone spraying some type of liquid out of their mouth. Then there was coughing, quite a bit of coughing. Not to mention some laughter.

"How do you even know about those?" Ryou asked in a strained voice.

"Yes, yes, we did," Akeifa answered.

"Keifa!"

"He looks adorable in them," Bakura said with a dreamy tone.

Yugi opened his eyes. Ryou was blushing a dark red, and trying to hide it with his fingers. His friends were falling over themselves with laughter. Jou had already taken out Ryou's camera and snapped a couple of pics of him. Yugi grinned, looking at the backs of his mates. He shifted one his arms under his head.

"Hey, you guys should have seen little Marik. He was adorable! And so demanding."

Both of his mates turned to look at him. He grinned up at them. They just shook their heads.

"What exactly did you show him?" Marik asked.

"The day you decided that Yami was going to be your best friend. Oh, and Yami getting molested by Atem."

"You molested him?" Ryou asked lowering his hands slightly.

"Several times in fact."

"Why?"

"Because I was Pharaoh. Only a fool tells his living God no."

Yugi rolled his eyes. Only Yami caught it, and grinned, ruffling his hair. Yugi yawned, and fell back asleep again. When he woke up, they were in Samara, Russia.

They were chatting excitedly as they walked out of Stalin's Bunker. Discussing their favorite parts of the tour. But more importantly, they were looking forward to the kayaking they would be doing next.

Most of the supernaturals were hanging back complaining about what a waste of time this trip was turning out to be. Kaiba was the one to point out that they didn't have to come. It was their choice to. That shut them up quickly, when they realized he had a point.

Atem took the taxi ride from Stalin's Bunker to the Kayaking to call Mahad, and ask how things were. It was fine, there wasn't much to do. A meeting here and there, but that was it. After that, he started to complain about Yugi's Monstrosity of a cat. That she was the devil incarnate. Atem became out of range somewhere in the middle of his complaints. He remained that way too, until it was late at night.

With only two people allowed in a Kayak, Yugi was in a bit of pickle. Then again. So was Ryou and Jou. You see there were 14 people in their party, so the number was even. It was just dividing it up that was the problem. Who was riding with who, basically?

They settled it out the easy way. Rebecca and Otogi, Jou and Seto, Malik, and Marik, Yami and Atem, Bakura and Akeifa, Seth and Penny, and Yugi and Ryou. You see, Yugi had become fed up with Yami, Atem, Akeifa, and Bakura all arguing, so he simply grabbed Ryou and they climbed into one kayak together. After they were seated comfortably, he yelled at the other four to just get into a kayak so they could go already.

They were a little put out, but it became apparent quickly, that neither human was moving. So they were stuck together. It was easy for them to settle who was going with who after you took the humans out of the picture. And so they started off, getting a beautiful and scenic view of Samara.

By the time they got back, they were tired and hungry, and so started to look for a good restaurant. They found one called the Samara Restaurant, and stopped there. It was an incredible place that was open and friendly. The food was excellent, and when Yugi started to get cold and shivered, he had a blanket wrapped around him. Atem had growled at the waiter getting to close, but Yugi smacked his arm, which silenced him. He pulled the blanket a little tighter around himself, and continued to eat his meal.

They were on a plane that night to Perm. Arriving in the early morning hours. They all yawned as they got off the plane, stretching as they did so. That had been a really long flight. But they knew there were plenty more long flights in their future, so they were just going to have to deal with it.

Their first order of business was finding a place to eat. Not wanting to go far, they ate airport food. Jou got them kicked out with his insatiable appetite, but they were used to it. It was nothing new.

Malik pulled out a map he had bought in one of the gift shops, and asked Ryou to check their memos. He pulled it out, and they found that The Big Ears was closer than the WWII Victims Monument. So they would go there first.

After hailing a big enough taxi, they jammed into the seats, sitting on laps. The driver complained, but after a few bills passed his way, he suddenly became okay with it. He drove them to the Big Ears. As soon as Otogi's foot was clear of the door he took off. Good thing, they had grabbed their bags out of the back before Otogi had gotten out.

"Dang, I don't think he liked us," Malik said grinning.

"And where on earth did you get that notion Malik?" Ryou asked.

"Was it the way that he zoomed off, or almost took Otogi's right leg with him?" Yugi asked.

"The latter."

"Shame he didn't succeed," Rebecca joked.

"Hey! You're supposed to be my support!"

"But I am being supportive!"

"Of the driver."

"You still love me."

"No idea why though."

They all laughed, before going over to the Big Ears and taking pictures. They walked around town for a while before hailing another taxi and heading to the WWII Victims Monument.

They didn't take any pictures here. They felt it would be too disrespectful. Instead they took account of the names of the victims of war. They prayed for their souls, and then moved on. They found a small hotel, and rested for a few hours before going to a pizza joint nearby.

Ryou was doing some stuff with Kaiba on his laptop. Finally they looked at one another and then the rest of the group. Their faces said they had bad news.

"What is it?" Yugi asked.

"Well, I think we should go to Moscow next. I mean, most places we want to go are around there. The only one that isn't is Kirishi, but that one is near Finland."

"I thought we were going to Britain next."

"My Mother will understand."

"Your Mother will understand?" Malik asked slowly.

"Yeah, she won't. It doesn't matter, we're going to Finland, and then Britain."

"She's gonna be pissed."

"She'll get over it as soon as she sees Yugi."

"True. He can charm his way out of a paper bag."

"Feed me to your Mother, and I feed her to them."

"I can live with that."

"But you're a Momma's boy," Jou pointed out.

"I am not!"

"Yeah, we'll see."

"So, to Moscow?" Atem asked.

"Yeah, come on. There's only one flight left, and I just booked it for all of us," Kaiba said standing up.

"When does it leave?"

"In three hours."

"Kaiba!"

"What? We have plenty of time, come on!"

Everyone grumbled as they gathered up their stuff and hailed a taxi. Piling in, they found it to be the driver who had first picked them up. The entire way to the airport he was gripping his steering wheel so tight, his knuckles were white. But that was probably from everyone teasing him about trying to take off Otogi's foot earlier that morning. He did the same at the airport, zooming away and almost taking Atem's left hand this time.

"Someone should really revoke that guy's license," Yugi grumbled as he fussed over Atem's hand. He mainly just wanted to make sure, his back massager was still functioning. He needed one.

Atem chuckled, as they all checked in for their flight. They found that Kaiba had actually booked a charter plane. And seeing as it was already here, and ready, they were welcome to board it. Everyone laughed as they made their way to the hanger and boarded the plane.

Yugi sat in Atem's lap, and started to massage his back. Yugi turned to putty in his capable hands. He glanced over at Yami, and put his feet in his lap. He looked down at them, and then raised an eyebrow at Yugi. He didn't say anything, just wiggled his toes at him. He sighed, and started to massage his feet. Yugi sighed, this was very nice, and felt so good.

Yugi suddenly perked up. "I just remembered, tomorrows the 9th of June."

"Cool."

Yugi blinked at Yami. He shifted slightly, before looking over at him. "Okay, I'll bite, what's so special about the 9th?"

"It's our anniversary." Yugi started to tear up. Stupid hormones, they made a big deal out of everything.

"Anniversary?"

"Uh huh. Of when we first became mates."

"I'd celebrate that if I were you," Marik chuckled. "They're very important to humans. Malik didn't talk to me for a week when I didn't remember ours. Of course it would have been nice if he had told me about it too."

"Okay, what are the most important holidays to you, Yugi?" Atem asked.

"Valentine's, Christmas, Anniversaries, and when the kids come, Easter. I like Halloween too, but only because I get to dress you guys up however I want."

"Oh, we need to talk about that."

"It's one day a year, you'll live," Akeifa said cutting across him.

"Besides, you get to dress me up two days a year." He pushed Atem down, and laid on his chest.

"What do you think I am?"

"Comfy," Yugi murmured.

"He has a point, you are pretty comfy," Yami said removing Yugi's feet from his lap. He stood up, and stretched, before lifting Yugi up off of Atem and carrying him to the back of the plane. There were two beds back there, and they commandeered one.

The next day was crazy, as they booked a hotel for the day that was right next to the airport and hailed another taxi. This one wasn't taking more money for cramped spaces though, and they had to hail another one. Half of them went into one taxi, the other half the other.

Sometime during all the confusion of the day, and sights that they had seen though, Atem and Yami had arranged a little romance time. They took him to see the Observation deck of the Academy of Science. It was really high up, and had a fantastic view of the city.

It probably would have been more romantic if Atem and Yami had actually come to the edge of the building with him. But they still had a thing about heights, so it barely happened. Still, Yugi enjoyed it immensely. What made it very romantic though, was the sunset. So beautiful and bright, he couldn't help but fall in love. He took out his camera, and was finally able to coax them over to the edge. He snapped a picture of the three of them, with the sunset in the background.

He looked at the picture, and sighed. It was amazing. They all had halos, even though he knew he was the only angel among them. They both snorted at that thought. They apparently didn't think so.

After that though, they met back up with everyone else, and got on their next flight to Tula, Russia. The rest of the week was a blur as they visited Tambov, Elista, and Kirishi. Every night they were on a new plane. They had next to no hotel time. And it was decided that even though Finland was close to Kirishi, they were still going to Britain first. They had already planned for it, and decided not to deviate.

So, they finally had a resting point on a Sunday at Ryou's Mom's place. Most of them were shocked at the house. When Ryou had said he lived in splendor before his one room trash apartment, he hadn't been kidding.

