She pursed her lips together, hoping it would stop herself from saying anything else that was insanely stupid. However, when they just stayed like that for a while, she grew nervous. "Um, thanks for cheering me up, Sesshoumaru."

Though his arm was not touching her, it was close enough from him to feel the heat of her body. Golden pools flickered with a new desire to do something unthinkable. He moved his arm forward so it touched right above her chest and swiftly curved it towards him, pressing her back firmly against his chest. "You are welcome, Kagome." He purred.
