Summary
When Rachel walked into Callbacks one night, she meets a girl who takes her breath away and they begin to talk then they become friends that move in together at some point. What if Rachel soon realizes that she might having feelings for her after they move into the loft in Bushwick together.
Will they be just friends or will it grow into a romantic relationship. Rachel can be with a girl or guy in this story. She's not putting a label on it.
How will Kurt and Santana react to Rachel being with a girl? How will Finn be when he shows up months later?
Kurt will be in the Second chapter and in the story from now on. Santana will move in a little later into the story.
Rachel and OC romantic story with friendships on the side. I hope you all like this new story. Rated T in the beginning but it will change Rated M later into the story.
There is some Rachel and Meena moments in the next few chapters that will push Simone into asking Rachel to be her girlfriend. You'll just have to keep reading to see when that happens.

In Simone's POV.
Today was Saturday and Kurt was at work. I quickly got ready for the day then left before I could hear more about Rachel's night with her old girlfriend. Kurt had work once again even if it was Saturday. He had to go in for a few hours then he was coming home for our Movie night. He's putting all his focus in his work at Vogue. com since his breakup with his boyfriend Blaine.
I'm on my way to my aunt's house. She lives in Soho which is the Lower parts of Manhattan. I live in Brooklyn which my parents weren't too happy about but it's my life and I was tired of living in the stuffy and small dorms at NYADA. Could you guess who my aunt is? Yeah the only and only Miss Cassandra July. She's my biological mom's sister.
My last name is Edwards because it's my mother's last name. Remeber I have two moms. My parents found a doner to donate his sperm to have and here I am.
I'm now off the subway and walking towards My aunt's place. It's not too far. Only a few more blocks. My phone starts buzzing and I see Rachel calling me. I might aswell answer it.
"Hey Rae what's up?"
"Where are you? You left before you could tell me about your night with the girls." I could hear her moving around in the background while talking to me. Where is she going?
"I'm out and about. I'm visiting my aunt for a little bit in Soho. I'll back before our movie night. What are you up to?"
"I'm about to go meet Meena for lunch. We wanted to hang out more before tonight. Text me later?" Great she was hanging out with her more? I think one day is enough but it's not up to me who she hangs out with.
"Yeah I do that babe." I tell her with a smile on my face. I really do like her.
"Alright see you later. Bye." I say bye and hang up putting my phone in my pocket.
When I finally get to Cassie's place, I walk inside and find her apartment number and knock on the door. She opened the door a few minutes later and let's me in.
"What are you doing here?" She asked me as she sits back down on her couch, taking out a fresh cigarette out and puts a lighter against it then inhales it before blowing out puffs of smoke.
"Really is that your doing these days? killing your lungs with that stuff?" She stared at me for a few minutes giving me a hard stare and keeps blowing.
"What the hell are you doing here Simone? It's 12:30 in the afternoon. Don't you have plans with your friends or something?"
"I needed to talk to you about something. I thought it was best that we didn't talk at NYADA since you don't want people to know that I'm your niece." She just stares at me.
"Why are you here?" I shrugged my shoulders and looked around her nice place.
"Simone for real what are you doing here? Did you get into a fight with your moms?" I shook my head no. I don't fight with my moms.
"You know I'm into girls right and I'm currently seeing somebody but it's not offical yet. You remeber me telling you and my mom's that?" She just nods telling me to go on.
Herself was also into the ladies but she hasn't been with anybody since her best friend in college broke her heart. I think that's why she's so bitter around others.
"I really like her but now it's getting to the point where I don't know what to do."
"What do you mean you don't know what to do?"
"Her old girlfriend just came back into her life and they seem to be hitting off again."
"Who's her old girlfriend anyways? Does she go to NYADA?"
"Meena Carter and yes she does." She raised an eyebrow at me shaking her head.
"Damn your trying to win this girl's heart against Meena Carter? She's the best dancer in my class besides you of course. It also doesn't help that she's gorgeous and has a knock out body. It also doesn't help that her breasts are pretty damn huge." I glared at her. I have big breast too. My just happen to be real unlike Meena's.
"What's your point Aunt Cassandra?"
"First tell me the name of this girl your seeing?"