The house had to be covering at least six acres of land. Plus, they knew he had tennis court, and pool in the back somewhere. Dang, Ryou had been living well. Why on earth had he left? Oh yeah, his Mom, duh. Speaking of…

"Ryou! You're here!" a woman looking like the female version of Ryou came running out of the house. For all her supposed love for her son, she bypassed him, and went straight for Yugi.

She looked him over, before turning to her son and inviting them all inside. They accepted gratefully, and followed several different maids to their new rooms. As soon as Yugi stepped into the room, he was pulled over to the bed, where Atem and Yami ate.

Geez, so impatient.

We're hungry, sue us.

No, too much paperwork.

We're just lucky you don't pass out anymore. I'm not sure what this woman's regulations are on feeding in her house.

Neither do I. You'll have to ask Ryou.

"We'll go find her, and ask."

"Okay, I'll be here."

"Alright."

As soon as they were gone, Yugi snuggled under the blankets, and drifted off to sleep. It was some much needed rest. In the last week, he had had up to 14 hours of sleep, at the most. He never heard them come back in. Just woke up to them being there sometime later that night.

Neither was sleeping. Atem was talking quietly on his phone to someone, and Yami was playing with his hair. Yugi sighed, having missed the feeling of fingers running through his hair. Atem quickly finished up his phone call, and walked over to the bed where he scooped Yugi up.

He carried him out of the room, and to the back of the house where everyone else was. They were all swimming, in their clothes. So when Atem put him down, he naturally joined them. His mates protested this slightly, but he just ignored them, sinking up to his neck in the water.

Atem shrugged it off, telling Yami to make sure he didn't drown. He got back on the phone, and looking around, he saw that Kaiba was on his computer too. They were both probably doing business stuff. Yugi had to remember that Atem was the King of his race. He needed to take care of them too.

The rest of the day was filled with fun. The next day was hell for Yugi, as Ryou's Mother had seemed to go to extremes for planning a baby shower. His 20th so far this year. He tried to tell her several times he had enough stuff, but she just waved him off, and went through with her plan anyway.

Thank Ra the others had taken all of their presents to his Grandpa's, or sending them back would have cost him a fortune. As it was, it was still going to cost him a little bit of money. Still, though, it was fun. Walking into the room, Yugi found a jar full of candy pacifiers. He picked it up without a second thought and started to eat them. What? He was hungry. How was he supposed to know they were for a guessing game? Well, he took one look at the jar and guessed, was accused of cheating, and went back to eating the candy.

He was given more movies for the kids, like Teletubbies, Bear in the Big Blue House, the avengers, Barbie, and Out of the Box. They were trying to kill, him, he knew it. He just knew they were trying to murder him, slowly, painlessly, and in one of the worst ways possible. Torturing him with children's shows. He couldn't wait until they were teenagers. They weren't even born yet, and already he wanted them to be teenagers so he could just bypass all the baby shows.

"Poor little human," Atem cooed.

"You're watching them too. Don't think you're getting out of it. Either of you."

He was also given some dolls, some real life dolls. You know, the ones they give you in Home Ec. classes? He was told to bring them on the plane trips with him. So he could get used to what it was like to take care of a kid. He scoffed at her, saying he'd put them to use when he was good and ready. She just gave him this…odd look, and Yugi simply blinked back at her.

"That's it! That's the new look you've acquired!" Atem shouted jumping up.

"Hm, I'm not affected by it," Yugi frowned.

"Every male is affected by the look," Alice said in an exasperated tone.

"Well, I'm not very male right now. So, I'm not affected by it."

"You have to be! You were born male!"

"I don't have to be anything. Except for a High School math teacher. I really want to be that."

She huffed before turning on her son. He shifted, attempting to not make eye contact at all costs. He lost.

"I don't control him," Ryou said throwing a pleading look at Yugi.

He shrugged. He didn't know what the big deal was. It was just a look that worked on his mates. Better than his Puppy Eyes, too. He figured all women could do it. No, all Mothers could do it. He had obtained it almost as soon as he had become pregnant. So for Mothers it was definitely a thing.

He looked back at Alice, to find her glaring at him. He rolled his eyes, and shoved the dolls at his mates. He told them to have fun.

"They're your kids too, Yugi," Yami complained.

"Yeah, but I'll be playing with the real things. Not these stupid dolls. But I tell you what, these might be good for something," he said fingering the corner of one of the boxes.

"Yeah, like what?"

"Frustration. You're up all night, you're up all day, you're up all night, and they won't sleep. You can't get any sleep either because they won't sleep. That's where the dolls come in. Instead of shaking our babies, you shake the doll. No harm no foul."

"Yugi, I believe I told you once that we don't need as much sleep as we would have you believe," Atem pointed out.

"So you said."

"We can go two weeks without sleep, Human. I think we'll be fine."

"What? That's not fair!"

"How so? We can take care of the kids while you're sleeping. It's that simple. Besides, between College, living in the dorm, and homework, when are you going to have time for your own kids?"

"It's called juggling. Maybe you should try it?"

"I juggle just fine," he said grabbing three china plates and tossing them around in a circle.

"Oh, that's nice, but not what I meant."

"What else could you have meant?"

"Tasks, Atem, I meant juggling tasks."

"Oh," he let his hands drop, and the plates crashed to the floor. Yugi snickered behind his hand, it was what he had been expecting before. Ah well, better late than never.

"THAT WAS MY GOOD CHINA!" Alice screamed at him.

"And now it's your broken China."

"OUT! I WANT ALL THREE OF YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW!"

Yugi blinked, "Okay!" he said gathering up the DVDs, and exiting the room.

"Yugi!"

"What? It's her house. Sides, she's kind of cranky right now. Hey, do you guys want to go annoy the Palace Guards. I hear they have no emotions, and won't twitch no matter what you do."

"Sure, why not?"

"It could provide some entertainment for a while."

"Cool! Let's go!"

[Time skip]

Yugi sighed and moved back through the crowd. He looked over his shoulder. Atem and Yami were still focused on getting the guards to do more than just sweat. My, were they nervous to have two vampires leering at them. Showing off their fangs. You'd think the King and Queen would have more class, but they were as kid like as anyone else.

He took out his cell phone, turning away from his mates. He dialed Ryou's number and put to his ear, waiting for the albino to pick up. It took a couple of rings, but he finally did.

"Yo!"

"So, is she better now? Can we come back?"

"No, didn't you hear her? He broke her good china."

"Okay, how much longer does she need to cool down?"

"An eternity? This my Mother we're talking about here, Yugi."

"We have to be able to come back at some point."

"Oh, you and Yami are welcome back whenever you please. It's just Atem who's been forbidden to step foot in this house."

"Well, what's he supposed to do? Check into a hotel?"

"…..."

"Are you serious?!"

"Well, it's either that or the sewers under the house."

"We'll take the hotel, thank you."

"So, what are you up to?"

"Trying to get the Palace Guards to move. Atem and Yami got them to sweat, but that's about it."

"Good luck. They won't move unless you touch them."

"Okay, I believe it."

"Yeah, so don't touch them."

"I told them not to. Oh, I gotta get them. More guards are coming out to see what's going on. See you tomorrow, Ryou."

"See ya, Yugi."

Yugi put his phone away and pushed through the crowd. There was an argument going on. Now, there were two ways to settle this. Ignorance, or exasperation? He'd go with ignorance, and then exasperation, it would get the job done quicker.

"There you two are. I've been looking all over for you," he whined. Then he took in the sight of the other guards. "What did you do?"

"Are these two yours?" One of the guards asked.

"Unfortunately."

"Well, please step away from the Queen's Guard. We're trying to do our job here."

"Of course, Sir. It won't happen again, promise."

Yugi grasped their arms, and pulled them back through the crowd. Once they were out, he released them. He was just happy they played along. Things could have been worse if they hadn't.

"That's gonna cost you," Atem whispered in his ear.

"Yeah, like what?"

"OH MY GOD! IT'S THE PRINCE!"

"They're not looking in our direction, are they?"

"No, of course not. Why would they be?" Yami asked.

"I think I'll catch up with you later."

"No!" Atem seized him before he could even take a step. "This is perfect. Now they can't say they never met the Prince."

"Wow, I can't believe you're really here, and in person too," someone squealed behind him.

He slowly turned around. There had to be at least 20, possibly more, vampires in front of him. Wow, did he feel uncomfortable. He shrank back into Atem, as, as one, they bowed before the three of them.

And then the real horrors began. He had to meet every one of them. It was midnight, or close to it, by the time they got out of there. Yugi was wiped, and he hadn't eaten any food yet. He could barely keep his eyes open. So Atem scooped him up, and held him close.

"Oh, did they tire you out?"

Yugi didn't answer, he was already asleep.

[Time skip]

He yawned widely as he stretched, arousing himself from slumber. He opened his eyes and had no idea as to where he was. It wasn't Ryou's Mother's house. It didn't look like a hotel either. Just where was he?

"Oh, good! You're awake!" a cheerful female voice said.

He slowly sat up, and propped himself up onto his elbows. There was a woman he knew somehow standing at the end of his bed. He knew this woman. Had seen her, heard her voice, and met her before. But…who was she?

Yugi frowned, his moves going on the defensive, as she came closer. Before she could even blink, he was no longer on the bed, but standing in the doorway. All she saw was the blanket flutter down on the bed, before she was spinning around to locate him.

"Don't you remember me?" she asked.

"Sort of. Not really."

"I'm Harriet Keel. One of Atem's and Yami's friends. Actually, I was like you once, I was their food source."

"You're young."

"Well, they almost killed me, and therefore had to turn me to stop me from dying."

"So how'd you end up as friends?"

"Because by becoming a vampire I was able to escape my abusive Father and Brothers. It was a blessing in disguise for me."

