"Switching schools. I've never even thought about it. If I even asked my father he would freak" Dustin said.
"What if you could though"
"If I could I'd do it in a heart beat but that will never happen" he said.
"Well if you want to we can at least ask" Cody said.
"It's out of the question Cody. My dad would never agree plus it's almost impossible to reach him as well. Can we drop it now" Dustin said kissing Cody.
"Fine fine I promise I won't bug you anymore about this. Can we just go to bed. I'm tired, today didn't go exactly as planned and I'm tired" Cody said.
"Bye babe" Cody said giving Dustin a kiss goodbye. He still felt bad about their fight but things seemed to settle down. As soon as Dustin left he went to the phone and pressed the speed dial on the phone.
"Hello Dustin. Is something wrong son" he hears a gruff voice answer the phone.
"Umm hello sir" Cody said nervously.
"Who is this. Why are you calling on my sons phone" the voice demanded. Cody was almost too nervous to answer.
"I'm...I'm a good friend of your sons and well I wanted to talk to you about something important"
"Is he okay" the voice said.
"Well yes and no" Cody said.
"What's wrong with him"
"Well I found out he's been having some problems at school and well I think it would be best for him if he switches" Cody said. Cody heard the man laugh.
"I don't know who you are but your talking nonsense. My son is a strait A student and has plenty of friends. Now whoever this is I recommend you hang up and leave my sons apartment before I call the cops" the voice said before hanging up.
Cody hung up and sat on the couch dejectedly. He didn't know if Dustin's father was misinformed or just too busy to care. Either way he had to figure something out to try and help Dustin. He sat around the entire day trying to think of something until Dustin came home.
"Hey Cody" Dustin said tossing his bag to the ground as he entered the apartment.
"Hey Dustin. So about yesterday" he said with a brief pause.
"Don't worry about it. It was my fault as well for acting that way. As far as I can tell were even" he said laying on Cody on the couch and giving him a kiss.
"Good because I missed out last night and I was hoping I could get a double out of you tonight" Cody said with a smile.
"We will see" Dustin said as he began kissing Cody. Suddenly they heard the door to the elevator ding.
"Who's that"'Cody asked.
"I don't know. The only people allowed up here are the ones with the passcode" Dustin said. As the door opened a man in a black suite and tie appeared. He was much taller than Cody and had a greater build as well. He had a strong jaw line that made him look intimidating but the presence he gave off was intimidating as well.
"D...Dad" Dustin stuttered as the man entered the apartment.
