Cody awoke to the sounds of sobs, he felt something convulsing in his arms with each sob. He looked at the clock, it was seven in the morning he had barely gotten any sleep and it took forever to get Dustin to sleep. He cried throughout the night, even now that he was asleep the tears wouldn't stop. Cody hugged the boy tighter and stroked his hair talking quietly to him.

"It's okay, I'm here. Everything is going to be okay" he whispered gently. Dustin clutched Cody's shirt tightly, Cody felt horrible that he could do nothing more to help him.

"Cody" his small voice called out.

"Yes Dus" Cody said gently.

"I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry" he said through sobs. Cody was surprised by this.

"Dustin...you have nothing to be sorry about. This was not your fault, it was that damn Zack's fault. I swear I'm going to kill him for this" Cody said.

"I couldn't stop him Cody. I tried but I just couldn't. I'm sorry, I feel like...I feel like I've cheated on you" Dustin said sobbing.

"Dustin" Cody said trying to get the boy to look at him. All Dustin did was sob into his shirt.

"Dustin look at me" Cody said. As Dustin looked up Cody kissed him, it was a deep kiss but it was also gentle and comforting. "I promise you Dustin I will always love you. This was not your fault and you shouldn't blame yourself." Soon after Dustin fell back asleep his sobs subsiding slightly.

Dustin was still asleep when Cody got up, it was around noon. He got dressed and left the cabin heading towards the hotel. He had no idea what he was going to do all he knew is that he was pissed and deprived of sleep.

As he knocked on the hotel door his mother opened the door.

"Hey honey what's going on" Carey asked.

"Where's Zack" he growled.

"In the other room? Why?" She asked. Cody didn't even respond he just walked in and headed towards the second room. Zack shot up as Cody bust through the door. Before he could speak Cody swung and connected with his face as hard as he could, as Zack stumbled backwards Cody grabbed his shirt yanked him forward and sent another punch at his brother. After the punch connected Cody threw his stunned brother to floor.

"If you ever touch Dustin again Zack I swear I will kill you" Cody threatened. He then turned around and walked out of the room. Carey stood there stunned.

"What happened" she asked baffled.

"Go ask him" Cody grunted as he left the room.

Dustin woke up with a jolt followed by a sharp pain by his sudden movement. He looked around trying to find Cody. His heart sank when he was nowhere to be found. He called out and when he didn't hear a response he started to cry.

As Cody entered the house he heard sobs echo through the halls, he quickly flung his jacket and ran to the bedroom where Dustin was. He ran over and hugged the boy tightly.

"Ssssh" he whispered to Dustin "what's wrong"

"Co...Cody your back" he said through sobs "I thought you...I thought you left and I..." Dustin couldn't even continue speaking through his tears. Cody hugged the boy tighter.

"I told you I'm not going anywhere" Cody said softly "all I did was go pay my brother a visit that's all"

At that moment a loud knock rang through the house. As Cody went to get up Dustin grabbed his shirt, Cody smiled at the boy and placed a chaste kiss on his cheek.

"Don't worry I'll be back" he said as he got up. He went to the door and opened it a tiny bit just in case it was Zack trying to get him back for punching him. To his surprise it was his mother. She looked very annoyed and very worried.

"Umm hi mom" Cody said with a surprised stutter.

"You know" she sighed "before I start where's Dustin" she said.

"He's in the bedroom but I don't think he wants any visitors right now" Cody said hesitantly. She didn't care, she walked right past Cody towards the bedroom.

"Mom I really don't think he wants to see anybody right now" Cody said rather loudly as a warning to dustin. As she entered the room Dustin was nowhere to be seen but there was an odd mound in the blankets on the bed. Carey sat down on the edge of the bed

"Dustin, sweetie come out please." The blankets shook a bit as if saying no. Carey frowned a little

"Please Dustin"'she asked again.

"I...I can't" Dustin squeaked from below the covers.

"Why is that" Carey replied.

"Well um firstly I'm kinda not wearing any uh clothes" he squeaked "second I can't move because if I do it really hurts." Carey gave Cody a look as if to say get him out from under there.

"Hey mom why don't you step into the hall real quick and I'll see if I can get Dustin situated a little better" he pleaded. Carey obliged by getting up. After about five minutes she was invited back in and Dustin was sitting leaning against the headboard with a shirt on and the blankets covering his lower half. Carey sat back down on the bed.

"Ok so before I start on what you did Cody I have to ask if your all right Dustin. I don't know the full story but what I did get out of Zack lead me to believe I needed to check on you" she said.

"I'm...alright" he said hesitantly " Cody what did you do" Dustin asked with a scared tone. Carey didn't look to pleased with his answer but didn't pursue it further.

"Don't worry about it Dustin. Mom why don't we go into the other room to talk"'Cody said nervously.

" if you don't mind would you talk about it in here. As much as it would pain me to chase after you guys and I mean that quite literally I will if I have to"'Dustin said with that stubborn look on his face. Cody sighed

"Very well I'd rather only have one argument today" he said sitting next to Dustin.

"Ok well where do I start. First I know that you did what you did to defend Dustin but almost breaking Zack's nose is no way to solve your problem Cody. Not only does it make matters worse but now instead of punishing Zack I have to punish you as well" Carey said.

"Wait hold up you did WHAT Cody" Dustin said with a very annoyed tone.

"Oh you didn't know Dustin. Cody here stopped by this morning said three words than have Zack to punches right to the nose. It was quite a mess. It took me awhile to help Zack and I got a small portion of the story from him and by that I mean he told me he did something bad to you and that's it. Would either of you like to tell me the full story" she asked. Dustin looked down at the sheets.

"Mom I think right now is not the best time or place to tell you that story" Cody said.

"It's fine Cody you can tell her" Dustin said in a very meek voice. Cody looked at him a bit stunned.

"Fine. Mom you want to know what he did I'll tell you" Cody said "he raped Dustin last night. He handcuffed me to the couch ripped off Dustin's clothes and raped him and he wasn't gentle about it at all. Zack got what he deserved hopefully it takes him just as long to stop that bloody nose as it did for me to clean up the blood and seamen on Dustin"

"Blood" Carey asked surprised. Dustin started to cry a bit and Cody put his arms around him.

"Yes blood. Zack is bigger than me and when your not used to it and there's nothing to make it easier to enter there tends to be blood"

Carey was stunned. She didn't know what to do, she had come here ready to punish depending on the crime but she drew a blank. Finally she gave a deep sigh

"So Dustin I have a favor to ask you, I know to some extent it has already been happening but it would probably be best if Zack and Cody don't see each other for awhile so if you wouldn't mind can Cody live with you permanently for awhile?" She asked.

"I don't mind at all" Dustin replied with the biggest smile on his face.

"I figured you wouldn't. Now Cody listen, I'm going to start taking Zack to a therapist so the money I've been sending you is going to decrease some. I hope you don't mind" she said. Cody sighed

"I don't mind mom but you have no idea what you just started saying that" Cody said looking over at Dustin.
