"Yeah, that should be everything Ms. Hamada." The nurse smiled politely at Aunt Cass from behind the reception desk before handing her a couple papers regarding Hiro's discharge from the hospital.

"Thank you very much Trisha. You've been a lot of help through all of this." Aunt Cass smiled however she seemed distracted. She was a bit preoccupied watching her nephews as they made their way to the lobby.

Hiro was still sick despite the worst of it being over. His concussion had healed enough to where discharge made sense but Aunt Cass and Tadashi weren't so sure. Hiro hated being bedridden and now that he felt well enough to do something other than sleep he was sure to get himself into all sorts of trouble.

"Are you sure you don't want me to carry you? You aren't dizzy or anything?" Tadashi asked nervously.

"I'm fine Tadashi. I told you already. I don't need to be carried it's embarrassing." Hiro blushed before looking away.

"If you're sure. Aunt Cass do you have the keys? I want to get Hiro out to the car so he can lay down." Tadashi said quickly.

"Tadashiiiiii I'm fiiiiine." Hiro moaned.

"Tell that to your fever Hiro." Tadashi rolled his eyes and held his hand out for the keys. Aunt Cass handed them over with a somber smile. "You're such a good older brother Tadashi."

Hiro made a fake gagging noise causing the nurse behind the counter to give a short laugh. Hiro grinned before turning to leave the lobby. Tadashi was quick to follow despite Hiro's discontent.

"The car is this way Hiro." Tadashi waved.

Hiro groaned and turned in the direction that Tadashi was headed.

Tadashi chuckled and opened the car for Hiro. "Just lie down in the back Aunt Cass will be out in a minute to take us home."

Hiro nodded and laid down as instructed. Once Tadashi closed the door Hiro quietly stifled a few coughs into his hand before Tadashi made it around to the passenger side seat.

If he was being honest he felt nowhere as good as he said but he needed to leave the hospital if he stood any chance of attending the bot fight he needed to. Everyone was at risk if he messed that one up. Hiro couldn't do that to Tadashi and Aunt Cass.

Tadashi settled into the passenger seat and looked back at Hiro with a small frown. "Do you remember that thing that you said you wanted to tell me about back at the convention?"

Hiro groaned.

Tadashi sighed. "That doesn't give me any warm fuzzies Hiro... You don't have to tell me right away but if you're hiding something that could put you in danger I will be upset if you don't tell me before you go to bed tonight."

Hiro groaned again.

Tadashi took a deep breath Hiro's response stirring up even more worry. "So you are in trouble then?"

Hiro nodded covering his eyes with an arm. "I'll explain tonight. I don't want Aunt Cass to know."

Just then the driver's side door opened and Aunt Cass entered the car. She started it up before turning the mirror to look back at Hiro. She frowned slightly before resetting the mirror. "Do you want something from the café when we get back Hiro? I'm sure you're tired of the crappy food they had at the hospital."

Hiro shook his head. He actually felt a little nauseous. He didn't think eating was that great an idea right now.

Aunt Cass gave a small sigh and nodded before looking to merge on the freeway. "Tadashi did you tell Hiro the good news?"

Hiro perked up a little at this and glanced over at Tadashi. "Good news?"

Aunt Cass gave a small smile. Tadashi laughed slightly. "I can't believe I forgot to tell you. I got a call this morning. I was chosen as the winner. They liked my bot. I have a full ride scholarship to SFIT."

Hiro's eyes widened and he burst out laughing forgetting he was feeling sick for a moment to hug his brother from behind his seat. "How'd you forget that?!"

Tadashi just smiled. "You have this uncanny ability to steal the spotlight sometimes little bro."

Hiro laughed again a little softer this time. "Yeah but at least you only get it for having good things happen."

Tadashi turned in his seat and ruffled Hiro's hair. "That's right you little troublemaker!"

"We're home boys!" Aunt Cass smiled before stepping out of the car.

Tadashi helped Hiro out of the car much to his discontent.

"I'll be upstairs I want to go to bed for a bit." Hiro said quietly.

"Hold on to the railing ok? I should go with you. If you get dizzy I don't want you to fall." Tadashi said anxiously.

"God Tadashi you're such a mother hen sometimes." Hiro commented as he made his way into the café. "But if will make you happy.."

"It will so just hush and be glad I care. With your recklessness if I didn't I'm sure you'd be dead by now." Tadashi moved his hand behind Hiro's back as he made his way upstairs.

"Yeah yeah that's probably true." Hiro sighed.

"Hand on the railing Hiro!" Tadashi admonished quickly.

"I'm not even dizzy Tadashi!" Hiro protested.

"Fine then." With that Tadashi grabbed Hiro off his feet and flung him over his shoulder. "I guess you just want to be carried up the stairs."

"Tadashi!" Hiro whined.

"Shush Hiro we're already upstairs so let's just get you to bed."

Hiro huffed as Tadashi laid him down on his bed and pulled up the covers.

"Alright you promised to tell me so out with it." Tadashi said.

Hiro cringed. "You promise you won't get mad?"

Tadashi sighed. "Yeah ok I promise now tell me. I'm worried Hiro."

Hiro nodded. "I sort of got kidnapped because well. I've been bot fighting."
