AN: Hey I got back from the cabin on Sunday. I didn't write when I was up at the cabin. I was kind of having a hard time figuring out where to go from here. I will be going up to the cabin some time Thursday and won't come back till Sunday. Sorry guys its summer now. Once again I am not JK Rowling.

I was sitting at the kitchen table waiting for a response for the letter I had written him. It had taken me a half hour to figure out exactly what I had wanted to say. Tonks and Remus had fought the whole time I wrote it out.

Sirius and Remus had loved the idea of Neville helping. They both thought he was rather good at dueling and I agreed he was. Tonks hadn't been easy to convince but after I had forced her to think about it again she agreed. It wasn't that she didn't think Neville could do it but more along the lines of she liked to be in the thick of things like everyone else.

"Why don't you go back to your sorting Sweetheart?" Sirius said placing his hands on my shoulders. I set my hand over his and he pressed a kiss into my hair.

"I think I've gotten most of it sorted actually." I said my voice soft. Remus and Tonks were still arguing in the hall but they could easily hear us.

"Did you make a check list?" He asked rubbing his hands against my muscles. I sighed and leaned back into him.

"No I didn't that would be a good idea." I muttered as he continued to work my muscles.

"Well lets start with a simple one... clothing." I gasped as he pushed hard on one of the knots in my back.

"Uh yeah I have clothing." I said my voice soft and breathy.

"What about everything Severus gave you?" Sirius asked his voice hoarse.

"Yes I have that too." I shivered as his hands traced my spine.

"Basic personal things like deodorant and toothpaste." I nodded and placed my head against the table enjoying my husbands massage.

"Hermione?" Sirius asked his voice rough. I turned to look at him. His eyes were dark and his cheeks flushed. Love was pouring through our bond. It was hard to breathe through all of the emotion. Then suddenly Sirius was kissing me roughly, fiercely our tongues battling for dominance. His hand slid up the back of my sweater and I gave a little hum of approval when his hand caressed my skin.

"Sirius – bloody hell would you two quit doing that!" Remus yelled as we sprang apart. I was breathing heavily my body warm. Tonks had an amused smile on her face and was holding Lils in her hands a letter in the owl's beak. "Come on you two what if it had been Hermione's parents?"

"At least we're married." Sirius said shrugging and went to make a pot of coffee. I stepped forward and pat Lils on the head. She gave a content hoot as I took the letter from her.

"Would you read it aloud?" Sirius asked tapping his wand against the side of the pot. A moment later it started percolating.

"Sure," I said sliding my finger along the edge of the envelope and pulled out a small sheet of paper with only a handful of words on the page.

Hermione,

My grandmother is practically throwing me out the door to help you all. She adores the idea that I'm living up to my parent's legacy. Do you mind if I flew or Apparate to Grimmauld Place around noonish?

Neville

"You all okay with him coming over for lunch?" I asked looking around the room once I had finished reading it out loud.

"Sure." Sirius said shrugging and poured me a large cup of black coffee. I took a sip and smiled as I wrote a quick response and sent it back to Neville with Lils telling him he could come early if he wished.

"Well I think I'll just go and continue my sorting." I said standing up with my cup of coffee.

"Sort what?" Remus asked his eyebrows drawing together in confusion.

"Never you mind." I said primly and headed towards Sirius and my bedroom.

"Hermione, wait up!" Tonks called when I was on the third staircase. I turned and waited for Tonks to catch up.

"Yes?" I asked as I continued up the steps towards my room.

"Can we talk?" Tonks asked pushing her hair out of her eyes.

"Sure what about?" I asked opening the door to Sirius and my room. Tonks looked around the room slowly frowning at the walls.

"What happened in here?" Tonks asked me going over to one of the charred black holes on the wall.

"Oh uh Sirius' room used to be covered in muggle girls in bikinis. He put a permanent sticking charm on them so his mother couldn't take them down when he left for Hogwarts. Unfortunately we couldn't get them off the walls and I got really sick of comparing myself to those women." I said shaking my head a smile spreading across my face in spite of myself.

"You blasted them off didn't you?" Tonks asked a smile quirking her lips.

"Yes, yes I did. He didn't care besides he was a bit distracted when I did it." I said sitting between the two stacks of books on the floor while Tonks sat on the edge of our bed.

"Distracted how?" Tonks asked picking up Gadding with Gouls and absently flipped through it.

"You don't want to know." I muttered picking up Twelfth Night and placed it on the keep pile. "Anyway what did you want to talk about?"

"Remus!" Tonks yelled as if she had been holding in for too long.

"What about him?" I asked placing my potions book in the discard pile.

"Why would he keep me from fighting. Its what I live for, besides I'm an Auror!" Tonks yelled her hair flashing red.

"He's not doing it to annoy you. He's doing it to keep you and the baby safe. I bet if Sirius had the excuse of a baby he would be keeping close tabs on me at all times. He would talk me out of my mission just to keep me safe. Remus probably wants to keep you safe and now its doubly so because your a mother now. All of your thoughts have to come second to the little life growing inside of you." Tonks eyes were sparkling with unshed tears.

"When did you get so smart?" Tonks asked wiping under her eyes with a handkerchief she conjured out of thin air.

"I've always been this smart. People just aren't always willing to listen to what I have to say." I said and place my charms book on the discard pile.

"So have you two talked about names yet?" I asked pushing my perfume away from the to go pile. There would be no reason for me to bring it.

"Some but not too much. Remus is so sure its a boy and we're having a hard time agreeing on a name. I personally love the name -"

"FILTH, SCUM, MUDBLOODS, BLOOD TRAITORS! BE OUT OF THE HOUSE OF MY FATHERS!" Mrs Black screamed then suddenly stopped.

"SHUT UP YOU INFERAL WOMAN!" Sirius yelled then there was a loud bang. Footsteps pounded on the stairs and I turned towards the door expecting to see my husband. But a moment later Neville came into the room a large smile on his face.

"Neville!" I yelled jumping from my spot and hugged him closely to me. "Your early."

"Yeah I uh just wanted to talk to Sirius and maybe even Remus about some stuff before the meeting tonight." Neville said his cheeks flushing.

"Sure of course is everything okay?" I asked looking him over.

"Yeah everything's great." Neville said smiling then headed towards the door. "Oh and Sirius said he would yell for you when lunch is ready."

"Whose making it?" I asked quickly frowning. Merlin I hope it wasn't Sirius.

"Your mum is. She got back from the park a few minutes ago." Neville said flicking a hair out of his eyes.

"Okay cool." Neville nodded then headed out the door leaving Tonks and I alone.