"Rachel Berry." Her eyes stared hard into my mine. I know she has something against Rachel but I don't care. I'm not going to stop seeing her.
"You and Schwimmer are seeing each other and yet she might have something going on with Meena?" I just nodded my head, ignoring the stupid nickname she has for Rachel. She doesn't look like David Schwimmer.
"I say forget about her. Schwimmer can't handle a girl like you." I tolled my eyes at her.
"Your just saying about that because you have something against her. You need to control your anger around other people. Rachel doesn't know anything about you. She doesn't deserve the bullshit your putting her through. She's a freshman."
"When have I ever been nice to Freshman?"
"I don't care what you think Cassie. Rachel is doing everything she could to get through in your class. Chill a little."
"Fine I'll cool it down a little but she's not the best dancer in the world."
"Yes she makes it up by singing. You should hear her sing." She stared at me.
"You really like her? She's not your girlfriend yet right?" I smile just thinking about Rachel.
"No she's not my girlfriend yet. But I'm working on it." She grabbed my hand since I was sitting next to her.
"Don't give up on that. Work your way up to asking her that question. Now might not be the right time but you'll know when it's time and just do it."
I'll keep that in mind but I need to know more about her life these days.
"Are you ever going to tell me who you were in love with in college that left you heartbroken and bitter?" She took a deep breath forgetting all about her cigarette and looked away from me.
"Her name was Shelby Corcoran. We were best friends but I was in love with her aswell." Was she for real? I know who she's talking about.
"You were in love with your best friend named Shelby Corcoran? This isn't good." She looked at me slowly.
"Huh? What are you talking about Simone? Why isn't it good?" I just shook my head.
"No wonder your harsh towards Rachel. She brings back memories for you and you have no clue why." She stares at me confused.
"Simone what the fuck are you talking about? Stop beating around the bush and tell me." It's pretty clear now.
"Aunt Cassie. I can't really tell you wants going on but maybe you should talk to Rachel about your best friend." She scuffed not wanting to talk to her.
"Drinking your life away and smoking isn't going to bring Shelby back into your life Aunt Cassie. Get sober for real and find her. But first talk to Rachel."
She stares at me in disbelief.
"Why should I ask Schwimmer about Shelby Corcoran?"
"Because It's the right thing to do. I need to go but please do it at some point or else your going to drive yourself insane with wonder." I tell her before leaving.
With Rachel and Meena.
Rachel walked into this nice Vegetarian restaurant in Greenwich Village that Meena told her to meet her at. When she walked into the place, she saw Meena waving her over.
"Over here Rachel." She smiled at her and watched Meena get up. Rachel smiles hugging her then they sit down.
"I'm so glad you could join me today. Tonight is going to be fun but I wanted to see more of you and talk about last night." Rachel smiled just thinking about tomorrow.
She had a great time last night at the club. Meena kept making her smile and laugh all night.
I know your vegan and I'm Vegetarian myself so I thought it would be great to come here. It would get you out of Bushwick for awhile."
"Well it looks nice and this menu seems nice. Thanks for inviting me." Meena smiles at her before looking at the menu.
"Hey Rach you could look at one menu. I noticed she didn't put another menu for you." Rachel frowned looking down and saw that there wasn't a menu for her. She might aswell look at Meena's menu.
"You don't mind?" She pulled Rachel's chair closer to hers and stared into her eyes.
"Does this look like I mind Rachel?" Rachel blushed a little and shook her head no. She had to admit Meena looked good today. She looked really good last night but today she looks really good.
"So you ready to figure out what you want?" She nodded and they looked and Meena decided that she was going to get a Veggie Burrito with a side of Guacamole & Tortilla Chips with a Pepsi for a drink.
"You know what you want yet Rach?" Rachel smiled up at her and nodded.
"Yeah I'm going to get a Grilled Veggie Burger and Veggies & Tofu Combo Salad. I'm going to have a pepsi aswell." Meena says that sounds good.
They tell the waitress what they want when she comes over to them. She smiles saying okay after writing it all down and leaves.
"Do you mind me sharing some of your salad with you?" Rachel was surprised that she wanted some of her salad.
"No I don't mind, I wanted some of your food aways." Meena nods.
