Fuhh...it took a very long time to finish this chapter. 'M not going to talk more, so please read and enjoy, and don't forget to review. I'm not the owner of Fairy Tail, but this fanfic, yes I do.
The morning came, having Lisanna stuck in bed, unable to move out of it. Sting and Lector accompanied her the whole night. They brought her breakfast; they had it in bed. Lisanna stole the cat's fish, and pretended to be mad when the cat grabbed her plate of breakfast away from her. Their teasing game turned into a bit of food fight. Sting had to moved and saved his plate and glass of beer away from the silly fight, even though the fight had annoyed him a little. But he just let them play. However, when Lisanna swung her plastered-arm and hit Sting on his head, the plate and the beer fell shattered on the floor. The girl and the cat froze.
"What the..." Sting was surprised as well.
Lisanna glanced at the shattered items on the floor, and then moved her eyes to her boyfriend's cat, and finally to him. Without word, she stretched out her good hand toward him, offered him the fish she stole from the cat. Lector did the same thing, but he offered his partner the breakfast which was supposed to belong to the girl.
"Look, this is not the point." But he was ignored again.
The girl and the cat started to argue which food should the dragon slayer take first.
"Sting should eat my fish," Lisanna said.
"That fish was mine!" The cat growled.
"It is mine now," the girl replied.
"No! Only cats eat fish. Sting should eat this!" Lector pushed Lisanna's hand of fish away and gave Sting the plate of breakfast.
"Wait..." Sting tried to interrupt, but failed as they were drowning into their argument.
Suddenly, Lisanna's good hand pulled his arm. Then Lector pulled his other hand.
"Let him go!" The cat shouted.
"No!" Lisanna shouted back.
They pulled him toward them, Sting was pulled more toward Lisanna.
"Take your hands off him!" Lisanna growled.
Lector gritted his teeth, tried his hard to pull his friend away from the girl.
Suddenly the door opened, and Mirajane's head popped in.
"Are you alright? I heard some noise," she asked.
The three froze. They gaped to the sudden appearance of the oldest white-haired.
"Nope. Nothing. We're fine," Sting quickly answered. He pushed the grips of the cat and the girl from his arms.
"Alright then." Mirajane smiled. "Oh yes, Sting, you can come with me now."
Sting nodded, and glanced to his dumbfounded friends.
"I have something to do. Lector, take care of her," he said to his cat.
He kissed her on her head.
"But..." She grabbed his hand. "...where does Mira-nee want to take you?"
Sting smiled slightly. "I'll tell you later."
The girl and the cat stared to the retreating back confusingly.
"Do you hide something from me?" The cat furrowed his brows and glared at the girl.
"Or is it you?" The girl asked.
Then, they growled at each other.

It was a usual sight at Fairy Tail, with all the brawls and the fights. But the noise suddenly died down as Sting stepped out of the infirmary and climbed to the second floor, with Mirajane on the lead. Lucy was resting at the counter, had her head on the counter top and her finger playing with the straw of her drink, quickly lifted her head. Like the rest the members of Fairy Tail, her eyes followed the blonde Sabertooth. When Fairy Tail slowly returned to their things, Lucy turned to the hall, searching for a certain pink-haired mage. As she expected, Natsu still glaring at the second floor even though the Sabertooth mage no longer could be seen from where he sat. She returned to her drink, stirred it with no intention of finishing it. She stood up, earned a glance from Levy whose replacing Mirajane for a while.
"I'm going to check on Lisanna," Lucy said, before the curious Levy tells her mind. Levy just nodded confusingly.
The blonde walked toward the infirmary. Her eyes could stole a glance of Natsu. She wondered what went wrong with him. Last night went well. But then, the morning came, everything turned up-side-down. She held the infirmary door knob. She was calculating whether she should go in or not. She wasn't exactly wanted to see her, but that was the only reason that would give her some privacy without gaining unwanted questions. She half-heartedly pushed the door and slid her head-first in. Lisanna and the red cat was in the middle of an intense conversation, quickly stopped. Their eyes turned to her curiously.
"Hi!" She tried to shoo away the awkward ambience.
"Hi, Lucy." The white-haired girl grinned widely to her.
"I wonder how are you doing," Lucy said, taking slow steps toward the bed. She brushed her arm lightly.
