A loud knock emanated throughout the cabin stirring Dustin from his sleep. He laid their for a second allowing his eyes to adjust to the light, as he looked at the clock he felt very annoyed as he read the numbers and saw it was just past seven. He was very comfortable in Cody's embrace and did not want to get up but the knocking persisted. Cody didn't even flinch at the knocking or his boyfriend getting up from bed.

"He must be exhausted" Dustin thought "we did stay up rather late." He shivered at the cool air of the cabin hitting his bare legs. It didn't bother him when he was in bed with Cody but now he was thinking it was a bad idea to sleep in only boxers and Cody's shirt. He stumbled his way through the cabin, the thought of putting on more clothes didn't even cross his mind. As he unlocked the front door and opened it he squinted as even more of the morning light hit him. As soon as he adjusted he felt mortified

"M...M...Mrs. Martin" he stammered in a high pitched voice as he stood their. He couldn't believe he didn't think it could be her this early. He had barely any clothes on and worse half of it was Cody's. "What...What are you doing here...I mean it's early...I mean..." He didn't know what to say. She looked him over briefly and sighed

"Merry Christmas Dustin" she said "I see you and Cody had fun last night"

"I...I..." Dustin was speechless.

"Common Dustin it's cold. Are you going to invite me in or what" she complained.

"Yeah...common in...I'm just...I'm just gunna to wake Cody" he said as he darted off into the room his face beet red leaving Carey there to her own devices. Dustin all but dived into the bed. He started to shake Cody

"Cody wake up. Common wake up" he whined. All Cody did in response was pull his boyfriend down and grumble

"Go back to sleep"

"I'd love to Cody" Dustin retorted "but your mothers here and right now I'm mortified" he said causing Cody to shoot out of bed.

"She's what" he almost shouted yet still dazed.

"She is here and she saw me in my underwear and your shirt and...and just get up" Dustin said quickly. As Cody got up and dressed Dustin frantically put on a new shirt and pants. As they left the room Dustin crept behind Cody holding onto his shirt almost as if to hide from Carey.

"Merry Christmas mom" Cody said as he entered the room.

"Merry Christmas sweetie" she responded with a chuckle at seeing Dustin cower in fear.

"M...Merry Christmas " he stammered.

"Dustin you don't have to hide. You can come out in the open" she said sweetly.

"I know but if it's all the same to you right now I'd like to stay where I am" he replied from behind Cody. Carey sighed

"Alright but your going to have to come out sooner or later. I don't know why your even hiding" she said.

"He's a little embarrassed at the moment" Cody said.

"Why" Carey asked honestly.

"He...uh...thinks you may be mad at him plus you didn't see him in the most becoming outfit this morning" Cody told his mother as Dustin gave him a sharp poke in the ribs.

"Why would I be mad at him? And better yet why would I care what he was wearing. I've raised you and your bother and I've seen you in a dress" she commented making Dustin give a slight chuckle.

"See Dustin she doesn't care" he said "come on out"

"I don't think I can. I think she knows what we did last night" he whispered.

"Yea so what she's know that for awhile" Cody said in a matter of fact tone.

"Yea but up until now she's kinda only assumed and heard us talk some but now it's like she's caught us" he said. Cody sighed.

"You are not hiding behind me all day Dustin" he said before turning to his mother "mom last night we had sex. We had sex three times actually. See Dustin now she knows. I'd think you'd be more happy about the other thing that happened last night instead of hiding"

At that Dustin remember the most important part of the night. He ran out from behind the Cody and jumped on the couch.

" I almost forgot" he said beaming "look." As he did that he held up his hand showing her the ring. Carey's face lit up

"Dustin is that...did Cody give you that" she said as Dustin nodded happily

"I guess it's official now. Congrats you two"

"Thanks mom" Cody said with a small blush.

As the group waited for Zack they filled their time with busy work. Carey set up a small fake tree she had bought and arranged presents around it. Cody and Dustin made breakfast set the table and lit a fire. As the three ate they heard a knock on the door. Carey opened it to find Zack shiver and tired.

"Was the eight o'clock wake up really needed mom" Zack said as he stamped into the room.

