"Rebekah," Caroline called out as she entered the guest bedroom Rebekah was making her own. Spotting the blond by the window looking out.
"I'm fine Caroline" turning away from caroline as she wiped away a tear.
"No you're not," Caroline said walking over towards her friend. "And it's not good for the baby to hold it all in." as she took a seat on the side of the bed, "You were there for my darkest moment, so her I am for yours," patting the spot next to her on the bed. Rebekah let out a chuckle "Your darkest moment." As she bit her lip, " You know Stefan is driven, That's what made me fall in love with him." Taking a seat as caroline nodded her head.
"But it's also what has brought us her wanted to prove his father wrong. and show him he could do it on his own like Damon." Taking a deep breath, "He started working more. Trying to get Klaus part after part." letting out a chuckle.
"He wanted more tho, What he did to you." Covering her face as she looked away.
"What are you talking about he missed events and lunches and my birthday from time to time."
"Caroline Please, who do you think thought of Klaus being single would be the best thing for his carers. It was not the executives or producer in sony. Sorry, but they barely knew he was dating you. He was new in the biz and had no idea how big the movie would be." Shaking her head, "He pitches Klaus as single and got more attention for him. So when they were In new york and you and San Francisco he started leaving he flat out told him he needed to let you go. " Running a hand through her hair, "That him getting married would only ruin his career. " Rebekah hesitated, "He told him he was going to lose the Part in Out Law,"
Caroline let out a gasped, Out Law was Klaus first oscar nominated movie, both of them knew when they read the script how important it was going to be for Klaus to get the role.
"I'm Sorry, I never told you. But I just couldn't believe he would truly do that." Rebekah started crying into her hands.
"Hey, it's not your fault."Bring her friend close to her. "Klaus still made his own choices, just like Stefan." biting her lip, being angry right now would not solve anything.
"I hate Klaus so much," Rebekah said between cries, "This is all his fault." she sobbed.
"Rebekah, no." As she reached out for her friends face." I know your mad but, you can't blame it all on Klaus. These are Stefan mistakes. just like Klaus leaving me are his."
"But .."
"But nothing your brother loves you more than anything. I might have a right to be hating on him right now, but even I know when Klaus finds out that Stefan left. He is going to probably kill him."
"you can't tell him, caroline Promise me. He can't know I'm staying here."
"Rebekah,"
"I'm not in the mindset to see Klaus, I already have to deal with Elijah." Wiping the tear away.
"Are you going to file?"
"Truthfully," Rebekah looked up at Carolina,"I was trying to scare Stefan, but then he left to go recruit this new client." looking down at her wedding ring. "She is beautiful, I was insecure about it all. He told me it was nothing, but I called him at midnight to inform him about the baby, and she picks up." Crossing her arms, "Then he told me it was none of my business and hang if that was not a wake-up call then I don't know what yes I think I am."
Caroline slowly close the door as she made her escape.
"So," Damon asked pushing off the wall he was leaning on.
"What?" Caroline whispered as she made her way further away from Rebekah room.
"Are you truly not mad at him?"
"Were you ears dropping in the conversation."
"Do you want me to lie." He asked.
"Oh I'm mad at Stefan, but more for what he is doing to Rebekah then what he did to me."
Damon shook his head,"I want to drive up to New York and just punch him and then drag him back here by the ear." Smirking as he Crossed his arms.
"I be right there with you."Smiling at him, "We just have to respect Rebekah wish and not contact him."
"I won't. But if he asks I wound lie to that ass, I'll let him have it."Damon told him truthfully.
"Do you think he's cheating on her?" Caroline once again whispered.
Damon looks down, "I don't know." Shaking his head, "Before today I tell you your crazy for even thinking it. Now I truly know that I don't know him at all."
"Morning Caroline." Davina smiled as she made her way on set.
"What are u doing here so early?"
"I'm on call today."The young girl said.
"I thought you had Monday's off" Caroline replied confused by the situation.
"Yeah, well that was before Klaus had to rearrange his schedule for the week. So we all have a different schedule." The young girl said as she took a seat, "You must be happy."
"Why."Caroline laughed as she took a drink from her coffee.
"Well, all your scenes with Klaus got pushed back for next week," Davina said smiling towards her friend. Just as Caroline was about to speak they called quiet on set and Caroline smiled back leaning into her chair. If Klaus was going to go and hide after last week fight they had she be perfectly fine with to her she could not see him ever again and be happy. But Caroline knew deep down there was a part of her Calling her a liar.
Hey guys, So I know this was short chapter. To be honest I wrote this because I promised someone I update this story. I was thinking about putting in hiatus, to be honest, I just have my other stories I want to work on, but if people are still interested I can keep working on it. I do have the layout set I just need to write, let me know what you think.
