About Julius getting Killed, YES, it is canon and mentioned in Diamond / twin/mirror world.
While Ace was a kid, he had a face but he didn't have a role, and Julius rescued him from straying in the streets and became his caretaker, however, that Julius was killed by the executioner in front of Ace (and only told Ace to get stronger... just up Itachi). Then Ace made a deal with Joker to have Julius back as the clock master and Joker agreed if Ace became the executioner (and killed the former executioner). That is also the reason why Ace is always lost, because he will always be uncertain about saving Julius from final dead but condemned him to be the mortician and a 'living ghost' like Jericho, because he is supposed to die but because of his role, he gained some immunity.
In any case, Ace agreed to the deal with Joker and then when he did became stronger and the new executioner, he was sent out to kill... guess who? Julius. The Julius from other place/country. And he did so swiftly and fast (he said that otherwise he wouldn't have been able to do it) in front of a younger Ace, knowing that said Ace would in turn make the deal with Joker, become the executioner and get him locked in an events paradox.
It is not clear how Julius was brought back, some speculations infer that Julius's face and persona was given to someone random, effectively creating a new Julius. Other is that the Julius from the next country or from another time took upon the Julius that was killed. And still, there's one more that implies that Julius time was reset to when he was alive but before he met Ace, which means he is still set up to die and can take upon the clock master's role (before that he didn't have a role either). We have few clues, but we do know that Julius used to have friends/be popular before he became the clock master (after that, he was avoided like the plague) .

BETWEEN THE KNIGHT AND THE MAFIA
.
Blood, followed by the twins and his loyal right-hand man, were on their way to certain bar that was too close to his territory but not part of it… yet.
Elliot had been tipped that currently in the place there was a very strange individual that required the Role Holders immediate attention; Blood would have send only the march hare to check it out but he needed to vent some steam. After all, he was dealing with his wife's little escape earlier that day when she had gone to see the clock master and had taken too long to come back. When she did return, she had come hysterically speaking of a second foreigner; a second foreigner that was supposed to have been hiding below their noses all this time. That was something fun, but for some reason it bothered him as much as it amused him. For now he would take care of this business.
The Hatters entered the shady bar as if they owned it, which would surely be the case soon enough, and as expected, activities ceased for everyone to turn to look at them except for a dark clad figure that was sitting over a stool by the bar and had a small small cube at the side playing some music. The person's clothes seemed somehow strange, at the top of the ears some small metallic arrowed piercings pointed upwards, and the hair was multi-shaded blond hair that ended up in a long and sinuous braid. Various bottles , empty or half full, surrounded the stranger, who was most likely too drunk to even notice the mafia's presence.
Blood motioned towards Elliot. This person was the perfect victim to give an example.
The March Hare smirked and took out his pistols while walking towards the person. The nearby patrons immediately made space but the person didn't even turn around.
Elliot shoot two of the half empty bottles; and as the glass shards flew, the person's distorted voice yelled – "NOOOOO! MY ALCOHOL!"- It was the same distorted voice Elliot had heard from the intruder at the wedding.
The person grabbed a couple undamaged bottles into a protective hug and turned around, letting everyone see that 'she' was a girl with olive green eyes that were reddened and puffy.
"Damn it Elliot. Yo shot ma'alcohol!" – She drunkenly said before aggressively drinking from one of the bottles in case Elliot decided to shot again.
"A new holder to play with bro!" – Dum turned to his brother with a smirk.
"It seems we'll have fun tonight, brother"- Dee replied and immediately changed his pistol into an axe with a gleeful expression on his face.
With an indignant expression the female huffed while agitating the now empty bottle in the air – "Fucking Role Holders. Why can't you leave me the heck alone?" - She angrily slurred and let the empty bottle slip from her hand and crash over the floor - "Holders, all different paths to choose different times to go on their own. ¿Porque chingados no $#%&/((/&$%##%$/$#/$)%$)="- After letting out a few curses in some unknown language she proceeded to gulp down the liquid from the other bottle while leaning over the seat for some balance and then agitating the now empty bottle in the air. - "Why would a foreigner choose any path or hour at all? You board pieces fall into the ontological fallacy of believing a foreigner needs to make a choice and will choose a path to follow. All while you are set into meaningless paths of a timely set existences, believing that something you desire is waiting for you if could walk the path to 'win'. Yet here I am, the one who had walked no path but my own to confirm that there is nothing there at the beginning nor was anything there at the end." - She then grabbed another couple bottles and looked at the liquid in them .-" Why am I still here? "
Blood raised an eyebrow, already suspecting who this person was.
"And what Role did you get, girl?"- Elliot aimed his pistols at her, convinced that this new holder probably got one of the worst roles and thus the reason for the inebriation; however, her clothes didn't let on which role exactly it was and the reek of alcohol didn't let him catch any scent.
