As it turned out, Youko was less interested in what she had to say, so much as he was dreadfully fascinated with what she could do.
"You want me to…purify the area?"
Thankfully he shook his head, the minute motion sending waves of silver tumbling down his back. He had declared that it was time to demonstrate your abilities, and while Kagome had not pegged him as exactly well-balanced, she didn't relish the idea of plopping him into the crazy category either.
She cocked her head. "Okay, I'm lost."
"Confused."
Kagome sighed. "Yes, I'm confused."
"Your language is what is muddled about." He argued, eyes narrowed. "I am unaccustomed to the dialect."
"That's besides the point." While time-travelling wasn't something she focused on keeping secret, it definitely was not public information.
He sighed and sulked but allowed the segue. "Your aura is all tucked away and you have concealed it."
"That's a statement not a question."
"Show it to me."
"That's still a statement." Kagome mumbled to herself, but she had to confess. "But I don't know how to."
