Hey, here's a short one-shot that I couldn't resist doing. It's sorta something I've wanted to do since I thought of Alex being Selena and Demi's daughter, Enjoy :)

"Here you are, traditional crumpets" Mitchie said in a British accent as she placed the tray of food on the island. "Just like my grandmother made back in London." David picked up a 'crumpet' and examined it.
"This is just an english muffin, seriously, what's the difference?" he asked looking towards Mitchie.
"They're not as good" Jake commented after taking a bite of his own.
"I think it needs something" Maria threw in her two cents as David Deluise looked at the baked bread in his hand before looking up at Mitchie.
"Yeah, Sauce, cheese, and pepperoni." He threw it back on the tray as everyone else did the same.
"And this is why no one likes you people" Mitchie exclaimed throwing her arms in the air, still retaining the British accent.
"I-" Alex started trying to keep a straight face. "I like it" she lied.
"I saw you hiding yours under the place mat!" Mitchie accused her girlfriend. Alex nodded sympathetically and reached out to take her hand in hers. Right then the door opened and Selena and Demi came in looking around in confusion before turning to their daughter.
"Alex... what are you doing?" Selena asked her daughter looking at all of her old Co- stars. Alex stood up from the stool and put her hands behind her back.
"Nothing" She told her innocently.
"Cut!" the directors voice was heard throughout the set and people started walking around putting things away. Demi looked towards Mitchie suspiciously.
"Mitchie... Are you supposed to be Mason?"
"Maybe" She replied still using the accent before clearing her throat. "I mean maybe" She said in her own voice.
Selena looked at Demi in amusement.
"Great, we leave our kid alone for five minutes and she goes off to recreate one of my old episodes!" She exclaimed in mock anger before plopping down on the bright orange couch just like old times and Demi tried to conceal her laughter.
"Well you know what they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" She sat next to her wife as the other crew members gathered around them.
"You know, she could probably shoot a few episodes from season 2 or 3 and no one would know the difference." The now grown David Henrie told the actress who then looked at her daughter.
"How did you get everyone to do this anyways?" Selena asked her curiously and Alex clicked her heels together.
"Well..."
Alex's POV
"This should only take a minute or two so don't go wandering off" Mom told me sternly and I rolled my eyes.
"Mom, we're 16 not 6, I think we can handle it" I told her tiredly and she shook her head before her and Momma followed the manager into the crowd of people.
"Alone at last" I turned to Mitchie with a grin and she rolled her own eyes before smacking me in the arm.
"Whatever, there's still like a million people bustling about" She told me but my attention was elsewhere. From behind her I spotted a familiar man heading towards a door marked stage 2.
"Hey, isn't that Jake T. Austin?" I asked Mitchie gesturing towards him before he disappeared through the door.
"Oh wow, it is" She commented and I looked towards her with a mischievous grin.
"You know I bet that's mom's old stage" I told her and her eyes went wide and she immediately shook her head.
"No, I know that look in your eye." She accused of me.
"Oh Come on, it'll be fun" I said taking her hand and pulling her towards the door ignoring her protests.
We went through the door and I was surprised to see the set still exactly how it had been in the show. It was the living room in Wizards of Waverly Place, and not only that, but sitting on and around the orange furniture were the rest of the cast excluding mom. Their heads turned towards us as we entered the room and some stood while all of their jaws dropped.
"Uh, hey" I said awkwardly feeling myself blush from all the attention. Maria Canals Barrera stood from the couch and walked over to me in awe as she looked me up and down.
"Selena?" She said sounding more than confused. Mitchie and I looked at each other and started laughing.
"Oh," I said between giggles. "That explains the weird looks." I told Mitchie and she nodded as we composed ourselves.
"Actually Ms. Barrera, this is Alex; Alex Russo" Mitchie introduced me and Maria turned to the others all of them exchanging odd glances before a woman with dark red hair stood up with a smile.
"Aunt Jennifer!" I exclaimed happy to see a more familiar face. I ran up to her and hugged her whilst she just laughed and hugged back.
"Alex, it's been so long! Look at you! You're practically all grown up!" She exclaimed and we then noticed everyone watching us still.
"Everyone, this is Alex, Selena's daughter" She clarified and there was a chorus of Oh's.
"Okay now, that makes a whole lot more sense" David Henrie said with a chuckle.
"Wow, you look so much like your mother, the resemblance is almost uncanny" Maria commented. "I feel so old" She exclaimed jokingly.
"Wait, what are you all doing here together?" Mitchie asked suddenly. I realized it was a bit odd that the one day we come here, they're all sitting together chatting.
"Well, Your mom actually called us all down here. She said she missed everyone and wanted to have some sort of reunion, and what better place than our old set?" David Deluise informed us.
"So we got together and we rebuilt the set, now we're just waiting for Greg and Selena." Jake added in.
"We thought we'd act out an episode for old times sake." Jennifer finished up.
"Wait, so basically this would be a live performance of an episode, and mom never told me about it!?" I exclaimed. I had been watching the series over the past week with the rest of the family. And yes I include Mitchie as family. Mom keeps joking that it's becoming torture to be forced to see herself on screen.
"Apparently" David Henrie said.
"Hey, what if YOU did a scene with us?" Jake asked suddenly.
"Huh?"
"Yeah, we have some scripts right here. We were planning to do the Wizard of the Year episode" David Deluise held up a script for me to see.
"I don't know.." I said thinking about it. "But wait, don't we need Mason?" I asked and they seemed to think about that before Jake snapped his fingers.
"What about her?" He asked looking at Mitchie.
"Me?" She asked bewildered and I smiled as I thought of something. I walked up to her and leaned close to her ear.
"Mason's supposed to be my boyfriend, it's only fitting that you take his role" I whispered and pulled back to see the shocked look on her face. She thought about it before a smile graced her features.
"Alright. Let's get this show on the road eh?" She said pulling out a perfect english accent.

"And that's how it happened." I told Mom with a smile.
