(Hi, guys. I've got a new chapter all ready to go here. This is where Naruto spends a little time with Sakura. Enjoy.)

Out in one of Konoha's training fields one afternoon, Naruto was standing before multiple targets set up before concentrating.

"Focusing. Focusing," he started harnessing his regular chakra, and thought, 'I have to master this power too if I'm to ever overcome my enemies,' he began envisioning Orochimaru along with Itachi and Kisame, 'My enemies!' he started harnessing Kurama's chakra and opened his eyes that turned red.

He charged at the target dummies and began striking at them with everything he had. When he destroyed the last dummy he growled with no satisfaction, while looking around as if wanting something more to fight.

He looked at a tree and envisioned it as Orochimaru snickering at him in a mocking manner. He roared with anger and attacked the tree making it fall over. He turned to see another tree and envisioned it as Kabuto giving him a smug look. He recalled from what Hiruzen and the other Jonin mentioned that he was a spy udner Orochimaru's orders. He growled and struck at the tree toppling it as well. He looked at two more trees envisioning them as either Itachi or Kisame and attacked both of them.

When the four trees laid on the ground Naruto stood in the center growling still, until he heard a soft voice from inside calm him down.

"Naruto, that's enough. This training ends now."

The red chakra vanished and Naruto fell to his kneed with his head down panting, "Oh, man. Trying to tap into Kurama's chakra is a lot harder than practicing bending. But I have to master my bijuu chakra as well as the Avatar State. Both powers combined will help me take on any enemy."

"Naruto?" came a voice.

Naruto looked up and saw Sakura standing above him, "Sakura?"

"Are you ok? What happened here?" she noticed the destruction.

"I was getting in some training." he answered, as Sakura helped him to his feet.

"More bending training or are you doing more with the Rasengan?"

"Actually, I was practicing with my bijuu charka."

"Your bijuu chakra?" she wondered.

"That's right. Kurama's chakra is a part of me now. And this chakra will be a major asset to be aside from the Avatar State. However I can only access so little of it for now. But the way to access it at my given level is intense emotion. Particularly anger."

Sakura was surprised, "So you attacked everything around here out of anger?"

"Well, I wasn't feeling angry to begin with. I had to make myself get angry." he explained.

"And how?"

"I thought about my enemies. Orochimaru, Kabuto, and the Akatsuki."

"Oh." Sakura gasped seeing how that could've riled him up.

"Orochimaru tried to attack Sasuke and staged an invasion on our village. A lot of good people lost their lives because of him. Kabuto, he played us form the first day we met him pretending to me a Konoha ally when all this time he was nothing but a spy. And now there's the Akatsuki organization. According to Ero-sennin they're after the tailed beasts for some unknown reason. But whatever it is spells trouble."

Sakura could see her friend was wrapped with so much on his mind, as the boy continued, "Being both and Jinchuriki and the Avatar I was told to expect these kind of things. But being ready for them doesn't make them any easier. I'm just worried I might crack in the heat of battle because it'll be too overwhelming."

"It won't be because you won't be alone," Sakura comforted him, "One man shouldn't shoulder the burden of the world or anything on his shoulders alone. Not even you. You, I, Sasuke, Kakashi-sensei. We're all a team, and we never face anything alone."

"Sakura." Naruto said feeling touched.

Sakura smiled in assurance before continuing, "Hey, why don't we go someplace and relax?" she offered. Naruto raised a brow in curiosity, as Sakura giggled.

Sometime later at Konoha's hot springs, both Naruto and Sakura who were wrapped in towels were relaxing in one of the baths by themselves.

"Nothing like a good soak to wash away all your stress, huh, Naruto?" Sakura asked, as she rested her arms on the ledge.

"Yeah. Just what I needed. I'm just surprised you agreed to a mixed open air bath."

"Well, the others ones were full, and I didn't wanna pass up the chance for a bath. Plus it's just us in here so it's not bad at all." she answered.

"Yeah," Naruto agreed and thought, 'I'm also glad Ero-sennin isn't here otherwise relaxing would be out of the question.'

"Naruto?"

"Hm?"

"Just how far exactly are you trying to go with your bijuu chakra?" she asked.

"Kurama mentioned that I haven't begun to scratch the surface yet of using his chakra. I could access more of it, but for now I need to train harder so I can be strong enough to handle using more of it." he explained.

Sakura smiled as she scooted closer to him, "Well, I think you can do it."

Naruto looked at her, "Sakura?"

"I mean look at you. You managed to master all forms of bending and you're starting to learn how to use the Avatar State. If you can do that then I know you can master your bijuu chakra. We all think that." she said.

"Sakura," Naruto gasped, before smiling and looking confident, "You're right. Not only am I the Avatar, but I plan to be Hokage some day. If I can't master both my powers then how can I expect to reach the position of Hokage? I'll master both Avatar State and my bijuu chakra. And then I'll prove to the world that I will guide it into an era of peace for not only our village, but for the other nations and villages as well."

Sakura smiled, "That's the confident and spirited Naruto I've grown to know and love."

Naruto turned to Sakura with a faint blush, "Love?"

Sakura moved until she was right in front of him, "That's right. Love." she wrapped her arms around him and planted her lips on his.

The two kissed passionately, as Naruto thought, 'Damn, this is amazing.'

Sakura herself was deep in thought, 'So this is what it's like to kiss. It feels so wonderful.'

The two parted, as Naruto spoke, "What do you say we get cleaned up?"

"You wash my back and I wash yours." Sakura suggested.

"Deal." Naruto replied, as they decided to enjoy their little downtime.
