Wow, hola. Im back. With a new chapter. I think I have finallllly decided where I want to take this story and then I will have a new story following Dimitri and Rose in the next step of their life.

Chapter 34.

Opening the front door, I walked in sighing in content while kicking my shoes off and quietly shutting the door. My feet were starting to ache but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. I walked into the living area and was startled when a voice came from behind me.

"Where were you?" Dimitris thick accent floated around me making me stop mid step.

He floated down the staircase and moved closer to me embracing me in a hug. "I came home early to find you not here. Did you go for a walk?" I smiled and placed my hands on his chest.

"Yup, and I met a new friend today too luckily for me. I love Lissa and all but it was nice to meet someone new. Ill probably meet up with him later this week again before he leaves." It was than I realised what I said. But even though he would leave I was happy to interact with another person.

"He? Who is this…He?" He asked his brows furrowing together. I laughed heartily and ran my fingers over the wrinkles in his forehead.

"Don't worry Mr Belikov, my heart belongs to my husband, and this he is named Adrian Ivashkov." Dimitri's face scrunched together.

"That's your new friend?" He asked me. I nodded. " I know he is doing business with Belikov Corp, but I don't want to know what kind of business it is. Good or Bad he is a good guy. So you two keep your work at work and person at home okay?" He just stared at me.

"I don't know…." He started but I cut him off.

"Dimitri." He got the point and smiled kissing my forehead. "Alright Roza, just for you. And by the way, he is on good terms with Belikov Corp, in fact, I actually want to see if he will become a partner with our business and station himself here with me." He smiled. He had been teasing me before.

Hitting his arm lightly I smiled.

"Wow, I actually thought that maybe you guys weren't on good terms." He gave me another hug, and I had to change my feet. They were really starting to hurt. Dimitri noticing pulled away leading me toward the stairs.

"How about a bath hmm"? He asked leading me up, pretty much dragging me behind him. I gave a giggle and nodded.

In our bedroom I stood at the end of the bed and started to undress as he disappeared into the bathroom. The sound of running water emanated from the tub.

Removing my shirt first, leaving me in my bra, I unzipped my bottoms letting them fall to the floor and stepped out of them. I reached for my silk cover before removing my bra and underwear. Pretty much leaving me naked except for the silk robe that fell straight down barely covering my breasts. I stared at my body in the mirror putting my hair into a messy bun on the top of my head.

A lot was going to change soon. My stomach would become larger, my hips and breasts will seem bigger as well. I was scared but excited at the same time. Smiling to myself, I didn't notice Dimitri come behind me and feeling self conscious, I quickly pulled the robe together, clutching the edges together.

"Why are you covering yourself from me?" He asked a smile on his lips as his arms embraced me from behind his hands gently sitting over my abdomen.

I shook my head. " I don't know, I feel a bit….Embarrassed is all." I was feeling shy under his gaze, I know he loved me but whenever we had really been together, I never allowed him to really look at me, not for a while anyway.

"with my body going to change I don't know, it just makes me feel…not as pretty you know?" I asked him. I was not one to feel insecure, but today I did. I was going to blame this pregnancy for that.

He placed a kiss to my neck. "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen Roza. You have NO reason to feel insecure, especially when you are creating a life inside of you. I want you to know that every time you look in the mirror, to always see yourself as a beautiful person, you have blessed me in many ways and I couldn't thank you enough. "

I was now turned and facing him and the grin on my face was a shit eating grin.

"Dimitri can I say you have definitely passed the good husband test." His chest rumbled with a laughter and once more he led me into our bathroom where the tub was filled with a beautiful bubble bath and a cinnamon candle was lit in the corner letting the aroma encircle us. Inhaling deeply strong hands came over my shoulders shedding my silk cover from my body.

Stepping into the tub and and sitting down, I leaned back in the water and closed my eyes.

"Feel better?| Dimitri asked running his hand in the water and swirling it around. I nodded content in the water.

"Im going to go cook us dinner, Ill let you be for a while. Just don't fall asleep got it Rose?" he told me amusement clear on his face.

"I got it." I gave him the thumbs up as he was quick back onto his feet and leaving the bathroom closing the door behind him leaving me to my own thoughts.

DPOV.

Stepping down the staircase into the bottom of our home, I kept my hand on the rail and released a heavy sigh. Bringing my hand to my face I ran it over pinching the bridge of my nose. It had been such a busy past few weeks. I was stressed to the limit but I couldn't let Rose catch onto it.

She was a smart cookie too, so keeping my stress levels from her was not easy. But I needed her stress free and that's all I could do for now. Cooking for her and running a bath was the least I could do.

Walking into the kitchen, I started bringing out the bowls, pans and ingredients for dinner along with the black bread. My work heavy on my mind.

Adrian, was actually called here by me. I was definitely surprised to hear that he had met Rose already, but in the end. I needed help and knowing Adrian from my teenager years, would be good to have him by my side.

Last week I had been at my office when I received a not so friendly package.

Threats against the people I cared for were not something I took too kindly too. Especially when they were directed at my wife and unborn child and then threatening to take over my company.

I don't know who sent the package but I had a team looking into it and having Adrian come would not only give me piece of mind having another pair of eyes on Rose, but giving him half the company would insure that it would be safe within the holds of friends and family.

Sighing he shook his head of everything. He would deal with that stuff later, right now all he could think about was keeping Rose safe, and keeping her hunger satisfied as his knife sliced through the black bread.
