A/N: Thanks for reading. Enjoy!

"How did you manage to catch so many fish in one day?", an impressed Christian asks my dad while we're having lunch on his second and final day in town. Although he planned to stay through tomorrow, Rebecca called earlier and told him that she fell and broke her arm. I could see that he was concerned so I suggested that he head back home and to her. He's leaving once our lunch at the Fairmont's Georgian Restaurant is over.

"I wish I could sit here and tell you that I was just that damn good, but the truth is...the boat stalled out on the water. I hadn't caught a single thing so I was going to throw in the towel, but when I went to start the boat up, it wouldn't start. All it did was sputter. I decided to give it some time in hopes that I wouldn't have to swim all the way back to shore. While I was waiting, I got my rod and reel back out to pass the time. Before I knew it, I had a bite. I brought it in and shrugged it off until I got another one and then another. I ended up catching ten rainbow trout."

"Didn't I tell you that he was a good fisherman?", I smile at Christian. My dad takes a bite of his steak and blushes.

"It was pure luck. After the tenth one was caught, I tried to start the boat one more time. Voila. It started."

"Maybe I'll have that luck when you and I go fishing, minus the boat stalling of course.", Christian laughs.

"Oh, of course."

Christian's foot lightly touches mine underneath the table. Looking at me, he mouths sorry, but the gentle touch has already lit the fires in my body. I decide to return the favor by running my heel up the bottom of his pants. My dad's sitting right next to me while I'm playing footsie with my boyfriend, but I can't help it. With my dad's focus on his food, Christian closes his eyes as I continue my assault. He snaps back to reality when my dad looks up.

"Lunch was delicious.", my dad says as he starts to pull his wallet from his pocket. "I enjoyed the food, but more importantly, the company."

"Lunch is on me." Christian holds his hand up and motions for my dad to put his wallet away.

"Christian, I appreciate your offer, but you paid for dinner last night so please let me pay for lunch." Christian looks as if he's about to decline the offer, but he remains silent. One thing I've told him about my dad is his ability to argue and win said arguments with anyone.

"All right."

"Annie, I can always call Rebecca and tell her that I'll be home later." I step forward in the hotel parking lot and hug my dad while Christian looks on.

"No, I want you to go to her. From what you've told me, she seems like a nice woman who I look forward to meeting in the future. Perhaps I can visit you soon." I move out of his arms and see the smile on his face at the suggestion. He is happier than I've seen him in a long time.

"I'd like that very much, and I know Rebecca would as well. Maybe Christian can tag along,if he's not busy."

"Sounds good.", Christian replies as he and my dad shake hands. "It was a pleasure to meet you Ray. I want you to know that ensuring Ana's happiness is my goal. I'm going to do right by her and you."

"Words any father wants to hear. Annie's a grown woman and has her own life, but she'll always be my little girl. I'll move hell and high water for her, and something tells me you might just do the same."

"I would. I'd do anything for her." His declaration that he's planning to cut Elena from his life is the best way to bring his words to fruition. Christian moves back so I can hug my dad one last time before he gets in his car.

"Call me when you. I need to know that you made it safe. Also, tell Rebecca that I hope she has a smooth recovery."

"I will Annie. I love you sweetheart."

Christian's arms are wrapped securely around my waist as I wave goodbye to my departing dad. I wish he lived closer. One of Christian's fingers comes up to my face, wiping away a stray tear.

"What do you want to want to do now?", I ask in an attempt to brighten my suddenly solemn mood. Lust flickers in Christian's eyes while he tugs me in the direction of the hotel. "What are you doing?" Instead of answering me, he continues leading me to the hotel, through the entrance, and to the front desk. The clerk behind the desk finishes a phone call and swivels his chair around to face us.

"Can I help you sir?", the clerk asks. Christian nods and pulls his wallet out, sliding his credit card across the counter.

"I want the best room you have to offer. Now.", Christian demands. The clerk's eyes meet mine briefly and then look down at the credit card where he sees the name Christian Grey.

"Oh Mr. Grey. Yes sir. Let me see what I have available." He scans the computer screen and stops near the top. "We have the executive suite. Would that suffice?"

"Yes."

"I'll have a concierge take your luggage for you."

"That won't be needed. We don't have any luggage. Please just give me the room key, and we'll be on our way."

A few moments later, Christian has the key card in his hand and is pulling me into an elevator. My constant questioning of what he has planned has gone ignored so I'm on the wall opposite him with my arms crossed and lips drawn into a pout. His eyes roam up and down my body as he chuckles.

"I'm not getting out of this elevator until you tell me what's going on?", I snarl once the door opens. He steps so close to me that I can feel his breath against my body.

"Your little teasing at lunch got me so hard that I wanted to fuck you right then and there, but out of respect for those around us, I restrained myself until now. If you don't want to do this, fine. I can take care of matters myself.", he shrugs. I lunge myself at him, kissing him with all I have as he laughs against my lips. "Good answer." We stumble out of the elevator and somehow make our way to the room. His lips are traveling down my neck as he struggles with the door.

"Hurry.", I beg. The door finally opens, and we practically fall inside.

