Let's go on a date with Laxus. hohoho

She pulled the blanket over her head. Her eyes were hardly opened. She was about to return to her sleep when she noticed that Laxus had gone. She lifted her head and looked around. He was nowhere to be found. She quickly sat up. Then she jumped off of the bed and ran out to the living room. However the living room was empty too. But when she checked better, she found Laxus on the sofa. Still sleeping. She shook his body.
"Laxus-san." She only heard a grunt. She shook harder. "Laxus-san." He fell off the sofa.
The lightning dragon slayer sat up, glared at her. She nervously grinned.
"What do you want?" he asked, climbed back on the sofa.
"Where is he?" he asked.
"Who?" Laxus asked back.
"Him."
"Who? I don't know anyone name 'him'."
"Laxus-san…" she whined.
"I don't know. They left after the rain stopped last night," he replied.
"They left last night?" she asked, surprised.
"If you want to go and look for them… don't forget to close the door," he said, with his eyes closed. He pulled his jacket up to his chin.
Lisanna snorted. She walked quietly to the door. But then she ran back into the room she stayed the night before, grabbed the blanket and ran back to the living room. She wrapped her 'brother' with it. She tip-toed hastily to the door.
"Don't forget to close the door," Laxus said, made the girl chuckled.
After she closed the door, she ran. But she didn't know where to look first. She just ran. Where she finally ended up at the train station. It was still early and there were not much people at the station. There was a train which was starting to leave the station. She ran closer to the train. She scanned the coaches, hoping that he was not in any of them. But then she saw a red cat.
"Hey!" she called. She threw a stone and broke a window.
She saw him. Hardly moving, but she saw him turned to her. As usual, he looked terrible. She smiled widely and waved at him. She saw him smiled too, despite his grave illness.
"Hey, you! What have you done?!" A guard came to her.
She quickly ran away.
"Hey, come back here!"
She transformed into a little bird and flew away.

The guild's door was opened and closed right after that. Laxus appeared from it. Every eye was on him. When he looked back, those eyes quickly turned away. The guild's door once again opened and closed, but nobody came in. Everyone tried to check on the newcomer but Laxus halted the view. However, when he walked through the guild, they finally knew who just entered right after Laxus.
Lisanna walked right behind the lightning mage. Her head down and her hand held Laxus' furry jacket's end. She followed him to the second floor where he always rests. And she never comes back down.
"What happened?" Levy asked.
Lucy and Lucky shrugged. Cana and Erza looked at each other. Mirajane stared at the second floor for a moment, wondering why her sister suddenly became closed to Laxus, before looked at the girls' face.
"She's avoiding us," Erza whispered to the card mage.
On the second floor, Lisanna and her 'brother' sat quietly on the sofa. Until she leaned and rested her head on his shoulder. He pushed her head off.
"You should go downstairs and get me something to eat," he said.
She shook her head.
"You cannot avoid them forever. And do not use me as your way to avoid them!"
Lisanna grinned.
"This way, they will never come closer to me. They are afraid of you," she said.
"I will not bring you on my mission," he said.
She smiled.
"Don't worry. I won't bother you on that."
Their conversation stopped by footsteps. Mirajane came.
"What are you going to have today, Laxus?" she asked smilingly.
"The usual," he replied.
"Lisanna, why don't you come downstairs and help me?" she asked before leaving.
The girl was about to stand up to follow her sister, but Laxus stopped her by putting his arm around her shoulder.
"She's coming with me on mission," he said. "You can handle the guild by yourself, don't you? It's not like you haven't doing it alone."
The older Strauss looked unsatisfied.
"Don't worry. I'll take care of her."
She took a little time to nod. Then she went back downstairs.
"You're going to take me on mission with you?" Lisanna asked shrieking.
He unwrapped his arm from her.
"Who's dumb enough to bring a weakling on mission? You'll be a nuisance."
Lisanna snorted.
"We'll go sight-seeing," he added.
She smiled widely. She suddenly jumped and hugged him. Laxus just let her do what she wanted. Because she was the only person that would stay that close with him. Others…they were afraid of him.

He glanced at the girl. She had been smiling, giggling for no reason.
"Oi, have you gone nut?" he asked.
Lisanna turned to him with a confused face.
"Laxus-san, where are we going? We've been walking for ages. Why didn't we take train?" she whined.
He glanced sharply at her.
"Ops, I forgot you're a dragon slayer too. Like him." She giggled. "No wonder I never see you travel by train."
Laxus kept walking.
"Laxus-san, why didn't you have any cat? You're a dragon slayer, right? He's a dragon slayer too. He got a cat. Red one. He named his cat Lector."
He sighed. He cursed himself for making such a dumb decision. Decided to take the girl out of the guild for a while. He stopped walking. She stopped too. And wondering why he stopped.
"Stop comparing me with him! It's up to me whether I want to travel by train or not, or I want to have a cat or not!"
She grinned nervously and nodded.
He walked a few steps, but then he stopped. He sighed.
"This is going to take forever."
"Excuse me. What did you say?" She peeked from his side.
He stretched out his hand to her without looking at her. She glanced at him and his hand a few times. Then she slowly put her hand on his. Suddenly he pulled her into his arms and in a blink, turned them into lightning and disappeared. A fade scream heard.

