"I don't feel like I'm trying when I'm with you. It feels like you understand me."

"Mac I am willing to give this all that I've got. I can't promise you that I won't make mistakes, because we both know I will. I am a flawed individual. I know that when I'm not around you I can feel it…"

"What are we doing here?"

"I won't ask you to marry me because I don't want to have another ex-wife."

She grins, "Good, because I don't want to be widowed again. I would love nothing more than to never be married again."

"I feel the same," he admits.

"Good to know."

"Can we agree to be unmarried, together?"

"I would like that, but there are a few conditions."

"I would expect nothing less from you."

"You have to move."

"You want me to give up my house?"

"I am not asking you to sell it. You just have to live here."

"It is probably the only way I'll get to pry the baby away from you."

"Probably."

"What about Izzy? How are you going to explain it to her?"

She grins, "Why don't you explain it to her?"

"Where is she?"

"Asleep on the couch."

"You want me to wake her up?"

She shakes her head, "No. She just fell asleep."

He takes seat at his desk, and studies the room. It's early in the morning, and he is the only one in the squad room. He makes an executive decision, and proceeds to remove the drawers from his desk. He swaps each of them out with DiNozzo. He moves all Tony's belongings to his desk. He places all of his belongings in Tony's area. He even swaps out the chairs. He heads upstairs, and has a lengthy conversation with Leon.

Leon allows him to finish before he says a word. He studies Gibbs from behind his desk. He looks at him for a while, allowing what he's said to sink in. Finally he speaks.

"And what has made you come to that decision?"

"It's time."

"What made you decide that?"

"I have other priorities."

"Would you like to share some of those priorities with me? Are we talking about carving sailboats?"

He grins, "Right now I'm working on a crib."

Leon furrows his brow, "For what purpose?"

"You put a baby in it."

"Whose baby? Who is having a baby? Did I miss something?"

"Apparently, it is never too late to start over."

"What are you talking about?"

"I am going to be having a baby in the next couple of months."

He scratches his head, "Come again?"

"Sarah is actually giving birth to the baby…"

Leon cuts him off, "You knocked up the General?"

Gibbs doesn't respond.

"You sly dog," he pats him on the back.

Tony takes a seat at his desk. He looks around the room. He looks at Bishop, and then to McGee.

"This isn't my chair," he comments.

"I think your chair is over there," McGee points.

Tony opens a drawer, "Those are not my ink pens."

Bishop looks to her left, "Tony it looks like all of your stuff is over there."

Tony vacates his seat, and moves across the room. "Why did all of my stuff move? Who moved all of my stuff? I did not authorize this. Who would do such a thing? I wonder if Gibbs is aware of this rearranged furniture? McGee did you do this?"

"No."

"Why didn't the two of you move?"

"I like where I'm at," McGee points out.

"So do I," Ellie adds.

"Guys, help me fix this before Gibbs gets in. He is going to think that I did this. He will murder me," Tony leans against the desk.

Neither Bishop, nor McGee say anything.

"He's right behind me, isn't he?" He turns around.

"Tony what are you doing?"

"Boss I had nothing to do with this…"

"I know."

"You do?"

Gibbs holds up DiNozzo's name plate.

"I will get to the bottom of this boss."

"Have a seat," he directs.

"Yes, boss," he takes a seat, "Why am I sitting here?"

"That is where the senior agent sits."

"But you are the senior agent," he points out.

"Not anymore."

"What do you mean?"

"You are the senior field agent."

Tony looks around the room. He finds that his co-workers wear confused looks that match his.

McGee speaks up, "Am I the only one who feels like this is an alternate universe?"

"There are going to be some changes around here. The first change is that Tony will be the new senior field agent."

"Boss are you going somewhere?" McGee questions.

"Yes," he nods, "to my desk."

"Why is this happening?" Tony queries.

"I don't want to devote seventy hours a week to this job anymore."

"What else will you do?" The words slip from Bishop's mouth before she can stop them.

McGee grins, "Does this have to do with a bun in a particular General's oven?"

"McGee, it's his bun. I told you," he turns towards Bishop, "You owe me twenty bucks."

She looks across the bullpen to Gibbs, "Is it?"

He takes a picture frame, and flips it towards her. She stares at the black and white sonogram photo.

"You're really having a baby?" Ellie inquires.

"I'm not pregnant."

"You got someone pregnant, boss?" McGee grins.

"I'll be going on leave in a couple of months."

"This cannot be happening," Tony shakes his head in disbelief.