"Oh, well, it's nice to meet you again."

He tapped his foot on the ground. He had no idea what to say to that. Sure, he'd been abused too, but not by family. To be betrayed by those you were naturally supposed to trust, that had to be awful.

"Nice to meet you too, Prince," she said smiling.

"Oh, please, call me anything but that. Where's Atem and Yami? Are we still in Britain?"

"Okay, Yugi. They're out. And yes, you are." She started to walk towards him.

"Out where?" Yugi asked matching every step with one of his own. She may be friends with his mates, but that didn't mean that he trusted her by any long shot.

"Running errands."

"What kind?" he was on the edge of a stairwell.

"The normal kinds that our kind make on a weekly basis," she said reaching out for him. And then she blinked, and he was at the bottom of the stairs. She hissed at him.

"In case you haven't noticed or heard, this isn't just extra weight I've put on." Yugi said rubbing his belly. "It's not my freshmen ten. I'm pregnant. So be very careful with your next steps."

"I thought I was being careful."

"Not careful enough."

It was happening again. The edges of his vision was becoming blurry. He was slowly losing focus of what he was seeing before him. Like he wasn't supposed to.

"Yugi! You're up!" a cheerful voice said.

He blinked, snapping himself out of it. He looked over his shoulder to see Yami standing there smiling. He wrapped his arms around his mate. Taking comfort in his presence. Atem stopped at his side, assessing what they had just walked in on. In one of his hands was a plastic bag.

"What's going on?"

"I was simply asking him if he wanted a tour of my home?" Harriet asked.

"Yes, that sounds like a great idea. Let's do it," Yugi grinned tugging on Yami's hand. Both vampires shared a look, before looking at the two of them again.

"Alright," Yami agreed warily. Atem set his bag on one of the tables, and grabbed Yugi's other hand. When they were both looking away, Yugi and Harriet sent daggers at one another. Each with their own meaning behind them. Though the reasoning was a mystery to the one they were sending them at.

By the end of the tour though, Yugi was in awe. This house was incredible! He loved it and told her so.

"Harriet, this place is amazing!" he said excitedly letting go of his mates hands to rush up to her side.

"You really think so?"

"Yeah!"

"Well, I built it myself you know," she gushed. "Not a single man laid a single hand on any one of these bricks."

"Whoa! You're incredible!"

"Oh, stop it," she said waving him off.

Whatever had been between the two an hour before was gone. Atem and Yami were left feeling confused. They just didn't understand it. Maybe there was a reason that Yugi was the true uke among them. He understood these things, to an extent.

They spent the rest of the day talking out by her small ma-woman-made pond in the back of her house. They talked about anything and everything. Atem and Yami watched from the porch, still confused as to where all the tension they had walked in on had gone.

[Time skip]

"Why are we in Australia?" Seth whined fanning himself with a fan he had picked up in the airport.

"Because Rebecca has always wanted to come here," Seto said stealing his fan and started to fan himself with it.

"I can't believe you actually thought they had a Denny's in the outback, Ryou," Yugi laughed. Well, was still laughing.

"Look, I was looking for the loo, and she kept saying dunnys. I thought she was saying Denny's."

"You got Jou excited," Malik said through his laughter. Yugi high fived him. Jou was still put out that they didn't in fact have a Denny's in the outback.

"You guys are horrible!"

"We try!"

"Come on, the pilot should be around here somewhere."

"If this is an open plane, we're not getting on," Atem said.

"That's your choice. I however, will be."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes, Atem."

"No, Yami and I don't do well at extreme heights."

"What does that have to do with me?"

"You could fall."

"Out of a plane, when I'm buckled in?"

"Out of an open plane."

"You are vampires."

"We have fears too!" Yami rebutted joining in the conversation. Or rather argument.

"Yes, I know. However, your fears are not mine. I enjoy high heights. Where you cringe and scream, and I scream and laugh. I want to see the beauty of Australia from the air. They say the outback is beautiful. Whether you come or not is your own business. I'm going."

[Ten minutes later]

"If we fall out of this plane, we're taking you with us," Yami hissed.

"Okay, but if you remember, I told you plenty of times that you didn't have to come with us."

"Taking you with us."

"Alright. You're going to murder me, and our unborn young, I got it."

Poor Yugi, they didn't get more than thirty feet off the ground before they were back on it. The pilot told the two vampires to get off his plane. They were freaking him out with their panic attacks. True to their word though, they took Yugi with them, who was very disappointed that he didn't get to see the outback from a bird's eye view. They promised to make it up to him, but he highly doubted that.

[Time skip]

They passed over the next couple of weeks through Indonesia, Malaysia, and India. Spending a full week in India. They had adventures of the acutest kind. Many of which their boyfriends and more mature friends frowned upon, but they didn't much care. They were having fun before their next long haul of schooling.

They tried many odd foods that they didn't have names for. Many things that were gagged at, but who cared? They were having fun. Yeah, one of the dishes did make Yugi and Malik really sick. It was part of the experience though. Yugi didn't know why his mates were still freaking out about it. It happened two days ago. They were better now, wasn't that what mattered?

"Would you chill? We're fine. We're up and moving about," Yugi whined. He was seriously getting tired of their Mothering. He was going to be the Mother. That was his job.

"Okay, so since this week is the week that Yugi turns 18, we're going to go back to Japan on the 16th. By the 18th we'll be back on our road trip in Algeria." Ryou was reading off of his sheet.

"Algeria?" Seth asked.

"Yes, is that a problem?"

"No, but who wanted to go there?"

"Jou," everyone answered.

"Weird, I thought it was Penny."

"Why cause I'm black?"

"Uh, no."

"Sure that wasn't the reason."

"Guys are so juvenile," Rebecca scoffed.

"I know, right?" Penny asked back looping their arms together.

"You're black so that automatically means you want to visit Africa. They do know Egypt is in Africa too, right?"

"I don't think he does, otherwise he wouldn't have made such a stupid comment."

"They do say ignorance is bliss."

"Not when it comes to men. It's just stupidity."

"What should we do about it?"

"Have a girls day when we get back to Japan. We can kidnap Silver and Mana."

"Is it really kidnapping if they don't mind?"

"Hm, I suppose not. Oh well, we're going to kidnap them anyway."

"Where are we going after Algeria?" Otogi asked looking Ryou's shoulder.

"Italy, Germany, and Croatia."

"I thought you guys wanted to go to 20 countries?" Marik asked.

"We are."

"Then why is there only three countries left?"

"Next."

"What?"

"There are three countries next. I didn't want to overwhelm him by letting him know of all the places we're going."

"Besides, what is life without surprises?" Yugi asked.

[Time skip]

Around the middle of the night Yugi awoke to the strangest of feelings. Someone was kicking him, and since Atem was facing him, he was probably the culprit.

"Atem, stop it," Yugi groaned. Two crimson open eyes opened up.

"What?"

"Stop."

"Stop what?"

"Kicking me."

"I'm not kicking you."

"Yami, knock it off."

"What did I do?"

"One of you is kicking me and it needs to stop. I don't like it."

"No one is touching you."

"Liar, I can feel it."

A hand slipped over his stomach, and someone gasped. "Yugi, they babes are kicking."

"What?" he placed a hand there, and felt that he was right. "Wow, that feels so weird. I'm not sure I like it."

"Why not?"

"It just feels so odd."

"Well, you're going to have to get used to it."

"Wanna feel, Atem?"

"Sure," he placed his hand on the other side of Yami's and smiled. Hard to believe he was already in the sixth month of his pregnancy. But he was. Three more, and the kids would be out of the womb.

"But since you're up, let's go," Yami said getting up.

"Go where?"

"Back to Japan of course."

"Oh no, we're not going back until the 16th."

"Yeah, well, Isis is getting anxious. She says this is your fist child, so it's important that she stays on top of your pregnancy."

"You told her I got sick, didn't you?"

"It might have slipped out during a conversation."

"Come on, let's go put the doctor's conscious at ease," Yami said holding out Yugi's jacket to him.

"How are we getting back?"

"We're going to swim," Atem responded with a straight face.

"Ha ha ha ha, seriously though, how?"

"Yugi, I am being serious."

"What? But I can't swim back."

"Sure you can. With that little vampire's gift, you can do anything we can do."

"W-what about our stuff?"

"We'll leave a note for Seth and Marik."

"But…over exertion isn't good for the babes."

"They'll barely feel it."

"No, I am not swimming back to Japan."

"Come on, it's not that far."

"Yeah, it's only 6,820 kilometers."

"Only?"

"Yeah, so come."

"Your nuts!"

"Don't be such a wimp. This will save us travel fair," Atem said.

"But what about my health? Healthy human, happy vampires, remember?"

Yugi was at his wits end. That's when he felt it. Slight amounts of amusement trickling over the link. He looked at them, really looked at them, and saw their lips twitching. Like they were fighting back smiles. Laughter. He huffed, grabbed his bag, and marched past them, as they let it loose. Bending over, holding their stomachs laughing.

"Revenge is cruel, isn't it?" Yami whispered in his ear as he passed.

"Nyah!" Yugi stuck his tongue out at them.

"We'll be taking…a plane…silly," Atem choked out laughing.

"Oh yes, you're both so amusing!"

Yugi left the hotel in a huff. Honestly, they really had him going. He honestly thought they were serious about swimming back to Japan. They should had have been actors. They were very convincing.

"Ah!" Yugi was suddenly swung up into a pair of arms.

"We'll carry you home. How about that?" Atem asked.

"I can walk."

"But I like holding you."

"But it's such an inconvenience to me to be carried all the time."