The girl snorted and spit at the side before indignantly flailing her arms around - "Role? You think I need or have any duty? There was never any meaning. Existence in any world is meaningless. I exist with no purpose. I am free to choose what I don't care or want. I live for no reason, and I would have died for nothing, because all was pointless in my end."
Blood moved forward and used the tip of his cane to move the barrels of Elliot's pistols away –" Correct me miss, but you don't have any role, do you?" - Polite as ever, Blood hid his smirk. Oh yes, this was amusing.
The twins turned towards their boss with suprise. People with eyes but without a role were rare.
"Obviously."- When she tried to stand up she almost fell off, causing a couple bottles were turned over the table, still she didn't let go of the ones in her hands. By the money on the table it was obvious she had paid in advance for half the bar's supply. She gave another gulp to a bottle only to notice it was already empty and let it drop while grabbing the music cube and cutting short the background music before hiding it in her clothes. Then she grabbed a bottle that still had liquid. With both hands holding bottles, she took a step forward and looked around to pinpointed the exit behind the hatters and began walking, or rather stumbling, towards it; however, in less than a second the twins were by her sides with their axes ready at her neck.
"It's impolite to walk away from a conversation." – One of them said.
She snorted again and took another gulp from the bottle in her hand– "You think I give a damn, Dum? You don't give a damn either. None of you do. But your sick existences doesn't even let you leave it like that."
"Oh? You know us? We must be famous."- Dee countered, pressing the axe closer to her flesh and ignoring her drunken charade.
She glared at Dee and took a step back to gain some equilibrium while slamming her bottle in the floor.
"That's it! I'm fugging tired of all you */4627)(/&%* Holders!" – Her pupils unnaturally glowed with red circles around them and the her clothes seemed to look ticker. Her voice turned deeper as she yelled – "You fucking own me! All of you!. The friggin request your roles own me. I'll take that now. I (/&%$# want your damn roles to unquestionably obey every single fucking damn command I deem!"
Her screech resounded in the tapestry of the world and resonated in their clocks and roles as the holders felt a burning searing pain in the back of their hands.
"Now stand the fuck out of my way. You can't interfere with a foreigner's decision to get away from here!"
Dee and Dum dropped their axes and Elliot lowered his gun at the word 'foreigner' and at the burning mark that disappearing on the back of his hand. Blood quickly removed his glove to see how the mark of an oath done by his role disappeared from view on his flesh but not from his being. Whoever this person was, she had just gained control of their actions and roles. He turned to stop her, but he was unnaturally stopped by the force of his role's oath and not a second later, she was already going out the door followed by the running faceless, who had seen it all and were trying to get away before they were killed along the information.
"What do we do, Blood?"- Elliot was at a lose at this.
Blood remained serious. -" She said to stand back while she got away from here. Once she is out we get her." - Blood smiled. This was, dangerous, unexpected and very entertaining.
Once outside, Aria turned to run towards the alley-back to get away, and as soon as she rounded the corner she literally crashed into Pierce, who had been called to remain outside to deal with anyone trying to come in and that heard the running steps coming towards him but had been very distracted seeing the back of his hand when he was lifted his eyes to see the stranger green eyed girl, and had no time to avoid the hit that sent her crashing into the wall by the recoil force of the crash.
"Who are you, chu!?" - He had the weirdest feeling of familiarity, so, with a knife in his hand, he got close.
She weakly leaned on the wall to keep herself standing, knowing that she was drunk but still bright enough. -"Pierce…Dormouse.. take me somewhere safe and hidden. Now."- She muttered while clinging on him.
Without knowing how, he was already helping her pass an arm over his shoulder and taking her away from the place. Despite the smell of alcohol, in such proximity he could detect her scent, and it was familiar somehow.
They reached the corner of the building that would let to smaller streets and to his closest house, but as soon as they set a foot out of the alley and into the bigger street, certain person stood in the middle of their escape route.
"Oh? So you were here Ari?" - Ace looked at how she was leaning on the dormouse and smiled while leaning his hand over the hilt of his sword - "You shouldn't play with rodents. They carry disease"
Running steps could be heard coming their way from where the bar behind them. Pierce knew it was the rest of the hatters.
"More company?" Ace looked at the figures that approached fast and took out his sword- "As a knight I can't let the damsel be kidnapped by the mafia."
Aria's eyes lit with red colored dots. In her vision, an augmented reality map appeared in front of her to show her surrounding and far more dots coming their way.
" fucking great." –No matter how drunk she was, the mercenary knew when she was in deep trouble.

Aria drunk gets existentialist XD. And Damn! ain't she a big nihilist? I don't think it was a good idea for them to pressure her into using that deal. Now I'm not sure who's screwed.
But yay! Her knight to the rescue! Except he is not happy.
