The following week...

BEEEEEEEP!

As the school bell rang, Zane and Bruss dashed to their lockers first, side by side. Conner and Ember slowly walked out after, slumbering off to their lockers. The Blondies went off to the next hall, chatting about theories in science. And lastly came Astro and Cora, hand in hand. As they approached, Zane smirked. "Here comes the bride..."

"Shut up, Zane." They both muttered. With a laugh all six of them fiddled with the lock until the doors swung open.

A wave of green slime came bursting out of every single one of them, drowning them all in puke colour. They stood there for a while, the other students gawking at them.

"BRUSS!" Astro yelled.

"ZANE!" yelled Bruss.

"CORA!" yelled Conner.

"EMBER!"

"ASTRO!"

"CONNER!"

"ZANE!"

They all looked at each other, wondering why no-one's been busted yet. Suddenly they heard high pitched laughing, and Zoran came collapsing into the room, holding her stomach from laughing so hard. They all sighed.

"ZORAN!"

"You should see your faces!" she gasped out. Miss Harris appeared, her assistant robot behind her. It wasn't long before Miss Harris bought her own house bot to help her. This one was the same design as Orrin, only a pink coating instead of silver. "What's going on?" she snapped. From looking at the slime covered people and the laughing-her-head-off-Zoran, she had guessed enough. With a sigh she growled, "Scram! Before I make you clean it up!" she said with a wink.

"GOOD BYE MISS HARRIS!" they called, wiping the slime off themselves and flicking it on Zoran. She laughed shacking it off.

"Hey!"

Bursting out of the school door, Conner jumped on his hover board and zoomed off, Bruss ran up to the bus with Ember and Cora and Zane got walking, headed for the bus station.

"See you tomorra!" Zane called.

"Sure thing!"

Bursting through the pent house door, Jump ran up and started leaping about, licking Astro's boots and what not. Zoran ran into the lounge room, dropping her bag on the ground. Z came up, giving her a hug and a kiss. "How was your day?" she asked. Zoran started snickering.

"I slimed the boys real good!" she boasted. Z grinned.

"That's my girl!" she said, high-fiving her.

"AHEM." They both looked to Tenma, crossing his arms. Zoran put her hands behind back, whistling. Tenma smiled.

"Alright, homework." He said, patting her on the head.

"Riigghhhht, about that..." she said. Tenma raised an eyebrow.

"What now?" he asked.

"Well, if I do enough homework this week, could you please, pleeeeaaaasseeee allow me to have arm cannons!" she begged. Tenma rolled his eyes and smiled.

"Zoran, we've been through this before..."

Astro smiled as the conversation went on, bending down to pat Jump on the head. He scrunched up his ears "Who's a good boy, huh?" the pup licked his nose in a response. With a laugh Astro made his way to his room. His room, now that Zoran got given the spare. He chucked his bag on the clean floor, looking to where that smash in the window was. It was cleared up yesterday, as much as he would've liked an easier way to simply jet off when he was needed, and the breeze wasn't that bad. He gave a wave to Mr Squeegee and Squeegee Bottle. Twice now he was in a deadly battle. He could kinda see why they worried about him now. They gave him a merrily swish of the wiper and continued on washing the next floor. He approached his new, new, newly new BRAND NEW alarm clock.

We said he would help Zane and Cora with homework at four. Any second now...

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Astro stared at the clock for a second, listening to the ringing of voice from out the hall. A complete family. Something Toby didn't even have. And a dog, which was a major bonus. With a small laugh, he reached out, and softly pushed down on it.