"Oh is it?"

"Oh, absolutely, like murder," Yugi leaned further back in Atem's arms as he placed a hand over his forehead.

"So dramatic," Yami snickered.

Yugi opened one eye to look at him. Before sighing heavily. He knew he was being dramatic, but that was just half of the fun. No life was ever fun without some drama thrown in.

"If you say so, Beautiful."

"You still think I'm beautiful? Even with all this extra weight?"

"Every day. Your beauty never fades."

Yugi blushed a light pink. He hid his face in his chest, hoping they hadn't seen. They had of course, but chose not to say anything. They just enjoyed seeing his blush, which had been absent for some time now.

"You know, Ryou's going to be upset that we skipped out on his last planned day?"

"Not our problem."

"He'll probably make it your problem at some point later on in our little adventure. I foresee him kidnapping me, just to make you two go wild with worry."

"He wouldn't."

"Yeah, you're right…that's more of Malik's thing."

"At least we don't have to worry about the two of you getting drunk this year."

"No, no, no, it's alone and drunk together that you would have to worry about."

"Oh no, we wouldn't even have to worry about that."

"Because I love seeing you get jealous." Yugi responded grabbing Malik by the front of his shirt and pulling him forward, sealing their lips in a rough kiss. He let the other go.

"Why are they always short?" Malik asked making it sound as if they did this all the time.

"We don't want to ruffle too many feathers, Baby, so it's best if they're short."

"I understand."

Yugi laughed as the words filtered through his head. That was right, he had been pissed that day. He knew it would bother them too, if he did something like that. That had actually been fun, he had to admit, but also incredibly stupid. Because had forced one of them to kiss him. Otherwise, his lips would have just gone on burning. He rubbed his lips, remembering the pain.

"What can I say? I really know how to get under your skin."

Atem let out a loose snort, "that you do, Yugi, that you do."

[Time skip]

"As I've said a thousand times already. I'm fine. It was just a stomach flu. It came, it passed, and now I have an immunity to it."

Yugi was sitting in Isis's chambers feeling extremely annoyed. This was getting ridiculous. He didn't know how many times he need to say that he was fine, but he was. He walking, breathing, and talking. That made him fine.

"On the outside. I'm still doing an extensive check up on your insides," Isis said back harshly.

"This is stupid."

"Your health is stupid? Oh, then I'll just quit right now."

"Good! I didn't ask to be poked or prodded for the past half hour anyway!"

"You unreasonable little human!"

"Over reacting vampire!"

"Agh! You two! Reason with the patient," Isis ordered turning on his mates.

"Actually, I'm kind of his side. We've already established that the babes are okay, right?" Yami asked.

Molly sneaked up to Yugi's side, and unstrapped him from the bed. Did he mention he had been strapped down? No, oh, well, he must have forgot that tiny little detail. No big deal, you know about it now.

"Yes."

"And his health patterns are normal?"

She ushered him towards one of the staff doors. A secret passageway if you will. She opened it, encouraging him to go through. Yugi took the offer.

"Correct."

"So, what's the problem?"

Molly shut the door behind him. He was cast in complete darkness, but could still hear the conversation from the room. He wondered if any of the others had noticed his grand escape yet?

"He's not being cooperative."

"For what, exactly?"

"You're not a doctor. You could hardly understand." She turned back to find her patient missing. "THE PATIENT HAS ESCPAED!"

Yeah, they noticed. Now, all he need to do was see where this came out at. He was so thankful for the vampire's gift right now, or he would be stumbling around in the dark. As it was, he could see as perfectly as if he was walking through a day lit tunnel. Cool.

Yugi wasn't sure what time it was when he finally emerged from the tunnel, but he was certain it had been quite some time. He found himself in a place he had never been before though. It looked similar to their torture chambers. It was definitely basement level though. He wandered around for a while until he found some stairs leading up. Well, more of a ladder really.

He started to climb up it, until he reached a hatch in the ceiling. When he tried it though, it was locked. He frowned, before using his extra strength to bang on it. Even using all of it, it still didn't budge. What was this room, which could withstand even newborn vampire strength?

As he was muddling over it, there came a faint clicking noise from above him. After being in the dark so long, the light actually hurt his eyes as it flooded the room he was in. A hand reached down in the blinding light, hooked the back of his shirt, and pulled him out.

"Thank Ra that you broadcast your thoughts over the link," Atem chuckled.

"Would've taken us even longer to find you if you didn't," Yami added.

"And it's not our torture chamber. It's the dungeon."

"You keep telling yourself that," Yugi said smiling as his eyes finally adjusted.

"What wrong turn did you take?"

"You were supposed to end up in the gardens," Yami added.

"I didn't take any turns. I just went straight."

"Oh, that's how you ended up in the newborn room."

"Newborn room?"

"Yes, we had to design a room so sturdy that not even a newborn, crazy with blood rage, could break out of."

"Ah, that's why I couldn't beat the lock off of the door."

"Only I can break that lock, Yugi. It's a King's Lock."

"Oh, I'm assuming that's powerful?"

"One of the most powerful pieces of magic that I have at my disposal."

"Hm, that sounds like fun."

"Not all the time it isn't."

"How come?"

"Because we have two forms of magic, Yugi."

"The kind we use to lock you into rooms, make windows and doors disappear, and put you to sleep. That is magic that all vampires can do. The other is this," Atem made a motion with his hand, and a small black purplish ball was floating in it. He gasped, he'd seen that before! They had made it into a mermaid, as they passed it back and forth between the two of them. Atem looked over at Yami, who just shrugged.

"Yugi," Atem said drawing his attention back to the subject at hand. "This is called Shadow Magic. It's a trait that is passed down through the lines of the Royal Vampires. When we were given the new roles of King and Queen, it came with this heavy burden too. Any children we have, that become a vampire, will have this ability."

"You'll teach them how to use it, and control it, right?" Yugi asked.

"Of course."

"Good, now that that is settled. How upset is Isis?"

"She gave up looking for you an hour ago, if that's what you're worried about," Yami grinned.

"It was. Come on, I want to go see my Kitty!"

"You mean that little white devil from hell?"

"That's the one!"

"Come on. Let's go see, Koneko."

[Time skip]

Yugi sighed as the family lawyer read another paper off, explaining the details of it to him, before having him sign it. Of all his birthdays, this was the most boring of them all. He thought this would be done in a couple of hours. Show up, sign a couple of things, and be done. Not take all freaking day. It was going on 5:48 pm now, and he'd been here since 6:45 am. One more hour and it would be a full 12 hours straight just sitting in this chair listening to his lawyer, the banker, a judge, and real estate agent drone on and on about the matters of the will.

Just give him the key to the cabin already so he could kidnap his mates, and take them there. Oh, but wait, they were still on the matters of his bank accounts, they hadn't even reached real estate yet. Please, someone just shoot him now.

This was worse than a vampire meeting. Those had been the most boring things to bear witness to. He now had something that trumped it. He wondered if Atem's and Yami's meeting was done yet. Or maybe they were still stuck in one too? Oh he sure hoped they were. That way he would not be alone in his agonizing misery.

A bank cleric came in, pausing the meeting for a minute. He whispered something in Yugi's lawyer's ear, glancing at the door. Yugi turned to look behind him, to see two security guards with his mates in tow. They appeared to be arguing. Yugi looked back at his lawyer, and nodded in their direction, making a hand gesture for them to come forward. His lawyer nodded, and whispered something back to the cleric, and then he continued with what he was reading before.

Yami and Atem plopped down on either side of him. Atem handed him a paper bag. It smelled delicious as he opened it, and dug in. Kami, he was starving. Mmm, roast beef that melted on tongue. His taste buds were in heaven, while his mind was in hell.

Is your boredom really bored?

Yes.

Poor little human.

"So just sign here, and then we'll be moving onto the real estate," his lawyer Jimmy said handing him the paper. Yugi was about to sign, but the paper was yanked out of his hands. Atem was reading it over.

"Really?" Jimmy asked.

"Shh, just making sure there aren't any backdoors to this. Sakura said to double check for them. That you try to bore someone out with all this technical talk. She said she found three in hers. I'm just trying to make sure Yugi doesn't sign his fortune away."

His eyes returned to the papers, and flipped through them quickly. Speed reading through them. It wasn't until he got to the fifth page that he stopped, shook his head, and took out a pen, crossing out a giant paragraph. Yugi frowned and looked over his shoulder to see why he was doing that. He didn't know why he was trying though, he really couldn't understands all the technical terms on the paper. He was only 18 after all. Not some high tech lawyer, or vampire that had been alive for thousands of years.

Atem smirked at his thought as he flipped to the next page and just ripped it off. He turned to the last page, and then nodded, putting it back in front of Yugi. He didn't give him the pen back though.

"You're a fully paid lawyer, how did you miss those four backdoors?" Atem asked looking Jimmy directly in the eye.

"They weren't backdoors, just tax deductions."

"Three quarters of his fortune is a tax deduction? I don't think so."

"What?"

Atem snapped his fingers, and another person came in. Yugi kind of recognized them, he was sure he'd seen them at a meeting or two. He did have to admit one thing though, they looked every bit of a vampire. Like he had stepped right out of one of Anne Rice's books. Slick backed hair, snappy suit, and briefcase in hand.

"This our lawyer, he'll be taking over now," Yami said giving him no more introduction than that. Yugi didn't think he really needed anymore of one. That was enough to stir up plenty of arguments.

Jimmy jumped to his feet, as the other lawyer sat down. He started to argue with Atem and Yami in a very loud manner, as the vampire talked calmly with the banker, judge, and real estate agent. Jimmy was so busy in his argument that he didn't even notice.

