He eagerly accepted it, his lips capturing hers as he held her. After a moment, he broke the kiss and pulled away from her. "As much as I would like to keep you in our room for the night, the Moon Festival is still being held in your honor." He stated, leading her to the door.

She nodded reluctantly and followed after him. Oh how she had made a spectacle of herself. Still, she would hold her head high as she returned to her party. She was to be Sesshoumaru's mate and she would prove that she was worth it.
