(And we're back with my next installment. Here you'll see more friends Naruto made outside the village during his Avatar Training, and Sakura will be meeting her new instructor.)

Naruto looked at the three girls who arrived with the last Team Avatar with a bright smile, and announced, "Girls!" he opened his arms up and they ran over and embraced him all around.

"It's great seeing you again, Naruto." Ming greeted him.

"Same to you, Ming," Naruto replied, as he looked down at the ten year old girl who was hugging him by the waist, "Mitsuki, how's my little sweetie?"

"Doing great, Naruto-nii."

Naruto looked at the oldest of the girls, "Naomi, I see you're looking in top form as always."

"Naturally, Naruto." Naomi chuckled.

Naruto saw Naomi's dragon approach and playfully licked him, "Hey, Spitfire. How're you girl?" he patted the dragon, "Soreth's gonna be happy to see you." the dragon nuzzled him.

"Sorry, Naruto, but they begged us to let them come." Jinora said.

"No problem at all, Master Jinora. If anything I'm glad they came." Naruto answered.

"Congratulations by the way for making it to the final stage of the Chunin exams." Kai added.

"Thanks, master Kai."

"So where's this apprentice of mine, Naruto?" Bolin inquired.

"She'll be along in a moment." Naruto answered.

Jiraiya eyed the three girls with Naruto, "Well, Naruto. Aren't ya gonna introduce me to these three lovely little ladies?"

Before Naruto could answer, another voice called out, "Hey, Naruto!" They looked over and saw Sakura coming over with her parents.

"Morning, Sakura." Naruto greeted her.

"Morning," Sakura greeted back. She noticed the group of elderly people, "Who're they?"

Before Naruto could answer, her father spoke up, "They are the last Team Avatar, Sakura."

"The last Team Avatar?"

Kizashi nodded and looked at each of the old members, "That's Asami Sato, daughter of Hiroshi Sato, the founder of Future Industries, and her daughter Kiza. Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo, the children of Airbender Tenzin, and grandchildren of Avatar Aang. Brothers Mako and Bolin, the two best friends of Avatar Korra, and former Fire Ferrets. Opal, Airbender and granddaughter to Toph Beifong. And Kai, Airbender and husband to Jinora. You're looking at some of the greatest benders or in Asami's case non bender ally in the world during the time of Avatar Korra."

"Wow. I had no idea they were so famous." Sakura said.

"Well, they are." Naruto assured.

Bolin approached, "So you're Sakura Haruno?"

"Yes, that's me."

Bolin shook her hand, "I was surprised when Naruto informed us of an Earthbender suddenly springing up here in Konoha. When he asked if I could train you for the Chunin Exam finals, I just couldn't pass up another chance to train a pupil."

Naruto was once again surrounded by Ming, Naomi, and Mitsuki, "So, Naruto, aren't gonna introduce us to your friend here?" Naomi asked.

Sakura looked at the three girls curiously, before looking at Naruto wanting an explanation, "Sakura this is Naomi, Mako's granddaughter, Mitsuki, Bolin's granddaughter, and this is Ming, Akiza's daughter and Asami's granddaughter. Girls, this is my friend and teammate Sakura Haruno."

"Nice to meet you." Ming shook the pinkette's hand.

"Likewise, I guess." Sakura admitted while feeling a bit unsure.

"I hope you've been taking care of our Avatar friend." Naomi said.

"Naomi." Naruto called.

Sakura couldn't help but giggle at the girls teasing, before she looked down at Mitsuki who smiled at her, "Gosh, you're beautiful."

Sakura couldn't help but feel flustered, "Well, aren't you sweet?" Spitfire walked up to Sakura, making the girl a little nervous, "And who is this?"

"This is Spitfire, Naomi's dragon partner. And... Soreth's sweetie." Naruto explained.

"Soreth has a mate?" Sakura asked, as she pat Spitfire's nose.

"You bet." Naomi confirmed.

Jiraiya spoke, "Why don't you kids go and have a little fun?"

"I'll be sure to come by your place later, and see what you can do, Sakura." Bolin promised.

"Ok, and thanks again." Sakura said.

"Come on let's go," Naruto began, "But Spitfire you might wanna follow us by air. I'll take you to my place." So the girls followed Naruto, while Spitfire took it to the sky and followed them from above.

When they arrived at Naruto's house, the three girls looked at it, "This is where you live?" Ming asked.

"Yeah. It ain't much. But mom and dad left it to me." Naruto answered.

"Not too shabby." Naomi admitted, as Mitsuki nodded.

Naruto went to the door and opened it, "Soreth came out and saw the girls. He growled happily and came over and licked Mitsuki.

The little girl laughed from the licks, "Soreth, stop it! I'm glad to see you too!"

The girls and Naruto laughed, until Spitfire touched down and roared at Soreth. Soreth upon seeing the female dragon looked excited and he scampered over and nuzzled heads with the red dragon.

"Someone sure is happy." Naomi smiled.

"We'll leave you two to get reacquainted, right now me and Sakura are gonna give the girls a little tour." Naruto said, as the five headed off, while the dragons were left to play.

So Naruto and Sakura gave the three girls a tour of Konoha, showing them all the best spots. Naruto saved his favorite spot for last where they stopped for lunch. They sat at Ichiraku, with each having a bowl of ramen.

"Mm, this is dang good." Naomi said.

"No wonder you love coming here." Ming said to Naruto.

"What'd I tell ya?" Naruto smiled.

Sakura spoke, "So can I ask, how do you three know Naruto so well?"