By the end of two hours, Jimmy had been kicked out, and Yugi's new agreement had been written up. He signed the papers confident that he wasn't getting sideswiped in his mission to claim his inheritance.

He actually ended up walking away with all four estates. He only kept one yacht though, the bigger one. His mates were grinning, happy that they had been able to convince him to keep all four estates. He wasn't sure how as of yet that they had managed to do this, but he intended on finding out.

Their lawyer walked away in the opposite direction of the Palace so Yugi assumed he didn't live there. He was just happy that he finally had the Cabin key. It was far too late to go there now though. Maybe when they got back at the end of the summer they could go? Before he started school? Yeah, it would work then.

He bit his lip, but then again, he'd really wanted to show them the Cabin today. He looked back at them to see them talking quietly amongst themselves. He nodded, making his decision as he called the guys. After a short argument, it was agreed he could meet them in Italy. Yugi hung up, and climbed into the cab of his truck. He honked the horn at his mates, who looked confused but climbed in, Atem trying to take the driver's seat from him. He failed, but Yugi had to give him his props for trying.

He drove them for six hours straight, they falling asleep on the way there. They must have been more exhausted than they let on. Yugi flicked on the radio, listening to a song called Photograph by someone named Ed Sheeran.

He stopped at a gas station to fill up. When he got back in the car, they were both still sleeping. But he knew he'd seen Atem's eyes open a sliver when he got out of the car. He was actually surprised that he wasn't still awake. Yugi sighed, running his finger down his straight nose. Brushing Yami's bangs away from his forehead.

He doubted many people had actually seen them like this. So vulnerable. So trusting. So beautiful. He started the car back up again and headed back out onto the highway.

It was around 3:33 am when they finally arrived at the cabin. Yugi bit his lip, slipping out of the truck, and going to the front door, opening it, before going back to the truck. He opened the passenger door, and pulled Yami out of the car. Kami, he was light. Then again, his strength wasn't his own, so he supposed that had a lot to do with it. He took Yami inside first, going back towards the bedroom, he saw a plastic sheet covering the bed.

He set Yami on the floor, who miraculously hadn't woken up yet. Yanked the plastic sheet off of the bed, before picking him back up and setting him on the bed. He walked back out to the truck. Atem was awake this time, and he looked highly amused.

"Are you going to carry me too?"

"I can," Yugi said holding out his arms.

He chuckled, before climbing out of the truck and scooping Yugi up instead. He kicked the door shut, and carried Yugi inside. And with his help found where he put Yami. Who was up now, and looking around in a cutely confused way.

"Something wrong, Yami?" Yugi asked.

"Weren't we just in the truck?"

"Yeah, I moved you."

"What?"

"He carried you inside, Yami," Atem smirked.

"No! You don't carry us, we carry you."

"But you were sleeping, and I didn't want to wake you up."

"I wish I'd had a camera."

"It's okay, I'll just have Ryou break into the security system for the camera's around the area."

"You have security cameras around here?"

"Yep, my father installed them after a stalker almost killed my Mom, convinced that she was my Father's only soul mate. Apparently they had dated back in High School, and she had never gotten over him."

"And where is she now?"

"In a grave somewhere. She started to stalk someone else, and one of his bodyguards shot her."

"Okay."

"That's not why I brought you guys out here though."

"No?" Atem asked.

"No."

"Why did you bring us out here, then?" Yami asked.

"This place here, it's my favorite spot. I loved coming here as a child. There was just something magical about it. I call it the Cabin, because of what it's made of, but it's so close to the beach, it's almost like a cross between the two. Here is where I saw what love looked like between two people. Two people who loved each other more than their own lives."

Atem sat Yugi down on his feet. He just stared at him. Yugi was looking at them with nothing but love in his eyes. Yami slid off the bed, to stand by Atem's side. They were both floored. Never had someone opened up so fully to them. Not even each other.

"Come on, I want to show you my secret spot. I never even took Saki here," Yugi said grabbing their hands and leading them out onto the deck. Down the stairs, and across the beach. He led them into the woods, and across an almost invisible trail.

When the tree line finally broke, they were standing on the edge of a cliff. Yugi tugged them forward, under the rays of the moonlight. He led them to a small trail going down the sheer cliff face. They stopped freezing where they stood.

"Close your eyes, let me guide you, trust me," Yugi whispered. They licked their lips, before closing their eyes. Yugi gently guided them forward, and down the pathway. Once they were at the bottom, he told them to open their eyes. They did so, and were rewarded with the most beautiful of sights. A small cove that was all Yugi's.

It had seaweed that was just lazily brushing the top of the water. A hundred tide pools, all filled with life. That wasn't what took their breaths away though. No, it was the thousands of crystals catching the moonlight, and sending their multicolored light in a thousand different directions. It was beautiful enough to stop your heart, if it was still beating that was.

"My Dad told me that I should find something amazing to hold onto once. I found this. This is why I love the Cabin so much. It's not for the memories, it's for the low tide; so I can come down here, and see real beauty. In its finest and most natural of forms."

"Low tide?" Yami asked.

"Yeah, it only lasts for a few more minutes, so we should probably head back up."

"Okay."

"Hold my hands, and close your eyes. Trust me."

They did so without hesitation. It made Yugi smile, and almost cry at how happy that made him. Instead he squeezed their hands tighter, and led them back up the cliff. He stopped at the top, and let go of their hands. He sat cross legged at the edge, looking down over the cliff.

"What are you doing?" Atem asked.

"Waiting for the light show. Watch it with me?"

They sat down on either side of him. He could feel them trembling against him. He sighed kissing each one on the cheek.

"Relax, if you don't lean over too far, you're not likely to fall off."

They did, ever so slowly. When they finally stopped trembling the first beam of light shot up. Another joined it. Soon the sky was filled with them, as they formed to make a shape that was oddly shaped like a diamond, the gem, not the shape. Then like a snap of fingers it was gone, as if it had never been there in the first place. Like a misplaced memory that you thought you remembered, but couldn't be sure if it was real.

"That's my amazing thing to hold onto," Yugi whispered interlacing their fingers together. He kissed the back of their hands.

In truth though, he had a new amazing thing to hold onto. It was sitting on either side of him. He wasn't ready to share it yet though. He wasn't sure if he would ever be ready to. It was his little piece of amazing in this world, and he was selfishly going to keep it to himself.

[Time skip]

They lay on the beach, listening to the waves roll back and forth out of the ocean. It was so peaceful, Yugi wished they could stay in this moment forever and never leave it. No worries, no people, nothing but them enjoying their time together. Just a little piece of their forever.

Atem put another strawberry to his lips, and Yugi took a delicate bite of it. The tip of his tongue escaping past his lips, to lick the inner layer of them. Yami's breath caught in the back of his throat. Yugi knew he was teasing, but he couldn't help it. They were too hot to not tease.

Gentle lips pressed against the side of his throat. Over and over again, they pressed to a new spot slowly going down to his shoulders. Marking their territory without making a single mar upon the skin. Yugi let out a noise that was between a sigh and a whimper, without actually being either or.

His breath hitched as teeth scraped gently over the skin. He dug his fingers into someone's shoulders. Needing something to hold onto. There was none of the usual chuckling to his reaction, just those oh so gentle lips again, as they pressed against his bare skin.

It was like they were making love, without the actual sex. The caresses so gentle, so loving, they couldn't be confused for anything else. Their lips never touched, but it didn't matter, it wasn't needed. His shirt was pushed off one shoulder as the lips moved to the curve of it.

Yugi had been up all day yesterday, all night, and now through half of the day. This moment was so delicious for him. He wanted to know where it was going. But he was also very tired, and despite fighting his eyelids, they were starting to grow heavy. All this gentleness was pushing him over the edge, and before he even realized it, was slowly slipping off to sleep.

Soft lips on his temple. "It's alright, humans need sleep." His cheek. "Don't fight it, Yugi." His nose. "Succumb to it." His other cheek. "Let go."

Yugi was almost asleep as he felt lips press against his. Moist and wet. He gently pushed back, before drifting off.

[Time skip]

"But it's a problem, Yami," Atem whispered.

"How? All we need to do is wake him up, and he'll take us back," Yami whispered back.

"No, he's only been asleep for an hour. We can't do that to him. If only one of us had stayed awake on the way down. We could easily drive back to Domino."

"Do we even know if we did go down? I mean we could have gone up or over."

"That is so not the point."

"You said you saw a gas station, right?"

"Briefly, I was out of it by the time he got back in the truck though."

"We could try to find it."

"No, I'm not driving all up and down Japan trying to find one gas station. And even if we did, who's to say what direction we go from there?"

"I guess."

"I can drive you back, if you want to go that badly," Yugi interrupted looking at them through tired eyes.

"Oh," they both jumped. "How long have you been up?" Atem asked.

"Long enough," Yugi yawned.

"No, you need your sleep. We're just worried about your friends, is all."

"Don't be. We're skipping Algeria, and meeting them in Italy instead."

"Are you sure that's okay?" Yami asked.

"Yeah, it was Jou who wanted to go to Algeria, not me. I wanted to go to Italy."

"Hm, so we're meeting them in Italy when and where?"

"Airport naturally, Tuesday."

"That's in two days."

"Mmhmm, can I get some more sleep?"

"Ha ha, sure, Dear."

"Good, cause I'm really tired." Yugi yawned again and lay back down. He stared at them, blinking slowly. Atem raised an eyebrow at him. He patted the bed beside him. They smirked and laid down on either side of him. Making a sardine out of him. Yugi didn't mind though, he just pulled himself onto Yami's chest, claiming it as his pillow. He fell asleep to the steady rise and fall of his chest, like a lullaby to a babe.

