I'm happy with how fast this chapter was written. I'm actually thinking things up for this as I go along, so I don't have many plans for what should happen. I have one or two, but that's it.

Disclaimer: I don't own DC Comics, JL, or JLU. If I did, the Bat and Flash Families would be at the center of everything.

Wally's POV

Why does the phone have to be so loud?

The redhead groaned sleepily as he felt around the top of his bedside table. Finding the offending object, he took it off the receiver and held it to his ear. "Hello?" he mumbled.

"Flash, you're needed at the Watchtower," a deep voice responded.

"Bats? Why are you calling my house at," tired eyes glanced at an alarm clock, "3:00 AM?"

The Dark Knight's tone practically screamed 'DANGER! DANGER! TRED CAREFULLY!' as he growled out, "Somebody turned off his comm. Which is supposed to be on at all times in case of an emergency situation!"

Wally was unaffected by the implications of that statement, however. He'd known Batman for years now, and knew that he got irritated when what little sleep he actually gets is interrupted. Without even responding, the speedster hung up, change, and called the Watchtower to zeta beam him up.

Soon Flash was in a conference room along with Batman and Martian Manhunter. Apparently, the alien had some news of 'great importance' (that just couldn't've waited another few hours).

"Yesterday evening," J'onn began, "a child named Cassandra Sandmark arrived on Themyscira and requested Wonder Woman's presence. When she discovered that the princess no longer lived on the island, she told Queen Hippolyta to send a file to her immediately. The order was agreed to, because Miss Sandmark is the daughter of the god Zeus and has been gifted with superhuman abilities."

Wally didn't understand why he was here. So Diana has a new maybe-sidekick. What did that have to do with him?

Then he read the copy of the file J'onn had given him, and all of his mental processes stopped.

"The clone," continued the Martian, "has been discreetly retrieved from Cadmus Labs and is currently under the process of having any negative pre-programming erased from his mind."

That sentence let Wally think again. A little him? WHAT?! Looking at his colleagues, he was embarrassed to discover that he had voiced his thoughts.

J'onn seemed amused before speaking once again. "Observation has shown that the clone is not a product of Flash's genetic code." He then displayed a picture of a young boy on the screen on the wall behind him.

The speedster gasped. The hair was blonde, and the eyes were blue, but there was no mistaking where, or rather who, the DNA for him came from. He managed to choke out a single word.

"Bart."

"Wow…. That's….. Wow," Barry said.

After the meeting, Wally went to pick up his son (Er… First son. What am I gonna do? I'm barely able to raise Bart, letalonethisnewone!) at his aunt and uncle house and told them everything. The more thought about the new child, the more panicked he became. He was vibrating when he found Iris's hand on his shoulder.

"Wally, son," she began as their eyes met, "I know our family is growing faster than even any of us expected it to, but that'sa good thing. You can never have enough family; enough love." Her eyes softened. "Many can only wish for what we have."

The second Flash decided to add his two cents. "Yeah! There's not a day when I don't wonder what it would be like if I grew up with my brother."

The younger redhead smiled at his honorary parents. He thought for a second before stating, "Malcolm. That's sounds like it'd be a good name, or at least a good middle name. Hmmm… Thaddeus Malcolm West. We could call him Thad. I'll tell Bruce to make the papers I need again."

Barry's eyes filled up with water as he and Iris smiled at their nephew."

Bart's POV

Bart loved his family. He really did! He loved training with his dad, talking with his grandma and grandpa, and playing with his cousins. He couldn't imagine having one of them not liking him. (Tim says it's painful. Family shouldn't be painful. EspeciallynotTim's!) That being said, he never even thought about siblings.

Until he overheard his dad talking about his other son. (I have a brother! Myownlittlebrother!)

The Speedster couldn't stop smiling. As soon as he heard the adults' conversation, he ran to his the redhead and hugged him. The older of the two was surprised for a minute in subjective time before returning the hug. They went home soon so Wally could make a called to Uncle Bruce. (Tim had told his friend to call him that.) Not long after, he was playing in his room with his best friend.

Wally's POV

Wally couldn't help but blink is confusion and awe as he stared at the paper in his hand. Bruce had come over with an envelope containing similar documentation as the one he got after Bart came along, but there was one extra; One he was staring at now.

"B, this a deed to a house." When silence met his statement, he reiterated. "You bought me a house."

The man sitting across from him nodded before saying, "Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a half, an open kitchen leading into a spacious living room, plenty of storing space in the attic, and a spare room to use at your preference. The neighborhood is child-friendly, and it's in the same school district you're in now."

Wally looked at the picture of it on the deed. It was a nice place. The outside walls were white and the shutters were tan. It looked big, though the speedster couldn't really be sure of that from a picture, and the yard was nice. He was just finishing his examination when he heard his friend's dad speak again, "Also, since you have not done so already, I have taken the liberty of making myself the godfather of your children."

The Speedster looked at the Bat. He blinked. Once. Twice. Then said, "Um… Sure Bruce. I'd be honored for you to be their godfather. (Why does this seemed reversed?) The other man only nodded in affirmation.

After the adults had finished a cup of coffee, of eleven in Wally's case, Bruce said movers were coming by in one week, and then the two bats left. The redhead decided to give up on trying to figure the Dark Knight out.

TBA…

So, I just saw 'The Giver.' I'm actually very impressed about how true to the book it was. If you've not seen it already, you should.

Anyway, comments? Concerns? Questions? Please review. Any suggestions are taken into consideration.

NOTE: Barry Allen did have a twin brother who, because of a drunk doctor, was given to another family. His Name was Malcolm Thawne, and he became a villain known as Cobalt Blue.