"I don't know if I can make it to the bed."

"Then don't." I start working on his belt while he pushes my skirt up, rubbing my sex through my moist panties. "I need you in me." My hands shove down his pants and boxers in one tug. He takes his throbbing cock in his hand and strokes it. "Don't tease."

"Wrap your arms around me baby.", he growls before ripping my panties off. "I'll buy you some more." After he lifts me from the floor, I lock my legs around his body and feel him ram into me, hard and deep. Our lips are glued as he thrusts in and out. He's hitting me in all the right places.

"Oh god.", I moan, feeling my orgasm nearing.

"Shit. Baby. I'm close, so fucking close." I tighten my grip and help send both us over the edge.

"Christian?" The spot next to me in the bed is empty. We ended up in here after pulling our sex drenched bodies up from the floor. I'm not sure where he's gone, but the cold sheets let me know that he's been gone for a while. Our passion was unleashed in such a hurry that my dress remained on the entire time. My panties however are resting by the door where Christian yanked them off. Maybe I can call to find out where he's at. Hold up. My phone is in my purse which I left in the car. I could use the room phone, but I'm going to look for him instead. Surely he didn't leave me here. Frustrated with both Christian and the situation, I go to the bathroom and smooth my hair out to make it look as presentable as possible. Satisfied enough, I stomp out of the room and to the elevator in hopes that he's downstairs. He could have at least left a note telling me where he was gone.

When the elevator stops on the first floor, I step out and go in search of Christian. The same guy is behind the desk, and he might have seen Christian.

"Hi.", I murmur. "I was here earlier with a man, Christian Grey. Have you by any chance seen him?"

"Ah, yes, Mr. Grey. I saw him about thirty minutes ago. He was heading towards the lounge."

"The lounge.", I repeat. "It completely slipped my mind that he was going to get a drink. Please excuse me. It's been a long day." I try my best to recover and make things less awkward, but the sympathetic look he's giving me isn't helping. I turn on my heels and go to the lounge which is occupied by only a few people. The table at the back of the room is what catches my eye. Sitting on the right side of the table is Christian, but it's sight of Elena Lincoln on the left side that infuriates me. He left me in the bed to see her? "Son of a bitch.", I mumble to myself.

Anger, hurt, and confusion are consuming my body as I stalk to the table. I want to scream. I want to cry. I want to toss the damn table. The sound of my heels alerts them to my presence. Christian has the classic deer in headlights look, but Elena's grinning like a Cheshire cat.

"Ana.", he mutters. "Elena and I were just..."

"Having drinks and chit chatting. Why don't you join us. I don't bite. Well, there was that one time.", she giggles. "Right Christian? The times we used to have."

"Used to being the key. Those days are long gone and have been for some time. Elena returned the phone call I made to her this morning in regards to what you and I discussed last night.", he tells me. "When she asked to meet me, I told her no, but she kept asking so I agreed."

"I always get what I want."

"Maybe in the past you have.", I fire back. "But those days are over. Christian no longer wants you in his life...in any way. It's time that you move your old sagging ass along and leave him alone. He has exactly what he wants and needs."

"You." She slides her chair back and stands up, licking her lips while looking at him. "He told me that he wants to end our salon partnership. I think he's making a huge mistake, but maybe he needs to learn the hard way. Hard.", she sighs. "He used to like it hard and rough, but I'm sure now he's all gentle with you."

"I wouldn't say that."

"I'll let him have his fun, but I'll also be waiting when he gets tired of you."

"Elena, leave now.", Christian demands through gritted teeth. She winks at him and pushes past me. Her waltz out of the lounge is obviously for show. Christian stands and reaches his hand out to me, but I shake my head and sit down in the chair across from, making sure I don't sit in the one Elena just vacated. "I'm sorry."

"For what?", I snap. "For your pedophile ex being a bitch? Or for me waking up alone in the bed of the room you were so determined to have your way with me in?"

"I understand that you're upset."

"Upset doesn't even describe it. Do you have any idea how I felt when I came in here and saw you with her instead of in the bed with me? You said that she kept pushing you to meet with her, but you could have said no. You could have met with her later. Maybe it's a sign that you're not truly willing to cut her out of your life."

"Not true. I gave in and agreed to meet with her because I thought the sooner, the better. Ana, I wanted to hurry up and do what I should have done a long time ago. Hell, I wish I could go back in time and erase everything that happened between me and Elena among other things."

"Like what?", I ask.

"Different things, mainly my relationship with Elena and the resulting...you know.", he stammers. He's referring to his subs. "But I also would give anything to have met you before you met Bryant. I understand I'm being a complete hypocrite by saying this, but I wish I could have been your first. No, I wish we could have been each others."

"But we weren't."

"Unfortunately not. You told me last night that you're falling for me more and more each day. Baby, I feel the same way." His hand reaches across the table to me, but this time I take it. "I love...", he freezes. "I love how our hands fit together." Was he going to say something else? No. He wasn't. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yeah. My phone is in the car, and my dad should be calling soon so we should go."

"Go, right.", he murmurs. His attitude has done a complete one-eighty.

"Everything ok?"

"Fine. Let's go."