"That's fine. I wanted to share anyways."
Rachel goes back to her spot and they smile when Rachel's salad comes and Meena's side of Guacamole & Tortilla Chips come along with their drinks.
Meena picks up her fork and started eating some of her. Rachel giggled when Meena took the piece she wanted.
"Hey that was supposed to be mine." She whines.
"Well too bad because I already ate it." Rachel glared at her playfully.
"So do you think your going to get spot in the winter showcase?" She stared Meena really unsure.
"I have a feeling your going to get it. You have an amazing voice." Rachel stared at her then goes back to eating her salad. Meena starts to steal more when Rachel slaps her hand away.
"Stop it's mine." Meena grins and went back to eating her food.
Their main meals comes a few minutes later and they agree that the food is really good. They talked more and ate then Meena paid for both of them.
"You didn't have to do that." She waves her off.
"It's fine really. I invited you last night anyways. It's my treat. Save your money." Rachel just said okay.
"I'll pay you back somehow."
"No need Rach. I told you it was my treat. Promise me?"
"Come on." She whines.
"Promise me Rachel Barbra Berry." She says firmly.
"Fine I promise." They get up when it was time to go and walk out saying good bye.
"You want to hang out back at my apartment for awhile before going back to your place?"' Rachel thought about it.
"No I think I'm just going to see you tonight. You can even stay the night." Meena says okay and hugs her before they go different ways.
Simone watched Rachel and Kurt as they pick the movies. Rachel was pouting holding up a movie.
"Please no Funny Girl tonight. Put it back, I'm not in the mood for that Rachel." Simone heard Kurt say. She chuckled shaking her head. She went back to thinking about her conversation with with her aunt Cassie. She knew it was wrong to hint to her aunty that Rachel knew something about her college best friend.
It was up to Cassie to stop being being so bitchy and bitter and just ask Rachel anything.
"Simone babe are you okay?" She looked up at Rachel and Kurt to see them looking at with concern in their eyes.
"Yeah I'm fine. What should I do to get this movie night started?" Rachel walks over to bending down pecking her lips then pulls back with a smile.
"Can you order the pizzas for us babe?" Rachel hands her the list of what they wanted. She nodded and calls for the food. She noticed that Meena's name was on the paper and what she wanted. She growls softly but calms down and calls anyways.
There was knock on the door and Rachel smiles brightly rushing towards the door, sliding it open. Simone see Meena smiling while hugging Rachel.
Meena stared at Simone for a few minutes seeing the jealousy in her eyes. She looked away from her and hands Rachel the food bag while she held her overnight bag.
"I brought your favorite snacks that I remebered you liked whenever you were over at my house." She stared at Meena then looked into the bag and squeals.
"Oh my god no you didn't. I can't believe you remebered what I liked." Simone frowns watching Rachel wrap her arms around Meena's neck holding onto her for a little bit.
Kurt stared at the two then stared at Simone to see her glaring hard at Meena. Rachel was so clueless when it came to Simone's feelings towards Meena but on the other hand Simone needs to woman up and ask Rachel to be her girlfriend before she moves on to Meena Carter once again. Kurt thought.
"So who's ready to watch the first movie?" Simone says wanting them to stop hugging. Both girls stared at her with smiles.
"I am, are you Rach?" She nodded grabbing her hand pulling her over to the couch.
"Meena you can put your stuff in my room. You you can sleep in my room tonight while I sleep in Simone's room with her." Meena says okay getting up and Rachel showed her to put her stuff.
Kurt stared at Simone wondering if she's okay.
"Are you going to be okay tonight while she's here?" She just glared at him and sat down on the couch.
Hell no she wasn't going to be okay about Rachel's ex spending the night here and watching movies with them. It was their thing and here Meena was cutting into her Rachel and Kurt bonding time.
"Simone?"
"What Kurt?" She snapped at him.
"Are you okay?" She just sighs and looked at the time.
"I need to go pick up the pizzas. I'll be be right back and to your answer your question Kurt?" He stares at her.
"I'm fucking thrilled to have her here with us for the evening." She whispers sarcastically before leaving.
Kurt sighs thinking one thing. "It's going to be a long night." He thought before going back to getting everything set up.