Lisanna smiled widely.
"Good. It's still hurt sometimes..." She brushed her chest gently. "...and this POP is damn heavy. I accidentally hit Sting with this just now..." She raised her plastered arm while giggling. "...but I'm still alive though. It's a good thing."
Lucy nodded agreeing. She stood near the bed, staring to the white-haired girl's happy face.
"Come. Sit here," Lisanna invited. She took Lector onto her laps and patted on the space next to her.
Lucy carefully sat on the space on the bed.
"So, how's it going?" Lisanna asked.
Lucy confused, wrinkled her forehead and fused her brows together. She earned the white-haired girl a loud laugh. It made her even more confused.
"I thought it was supposed to be my question," she said, confusingly.
"If that question meant for me, it has two meanings." Lisanna grinned cynically to the stellar mage. "One, this." She brushed her plastered arm. "...another is about me and Sting."
Lucy quiet. She seemed understood what the youngest Strauss was trying to say.
"But if the question is meant to you, it means only one..."
Lisanna touched Lucy's face with her good hand. She brushed the reddening cheeks lightly, and then carefully went down to her lips. "This."
Her fingers brushed on Lucy's lower lip which had a fading bruise and a bit swollen. Lucy quickly moved her face away, earned a light chuckle from the other girl.
"I guess something happened last night. Want to share?"
Lucy glanced at the girl through the end of her eyes. Then she sighed. Made Lisanna laughed. She leaned closer to Lucy.
"Was it Natsu?" She whispered.
Lucy jumped off the bed, out of surprise.
"W,what are you talking about?" She stuttered. She had her arms over her chest.
Lisanna laughed again. She leaned her back against the bed head and hugged Lector tightly. The cat shrieked.
"Awww, my Natsu finally grew up!"
She looked rather happy than upset. Lucy sat back carefully on the bed.
"If there was something truly happened last night, would you be okay with it?" Lucy asked.
Lisanna raised questioning brows.
"Okay? No! I would be very happy." She hugged Lucy. "Only if it was Natsu," she added.
Lucy glanced sharply to the white-haired.
"So..." Lucy cleared her throat. "How's it going between you and Sting?"
The excited Lisanna had her head fell on Lucy's shoulder, out of surprise.
"I thought you were going to share about 'last night'," she said.
"We'll be there. Later," Lucy answered. "Now, answer me." She immediately removed their attention to her previous question.
"Alright. So far, we're good. I'm fine. Sting's fine. Even this cat is fine." She rubbed the cat's head roughly. She laughed when the cat growled.
"Then, will you leave Fairy Tail? I mean, you want to be with Sting. Or is Sting whose moving in?"
The questions earned a blinking white-haired girl. Honestly, that questions were far from expectation.
"Well, about that... Em, I never expected that. Em, actually I never thought about that. I think...neither of us would leave our home." She really took her time in calculating the answer.
"Oh, I... Sorry, maybe I shouldn't ask such question. But it's bugging me, are you going to marry him?"
Lisanna's eyes widened. Her brows slightly furrowed. But no answer came from her.
"Heheh," Lucy chuckled nervously. "...it doesn't matter actually, but considering that Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are quite far from each other, I thought that maybe one of you might move out," Lucy explained.
Lisanna pursed her lips. She glanced to Lector, and their eyes met. Lucy watched the two quietly.
"Ah, forget what I said. Hey, Lector!" She changed her attention to the red cat. "Are you going to stay here longer?" She asked.
Lector pushed Lucy's hand away as she rubbed his head.
"No. We won't be long. Sting said that we're leaving this evening, yup," the cat answered. He glared to the stellar mage.
"Yea. Make sure you take a good care of Sting, okay," said Lisanna, caressed his head again. He growled and pushed her hand away.
"You don't have to tell me what I should do," he replied.
The girls giggled to his angry tone.
"Lector, can you go and get me some drinks?" Lisanna asked.
"Why should I?" He protested.
"Because you are a good friend," she replied, pinched his cheeks. The cat screamed.
The girls watched the cat halfheartedly walked out of the infirmary.
"I'm sorry. He can be very annoying sometimes," Lisanna said.
"No, it's okay."
