Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted I've been really busy and I just got over the flu, so yeah! Anyway ere's the next chapter.

Alex's Pov.

Kendall told me about what happened with him and Jo. I told him what she said was supposed to hit to him that she was ready for a relationship, and that she wanted him.

He freaked out and got all mad at himself which isn't good for his anxiety. He said that he couldn't tell because she hid all her emotions.

I told him to calm down and that it's her hiding her feelings from him. He didn't know why she did that and I told him it was because she doesn't know what to do and doesn't want to push him away.

He babbled on for a little but I had had enough. I told him to take a day away from everyone to clear his head, and figure out his feelings.

He really just didn't want to do all this, it was exhausting to him to work this hard for a relationship.

I told him its not an obstacle course, but just he needs to take it slow and let his feelings do the work.

He said he would take a day away and I was honestly very thankful for that.

Jo's Pov.

After Camille freaked out on me I went home and decided I needed a break from everyone even Kendall, it's to hard to be around him.

I honestly can't take another day of not having Kendall.

He's just so tall and handsome as hell. He's so bad, but he does it so well. It hurts to be in love with your friend, and know they have feelings for you too but they won't make a move.

I guess a day or two away from everyone should be good because being around everyone who doesn't even know what I am going through or understand is just so frustrating.

Kendall's Pov.

I listened to Alex and decided to just take tomorrow away from the house. So after hanging out for a while I decided to go to bed but didn't get much sleep because of dreams.

I woke up around 8 am and got dressed in a zip-up hoody and shorts, it wasn't the nicest day, but whatever.

I went to the gym which is always good. I decided to go to a short therapy session and that felt pretty good. Then I got some lunch and walked along the board walk.

I've really wanted to get back to surfing I learned in Hawaii but that was a long time ago. So I decided to go into a surfboard shop and get one.

I bought a bathing suit because I realized I didn't even have one. I walked along the beach and found a separated spot that was a good spot to get started.

There wasn't that many people on the beach so I t was a good place, I kicked off my sneakers and looked around for people before I took off my shirt. I'm still not that comfortable around people. I threw my stuff on my sneakers and headed in.

I wiped out a bunch of times trying to stand up but I eventually got it. Then I completely wiped out and it hurt a lot so I got out. I dried of and just sat on my board for a little I looked over and saw the rocks jetting out into the ocean so I went and walked pretty far down.

I stood there and thought about Russia.

Then Jo and my family.

I can't just wait around for forever, I can't be afraid of the love of pain. I have to put myself out there if I wanna be happy, and make Jo happy.

I can't stand seeing her upset or hurt. It's just scary how we've gone from best friends to awkward friends who both have feelings for each other.

It's really not fair to Jo, but as of now my Navy Life come's first. But what I want is next, and she's it.

I looked at the time and it was around 5:30 so I decided to head back, I turned around and saw someone sitting on my board.

As I walked closer I saw it was Jo, then I started to think about my scares and if she saw them.

'Be Nice!' I thought to myself.

As I got closer she stood up, she was wearing shorter leggings and a cute sweater, she was holding my sweatshirt. SHIT!

"Hey Jo!" I said giving her a small smile

"Hey, what's up?" She said shyly.

"Nothing just thought It would be good to take a day away from everything." I said, she really just looked so cute tucking her hair behind her ear.

"That's always nice, learning how to surf?" She said and I saw her look me up and down real quick, which made me a little nervous about my scares.

"I learned in Hawaii but that was along time ago." I said laughing a little.

"That's fun, wow it's really cold." She said shivering a little.

"Defiantly." I Said then reached for my sweatshirt in her hand, which brought my face right down next to her's. I just looked close into her eyes then to her lips. I wanted to kiss her so bad.

But I just couldn't.
