Chapter 65

"Something I don't understand though, is why you're here" Arygyn stated "Your mother sent you away, or at least attempted to, in order to protect you from the Atmosians and the War"

"What d'you mean?" she asked.

"You shouldn't have been able to come back" he verified.

Angel nodded, now understanding his words.
"Well, I don't know why I'm here. I don't know how I got here. But, I'm figuring it has something to do with my sister"

Arygyn scoffed a little as he answered "What makes you think your sister has something to do with you being here? She left the Atmos last year and, as far as I'm aware, she hasn't returned"

"But she's here now" Digger stated.

They stared at the older male as his face contorted with confusion.

"What's wrong?" Angel asked.

The two friends observed the warrior as his face turned grimmer.
"I need to look into something" he told them "Follow me"
He picked himself up off his rock and began to walk away.

"Where are we going?" Angel asked before he could get far. He turned back to them

"I need you to not ask questions and to stay with someone until I come back" he told them.
Then, without a word, by pointing toward their vehicle, he ordered them to follow before shifting into a rather large colourful bird and taking off.

Digger and Angel shared a concerned, curious look before getting onto their ride and taking off after their new protector.

The Storm Hawks landed on a refuelling Terra. They needed to gather supplies and needed to get something to eat, especially since Junko had emptied the fridge about an hour earlier.

He was concerned, that was one reason as to why he ate…well, at the moment at least.

He was concerned about Aerrow. He hadn't been the same since Blinx had left.
Finn had said he'd spoken to him, but didn't elaborate too well on what they'd spoken about.

Junko was also concerned about their pilot. He'd heard Stork crying on a few occasions, obviously when he thought no-one could hear him.
Stork and Blinx never really had a relationship…as far as he was aware. They'd gotten along but they were never really social. They both kept more to themselves or she hung out with Radarr.
Junko had figured out long ago that she wasn't really a people person.

'Thinking of Radarr, where is the little fella?'.
The sky rat had disappeared and had actually been missing for twenty-four hours now, but Junko was the first to notice this fact.

"Hey, where Radarr?" he asked Piper as she walked by him with a loaded box.

"I dunno. He's probably hiding or with Aerrow"

Said red headed sky knight appeared at the top of the ramp and began making his way down towards them.

Junko smiled lightly at his friend as he posed a question.
"Hey, Aerrow. I haven't seen Radarr around, do you know where he is?"

the ranga simply shook his head and made his way into the Diner that the Terra provided. Finn emerged at the top pf the ramp, watching as his friend walked away from the ship. Junko's ears and jovial demeanour dropped sadly.

"Um, Radarr was around when I spoke with Aerrow. He was acting a little odd at the time, but I haven't seen him since" Finn verified.

"But, that was days ago" Piper spoke up "Are you telling me he's been missing for days and none of us noticed?!"

"Maybe not days, but definitely for a while, if that's the case" Storks pessimistic voice hummed beside him, causing him to jump and fall over the edge of the ramp.
The blonde heard his friends snigger and chuckle at his misfortune as his picked himself up and dusted himself off.

"Maybe we should check the ship just to be sure" Piper provided logically "He could just be hiding"

"Well, aside from Radarr, we may have another problem" Finn told them quietly "I thought I might be able to help Aerrow by letting him talk to Blinx, but when I called up Suzy Lu, she told me that Digger quit and took Blinx with him. What's more, they found his ride in a lot and were told he'd traded it in"

"So, what does that mean?" Junko asked curiously

"It means Junko, that both Digger and Blinx are off the grid" Stork hissed.

'Looks like Radarr's not the only one hiding' Junko told himself.

For those that may not know/understand, 'Ranga' is an Australian term for a person with red/ginger hair.
It is not a derogatory term and is usually used as a descriptive word. Just to let you know.
(Though, if I'm honest I'm not too sure about the spelling... kinda sad 'coz I'm Australian)