[Time skip]

"Hey, Ryou!" Yugi greeted cheerfully hugging the albino.

"I can't believe you actually missed Algeria for a Cabin trip."

"It was a good trip. Relaxing."

"So, how much sex did you guys have?" Malik asked.

"Malik!" Yugi said smacking him upside the head. Unfortunately he let his strength slip so he sent him flying. Marik caught him before any permanent damage could be made though.

"What are trying to do? Kill me?!" Malik asked as he was set back down beside him.

"Every chance I can get," Yugi laughed hugging him.

"That's it, you're no longer my best friend."

"No! Who else will I make out with when I'm drunk?"

"You're right, none of these losers are good enough for the job. I suppose I'll just have to let you keep the best friend title." Malik said like it was such an inconvenience.

"Good, none of them can kiss like you anyway."

"Pfft, yeah, like either one of us can actually remember it in the morning anyway."

The two just fell over each other with laughter. They were ignored by their boyfriends. Knowing they were just joking. Probably. Hopefully joking. They all moved out of the airport together to head to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They all made comedy photos of holding the tower up. They then moved to the canals, and took a small tour of the city. Afterwards they went to a restaurant that sold spaghetti, and ate all they could.

This was how they discovered that tomato sauce gave them numb tongue. Malik and Yugi couldn't talk for two hours. Well they could, but it came out sounding like this. "My dung ass nom."

"What?" Atem asked.

"My dung," Yugi pointed to his mouth, "ass nom."

"Your dung ass numb?"

"No!" Malik shouted. They'd been trying to explain this for five minutes now. "Dung," he pulled his tongue out of his mouth and pointed to it, "ass nom."

"Your tongue has gone numb?" Marik tried.

"YETH!" Yugi and Malik shouted together.

You know, we probably would have understood you sooner if you had explained it like this?

Yugi threw the rest of his spaghetti into his face. He wasn't about to eat any more of it anyway. So it really wasn't a waste of food. At least if you didn't ask Jou it wasn't. It was two hours later, and Atem was still finding noodles in strange places that you normally didn't think noodles could go.

"It was just a comment, Yugi. You didn't have to throw the rest of your food into his face," Yami said pulling another noodle out of one of those odd places.

"A wise man would think his thoughts through before voicing them," Yugi shot back.

"You were just upset because he was right, and you both knew it."

Yugi huffed, situating his back even more to the vampires. They were in a low-class hotel, but none of them really cared about that. They had all just wanted to get out of the downpour that had suddenly come down. Yugi's clothes were drying in the bathroom, along with his mates'. That was how they had even discovered the rest of the noodles, in all of those odd places.

"Come on, Yugi, don't be like that," Atem murmured in his ear, hands brushing his shoulders.

He knew what the vampire was trying to do, and it wasn't going to work. Not this time, no way, nuh uh. A low chuckle sounded in his ear, as the hands slipped down his back, drawing odd patterns as they went. Yugi held back a shiver, barely, as they made their way back up, ghosting over his spine. Warm air drifted over his exposed neck, and he shifted slightly, squirmed one might say.

"Do you know, Yugi, how easy it is to seduce your species?"

"I'm…not…easily seduced," Yugi barely got out. Oh, he really needed to get off the bed, like now.

He was staring into crimson eyes, and was flat on his back. Atem settled over him easily. His wrists were pinned above his head, and Atem was using only one of his to do so, giving his other hand free roaming rights.

"You're a little liar," Atem said. "Do you know what I do with liars?"

"You let them go?"

Yami snickered, scooting closer to the two of them. He ran his hand through Yugi's hair, who barely caught the sigh that wanted to escape. No, actually purr might have been the better word for what had been rising up in him. He held onto it though, barely.

"No, I make them whine with want."

"Oh, I don't like that idea."

"Then you shouldn't have lied," Atem said before dragging his tongue up the right side of his neck.

That was it, Yugi cracked. Some resistance he had. When he was about to whine for Atem like he wanted though, their door burst open.

"I'm sleeping with you, because that man is insufferable. I swear, every time I'm in the same room with him, he tries to seduce me!" Malik stormed into the room. Good thing they were all still wearing their boxers.

"My savior!" Yugi cried.

"Excuse us," Atem said getting up and leaving the room, dragging Yami behind him.

"What was that about?" Malik asked.

"Quick lock the door," Yugi said picking up the dresser.

Malik locked the door, and Yugi put the dresser in front of it. He sighed falling down onto the bed. Malik laughed at his friend's behavior.

"Were they trying to seduce you too?"

"No, they were succeeding."

"So that's why I'm a savior, cool."

"The dresser isn't going to hold them for long."

"Neither will the locked door."

"Yeah, I know. Hey, if we're both in this bed, they'll both have to sleep in that one."

"Oh, let's do it. They're going to get so jealous."

"I know, they're so hot when they're jealous."

"Nothing says I love you like seeing someone get all angry because of something you're doing."

"At least someone understands."

"Anytime, Yug, anytime."

[Time skip]

Yugi woke up feeling abnormally squished. Opening his eyes, he discovered why. Malik was pressed up against his front, Atem was on top of him, Yami was up against his back, and Marik was on the other side of Malik. This bed was made for two, not five.

Yugi shoved Atem and Yami off of him, and pushed Marik out of the bed too, just so he didn't feel left out. He was nice like that. Malik felt the shift and woke up. Yugi looked around towards the door, to see the dresser smashed against the opposite wall, and the blanket from the other bed hanging in the doorway. Wow, how did they not hear that?

"You did," Atem answered from the floor. "You and Malik both woke up, asking where the earthquake was."

"We told you there wasn't one," Yami said.

"At which point you both said 'oh', and fell back asleep," Marik concluded.

"Where'd the door go?" Malik asked.

"It's in the hallway," Marik answered. "Can we ask why you did that?"

"Because we love you, and didn't want you to seduce us on a whim."

"Liar," Yami whispered.

"Malik is a very innocent person, and he doesn't need to see adult things yet."

"Keep trying," Atem encouraged.

"Ugh, has it not been obvious? We're having a secret affair!" Malik tried.

"Yeah, I think we would have all noticed that."

"So, who wants to share the truth?" Marik asked suddenly straddling Malik. He was staring deep into his eyes, as his hands rubbed his sides.

"You're pretty," Malik said grinning like an idiot, and reaching up to play with his hair.

"A bit heavy I think," Yami commented.

"Shut up," Marik shot back, disentangling Malik's hands from his hair.

"Do I look that stupid when you're seducing me?" Yugi asked.

"No, you'd always seemed to have a small resistance to it. You never looked like that."

"Thank goodness. That would have been embarrassing."

"Not to mention that they've never used their full strength on you either," Marik added.

"It's no fun when the human goes so dumb that they agree with you no matter what you say," Atem remarked rolling his eyes.

"Show me," Yugi interrupted.

"What?"

"Show me."

"You want us to use heavy amounts of seduction on you?"

"No, not heavy amounts. Your heaviest amount of seduction."

"Suit yourself," Yami shrugged. He turned to Atem, "One at a time or together?"

"I think one at a time will be sufficient. After you," Atem said bowing to him.

"Why thank you kind sir."

Yami sat on the bed, and looked Yugi dead in the eyes. They started to twirl and warp into one color. His pupil fading into the iris, as Yugi just stared at them. He blinked, other than his head feeling like a thousand pounds, he didn't feeling any different, wasn't he supposed to be trying to seduce him? When was it going to start?

"Yugi, tell me, why did you block the door and lock it?" Yami asked in a soft but sultry voice.

"Because I love you," Yugi whispered cupping his cheek and kissing him. Yami pulled away, frowning, his eyes snapping back into focus. "What's wrong? Don't you love me too? Don't you want me?"

"Uh, yeah," Yami responded with a goofy smile, kissing him.

"Okay," Atem said before Yami was yanked away. "You were supposed to be seducing him, remember? Not him seducing you."

"He didn't seduce me," Yami argued.

"Yes he did. Flawlessly."

"Fine you try then! Go on, Mr. Hotshot! Seduce him!"

"Watch the Master," Atem whispered switching spots with Yami.

Again, Yugi watched as Atem's eyes this time changed. They burned and glowed, melting almost into the color of hot molten lava. Beautiful. The back of a hand rubbed his cheek softly.

"Yugi, why are you trying to seduce me?" Atem asked in a deep voice. "You wanted us to seduce you, remember?"

"No, I wanted you to try to, remember?"

"We're not being very successful."

"Yes, I'm aware," Yugi whispered in his ear as he put himself in his lap. Yugi dragged his tongue up the side of his neck. He slowly kissed it down, before biting harshly on the juncture between his neck and shoulder. Atem cried out, pushing Yugi away.

"You lose," Yugi whispered.

"I'd say you cheated, but I don't think you did," Atem pondered. "I believe your instincts actually took the strong emotion that's tied to our seduction, and reversed it over the link."

"They're pretty crafty, no?"

"Hm," Atem said right before he plunged his fangs into Yugi's neck.

"Atem what are you doing?!" Yami screamed. "It's not Sunday! You'll kill him!"

Atem sucked on his neck twice, making Yugi feel like his brain was clearing. Like Atem was sucking out some kind of poison. He sucked in another mouthful of blood, clearing Yugi's head completely, he pulled out and sealed his neck.

"All better?" Atem asked.

"Much. Thank you for that."

"Let's try that again after you're pregnant."

"Sounds good. I want to know if you can make me go embarrassingly dumb."

"So do we, but right now your instincts will do anything to protect the young you're carrying. Apparently using heavy amounts of seduction is considered dangerous."

