Chapter 6: Well that just happened!
Rito went through the interview with ease, he was trying to get a hold of Nadeshiko in his dressing room afterwards but she wasn't picking up at all.
"What has gotten into that girl?! She hasn't texted me today at all!" Rito said annoyed.
"Rito calm down," Yua sighed watching the young talent trudge up and down in his dressing room.

"Ikuto no! That one makes you look down right desperate, try this one!" Amu said excited and pushed Ikuto back into the dressing room.
"Why am I here again?" Nadeshiko asked.
"Because Ikuto needed a second opinion that wasn't mine and we all know you are a fashion expert!" Amu said grinning. "I can't believe Ikuto has a date! Its so exciting!" Amu said excited.
Nadeshiko giggled, "It certainly is surprising, who is it Ikuto?" Nadeshiko asked.
Ikuto grinned, "That cutey, what was his name again, ah yea Takano!" Ikuto came out in a tight black sleeves tank top.
"This?"
"No!" Nadeshiko said horrified, she gave him a plain white t-shirt and a dark blue checkered shirt. "Try that instead!"
"Oh Nadi can you believe it! My Ikuto is going on his first real date tonight!" Amu said excited.
"But Amu aren't you even a little disappointed? I mean this means Ikuto will spend less time with you, doesn't it?"
"NOOO! I didn't think of that at all! Ikuto you're not allowed to forget me!" Amu yelled at the dressing room.
Ikuto came out in the shirts Nadeshiko gave him.
"I'd never do that Amu! You're my best friend forever, besides bro's before ho's." Ikuto said smirking and the two hugged.
"Sometimes I wonder how you two aren't just dating," Nadeshiko sweatdropped.
"Not my type," "I'm to gay for that." Both said at the same time and burst out laughing.
"Anyway Nadi," Ikuto and Amu said smirking "how are things with Rito?"
Nadeshiko sighed, "Good."
"What's wrong?"
"N-nothing!" Nadeshiko said quickly.
"It's clearly not nothing, tell us whats up," Ikuto said and the two trapped Nadeshiko in a hug.
"Its just Rito and Rima can't be seen together and I want all 3 of us to be together, I want to spend time with Rito because I'm hopelessly in love with him but I want to spend time with Rima as well cause she's my best friend." Nadeshiko said smiling.
"Aww Nadi," Amu said.
"Bro's before ho's Nadi," Ikuto said. "I know her brother is hot as fuck but friends always come first!" Ikuto said and Amu nodded.
"I mean just look at Ikuto and I!" Amu said.
"People think you are dating," Nadeshiko pointed out.
"I have an idea! Why not just date Rima!" Ikuto said in a know it all kind of way "that way you get the looks of Rito and the friendship of Rima in one!"
"They do look very similar," Amu said thoughtful.
"Guys I'm not interested in girls!" Nadeshiko said horrified.
"Don't knock it till you try it Nadi," Ikuto said winking.
"The day I date Rima is the day you and Amu start dating!" Nadeshiko told Ikuto.
"Fair enough," Ikuto said and went back in the dressing room to get out of the outfit he had put on.
"Well Nadi maybe you should speak to Rima about how you feel?" Amu asked as they waited for Ikuto.
"I'd feel bad for making her feel bad, its not their fault they keep Rima a secret so that the paparazzi don't swarm her wherever she goes." Nadeshiko sighs.
"How serious are you about Rito Nadi?" Amu asked seriously "I know he's good looking but is he really someone you can imagine yourself spending the rest of your life with?"
"I… I've never thought of that…" Nadeshiko admitted.
"Well maybe you should, because you might lose a friend if things go wrong between you and Rito."
"Listen Amu… I'm gonna go, I need to think about this," Nadeshiko said and left.
"Where did Nadi go?" Ikuto asked when he walked out the dressing room.
"She needed time to think and left early. Now then do you have everything for your date tonight?" Amu asked and Ikuto nodded.
(Later that night)
"Amu?" Ikuto's raspy voice whispered into the phone.
"Ikuto is that you?" Amu asked confused.
"Ye-yea… can I come in?" Ikuto half sobbed "I'm outside your house…"
Amu quickly rushed to the door and opened it to find a red faced Ikuto, he'd clearly been crying.
"What happened Ikuto?!" she asked shocked.
"T-takano… It was all a prank… they… they verbally bullied me for being g-gay…" Ikuto sobbed.
"Ikuto!" Amu said sadly and hugged him tightly, "Come on in, I'll get you a nice cup of hot chocolate and then we can watch some chick flicks before we fall asleep." Amu said gently and Ikuto nodded.
"I'd like that…"
~*Monday at school*~
Amu and Ikuto walked down the hallway arm in arm till Ikuto was tripped by non other then Takano.
"What is it fag? To scared to hit me?" Takano asked smirking "or are you scared you break a nail?" Takano laughed.
Amu punched Takano, "Get a fucking life asshole!" Amu snapped angry, "If you ever touch Ikuto again I'll make you wish you were dead!" she warned.
"Thanks Amu…" Ikuto said as Amu helped him up.
"It's no problem, what are friends for!" Amu said smiling.
"You're pretty strong for someone so small," Ikuto said as they kept walking to their classroom.
"What can I say? My best friend is gay I had to be able to know how to punch someone to kill the idiot that decides to break your heart!" Amu said smirking.
"I think I'm over dating for a while…" Ikuto admitted. "I don't like being made fun of like that…" he sighed.
"It's totally understandable Ikuto! If you ever need a shoulder to lean on you know I'm always here for you! Besides you know that when I turn 30 and we're both still single you will be getting married to me," Amu joked.
"I know," Ikuto laughed.
Kimiko: Okay so this chapter was more about Amu and Ikuto but its cause I felt like going into their story a bit more but yea this story might go a bit quicker then I initially thought it would so please look forward to the next chapter ^_^ Thanks to everyone who reviewed the last chapter!
