Sorry I've been MIA. Had a lot of changes going on including a new little one and a new job. So times been limited. Also suffering writers block like a bitch. But here's an update. If people are still reading this and want me to continue I will; just leave a review and let me know. Otherwise I'm not sure if I will find more inspiration. LOL But here it be: Enjoy!

Jason smiled at his lover, which only dug the knife more deeply in Tommy's conscience.

"Miss me?" the Red Ranger quipped.

Tommy feigned a grin and replied, "Always." Quickly he averted his eyes from Jason's, fighting the urge to fidget while Jason innocently lifted the tainted glass to his lips.

"I wasn't sure about this before, but now I'm really glad we did this," he started, lowering the soda and winking at the Green Ranger. "Don't get me wrong; I'm still looking forward to later."

Tommy merely gazed back at Jason wordlessly, his upper lip lifting in signature snarl.

"You ok, man?"

This seemed to bring the evil Ranger around and he seductively licked his lip, his hand straying under the table to the Red Ranger's thigh.

"I never imagined things would get this far, Red. I thought it would just be a one night fling and neither of us would ever acknowledge it again. But every time I came near you, all I could think about was fucking your brains out." He bit his lower lip, holding back the rest of what he really wanted to say because it never could be uttered aloud.

The truth was that the Red Ranger had become more than just a warm body to satiate his lust. It was more than that now. To Tommy, Jason was a rock, a tie to reality which he was fast losing hold on. The love that had grown in the gnarled and rocky soil of the Green Ranger's heart was in direct conflict with his loyalty to his Empress. If only he could obey his queen and keep his lover alive and in his arms...

"I fully expected you to be the death of me. Never a lover."

"Well, that remains to be seen, Red Ranger," he whispered.

Jason took another swallow of soda and pitching his voice low, he finally asked the question Tommy had no answer for.

"So if you get the chance the next time we battle, you plan to kill me if Rita gives the order?"

The evil Ranger shifted uncomfortably a moment and then, eyes flashing he growled, "I'll make it quick. You have my word on that."

This time it was Jason who moved uncomfortably away from his date.

"Do we really have to discuss this now, Red?" Tommy's voice was starting to increase in volume and his grip on Jason's thigh tightened painfully.

"Easy, Tommy," Jason looked around frantically as he tried to calm the Green Ranger.

The green clad teen snorted and hissed, "Finish your drink so we can get the fuck outta here." Muscular arms crossed over his chest and he sulked.

Inwardly, Jason sighed and started to wrestle with the idea of his lover actually moving in for the kill. Maybe having Tommy pissed wasn't such a bad thing. They needed to start getting back to what they really were: mortal enemies. This wasn't a romance, he reminded himself. It was never intended to be; it was merely a sick, twisted sexual romp that turned into an obsession. Definitely not healthy.

For his part, Tommy sat silently watching his Red Ranger consume the sedating liquid, completely oblivious to the Green Ranger's treachery. It rankled him that his pet would dare ask that question and leave him feeling confused and hot. He was being dishonest to Jason but he was also working behind his Empress's back. He had no official orders to drug and kidnap the Red Ranger. But then again, he never had orders to fuck him either.

Jason gingerly lowered his empty glass to the table and looked at Tommy quietly.

Tommy hissed softly and ran his hands through his dark locks. "No more talking about "work", ok? It's never going to go well."

Grabbing his knapsack off the seat, the troubled teen scooted out of the booth and motioned for Jason to follow. The Red Ranger obliged and began to move to get up from the table. As he slid out and stood up, a wave of dizziness washed over him and he stumbled, striking his thigh hard against the wooden table. The plates and silverware jerked haphazardly and the drinking glasses tipped, one almost rolling to the floor before Tommy caught it, mid air. Jason put his hand out and steadied himself as the feeling seemed to pass.

"Didn't think I wore you out that much last night, Red," Tommy taunted, all wide eyed innocence.

"That was weird. I just got dizzy all of a sudden." He frowned, blinking his eyes several times. "I'm fine now."

He stood and straightened his jacket, looking sheepish. Tommy took his forearm in an almost steely grip.

"Let's get to the car. Go sit on the beach. Don't think about tomorrow; I want to enjoy today." His face took on a mask of embarrassment as he lied through his teeth. "I've been feeling really stressed about us too; I think we just need to forget about it for awhile. Its making me feel pretty shitty too."

He gazed into the Red Ranger's dark eyes and felt certain that they were becoming slightly dilated. The medication was working pretty quickly; he'd have to haul ass and get Jason out of here before he realized something was wrong and made a scene. He was sure once the medication fully hit that Red would realize the deceit and attempt to get away. Before he fell on his face that was.

Jason began blinking rapidly as his vision blurred around the edges. Maybe it was just being tired and stressed. He could rest in the car while Tommy drove; that sounded very appealing. Sharp tugging on his arm made him look up at the Green Ranger's face; he realized Tommy looked harried and in a hurry to leave.

"I'm coming," he mumbled and began moving toward the exit, his lover's hand still locked tightly around his arm as Tommy practically barreled his way through a throng of patrons.