They stopped in the middle of nowhere. Lisanna fell on her knees right after they touched the ground.
"Oh, God! Do you have to do that?!" she shouted.
Laxus didn't say anything. He just stared at the girl and waited till she finished.
"I feel like throwing out." She held her mouth.
"Come on. Let's get some rest."
He pulled her and threw her over his shoulder.
"I'm not feeling well," she mumbled.
"You'll be fine soon. I forgot to tell you it comes with side effects," he said.
He carried her to a building located not too far from them.
"You even forgot to tell me that you wanted to do that," she mumbled again.
"You'll feel better if you shut your mouth," he said.
"I think I'll need some lemon juice," she said.
"We'll see if we can find it here."
Laxus kicked the building's door. He heard her little chuckle. At the same time, every eye turned to him. Laxus just acted as usual, walked across the place and sat at an empty table. The eyes followed him. He sat the girl next to him. Lisanna who was still dizzy and unwell, rested her head on the table.
A few men stood up and walked to him.
"I would like a huge glass of beer and a lemon juice for her," he said while pushed the girl's head lightly.
A man banged his hand on the table. He looked at the lightning mage in his eyes.
"What are you fairies doing here? Do you know what this place is?" he asked.
Laxus smirked.
"I'm no fairy. She's a fairy," he said, pushed the girl's head again. "And, you surprised for me to find this place? It's not that hard."
A woman interrupted them and placed his order on the table. Lisanna slowly pulled her juice and gulped it down.
"Oh, thank god."
She looked at every face at the table. Then she moved closer to Laxus.
"Where are we?" she asked, half-whispered.
"Hey, what are you doing?!" A voice interrupted them again.
"We got guests," one of the men said, turned to the voice. "From Fairy Tail."
The men moved, gave a way to the voice's owner.
"Hello…" Laxus greeted. "…Master Eucliff."
Lisanna stood up. Sting glanced at her once, and then he stared at the lightning mage.
"How's your search?" Laxus asked. "I heard you've been busy searching for someone. Till you made visits to Magnolia."
Sting didn't answer him. He just stared at the lightning mage.
"Who are you searching for?" she asked, carved a smile on her face.
"What are you doing here?" Sting asked.
"Nothing. We're sight-seeing. And we happened to come across this place. So why don't we stop and say hi," Laxus explained.
"Hi," Lisanna said smilingly. Lector jumped onto the table. "Cat! Lector!"
"So, how's your search?" Laxus asked again. "Jiema. Your former guild master."
Lisanna quickly turned to Laxus. "Jiema?"
"It's none of your business. Leave once you finish your drink."
Sting left, brought his men out of the place. However, the cat stayed.
"Lector!" he called.
"I'll…" he glanced to the girl. "I'm coming!" He flew to his friend.
She watched him and his men left. She saw the cat glanced back at her few times.
"So, he wasn't looking for me?" she asked. Probably for no one. But then she turned to Laxus. "He was not looking for me. You knew it right?"
She stood up and paced to the door. She stopped at the door, watched a group of Sabertooth mages leaving the building. Then she went to the opposite direction of the group. She walked slowly with her head down.
"You knew that he was not looking for me. Why did you bring me here?" she asked.
Laxus followed her weak steps.
"Does it matter?" he asked back.
She stopped. Her tears fell down her cheeks. Does it matter? She wiped it. Why it has to be mattered much? I barely knew him. She sat down on the ground.
"I don't know," she said faintly.
Laxus sat next to her.
"You have the gut to go against the girls, telling them you like him. But you don't have the gut to make him yours. Isn't it a waste?" he said.
"I… I'm tired of one-sided love. His company, his attention, the kiss. Why would he always there if he's not actually for me?"
"What if he really is there for you?"
"How do you know that?" she asked back, with her voice a little rose.
"How about…you ask him about that? Everything is possible until he reveal the truth."
She turned to the older mage. Her eyes red and her cheeks wet.
"What if he tells me that he doesn't like me?"
"After all the attention, the time he gave you, and the kiss. Do you think he doesn't like you back?"
She remembered the kiss they shared in the library, the kiss in the room they shared after the library mission, and the kiss on the street.
"I don't know. Maybe he was happened to be there."
Laxus stood up. Then he gave her his hand. She slowly took it and stood up. She gave him a little smile.
"I didn't mean to bring you down. Better let you know the whole truth. Then decide. Whether you want to stop here or make him yours."
She just walked.
"Let's go back to our guild," she said.
