**Chapter 13: Return to Konoha**
**Sorry for the late update everyone. I've been busy and stuff. So now without a further ado here's chapter 13**
**Kaiba's POV**
I left Kumogakure in disappointment.
My sister was apart of the Akatsuki.
'I have to return to Konoha and rejoin team seven' I told myself. I started running towards Konoha. I would arrive in three hour if I didn't use chairs but, I need to get there fast so I will need to.
I forced chakra into my feet and forced myself to go faster.
*An Hour Later, at the Konoha main Gates*
I had finally arrived and I headed in.
I nodded to the guards as I walked in.
I ran to the Hokage Mansion.
When I was outside Tsunade's office I knocked.
"Come in" she said. I walked in and saw Fox, Sakura, Kisa, Nashi, and a boy in a strange outfit with scrolls around his waist. I noticed that Kakashi wasn't there and instead there was a man with a kind of headgear that the second Hokage wore.
"Ah, Kaiba, let me introduce you to your new teammate and co-captain, since Kakashi is in the hospital from chakra exhaustion" said Tsunade, "Meet Sai, your new teammate and Yamato, your co-captian"
"It's nice to meet you" I said.
I walked over next to Kisa. She grabbed my hand and looked at me.
"I'll tell you later" I whispered.
"Ok" she said.
Tsunade gave us another mission, to head to Tenchi bridge in ten days and capture Orochimaru. We nodded and left.
*Twenty Minutes Later, Inzuka district, Kisa's room*
I sat down on Kisa's bed and she sat down next to me.
"Why did you leave?"she asked.
"Because, I learned my sister in alive and she was in Kumo. That's where I went. I also learned my sister has joined the Akatsuki" I said, looking down in regret.
"If only I had found out sooner. I could have stopped her" I said.
Kisa wrapped her arms around me. "Kaiba, I will support you no matter what you do but" she looked up at me,"please come back to me alive. I don't want to lose you" she said.
"I promise on my life, I will not die. I will return" I told her.
"So when do you leave?" She asked.
"When Jiraiya gets some leads on the Akatsuki" I replied.
"So" she started. "Yes, I will be staying with Team Seven for at least until the mission is completed" I said.
She smiled and kissed me on the cheek.
**Ten Days Later, at Tenchi Bridge, Kaiba's POV**
Me, Fox, Sakura, Kisa, Nashi and, San were hidden in the trees near the bridge. Yamato was inside a disguise and talking to Kabuto after taking down his two companions. All of the sudden Orochimaru appears and Kabuto attacks Yamato and destroys his disgust. We waited for the signal.
Then Yamato gave it. We jumped in front of Yamato. I looked over and saw Fox on edge.
"Oh so its what's left of team seven" said Orochimaru,"Sasuke, would be disappointed"
"Let him go" growled Fox. I looked over at him.
"What?" Orochimaru asked.
"Let Sasuke GO" Fox growled.
'watch it Kurama might get out' said Tysora.
"No" said Orochimaru.
A chakra cloak appeared around Fox, a tail appearing.
"GET BACK NOW" I shouted and grabbed Kisa and Sakura and jumped off the bridge.
Yamato did the same. Fox roared. He charged and knocked Orochimaru away from the bridge and he chased after him.
Kabuto was about to go after Fox when I said,"No you don't"
I grabbed Kabuto's ankle and slammed him into the bridge.
Kabuto got up and readied a chakra scalpel.
I froze,"good boy, if you move I'll cut open your heart" he said.
Kisa looked at me. I saw the fear in her eyes.
Kabuto turned. "I'll kill you first!" He shouted.
"NNNNOOOO" I shouted. Tackling Kabuto to the ground. "Not if I kill you first!" I shouted. I readied a rasengan and was about to slam it into him when I felt immense pain in my heart. I saw Kabuto move his hand across my heart.
I used the last of my strength and slammed the Rasengan into Kabuto's chest.
He screamed in pain. He threw me from him and everything went black.
**Kisa's POV**
Kaiba was thrown to the ground and didn't get up. My eyes started watering.
I whispered, "Wolf's eye" and charged Kabuto and punched him in the gut.
He started coughing up blood.
I jumped back and Nashi jumped next to me.
"Ōkami no me no Jutsu" I shouted.
I felt chakra surge thru me. "I'm going to destroy you!" I shouted.
I jumped, Nashi doing the same, I started spinning counterclockwise, Nashi did the same.
"Wolf Fang!" I shouted. Our attack is similar,to Kiba's fang over fang but we spin the opposite direction.
Kabuto flew backwards and slammed into one of the bridges supports and it cracked.
I glared at him he jumped to the other side of the bridge and I did the same and grabbed Kaiba's body and jumped off the bridge next to Sakura and Yamato. Something slammed into the ground near the bridge.
I looked over and saw Fox, in his three-tail mode, was there with a super long sword pressed against his chest. Fox roared and threw the sword away, he roared. Sakura started running towards Fox.
"Fox stop it" Sakura cried.
Fox looked at her and knocked her away with one of his tails.
I caught Sakura and started healing her.
Yamato made some hand signs, "Wood style: Wood Trap" Five wooden poles with spikes came out of the ground and more wood came out of the ground and started restraining Fox. A blue beam shot out of Yamato and hit Fox in the chest.
His chakra body started to fade and his real body came back to this world. It was werid to see Fox without his mask on, but when Sakura saw his face she gasped.
She ran up to him and laid his head in her lap and started healing him. "Naruto... you'd better not die on me" she said.
I felt tears coming to my eyes, Kaiba was gone and I was alone, as I cradled his body in my arms. I felt someone wiping my tears away. I opened my eyes and saw Kaiba looking up at me.
I started smiling and I latched myself onto Kaiba and started crying.
"Its OK Kisa" he said, "Something like that won't kill me, I promised I wouldn't leave you"
"Wait, where's said?" asked Sakura.
"He's following Orochimaru, lets catch up to him" said Yamato.