"Well, if it's anything like those vampire stories, I couldn't imagine why it would think that?"

"Ha ha, very funny."

"Are you okay?" Yami turned Yugi towards him. "Do you feel faint? Do you need broccoli? Do you need a blood replacer gummy thing? Do you need me to murder, Atem? What do you need? Tell me, Yugi."

"I need you to calm down."

Marik fell to the floor howling with laughter.

"And why would you ever think that I would actually want one of those disgusting blood replacers?"

"Because he took your blood?"

"To get rid of whatever was affecting my system. It was helpful, Yami."

"Hmph!"

"Excuse me! We have a schedule to keep here!" Seto said marching into the room.

"What time is it?" Malik asked.

"Um, let's see, 30 minutes past when we were supposed to leave?"

Yugi and Malik looked at one another before cussing, and flying about the room, packing and changing their clothes in the same moment. They looked one another over, before nodding at the other's choice of wear, and starting to shove their boyfriends out the door.

They barely made their flight to Germany, but that was probably mostly because Atem had stolen a car, and had sped to the airport. They all agreed never again were they going to let him drive. It probably would have been safer to have the supernaturals pick up the car and run with it, than to let Atem drive again.

"Oh, would you stop griping, already? You're all alive aren't you?" Atem asked.

"Barely, we're barely alive," Ryou answered.

"Oh don't give me that."

"They're just scared because of that turn you took that set us up on two wheels," Yugi said patting his hand.

"I got it back down on all four."

"You're missing the point."

"Then you must not be making a very good one."

"Fine avoid the subject, I don't care. You're still not driving anymore."

"Who says?"

"Unanimous vote."

"Yami!"

"What? Everyone else was doing it. I didn't want to feel left out."

"Ce'mere!" Atem got him in a headlock and started to give him a noogie.

"No! Mercy! Mercy! Yugi!"

"What? Does the vampire want help?"

"The vampire would appreciate it."

"Hm, yeah, I don't feel like it right now. Ask someone else."

"You make a very lousy mate."

"Yeah, well you do too sometimes."

"So anyway, like I was saying before someone tried to kill us. Do you guys want to do the Berlin Wall, LEGOLAND or Brandenburg Gate first?" Penny asked.

"We should save the best for last," Malik said.

"Yeah, so let's do the Berlin Wall."

"Brandenburg Gate."

"And last LEGOLAND."

"Hey, are you guys ever going to include us in on your plans?" Akeifa asked.

Penny, Rebecca, Otogi, Yugi, Malik, Ryou, and Jou all looked at one another. None of them had ever thought of that. Besides, why should they? They hadn't even wanted to come in the first place.

"No," they all answered together.

"FLIGHT 656 IS NOW READY FOR BOARDING. ALL PASSENGERS PLEASE MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE GATE."

"Oh, that's our flight. Come on, to Germany!" Rebecca cried leading the way with her fist in the air.

[Time skip]

Everyone was laughing as they left LEGOLAND. It had been so much fun. They were talking all at once about their favorite parts. Though, everyone seemed to enjoy Yami and Atem screaming like girls on that last rollercoaster they had gone on. Mostly Atem though, by the sounds of it.

"Yugi, your friends are poking fun at me."

"Shouldn't have tried to kill them."

"I wasn't trying to kill anyone!"

"I know, Love. Come here, I won't poke fun at you."

"Thank you."

"At least today I won't."

"Hey!"

Yugi ran off among the crowd laughing, with Atem hot on his heels. Yami was trailing after them, but didn't seem bothered with catching up. Yugi stopped at a fountain, and waited for Atem to catch up. He didn't want to get too far ahead, then his friends would never find them.

Atem charged, foolishly in Yugi's high opinion, forward at him. He stepped aside, as he lunged, and watched in fascination, as he splashed into the fountain. Yami was bent over, laughing at Atem as he pulled himself out of the fountain. He hugged Yugi, who squirmed in his embrace, before pointing out that Yami was laughing at him. Atem proceeded to chase him around in circles around the fountain as he attempted to give him a hug too. He was successful, but not before they both ended up in the water. Yugi just laughed before hopping into the fountain too, and making his way over to them.

"Felt left out?" Yami asked smirking.

"No, you just seemed to be having so much fun, I wanted to know what it was all about."

"Yugi!"

"Huh?" he turned around only to be knocked down into the water.

"Ah! Penny!" Yugi exclaimed as he broke the surface. He splashed her and she splashed back. Soon all his friends were in the water, and they were all splashing each other. Well, at least until the local law officials showed up.

"At least we don't have to worry about a place to stay tonight," Otogi said trying to get them to look at the bright side.

"Yes, well, we can only hope that Seth, Akeifa, Bakura, and Marik can gather up enough money to break all of us out," Atem sighed.

"I'm surprised you didn't flee Seto," Penny said frowning.

"I weighed my options."

"Your options?"

"Yes, hang out with the blood sucker, or be separated from him and in the company of my boyfriend. I went with the better one."

Everyone snorted before bursting out in laughter. Only Kaiba would look at it that way. Anything to separate Seth from Jou, he'd take apparently. Jou just shook his head as someone banged on the wall separating them from the drivers. Something in German was shouted at them, but since they couldn't understood the language, they had no idea what was said. So Penny did the mature thing and shouted back in Japanese. Yay for language barriers!

It wasn't until noon, before they were all let out. Ryou couldn't be happier, as his cell mates had tried more than once to make a pass at him. Despite his growing protests. Thankfully Malik had been in the same cell as him though, and was able to fight them off of him, at least until one of them clocked him. Two hours later and their bail was paid. Which was good, because Yugi, Jou, Penny, Otogi, and Rebecca were all getting prepared to rip the bars off of their own cells, just so they could get to their poor helpless friend.

"It's okay, you're going to be okay," Akeifa was telling Ryou as he just held him.

"Malik, come on, wake up, please," Marik was begging as he rocked his human back and forth.

"I don't ever want to go to prison again," Ryou cried.

"Alright, we'll try our best to not let you go back," Bakura said rubbing his back.

"It's okay, I'm fine," Yugi told Mr. clingy one and two as they had refused to relinquish their hold him on since they were let out. They had been in separate cells, and as they had been directly across from Yugi, they had had prime seats to see him fight off his own cell mates. Otogi helped where he could, but there was only so much he could do, as he was fighting off his own.

No one was willing to go near Seto who was wrapped around Jou, and since Rebecca was sitting right next to them, by default her. Penny sat next to Atem and Yami the entire time, who no one wanted to get close to either. They had a scary aura surrounding them. Penny didn't want to be near them either, but it was better than being harassed so she put up with it.

They ignored him as they nuzzled different parts of his body. Yugi was getting really annoyed really fast. Who was two seconds from flinging them off him, their instincts be damned. At this thought though, instead of releasing him, they just held him tighter. Neither seeming willing to share, but not have a choice. His right eye started to twitch. If he had to deal with this all the way to Croatia, there was going to be some problems.

They nuzzled him more, making him yell in aggravation, as he maneuvered his arms around and out of their grips. He awkwardly put his hands on their chests, and pushed, not caring about the amount of strength he put behind the movement. Thus, it was no surprise when both vampires went flying in opposite directions.

"Ah, finally, I'm not being suffocated anymore," Yugi said with a big grin as eh adjusted his clothes. His freedom was short lived however, as the two reappeared and were right back to walking and cuddling him at the same time. They seemed completely unfazed that he had just sent them flying at least 20 to 30 feet away from him.

Penny started to laugh, as a click of a camera sounded. Yugi looked over to see Rebecca holding up the camera and grinning. He pouted at her, and she just laughed.

"That worked really well."

"Oh shut up."

"You sent them flying 50 feet from you, and they just came back for more."

"Who's got some rope? I'm gonna tie them up, and leave them here in Germany. When I want them again, I'll call them and tell them where we are."

"You do realize they could call any of us, and demand that we tell them where you are? We'd have to tell them, it would be an order." Seth pointed out.

"Hm," he pondered that for a moment. "Guess we're just going to have to leave you here too."

"Oh, fat chance that!" Marik replied as Malik groaned, finally coming around. He became Marik's personal teddy bear before he even knew what was going on.

Rebecca took a picture of them. She whispered to Ryou that he should call it captured human teddy bears. There was a big argument after that that they should be trying to help them get free, not taking pictures and making titles for them.

The argument created a little bit of a discord for the group. And lasted through the countries of Croatia, Finland, and Norway. By Ireland they had made up, and it was smooth sailing through Iceland and straight onto Canada.

They all were left in awe by the beauty of Niagara Falls. They stayed a night in Beacon Hill Park. All of them sneaking away to spend time with their lovers. Well, all except Penny, she had no one, so Yugi invited her to come with them. At first she declined, but he said no one should be alone in such a beautiful place. So she nodded and came with them. It was still fun, and they even got to see the stars and moon. Away from the city, both looked so much brighter.

They visited Old Quebec, and did a bit of shopping as well as met up with one of Atem's and Yami's friends, Valon Panku. They were invited to stay the night, and they took him up on the offer. He had a magnificent view of Lake Abitibi in his back yard. It was a great fishing outlet, but none of them really wanted to go, so he made steak instead.

Yugi noticed that the taste was identical to Yami's and Atem's. When he put it to question, Valon just laughed. He said they had taken it from him, but he had thought they had modified it. Yugi joked about why they would want to change perfection? Valon grinned, and thanked him.

The next morning they were lured into the kitchen with the smell of pancakes, bacon, waffles, eggs, and hash browns. It was enough to make them drool as they came into the kitchen. They all sat at his large table, and all came to one conclusion. This guy had to come with them. He was an amazing cook.

