"Are you positive that this is where they are Kanna?" Hakudoshi asked his secretary.

He'd requested information on where Rin and Sesshomaru were honeymooning.

"Yes according to our sources they will be there for a few weeks." Kanna replied her tone portraying her boredom at her boss's obsession.

"I will be leaving tonight make sure to book first class." He dismissed her.

Soon he would see her again. Soon he would remind her that she wasn't allowed to be without him.

Sesshomaru had the faint sense that something big was about to happen, and hadn't wasted any time informing his father. Like most animals demons could sense danger. So he knew that his father and brother would stay on alert. He would also remain diligent and protect his mate no mater what. She'd been through enough.

At the moment she was in the bathroom getting ready for a day out taking in the sights. She was anxious to use the camera her father had given her as a parting gift. Sesshomaru chuckled, his mate was so innocent and; yet so completely sinful when in the bedroom. Not that he was complaining, he actually enjoyed it. Really when he thought about it there wasn't anything about Rin that he didn't enjoy.

Though I would love to hear the sound of her voice.

Rin was absolutely in love with Italy. It was one of the many places that she had vowed to visit if she'd ever managed to work up the courage to leave her room.

So far Sesshomaru was proving to be an amazing and attentive husband and mate there was nothing but sunshine on the horizon; yet something about the air didn't feel right. Rin could taste something fowl in the wind, but she wasn't sure what or how to tell Sesshomaru.

I can wait until tonight, there is after all someone that I can inquire with. She told herself.

The day was spent shopping and sight seeing. Neither allowed themselves to focus on what was coming, but both remained on high alert.

Back in Tokyo, Inuyasha had rushed Kagome and Hiro's return wanting them both safe where he would be able to keep an eye on them when whatever was coming arrived.

Kagome didn't protest once he'd explained the conversation that he'd had with his father. Whatever it was had her inner Miko wanting to surface and her maternal alarms going crazy.

The Tashio family had placed themselves on high alert each ready incase they had to go on lock down. Even a jet ready and waiting at the Italian airport to bring Rin and Sesshomaru home if necessary.

Nothing was going to get to them….