"Well merry Christmas to you to sunshine" she replied.

"Yeah yeah merry Christmas" he replied with a yawn as he sat down.

"Merry Christmas Zack" Dustin said cheerfully. All Zack did in response was grunt and grab bacon off of his plate.

"You could at least try and be nice like Dustin is" Cody said giving Dustin his bacon. Once again all Zack could do was muster up a grunt. After breakfast they all gathered around the make shirt tree. Dustin say in the arm chair furthest away so he wouldn't be in the way during their family tradition.

"Okay everyone time for presents" Carey shouted "and since Zack is in a fine mood I guess he can go first." She started to hand him presents and he opened them one by one. He looked happy at some of them and not so much at others.

"Okay Zack, here's your last present its from Cody and Dustin" she said handing him the parcel. As he opened it his eyes went wide. Under the paper was the newest model of game system that he had wanted. He looked up at Cody.

"Don't look at me. You've been nothing but a dick lately. You can thank Dustin all I did was help pay for it" he said. Zack looked over at Dustin with a confused look on his face.

"Thank...Thank you" he said. A smile crossed Dustin's face

"Your welcome Zack" he said cheerfully. After Zack finished Cody opened his presents. He had gotten some clothes, cook books and other various items from his mom. Dustin had gotten him a new watch but as to not anger Cody he followed his under a hundred rule so it wasn't anything fancy. As they all got up to do their various task and play with their new things Carey spoke up

"Hey hey. Where are you guys going were not done yet" she said bringing confused looks to their faces. She pointed to the tree and to their surprise a few more boxes were scattered around.

"Who are those for mom" Zack asked, Causing her to laugh.

"They're for Dustin of course" she said smiling. Dustin's face lit up

"Really" he asked.

"Of course" she replied "although they are kind of generic I didn't quite know what to get you"

Dustin started to open his presents he found it ironic that after what had occurred this morning she had bought him pajama bottoms, she bought him a candle and a few other various items. When he finished he got up and hugged Carey.

"Thank you ..." He cut himself short and shook his head "no thank you mom" he said to her.

"Your welcome sweetie. Sorry they were a bit plain and generic" she replied.

"Don't worry about it I love them" he said releasing her. Cody couldn't help but smile.

Soon the group broke throughout the room to try out their new presents. Zack sat on the floor playing his new game, Carey took a nap on the couch, Cody went to the kitchen to try out his new cook book and Dustin curled up in the arm chair to read the book Carey had given him. Cody was quite happy as to how the day had turned out despite Zack's grumpy attitude.

Dustin and Carey were awoken and Zack drawn out of his trance cast on him by his new game by a yell from Cody

"Guys dinners ready" he shouted making his voice echo through the silent house. Zack gave a small grunt of annoyance at having to put down his new system. As they gathered around the table they were amazed at the mass amount of food Cody had made in such a short time span.

"Well guys lets eat" Cody said happily. As they ate and talked everything was going well. Zack was participating to some extent in the conversation and was even making an effort to be relatively nice to Dustin.

...

"Dustin what's up with that ring your wearing" Zack asked. They all froze for a minute trying to thing of what to say. Dustin spun the ring nervously on his finger.

"Oh this it was a... present" he said hesitantly. He wasn't sure if he should tell Zack what it really was. Things were going well so far and he didn't want to end the night with a big commotion or a fight.

"So Zack do you like your presents" Cody said quickly trying to change the subject.

"Yeah I do. Thanks again Codes" Zack said.

"Like I said you should thank Dustin not me" Cody laughed nervously. Zack gave Cody a strange look.

"Why are you acting so strangely" he questioned.

"I'm not Zack. I think your just imagining things"'Cody quickly responded. Zack gave him a strange look then continued to eat.

Soon after dinner Carey headed back to the hotel leaving the boys to their own devices. She tried to see if Zack wanted to come but he was too enamored with his new system to hear a word she said. He was left their as Cody and Dustin enjoyed the fire snuggled on the coach. By the time Zack got up it was late. Cody and Dustin had dozed off on the coach. He looked around for his mother and found no sign of her. He looked back over at the coach with an evil look plastered on his face.
