She shook her head. "Look at Miroku! He's in love and he's strong!"

"The perverted monk is weak now that he has lost his curse." He replied.

"That is your opinion. Anyways, I don't believe that love makes you weak," She argued. "Love makes you stronger; it brings out the best of you."

"And the worst." He countered, amber eyes flashing.

"Why are you so negative?" She asked suddenly. "You do not even know what it's like to be in love."

He stepped closer to her, face inches from hers. He relished in the way she blushed at their proximity.