They silent. Lucy looked everywhere but the other girl's face. Lisanna stared at her POP, brushed for no reason. For a moment, the infirmary sounded awkward more than it looked.
"I never thought we would come this far."
"Huh?" Lucy confused.
"Me and Sting," Lisanna replied. "I always insisted to hide everything happened between us. Sting...he just followed. He let me decides everything. He let me talks. I talk a lot more that he talks. I think he talks to his cat more than he talks to me. Sometimes, when I thought he wasn't listening, but he actually did. He remembered everything I said."
Lucy listened quietly to the white-haired girl.
"There were times when I thought he might one day become bored of me. Who wants to listen to something repeated more than ten times a day?"
Lisanna chuckled.
"But he still listens," Lucy added.
Lisanna turned to her, and then she smiled a bit.
"Yea, he never stopped listening." She paused, breathed in deeply. "It makes me wonder things that happened between us in the past. He never told me the details. It was not important, he said."
Lucy smiled bitterly.
"Well, at least you are still together." She tried to console her. Lisanna smiled bitterly, staring down to her fingers.
"Ah, at least he shows that he loves you," Lucy said, sent her hands to the back and rested her body on her arms. "I'm jealous," she added.
"I thought things were going well between you and Natsu," Lisanna said. Her eyes blinked in confusion.
"I thought so too. Maybe it was just me. Hoping for something that will never happen."
"I don't understand."
Lucy bit her upper lip. Then she sighed heavily.
"We did it. Last night." Lucy looked everywhere but the white-haired girl.
"So you did it? With Natsu?" Lisanna smiled widely. "I knew it. He always loves you."
"I doubt that," Lucy said, surprised the other girl.
"What do you mean?"
Lucy inhaled deeply.
"We were drunk. No, it's just Natsu. He drunk pretty badly."
"He didn't remember anything?" Lisanna asked. Lucy glanced to her, and then quickly turned her eyes away.
"Not really."
...
Lucy woke up pretty late, but she woke up to a leaving Natsu. She sat up, covering the sliding blanket over her exposed body.
"Natsu?" She brushed her eyes. The bright sun hurt her eyes.
The said man turned his body to her, but he quickly turned his back on her.
"Are you leaving?" Lucy climbed down the bed and walked to the pink-haired mage.
"Y-yeah. It's pretty late now. I ..." He stopped as a pair of delicate hands wrapped around his waist. "Lucy..."
The girl brushed her face on his back lightly. He heard her chuckled.
"There's no need to hurry about."
Natsu turned his body facing her, took off her hands from his waist. He had his hands on her shoulders but his eyes couldn't set on her.
"Lucy..." He gulped.
Lucy stared to the man, full of hope. Still, she waited for everything he was going to say.
"About last night..."
"Natsu, I love you."
The fire mage shook his head.
"I can't, I'm sorry." Those words from him, surprised her.
"But..."
"I have other things to do and...and I don't want to give you hope."
"But I..."
"There's a lot more guys way better than me you can find. And...last night, let's think of it as... It never happened," he uttered in slow voice, but loud enough to break her heart.
He slowly released her shoulders. And he mouthed 'I'm sorry' before slid himself out of the door. Lucy left dumbfounded and broken hearted.
...
"WHAT?!"
Lisanna almost jumped off the bed. Lucy chuckled, tried to hide her tears.
"I'll see Natsu. He is so unreasonable."
The white-haired girl carefully climbed down the bed but Lucy stopped her mid-way.
"Maybe we should just let it go," she said. "It's not a big deal."
"Nope, it IS a big deal. I'll talk to him. There's must be some broken wires in his brain that need some repairs."
Lucy held the other girl's on her shoulders, not letting her get off the bed.
"Lisanna, I'm fine. I am totally fine. It's better this way, rather than having me hoping for something that would never be mine,"she said.
Lisanna's muscles relaxed, and she sat on the edge of the bed, having her legs hanging.
"I'm sorry, but I still think that he shouldn't treat you this way."
"Yeah, I know."
Lisanna hugged her blonde friend. Just hugged her with no soothing words, because maybe she needs a friendly hug. Lucy froze at first, but then she gave in; wrapped her friends slender body tightly which then she started sobbing. The white-haired rubbed her friend's back gently, letting the girl's tears wet her shoulder.