"Well for one thing we are related to his instructors." Ming began, "But I was the first to meet Naruto when he first came to Republic City. My mom was his one instructor and I was learning the same thing at the time too. We got to know each other a lot during and after our training."

"I see," Sakura replied, before looking at the other two, "And you two?"

Mitsuki spoke up, "I met Naruto-nii a few years back in the Earth Empire. At first I was a little shy."

Naruto added, "Because of that not a lot of kids wanted to play with her."

"But Naruto did," Mitsuki continued, "He showed such kindness that I never even knew. Since that day I wasn't shy anymore. Naruto-nii became one of my most precious people." she smiled.

Sakura smiled at the girl and at Naruto seeing how much an impact he could have on someone, "And what about you, Naomi?"

"I met Naruto when he was visiting the Fire Nation," Naomi answered, "In fact I was with him when he rescued Soreth. I helped Naruto nurse him back to health until he was strong again."

"These three were actually my first real friends." Naruto admitted.

"Naruto." Sakura said in concern, knowing how hard it had to be for him.

"Well, girls. Another round on me!" Naruto offered.

"Yeah!" Mitsuki, Naomi, and Ming cheered, while Sakura smiled.

After lunch, Naruto and Sakura continued showing the three around, until Mitsuki spoke up, "Hey! Girls, look at that. A Flower shop!"

"That's Yamanaka Florists," Naruto explained, "They have the best flowers in the village. Our friend Ino is the daughter of the owners."

"Can we check it out? Can we? Can we?" Mitsuki pleaded.

"Ok, ok. Calm down." Naruto calmed her as they went inside.

At the counter, Ino spoke, "Welcome to Yamanaka Florists. How can I help... Naruto? Sakura?"

"Hey, Ino." Sakura greeted.

"Hi, Ino. How's it going?" Naruto asked.

"I'm fine. Thanks. I wasn't expecting you two to come in."

"Well, some friends of Naruto's are visiting and we're just showing them around." Sakura explained.

"Friends?" Ino wondered, until she saw the three new girls, "Oh. Hi."

"HI yourself." Naomi greeted her.

"Girls, this is Ino Yamanaka. Ino, meet Naomi, Mitsuki, and Ming." Naruto introduced.

"Nice to meet you three." Ino greeted.

"Nice to meet you too," Mitsuki replied, "Wow, you have a lot of pretty flowers here. Did you plant them?"

"Actually yes." Ino confirmed.

"You've planted so many types." Mitsuki said in wonder, as she looked at them, "May I pick some out?"

"Sure. Want some help?" Ino offered.

"Yes please."

So Ino started helping Mitsuki pick some flowers out, while the others watched seeing the two girls bond over their knowledge of flora.

When Mitsuki had a full bouquet of flowers picked out, Naruto paid for it, "Thanks, Ino."

"No problem. Hey if you're still here for the Chunin Exams. We should get together."

"I'd like that." Ming admitted.

"Me too." Naruto agreed.

"Bye, Ino!" Mitsuki waved.

Ino giggled, "Bye, Mitsuki."

As they left the florists, Sakura spoke up, "Mitsuki sure is into flowers isn't she?"

"Well, it's partly due to her own unique style of bending." Naruto said.

"Unique style? What do you mean?" Sakura wondered.

"Well, while she is an Earthbender by blood through Bolin's side. She's also... A Plantbender."

"Plantbender?" Sakura asked.

Mitsuki spoke, "That's right. I can bend plants and vines out of the soil." she looked around seeing no one was paying attention to them, "Watch." she handed her flowers to Naomi and stomped her foot on the ground by a corner. Suddenly a bunch of flowers bloomed from the ground.

"Whoa." Sakura gasped.

"That technique also works with roots. It's quite an ability." Ming added.

"That's out little Mitsuki for you." Naomi ruffled the girls hair, as the little girl laughed.

Sakura spoke to her teammate, "You have quite some interesting friends, Naruto."

"You should know, Sakura. You're my friend."

"I know." she smiled, "Well, I better get home and see Master Bolin. It was nice meeting you three."

"Same here, Sakura." Ming agreed.

"Catch you later." Sakura hurried off.

"She's nice." Naomi said.

"Yeah. She's always there for me and my teammate Sasuke if we need help." Naruto said.

"How come we haven't met your other teammate?" Mitsuki wondered.

"He's off training with my sensei. Plus Kakashi-sensei needs to keep a close eye on him."

"Is it because of this Orochimaru mom and Grandma Asami were told of by Lady Jinora?" Ming asked.

"Yes." Naruto confirmed.

"He sounds like a scary man." Mitsuki shivered.

"Scary doesn't come close to describing him." Naruto replied.

"Well, I'm sure you're teammate will be fine as long as your sensei's with him." Naomi said.

"I know. Right now we each need to focus on training for the finals." Naruto said.

"If you need some extra sparing partners, we can help." Ming offered.

"Thanks, girls. You three always had my back." Naruto smiled, as the three embraced him.

When nighttime was rolling in, the girls and Naruto went back to his place to see both Soreth and Spitfire cuddling up next to each other.

"Isn't this precious?" Ming asked.

"Yeah. Dragon love." Naruto smiled.

"I think it's best we let Spitfire stay here the night." Naomi suggested.

"I agree. You three best get on back to the others. Will you find the hotel without me?"

"You showed us the whole village, Naruto," Ming reminded him, "We'll be all right."

"Ok. I guess I'll see you tomorrow."

"Goodnight, Naruto." Naomi said.

"Sweet dreams." Mitsuki said, as the three headed off.

Naruto smiled, "I missed those three." he said before going inside to get some sleep.