Yugi asked if he had taught Yami and Atem to cook, and he said no. They had taught him, but they had made a recipe book together. Human food only. Yugi looked over at his mates curiously. They told him when he could cook something right the first time, they would share it with him. He was never getting his hands on that book.

They all left Valon happy. Though he might be, they weren't, he had laughed at their offer. Declining and saying that his human was coming back in three days, and he needed to be here when she got back. As much as he would love to be kidnapped, she was still wary of him. So he needed to be here when she got back, or else he was sure he would have to go hunting her down again. Which he was sure he would have to do anyway, he was almost positive she wasn't coming back. So they left without their fantastic cook, sadly.

After Canada they headed to the USA. They traveled from California to Maine. Getting in all the sights that they could in a week. They only and two left before the end of August, and the vampires had managed to push back the Gala until the last day of the month. They had to be back the day before, or else everyone would know that the King and Queen were out of country and that wouldn't do anyone any good.

While in America they went to Daisy Bringer's home. She dragged poor Yugi up and down her Planation in the Deep South. She was very old money in Kentucky. And as much as Yugi would have loved to stay in her southern home, they still wanted to get to Pennsylvania before the day was over. So they bid her ado, and went on their way.

They met Tyson Mauve on their last day there in the state of New Mexico. They stayed the night in his home, which was thankfully on Mexico's border where they were headed next. He made them a meal of extremely spicy food, which had them guzzling milk, it didn't help to get rid of the spiciness, but it did numb it a little.

Poor Yugi, he was up all night, the kids kept kicking; they hadn't liked the spicy food either. So by the time morning arrived, he was baggy eyed, yawning, and still tired. He waved it off though, as just losing a couple of hours of sleep. His mates caught the lie right away, but chose not to say anything. They were halfway through their trek of Mexico's old cities two days later, when Yugi made an odd request.

"Atem, pick me up," Yugi said holding his arms up to him.

"What?"

"I'm tired of walking, pick me up. And…I'm hungry."

"I'll go get you some food," Yami said walking away to one of the vendors.

"Okay," Atem swung Yugi up into his arms and grunted slightly. Yugi looked up at him in question, he frowned and looked back down at him. Then he opened his mouth and did that stupid guy thing, he talked. "Dang Yugi, you've gotten heavy."

Yugi had been smiling, but at Atem's words it just dropped into the saddest look ever. Tears started to well up in the corner of his eyes. "What?" he asked in a shaky voice.

"It's a good heavy," Atem tried to mend, giving him an unconvincing smile as he shifted his weight. Which Yugi felt, seeing as he was still in his arms. "Heavy Yugi equals healthy babes. So don't you worry, I like it when you're heavy."

He was just making things worse. Any normal idiot could see that. Yugi squirmed trying to get out of his arms. If he was so heavy, then he'd just get down.

"What happened?" Yami asked running back with some type of meat on a stick. "He was happy when I left."

"Atem opened his mouth, that's what happened," Malik answered.

"How?"

"He told Yugi he was getting heavy with emphasis on that word."

Yami very nearly threw the meat sticks at his head, before yanking Yugi into his arms. He didn't say a word, as he handed Yugi the food, which he munched on quietly. When Yugi was done, he looked at him, and then away.

"What is it?"

"Do you think I'm too heavy?"

"Not at all," Yami smiled. "You're as light as they day we brought you home."

"You don't think I've gained any weight at all?" Yugi asked horrified. Had Atem lied?

"Oh no, of course you have. It just doesn't affect me like it does some people." He gave Atem a pointed look.

"Oh, that's good," Yugi smiled putting his head on his shoulder and falling asleep.

Yugi had forgiven Atem for his loose tongue later that night. The next day they were onto the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and after that, they ended their trip in Brazil. It was three days before the Gala when they got back, and everything was in a mad rush.

Yugi still needed to be fitted out for his dress, and Atem and Yami had to put all their guests in their proper rooms. Yugi helped as best as he could. His big belly was like a warning signal to all. Don't touch me, or I shall hurt you.

He heard more than one person whisper something about Dartz and died. When he brought it up to his mates though, they just said it better that he didn't know. Even his instincts had thought it would be a bad idea, so he should just remain oblivious.

He sighed, putting it from his mind. Any time after that that it was mentioned, he just ignored it. When the night of the Gala arrived, Yugi was the perfect host this time around. He didn't run off, or let any of his family cause fights. Hunters weren't invited, but Yugi still invited Heba, Shadi, and Sakura, much to a lot of people's surprise. He ignored all the whispers though, and greeted them as he did any other guest that night.

The Gala was a success at the end of the night, which Yugi was thankful for. He started school in three days, and still needed to move into the dorm. He still didn't know how he had let Atem and Yami convince him that that was a good idea, but they had. They had made a deal that he come home for weekends, but stay the week in school.

Yugi said goodbye to all of his friends at the end of the night at the Gala. They were all going to be heading off to their own Colleges the next day. They all knew they would be too busy to say goodbye to one another properly, so they had done it that night. There were a lot of tears and hugs, but it was to be expected, they were a very close knit group. Always had been, always would be.

Yugi promised he'd call as soon as he had the children, with names and genders. Also, how many there were, and who belonged to who. He was still certain he was having twins, he just wasn't sure if there would be two from Yami, Two from Atem, or one from each, he really hoped for one from each, but no one would know until they arrived. Only two months left.

In six hours Yugi had managed to pack up his college life into four boxes and one hamper. He had met with the wet nurse, Katherine, that Atem and Yami had hired to feed Yugi's children when they arrived. She actually seemed excited about the job, not nervous like had expected her to be. They talked credentials, and found that she was more than capable of nursing them. Yugi was happy with the choice, and told her he'd call as soon as the children arrived.

Katherine had laughed at him, and said she had already moved into the Palace. She wanted to be here just in case something happened, or they came early. Yugi nodded, and agreed that that was probably the best plan anyhow.

Isis had then pulled him aside and told him that he needed to have one of his mates follow him around the school grounds until the babes arrived. Everyone had stopped trying to convince him it was just one babe, and started to agree that it was two. Yugi waved her off, and said they'd already agreed on it. Atem was taking the first week, and then Yami the second. They were going to be switching off the weeks. That way one of them was always with him, just in case.

After that, he loaded up his stuff into his truck. And honked the horn to get Yami and Atem moving. Once everyone was loaded, he drove to Tokyo University, and they unloaded his stuff and put it in his dorm.

He met his roommate who seemed to be a really swell guy named Timeaus Lockli. They talked about random things, until it came around to his swelled belly. Yugi didn't beat around the bush, he just told him straight up that he was pregnant. Timeaus didn't even bat an eye, just nodded, and said so was his sister.

Yugi laughed at that. He liked this guy. Not in an attracted kind of way, but the friendly type. After that, they traveled through the activities fair for new students. They met a few other guys, and Yugi was slowly acquiring some new friends. They were all interested in Dueling, and of course had to sign up for the club. Yugi also found a support group for humans that used to be vampires. He inquired about it, and found that it wasn't just for turned humans, but for purebloods that didn't know they were vampires, and missed the joys of being human.

Yugi asked if someone who was simply dating vampires could join their little support group. They laughed and pointed across the way at a different support group. Yugi laughed at the title he couldn't help it. I've dated or am dating a vampire and am still alive. He thanked them and went over, signing up for it.

He met back up with his new friends, and it was then that he discovered that Atem and Yami weren't with them anymore. He blinked, how had he missed them leaving?

Hey, where are you guys?

Making sure this dorm of yours is safe.

Really?

Yes, really.

Thanks.

For what?

Convincing me to take on the dorm life. I'm really enjoying it so far.

You're welcome.

"Come on, Timeaus! We don't want to be late for our first day!" Yugi said excitedly as he pulled the other along.

"He really shouldn't have this much energy," Timeaus told Atem as he just trailed behind them.

"I know, but he does. Always has."

Yugi suddenly froze in the doorway to the main building.

"Hey, what happened to first day of school?! First day of school! First day of school!" Timeaus joked tugging on Yugi's hand. Yugi's other one was on his belly, as he took in shuddering gasps.

"Yugi?" Atem asked concerned.

"I need Isis, right now."

"Who's Isis?" Timeaus asked.

"She's my doctor," Yugi said before he yelled out a wordless sound.

"Yugi, what's wrong?"

"The kids, I think they want out now."

"What makes you say that?"

Because I'm having contractions, right here, right now.

"Nice to meet you Timeaus. If you see any of Yugi's Professor's make sure to tell them that Yugi is going into labor. Bye!"

Atem scooped Yugi up, and ran with him back to Domino. Yugi screamed on occasion, some of them so piercing, it hurt Atem's ears. He got him back to the Stone Palace though in a good amount of time. He had called Yami through the link to meet them at Isis's chambers on the way.

"Atem, what's going on?" Yami asked as soon as they turned the corner. "Yugi starts College today."

Atem didn't answer as he kicked open the door. "Isis! Yugi's in labor!"

Well now, only one more chapter of mmml, and this story shall be done. I also foresee a shorter chapter in your futures, so be on the lookout for it. You probably won't like the way I end it, but it's better than what I had originally planned for the ending. Right, I also noticed I forgot to tell you what the movie was called that I used a few chapters ago. It was What to Expect When You're Expecting. I thought it was fitting. InsanityIsGenius4Me I believe your question has already been answered. Even I am not that cruel...most of the time. Thank you to everyone who have/are favorited/following this story. Also thanks to everyone who reviewed Guest and User alike. Please review! Midnight ;p
